great floatie
I bought this floatie earlier this summer for my 8 month old daughter. It was the only one I could find that was suggested for her age and had a built in shade. I don't have to worry about her head getting burned. She has had a lot of fun floating in the pool using the buggy. I was very happy to find that it is very sturdy, and it does help keep her out of the sun. I definitely recommend this floatie.

DONT GO TO THE BEACH WITHOUT THIS FLOAT
MY SON HAD A BLAST IN THE CAR AT THE BEACH. HE IS 11 MONTHS AND LOVE RIDING OVER THE WAVES. HE LOVES IT IN THE POOL AS WELL. HEY MOMS THE TOP OF THIS CAR HAS A ROOF FOR SUN PROTECTION. GREAT PRODUCT. LOVE IT!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Best Shaded baby boat
I tried every baby boat with a shade out there for our 10 month old as we live in sunny AZ. This was the best one I tried, and it's very cute. Although it could be easier to get him in and out, it isn't bad if you just tilt the canopy over to the side. I would suggest velcro on the BACK supports to alleviate this. (My friend has a bulldozer boat that has velcro in the FRONT and the baby plays with the velcro a lot.) The "spring float" allows him to sit too low in the water and he keeps putting his face in the water unless you hold him upright continuously. I think the spring float would be more appropriate for about 18 months rather than 9 months as it says (and my boy is not small!). The "adjustable shade float" is okay as a boat, but the shade is horrible. It doesn't really sit over the baby's head for shade and it is so floppy that doesn't stay nice and rounded like the picture shows, even if you overinflate it. We even took the "sun smart buggy" on vacation with us, and several people at the resort wanted to know where we got it.

4-0 out of 5 stars Sun Smart Buggy
I think it is wrong that this item can only be sent to the US. Is there any way it can be posted to Perth Western Australia in Australia

4-0 out of 5 stars Baby you can drive my car!
My son loves this toy. We bought it for him the summer he was almost 1 year old. Now he's close to 2 years old and still loves it. I like the shade. It makes taking him in and out a bit challenging, but it does block the sun well. Don't leave it in the hot sun too long though, ours got too hot and got a hole in it... but he loves it so much we're going to get another one. ... Read more

Editorial Review

The pyramid-shaped Grip and Grab Rattle is made of sturdy, safety-tested plastic tubes in bright colors that are connected by clear plastic spheres. Each sphere contains a red bead, smaller beads move freely through the tubes when the rattle is shaken. So what's the big deal? You'll have to ask a baby. For some reason, they love this thing--won't put it down. They'll go to sleep to the sound of it being gently shaken in front of them, or will miraculously be distracted from the car-seat fussies. (Mini van dealers should include the Grip and Grab as a standard feature).

This Lamaze rattle also provides learning opportunities for babies, almost from birth. The tubes are about the diameter of an adult finger--perfect for grabbing with tiny hands, and later, for chomping with tiny gums and teeth. Early lessons in cause and effect and hand- eye coordination are taught when baby moves and the rattle shakes. Included in the packaging is a booklet about infant development and creative ideas on how to use the toy, as well as a U.S. lifetime warranty. Winner of several national awards, including a National Parenting Center Seal of Approval and a National Parenting Publications Honors Award. --Katherine Ferguson ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Baby loves it -- maybe a little too much!
My son, now almost 6 months old, loves this rattle. I think the bright colors are wonderful and the fact that he can see the little balls inside that are making the rattling noise is supposed to be good for his cognitive development.

When he was younger, it was great because even before he could really grab the rattle in his tiny hand, he could stick his arm through the middle of this toy and shake it up and down to make noise.

HOWEVER, I think my husband and I may be taking this toy away from him soon, because we're afraid he's going to hurt himself. He shakes this rattle around with such enthusiasm, he keeps smacking himself -- and we know from the times when he smacks us with it that it hurts!

4-0 out of 5 stars Lightweight, and educational
One of my favorite things about this toy is the pattern that the colored "legs" of the triangle are laid out in. When turned slightly differently from the picture, you get the 3 primary colors on the top, and the secondary colors that they make when blended together on the bottom. Very nice way to teach colors and color mixing. The baby loves to shake and rattle this all the time. Easy to sanitize after a long day in the park as well!

2-0 out of 5 stars Not My Baby's favorite toy...
I love Lamaze toys but this rattle has never been high on my daughter's list of favorites. She really didn't show any interest in this toy until around 5 months and that was pretty much b/c she wanted something/anything to chew on and this fit the bill but her interest didn't last long. The rattle seems to startle her more than others - it is pretty loud. Also, it's hard to clean.

5-0 out of 5 stars 18 Months old and still a favorite!
My 18 month old delights in this now as much as ever. It is often pulled from the toybox & carried around, shaken, and played with--with delight. :)

5-0 out of 5 stars A family favorite
I had bought this toy on a whim for my son when he was about [quite young]. He was frustrated with ordinary rattles that seemed flimsy and not something that he could practice his grip on. He loved it. Took it everywhere. Slept with it sometimes. He would hold it up while watching the beads fall into each ball and then shake it wildly. I am convinced it helped with eye-hand coordination. My wife and I also used it to teach him his colors. I am writing this now, because after sitting forgotton at the bottom of the toy box for over a year, my [young] daughter has disovered it. I've seen her hold it above her eyes, watching the beads fall, then shake it wildly. It is one of the best toys we ever purchased. But since our girl is a twin, I'll have to buy second one. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Little People are great!
I bought this for my twins' first birthday. At first they really didn't know what to do with it. Now they love it and I find them fighting over it. They're really into opening and closing the doors and putting the animals (and any other toys within reach) in and dumping them out. They went through a phase of throwing their toys. I find this to be very durable and they have no problems opening it up on their own. My only complaint is that the door/ramp keeps falling off and they can't put it back on themselves. Otherwise this would have received five stars. We have Little People trucks that they also love, especially the garbage truck because of the noises. We plan on buying the farm for Christmas. I'm in my 30's and still love Little People. They've come a long way from the wooden toys that I had when I grew up!

4-0 out of 5 stars MOTHER OF ONE BUSY LITTLE BOY
MY SON'S GODPARENTS BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON WHEN HE WAS 6 MONTHS OLD. HE STARTED SHOWING A REAL INTEREST IN IT WHEN HE WAS ABOUT 10 MONTHS OLD. NOW THAT HE IS A YEAR OLD HE LOVES THE ANIMALS AND THE LITTLE PEOPLE AND TAKES THEM EVERYWHERE WITH HIM! HE STUDIES THE ANIMALS SO INTENTLY AND TRIES TO REPEAT AFTER ME WHEN I TELL HIM WHAT TYPE OF ANIMAL IT IS. THIS TOY IS HIS FAVORITE AND KEEPS HIM BUSY FOR HOURS! HE NEVER GETS BORED OF IT AND I FIND IT VERY EDUCATIONAL NOW THAT MY SON IS LEARNING TO TALK.

4-0 out of 5 stars Very hard plastic
Love the toy - our 14 month old and 4-year-old girls fight over it constantly. Our only complaint is that the plastic is a little too hard - seeing that the animals are generally flying through the air at our heads. Maybe a protective bike helmet would be a good companion gift.

4-0 out of 5 stars Skip fancy electronics!
My son turned one and we wanted to get him a special toy from his grampa. We started with the Leap Start Musical table and found that even though he loved it, the sensor went out after two days! I took it back and got the Little Touch Leap Pad which he was also interested in but when he couldn't press the sensors (not even I could do it very easily) he became disinterested.

Finally I read some more reviews and got him this much cheaper Noah's Ark set. He LOVED it!! He couldn't even wait for me to take it out of the package he was so excited!! Right now he loves to move the pieces around and put them in and out. He even notices if one of the animals is missing and gets it from across the room!

I am beginning to realize that all the lights and whistles of these new 'educational' toys may not be the best at stimulating young minds. Toys like 'Little People' seem to stimulate creativity and don't have any bounds to where their minds can take them on their learning adventure.

Who would have thought that sticking to the simple toys would bring so much excitement to a little todler!

I highly recommend this and any Little People toys!

4-0 out of 5 stars My Grandson's favorite toy!
I babysit my 22 month old grandson 2 days a week so I try to have interesting toys for him to play with. This is a toy he plays with for hours and he keeps going back to throughout the day. He arranges the animals in different places each time he plays with this toy. Sometimes he brings the animals up the ramp, sometimes through the trap door on top, and he also likes placing the animals on the pegs on top as well. He gets so focused as he opens and closes the ark and arranges all his little people, you can just see his imagination running wild. The toy is well made and very user friendly for the child. His second favorite toy is the Fisher Price Little People Farm with Sounds. This is a great gift for your toddler. ... Read more

Young children will get the hang of hanging with this cute swing from Little Tikes. Its blue plastic body sports sturdy yellow shoulder straps and a red T-bar to keep babies and toddlers safe; the T-bar can be removed for older kids. Parents should make sure not to hang the swing above concrete or another hard surface, and they should check that the support structure is secure. 2-0 out of 5 stars Not Entirely Crazy About This One
We've had this swing for three years and it finally broke. I've been anticipating the break from day one. One of the locks on the bar finally snapped off. They're the hardest things to get open once your child is in the swing. Both of my kids loved it though. My major complaint is the straps that attach to the swingset. They were too long and no matter how many times we adjusted them, the swing always went crooked. Looking for a DIFFERENT swing now for my almost two year old son.

Great swing!
There were 4 swings at the store to choose from so it was a hard choice! I liked the buckles on this swing though. They are hard to undo but that makes me happy beacuse there is no way the baby can undo them. The t-strap is very secure and keeps our baby in tightly! He loves swinging in it!!I would recommend this to anyone!

A Great Swing
My daughter loves this swing! She's 18mos and prefers this to a different toddler swing we had bought for her. This buckles securely and there is no worry of them falling out. Our 2.5 mo old daughter will be using this swing as well. This is very durable; we have it on the swingset and it, of course, stays outside year round. No complaints.

Excellent Swing Compared to other swings
I picked this swing out for my 20 month old daughter. I loved the fact you didn't have any thing to fall down and pinch fingers like the swings with the t- bar that slides up on the ropes. Anna likes the fact that she can climb in the swing herself. I like that feature as well, it saves my back and arms from lifting. She even likes to buckle herself in. The buckles were tight at first but have loosen up some with use. Anna is much more comfortable in this swing than the giant bucket swing down at our park. She feels like a big girl getting in and out without Mom or Dad having to pick her up. She also likes to give her bear a ride buckled in of course.

My son's giggle swing
My son is 7 months old and we tried this at a Farm that sees many kids and they had this swing. That is a good sign, and it was holding up just great there.
It was his first swing ride and his just laughed and smiled with joy. I really love how you don't have to lift them WAY above your head to get them out. The t-bar just flips down out of the way. The straps are a little hard to press in to undo, but no big deal. I love how it leans back so he's very secure and safe in it. We are getting one for our house now. ... Read more

When it's time to go outside for a bit of fresh air and exercise, the Push Around Buggy from Step2 is ready to roll. Just slip baby in the generous molded seat, hook up the seat belt, grab the handle, and go! While you actually steer, baby can pretend to drive (and can even start the fun with a nifty ignition key). When there's an obstacle in the way or a friend passing by, baby can honk the horn. The buggy rolls smoothly and surely on four oversize poly wheels. A small trunk in the front can hold a few travel items. Both durable and fun, this sweet red and blue Push Around Buggy is a winner. The extra-long handle is removable and can be stored underneath the buggy. --N. Mered ... Read more

The best gift we ever recieved
We recieved this car as a gift in 2000 for my daughters 1st birthday. This car is still one of her favorite things in the world. We use it to take walks around the neighborhood, and now my 11 month old fights with my 4 year old daughter to see who gets to ride in it. It is very durable and has withstood the beating from my three kids!!!!! I would highly recommend this toy for anyone with children.

5-0 out of 5 stars Step2 a step ahead
I purchased the push around buggy for my grandson's first birthday. He loves it and we take it every where we go. It was easy to assemble and worth every penny. Complete satisfaction...

2-0 out of 5 stars cute but doesn't turn
this is a great push buggy if it only turned....you can go straight forward and straight backwards, if you want to turn a corner you have to lift it. We exchanged ours for the Little Tikes version and we (mommy and daddy- the pushers, and baby) all love it.

2-0 out of 5 stars Better than a Stroller!!!!!
We bought this car for our little grandson at 10 months old as he loves to be outside and we walk him to the park each day and see the ducks at the lake. He loves this car and gets all excited and says vroom, vroom when we open the garage as he knows he is getting into his car! He makes his own car sounds all the way to the park and just loves it! We also take it to the Mall and he is so happy riding in it that it makes shopping so much nicer! Even Mommy & Daddy borrow it to go shopping in now as he is so happy in it. We also bring it inside to play with and he loves opening the trunk and putting little things in and taking them out and he pushes it around. This has been the best toy we have purchsed for him and he will be 1 yr old next week and this is still a big hit with him and fun to push him around in! We recommend this toy to everyone. It is fun, safe and very durable!

4-0 out of 5 stars GREAT!
My son got this when he was 10 months old. He loved it then and 12 months later he still loves it. He likes to turn the wheel and beep the horn. I have a bad back and this push along is great. The handle is at a great height. The hood is a great place to put a snack or cup for longer walks. It is very durable. He have used it almost everyday and have had no problems. 3-0 out of 5 stars Bought it for the long haul
I took a chance buying this toy. I felt it was expensive, but reasoned that although my then 6 mo. old baby would not use it for more than a teether, he'd later be able to play it himself at age 2+. My son liked it initially, but beyond grabbing it and eating the handle, legs and tassles, he was not able to play it except by accident or with his feet by 8+ months. I (and other adults) play songs or notes for him, which he likes, and am hoping that in the future he'll play with it rather than use it as an expensive teether. He tries, but it's hard for him to play notes right now. I did not know that the toy was scented and thought it was from the strong-smelling odors of the store from which it was purchased. I do not like artificial scents, but it doesn't bother me now. If you like long-term toys, this is a nicely colorful, non-electronic purchase that encourages interactive play. I use it to also teach colors and or general play. I would give it 5 stars once my baby can play the notes.

Fun with Octotunes
I bought this for my son and when I took it out of the package and played it for my two month old son, he could not keep his eyes off of it. The colors facinated him, the sounds amazed him and he just wanted to stay focused on it as long as possible. He looked at it for hours, smiles at it and finds great enjoyment. I feel he will get plenty of use out of this fun, educational toy as well as being durable to take everywhere with him. I would highly recommend this for any baby to encourage thier visualization & listening skills, then motor skills later.

Great for everyone
We brought this toy for our son when he was 4 weeks old. Although we doubted he would be able to operate the legs on his own for a while yet it has prooven to be a fantastic way for adults to interact with him. He started by watching and smiling or just staring when we played the leg's. It then became something of interest for him to reach out for and then chew on. He's just about five month's now and when he see's it on the ground gives it a big smile and tries to wiggle around to grab at it. We love to sit down with him and squeal the legs while he mouths any part he can get to. I think it's a fantastic investment for those parents that really want to enjoy and be part of their children's lives.

more fun for me
We got this toy when my daughter was three months old. I figured she was a bit young and hoped she would enjoy it when she got a bit older. My husband and I had a lot of fun with it, and she liked it when we would play with it. For the most part, it sits untouched on the bed. It is quite cute, but when our daughter does try to play with it (she is almost two now), she has a hard time squeezing the legs hard enough to make the sounds. Not one of our best purchases, but maybe one of the cutest.

A Fun Interactive Toy
My middle daughter received this toy when she was a year old and just loved it. She loved the to look at the colors and patterns on him. She also liked to listen to the tunes that I played for her.(she didn't mind the mistakes) It is now two years old and we passed it on to my youngest daughter and she loves him too. The best part is you can still smell the vanilla fragrance. It soothed my three year old when she played with it and now its doing the same for her baby sister. ... Read more

Great baby float!
I bought this for my 1 yr old son and he loved every minute he spent in it. Very durable and guaranteed to be alot of fun for your child...well worth the money! All the other mothers with children my son's age all said they should have bought this one instead of the floats they had!

Terrific for Water loving babies...
I got this for my 9 month old who loves the water. He will play in this for hours at the pool. He puts his head inteh water and blows bubbles. He can splash on his own and have a ball. This is the best baby float I have seen!!

My twins love this float
I have 11 1/2 month old twins who love this float. They can put their hands in the water and splash where most floats for their age you can barely touch the water. They do put their heads in the water but they do that when they take a bath. I just see it has a way for them to learn that they need to hold their breath when their heads are in the water. I like it because it will actually hold me too. I can lean on it and not tip them over. Its Great!!

Not good for a younger baby
Tried this one with my 11 month old twins. Both fell forward in it and choked on water-it can't be a coincidence since it happened with both of them. Maybe they're too young?

Great float!
I used this float with my 16 month old and she loved it. The mesh was a great place to keep her toys in front of her and not floating away, and also a great place to splash her hands. Some of the big floats don't allow their hands to reach into the water. While we were eating lunch a group of 12 year old boys started goofing off in it and diving and it didn't break or tear! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Love This Toy!!
This is one of the best purchases I have made for my daughter. I bought it based on the reviews that it got, and they were right on the money. My daughter loves it. I started putting it in her car seat at about 2 months. We don't go anywhere without it. This company knows what works. She actively plays with it. It is very durable and it is pretty big. Definately worth the money. Great company, great products. I own other Lamaze products and have had success with them as well.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun for Infants
We got Puppysquuek as a shower gift since our nursery theme was dogs. I was so happy to get this toy, it was one of the first toys I introduced my daughter to. She enjoyed playing with him and looking at all the different colors patterns and enjoying his scent....all these toys stimulate all 4 senses I believe.

Now my daughter is almost 18 months old and Puppysqueek, sadly, has been put up due to the fact she no longer finds him as stimlating as her other toys. But boy we were sure happy to have him as long as we did.

5-0 out of 5 stars Pupsqueak is a must have!
This toy has it all. My daughter has loved this toy from the start. She is now 4 months of age and Pupsqueak goes everywhere with her. Her favorite part is the crinkly ears. The squeaker is great for distracting her when she is crying. And the bells in the feet are just now beginning to get her attention. I believe every child should have one of the Lamaze Learning Curve toys. I have read the reviews for the other toys and it appears that they are all as wonderful as this one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Keeps baby entertained in the carseat
This was the first toy that my baby tried to "grab" so this is a special toy. Baby was very attracted by its bright color and the crunchy sound when the ear's squeezed. At first, baby loved to grab/pump its paws and the dog bone, but when he started teething, he loved to gnaw at its ears and the plastic ring. Now that he's 8 months, I keep this toy in the carseat and the puppy keeps him entertained and QUIET.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy!
My 8 week old loves this toy! The bright colors really attract his attention and it makes diffent noises depending on how it is handled. The link on the top can be attached to the stroller to keep it from being airborne while strolling through the park! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy for Baby!
I bought this toy to use with my Gymini activity mat. I hang it low on one end. My 2 month old daughter has been enjoying it for weeks. At first she'd kick it by accident. She now seems to know that when she kicks she's rewarded with the chimes. She also will reach for it and bat it with her hands. It makes a very soft chime so it's very pleasing for both baby and parent! I highly recommend this toy!

A must have for babies!!!
This is the best thing - we attach it to our daughter's playmat, and she kicks at it to make the noise. We hang it on her toy bar on her bouncer, and she uses her hands to make the noise. She's only three months old and she's already had a lot of fun with it! It also travels easy. It's one of her favorites and she's been greatly entertained by it.

3-0 out of 5 stars Cheaper solution at another store
Just wanted to say that they have a very similar item at Walmart for about $6.00 and it's much softer too!

5-0 out of 5 stars A Must Have For Your Gymini or other Activity Mat
We highly recommend adding these chimes to your Gymini or other activity mat. Our son has enjoyed kicking, swinging and chewing on them! They have added bright colors and enjoyable sound to our son's playtime.

5-0 out of 5 stars My son's over a year old and he still plays with it.
We bought this to put on my son's Tiny Love activity mat, and he loved kicking it. Now that's he's older, we hung it up at his height in our living room, and he'll go over and chime it. It's not at ALL annoying (unlike many noise-making toys); it's a very pretty noise.

Well worth the money, and a great gift for a new baby. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy! Keeps my son entertained while riding in the car!
My son totally loves this toy and so do I! He is able to easily squish the legs and play the different notes. With a little practice, you can also learn to play different tunes for your little one (a couple of songs are actually on the instructions label)

The hook at the top of the dog's head it great for hanging this toy to the seatbelt or baby's carseat...makes a great toy for the car!!!

My son loves to bite the ears and the tail, since he is teething.

Can't say enough about this toy! Too cute!

5-0 out of 5 stars Stops my baby from crying!
From 3 months on, whenever my son is fussy and I know he's been fed and changed, I always reach for the PuppyTunes. He loves looking at the bright colors and when he hears the notes, he just stops crying. It's a great distraction! At 6 months, he's still too young to press the paws himself to make music, but when he hears the notes, it just grabs his attention. This toy will keep him entertained for a long time.

I luuuuvvvvvv to chew on things! You'll see my reviews around here.Though this stuffed up dog doesn't answer or cares if I drool on him/her.

4-0 out of 5 stars INSTANT PUPPY-LOVE is a SURE THING with this toy.
This toys is truly a SURE THING!!! This will be your baby's first love. I bought this for my little nephew in December when he turned 3 months old. He must have this toy with him everywhere. Though he has many other colorful toys that make noises and play tunes and have mirrors ... none compares with Puppytunes. I even got him Hokey Pokey Elmo - which he also loves ... but he is attached to Puppytunes. It's so cute to watch him play with this. I actually chose this toy based on other Amazon customer reviews. Those comments turned out to be true!!! This toy is a "SURE THING."

4-0 out of 5 stars very cute, a little to big to handle...
My husband and I bought this for our 7 month old and it is really addorable but a little to large for her to grasp. She most certainly can not squeeze his paws for music, so our 6 year old helps her. Cute toy but maybe when she is old enough for her to try herself. ... Read more

Pure Entertainment!
My son got this as a gift and started playing with it at 7 months. He LOVED the music buttons and would be on his hands and knees rocking to the music. I honestly don't know of any other toy that entertains him for that long. He loves to play with the other sides as well, and now that he is 11 months old he seems to understand more of it. I highly recommend it.

Still loving it!
I got this toy when my son was about nine months old- and he instantly loved the music buttons. Now he's 27 months, and still loves the music buttons. The blocks are now lost, and he never figures out some of teh stuff on it, but he run right over every morning and hits a music button!

Great 6-sider of Entertainment
Having read the reviews I decided to go ahead and buy my 11 month old daughter the busy box as I loved the fact that it had 6 sides of activities to keep her entertained - and I was right- she loves it - especially the tune buttons - she has already worked out which one drives her father crazy!!!!
Only adverse comment I have is that she has managed to pull the door off - but it goes back on easily enough. Great product!

My son loves the music!
I have a 14 month-old son who loves to push the buttons to play the music. We hear birds, dogs and frogs all over our house. The "door" came off pretty easily, but it just makes it a little easier for him to get things out of it that he puts in it.

Great Toy!!!!!!!!!!
We got this for our 18 month old at christmas and he still loves to play with it. It is well worth the money with everything your child gets out of it. I looked at all different kinds of activity centers (the wooden high price ones) and I am so glad we went with this one. ... Read more

A full set of developmental toys that will delight and grow with children from birth to their first year are integrated into this gift set by Sassy Toys. Newborns will reflexively grasp the Mini Polka Dot Rattle but won't let go, captivated by the colors they see. It has a classic baby rattle shape with plastic rings and a nubbed handle for tactile stimulation. An innovation in rattle design, the Pogo rattle is atom-shaped. It has lots of places to hold and is more than a tool for distracting a cranky baby, it's also a teether. Smiley Face Rattle adds more interactivity with a push-button squeak nose, crazy eyes, and a mirror on its backside for when self-awareness dawns. Winner of the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Award for best toy, Fascination Station has so much to focus on: four spinning delights of sight, feel, and sound mounted on a base that can be hand-held or stand on its own. Each of these toys has won numerous parent association and industry awards for age-appropriate design features and exceptional quality and safety. (Birth to 12 months) --Lynne Sampson ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars These are my daughter's favorites!
My daughter just LOVES Sassy toys. Combine that with all babies love of mirrors, and this smiley face rattle is worth the money all on it's own. She immediatley loved the mini polka dot rattle and the smiley face rattle. At around 6.5 months, she really started liking the pogo polka dot rattle and the fascination station. I've never been able to get the suction cup on the fascination station to work on anything (swing, ultrasaucer, stroller) so I just took that part off - and she still enjoys playing with the rest.

I keep an eye out for ANY new Sassy toys!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Fascinates Baby
These toys are the only ones my 8 week daughter will look at!
The smiley face is adorable and the red nose even squeeks to get baby's attention. I can't wait until she can hold these toys on her own, since she loves to stare at them for a good 15 minutes.

5-0 out of 5 stars who woulda thought?
My little guy LOVES these toys!!! They are inexspensive and he always gravitates to them I have no idea what he would be learning from them, but he likes to bang them around and they work in the car, highchair, crib, on the floor, everywhere!!! I love inexspensive and versatile!!!! My fav!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy for developmental growth
I work with respirator-dependent infants in a hospital setting and these toys are one of their favorites. The Fascination Station is by far their favorite and really encourages our babies to use their hands and arms more. I have found this toy to be a fantastic motor skill developer. We try to provide this particular toy for each new baby that arrives!

5-0 out of 5 stars One of my daughter's favorite
We bought fascination station and the smiley face rattle for our daughter and she loves both of them. The smiley face rattle has a mirror on the back that she loves looking in and the handles are easy for her to grasp. Sassy also makes slippers with the same smiley face on the feet and those entertain her endlessly even now after she's over the "I discovered my feet" phase. I've never written a review before but she just loves all three of her Sassy toys so much that I can't say enough about what great toys I think these are!! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Very durable and educational
This is a wonderful puzzle that is both fun and educational. The puzzle is made of thick, quality plywood and very durable. It has taken quite a bit of abuse from my 19 mo. old daughter. She tries to carry it from room to room and like most toddlers, thinks that if she presses the peices in each slot hard enough, it will eventually fit, hehe. Despite this abuse it has held up nicely. The colors have not faded and the puzzles pieces are big and easy for small hands to handle. The large knobs on each piece are especially nice for small hands. There are also pictures of similarly shaped objects beneath each shape to help reinforce it. Overall, a great toy that I think will withstand most any childs daily play.

5-0 out of 5 stars Terrific play value
I love wooden puzzles because they are relatively inexpensive (compared with most toys) and because I feel like my children are learning while they're playing. I have three children -- and many puzzles -- and this is one of the best. I bought it for my youngest (now 32 mos) for her second birthday and it's a huge hit. The puzzle pieces are very thick and durable, and the large wooden knobs are the perfect size for tiny hands (and there's absolutely no chance they'll come off). The colorful pictures under each shape really keep my daughter's interest, especially when she was younger and loved to play peek-a-boo using the pieces and the pictures. Now, she loves identifying each picture so it's great a great vocabulary building tool too.

In short, don't hesitate to buy this toy. :)

Excellent puzzle, but who lives in a pentagon house?
This is a great puzzle, it's very durable, the handles are big and great for little hands. My daughter loves to take the pieces out and bang them together like cymbals. Under each shape is a picture of something of that shape, you know stop sign under the octagon, etc. However, there is a house under the pentagon and it drives me nuts - whose house is pentagon shaped!?!!?

great learning tool
I purchased this puzzle for my daughter at 17 months old. I like the fact that she can handle the pieces in her little hands. It is made very well.

Cost $4.99 at toys-r-us store.
I bought this yesterday from a toys r us store for $4.99 plus tax. $19.99 is a total rip off for this. My son does love it and it is a great toy to buy for your child but this price is not justified unless you live on a mountain top and have it delivered to your door. All the wooden puzzles by Melissa and Doug are $4.99 at toys r us and target. So either both stores in my area are mispricing them or online is over charging for the same thing. ... Read more

misunderstood toy; great when you follow the directions
It is funny to see one parent saying that her 1 year old's feet can't touch the "petals" (smirk) when the intended age is 18 months and up. Another funny thing is to see how many parents say the "parental" handle doesn't lock in place--I got news for you it does!! All you have to do is put the yellow pin which locks the handle in place in "rocker" mode behind the handle when it is in "parent" mode. Our two year old loves this and enjoys rocking, riding, and pushing the parent handle. He hasn't quite caught on using the pedals because his feet get in the way but hey, that's what two year olds do. :) I see this as a long term learning toy to help our son transition to a bike later on. It was a very smart purchase. Lots of stores have them to try out--go decide for yourself.

great toy
i just bought this for my 2 year old daughter and she loves it. wherever we go this toy has to come. It has a place for little ones who are not quite big enough to ride on there own to put there feet up while mommy pushes them around, and while we are at home she loves the rocker. This is a great toy.

Great for Grandma's House as they will get years of use
We have three of these as each of my boys received one for their first birthday and I think they are great. The only problem is I wish they were all at the same house - two are by their Grandparents 3000 miles away while my three fight over the one we have at home. Makes we want to go buy one or two more. My six year old still loves to ride it even though he has moved onto a big boy bike because he can really zoom around the corners without getting nervous. The little foot rest doesn't do much but not a huge problem. Found that it worked best in the rocking mode when off the carpet. The handle is great as not only am I able to push them but they push each other. It really manuvers well. My almost 2 year old tries to pedal it but is not quite big enough so he just zooms around with foot power. All in all a great toy that after 5 years of constant use shows no signs of "decay" - how many toys can you say that about?

Fun fo Less the Price
I wanted to buy my daugther a more expensive Trike, but my husband I could not see paying over 80 dollars for a Trike she would outgrow. So we bought this trike and boy I'm glad we did. Our daughter likes the fact there is a foot rest since she is too young to petal and we love the stearing rod even though it is some times tough to use....but I'm still getting use to it. We also like the fact if we have another child it can turn into a rocker. Plus it is very durable. We have rolled it in grass, concrete, sand, etc... and the wheels are in like new condition along with all the other parts. Very Happy with this product!

WONDERFUL FIRST TRIKE!!!
We never used this as a rocker, my son, now almost 2 got this last Xmas, and LOVES it! Only downfall, my son zooms around the carport on it, and it tips frequently, so just be close to catch if it falls~ A great first trike~ ... Read more

educational and fun!
This toy is great! Does 16 different animals sounds. Sings Old McDonald through one time. Each time using a different animal name and sound, of the 16 animals. A quiz mode to find the animal that makes a certain sound. The handle is easy to pull, for a 2 yr old anyway. He imitates the animal sounds. It uses batteries, so it sounds a lot better than the standard see n' say. The batteries have lasted long in it, 3AA. ...

Both durable and fun, this sweet pink and purple Push Around Buggy is a winner. The extra-long handle is removable and can be stored underneath the buggy. --N. Mered ... Read more

Great little buggy!
this car is the best purchase I have bought for my daughter as of yet! She absolutely loves to sit in and "drive". I bought it for her when she was able to sit up sturdily at 6 months. Its a good thing to have when you just want to take them for a quick walk to the park, it even has storage under the hood! as for the road noise, i havent even noticed it, once i did its not much louder than the typical big wheel we all had as kids.
this is a bargain for the price.....she loves it, thats all that matters, it makes her smile and giggle and thats all mommy needs!

Wonderful toy!
My daughter is 9 months old now, I bought her this when she was sitting up sturdily and she absolutely loves this car! She loves to take her walk in her car so she can drive :) And she looks so cute in it too! The only problem is rounding corners you have to pick up the front a bit to turn sometimes but all in all its a great purchase.. I even use it to put her in while Im preparing dinner so she can go for a drive while Im busy! It works and she loves it!

Loving it!!!
I have 2 daughters one is 2 and the other is 8 months. My 8 month old absolutley loves this car. Both of my girls liked going for walks with it. We bought it for my older daughter after she was 1, which may have been a little late for her to get to really enjoy it, but we started to put our little one in it as soon as she could sit up & she loves it ever time she is in it. We enjoyed it so much we purchased it as a gift for our friends and they love it to. We take it everywhere even camping. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!

Great little Buggy! Awesome Mother's helper!!
I bought this car for my daughter when she was 8 months old and she loves it. It is great when I walk to the bus stop with my kids and they like to push her in it as well. The front hood opens for storage which is great for carrying along bottles, diapers, toys & any other gear you may need. It has even encouraged me to get out and walk more too. I would highly recommend this toy to any parent of an infant or toddler.

Buggy is just the right speed!
We bought this for our 18 month old at Christmas. Now that spring is here we really get alot of use out of it. I feel the seat belt is a great featue, and the foot rest area makes it easy to push her around without worrying about her feet dragging. It's the perfect size, and we can keep up with her big sister on her bike! I like this better than the cars the kids push themselves, and it is great before they can petal a bike. Excellent for 1 and 2 year olds. We are buying one for our neice soon! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Safe Baby Float
This float is designed to introduce the baby to water, allowing the baby to see you at all times. We have purchased other floats, from the same manufacturer, and others, none compares to this Baby and Me Float! Our five month-old loves to stay in the water with us and kick! Plus, pool time means better sleep time! I recommend this item!

Maybe I'm just paranoid
Maybe I'm just paranoid but the section of the float where the baby sits holds less air than the adult section. I wouldn't dare let go, but it seemed like my baby started to sink & possibly MIGHT tip if I didn't hold the adult side down. I have to admit though, my 17 pound 3-1/2 month old loves it. He can sit up with little support and goes to town kicking.

Awesome product!
The first time I used the "Baby and Me Float" I was comforted by the proximity of my child. I actually cuddled him the first 15-minutes, or so. Baby sits a little deeper in this float than the cheap ones drug stores carry, so that gave me peace of mind. The float requires 100% adult interaction, as baby could tip it over if left unattended. We usually swim as a family, so either my husband, or I would carry our son into the water, and place him in the float, while the other parent slipped into the ring. If you're considering using this float without assistance from another adult, I recommend leaving the float on the deck before entering the water. This way you're free to carry your baby into the water without distractions.

Both my husband and I were comfortable using the float. That's saying a lot! My husband is 6'7" tall and weighs 240 pounds, while I'm only 5'3" tall and weigh.... What? If you expected me to divulge my weight on a product review, you're crazy! Anyhow, the float accommodates a variety of shapes, sizes, and weights. Aqua Leisure does not provide a weight capacity for this product, which I find unusual, but considering it's a floatation device and water weight is drastically different than actual weight, it might be discretionary. The float is recommended for babies 6-months to 2-years. That's probably an accurate recommendation; however, I wouldn't use age as the determining factor. If your child sits confidently in a highchair, then they're probably strong enough for this float. In addition, the baby seat is rather generous, so it accommodates older, or larger children as well.

The "Baby and Me Float" is long lasting. We used the float for two summers without leaks, or puncture wounds. Phoenix has a long outdoor season, April through October, so that's equivalent to 6 or 7 months of continual use. I'd say that's an exceptional record for a floatation device. I'm not sure if the float deflates if the toy bar's penetrated, as my son wasn't much of a nibbler at that age. Although if you ask me, the toy bar's useless. The balls don't roll easily, and the rings are difficult to slide. Well, for a 1-year old anyway.

(...) It truly enhanced our summertime fun, so I'll gladly recommend it.

Be careful, and happy floating,
Mary :)

Fun in the water!
We bought this for my son, who was about 9 months old at the time. He absolutely loved being in the water. I liked the fact that I could be right there, facing him, talking to him, kicking us around the pool. He soon learned to kick, too, and would lean the was he wanted to kick. Sometimes my 5 year old daughter would go in it facing him and I would stay at their side. It was a lot of fun for the family. The only problem was the ring holder. My sister had the same float, and both boys bit a hole in theirs before the summer ended. It was just too tempting a target, right in front of them for periods of time, with those new, interesting, sharp little teeth! Gently encouraging him not to bite didn't work, but I would buy this again if I have another baby simply for the enjoyment on all our parts!

Great Way to Bond and get a tan!!
My 3 1/2 mo. old daughter loves it! Supports her 13 lbs great, I hold on to her just a bit but won't have to for much longer. Highly recommend this for mom's (or dad's aunts, grandma's..) wanting to share the experience of water with their little one. Also, my daughter was barely in the water 5 minutes when she was already reaching for the colored rings, twirling them around. Stimulated her brain a bit - can't beat that. And this was our first time EVER in the water! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Lots of laughs
We bought this swing a couple of weeks ago and our 10 month old daughter loves it. She shreks in delight the whole time. My biggest complaint is that when it was manufactured they didn't make sure that the ropes were even. Before I could hang it up I had to feed the rope through from the long side to the short side to even it up (someone's review states that they couldn't use the swing because of this -not true- the manual tells you how to fix this.) We have also joked that putting a tray on a swing is useless. You can't put snacks on it when they swing both because they will fall off and, more importantly, the risk of choking. Hopefully any parent with common sense would be smart enough not to try this. I also don't see that any kid would sit still enough in it when it isn't swinging to be able to eat anyway. I would definitely recommend this swing. Ours is still in the infant recline position and once our daughter is bigger and more stable we will be able to use it in the upright position.

1-0 out of 5 stars Stinks
The swing stinks. There are plenty of swings out there more durable and more trustworthy than this swing will ever be. Even though the other swings cost more it is much safer to buy them.Come on plastic, are u kidding me?

4-0 out of 5 stars This is a great swing!
We love this swing! So does 6 month old Jake! He sits in it and just swings away! When his average size 3 year old cousin came over, she decided she wanted to swing, so her older cousins helped her in it and pushed her back and forth and she loved it! The swing has held up very well! The only thing that is kind of difficult about this is getting the yellow part off to get an older and bigger child out. This is probably a good thing, though, so that a child cannot fall out. We have it attached to our back porch. Swinging in this has provided lots of smiles from our little boy!

1-0 out of 5 stars t-bar swings are better
I had bought this swing and returned it the next day. Everyone on the block has the old model of the swing with the t-bar, and that is what I wanted. I put my son who was 7 months old in it, buckled him up, and I felt like he was going to fall out or end up dangling somehow. He had figured out how to get the stationary swing to move when it wasn't on, by moving himself forward and backward. Also fisher price thinks the snack tray is a benefit, but it really isn't. You are supposed to feed your child while they are sitting still. What if the baby chokes while they are swinging and eating? I think the directions even say not to leave your child unattended and to only have food when the swing is still.

1-0 out of 5 stars Very Concerned Parent
My husband and I purchased this swing for our 14 month old daughter. At first we liked it, but yesterday we changed our minds. Our daughter can unbuckle the belt. We are very concerned about this. If she can do it what is stopping an older child from doing this and getting hurt. Thank God my husband was standing there or she may have fallen out. I called the company and they said they would refund our money after they got the swing. Please if you own this swing, don't leave your child alone. I am hoping Fisher Price will recall it and do something about this problem. We are going out this weekend and look for a new swing. Please Please watch your kids. I am hoping the company does something about this problem before someone gets hurt. Let the company know how you feel or if you have a problem of any kind let them know. I'm sure they will do all they can to help. ... Read more
