If your child (or your budget, or your yard) is too small forone of those monstrous cedar outdoor play structures, check out theHide & Slide Climber, a miniature version of the same idea. Itsbrightly colored (yellow, red, teal, and purple) plastic sections snaptogether quickly, and they won't rot. A red 40-inch slide leads downfrom a platform 26 inches high; underneath there's a crawling andhiding space. It's very stable--the two large "feet" on the side panelsmake the unit almost 60 inches wide. Requires adult assembly, but not asecond mortgage. --Richard Farr ... Read more

Hide & Slide Climber by Little Tikes
I like the product for its durability, but thought the kids (age 1 & 2 1/2) would play with it more. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get.

Happy Mommy
I just got this climber/slide! My 17 month old went nuts over it! It's perfect for my little girl to do her favorite thing (climb) and she figured out how to sit and slide with no problems. It fits great in her playroom and feels very sturdy. I am very pleased with this purchase. My favorite things about it are all the giggles, squeals and smiles! Yay Little Tikes!

Baby loves Hiding and Sliding
I bought this slide when my son was 14 months old. He loves it. We keep it inside since it is so cold and wet outside right now. It doesn't take up *too* much room in spare bedroom. He loves climbing up and down the steps. He is learning the steps of how to slide (1st sit down, then get one foot in front, then the other, then scooch forward). Just as the product name implies, he loves hiding under it and surprising me and playing peekaboo around the corners. It was a snap to put together maybe 15 minutes tops - if a piece is fitting too snuggly follow the directions and put a little soap on it to help it snap into place. I think son will enjoy this product for some time!

Perfect for little climbers!
Santa left this piece of equipment for our 15 month old son who was beginning to climb on everything. It was the first thing he saw on Christmas morning and was overjoyed. He spent a half hour exploring and climbing on it right away. He loves to play peekaboo and hide things on the top shelf or underneath.
We put it together in our (admittedly oversized) playroom, so he can have a gross motor playtoy indoors for inclement days. Though a young child should always be supervised on any climbing apparatus, I did just order a gym mat for the bottom of the slide, as the angle is steeper than forty-five degrees and provides a fast ride with a quick stop. It's also a nice way for practicing going up and down stairs.

good for all ages
We bought this slide for our daughter's first birthday and she loves it! She had just mastered walking and was starting to climb on our furniture, etc. This slide provided a safe indoor climbing outlet and has improved her coordination immensely. Her older cousins love it too.

The features I like best are the platform at the top of the slide and the fact that there is a bit of thrill in the slope of the slide: The platform allows kids to safely hang out (and seems like a fort) and the slide is tall enough that it envokes lots of giggles!

Be careful where you set it up as it is VERY difficult to get through a standard door frame. ... Read more

2-0 out of 5 stars Built Much Differently Than Other Jumpers...
I originally wrote a review about this giving it 5 stars, but since my son has learned to jump using his Graco Bumper Jumper at my house, he can't figure out how to jump on this one at his dad's house and ends up getting very frustrated. The toy bar is great. He loves it and likes looking at his reflection.
It's built backwards, if you will. Most jumpers have springs that coil together as the child jumps up, and stretch as the child comes back to the ground, allowing him to be pulled back into the air- allowing him to jump and giving him the assistance needed to jump off the ground. This jumper is built backwards.I'm not sure if it's my jumper or Evenflo built this one funny. As the child is placed into the jumper, the coils come together. The top of the sheath (this holds the straps) over the coils is on top of the coils, which allows the jumper to be built the way it is.So picture this... the child is trying to jump, when usually, he can be pulled into the air.For the child to get started jumping on the Evenflo, in theory, he has to pull himself *down* to get the spring action to jump up.For a baby, this just doesn't work.
I'm giving it two stars because the toy bar is great and my son eventually figured it out.He still LOVES the Graco Bumper Jumper much better, and it even has the pads to prevent him from hurting his fingers. Please consider the Graco instead.Your child will thank you!

5-0 out of 5 stars Not for very young babies, but perfect for "sitters!"
We bought this for use at Grandma & Grandpas house when my 7.5 mon old and I planned an extended trip to see them. We have the FP Jumperoo at the house, and while my daughter liked it, there was NO comparing her reaction to this jumper! She LOVED it. Especially since it gave her the ability to move in a gentle swaying motion, turn in circles and of course, bounce.
For those who gave this a less-than-stellar review, I'd recommend:
A) using this on an older baby, not a 4-5 mon old. (Keep in mind that the instructions recommed that the baby should be able to sit unassisted!) and
B) use in a DOUBLE witdth doorway! There is NO WAY this could be safe in a single doorway. Baby's fingers and head would be dangerously exposed to the door frame.

1-0 out of 5 stars Dangerous!
This product was not worth the money!!I put my 4 month in it and he tilted to one side and he couldn't even jump or move in it. Ours came put together wrong, but there isn't anything we can do to rectify their manufacturing mishap. My son is a large 4 month old so I know it isn't because he isn't big enough to bounce in it.I would not buy it.It is going back to the store and we are going to buy the old fashion johnny jump up. :)

1-0 out of 5 stars THIS TOY IS DANGEROUS
I never write reviews, but I thought it was necessary to warn people about this toy. We first tried it out with our daughter when she was five months old or so. Like I would think many babies would do, after playing with the toys, she was interested in the straps above her head. This made her look up and put her head back. As she did that, she swung the whole thing over to the side, which sent her toward the door frame. She banged her head pretty hard on the door frame. Not good.

SO, we thought that even though the product said four months and up that she was too young. So, we waited a month. We put her in and stayed next to her this time, and the same thing happened again. We kept her from banging her head, but she would have. I don't see why they wouldn't have made the tray wider to prevent this from happening. Do they think babies are just going to jump up and down, and not move from side to side?

I also wonder sometimes if the people who write these reviews are actually parents who have used this stuff...or PR people who have some reason to endorse what is clearly a lousy product.

5-0 out of 5 stars A MUST have!
We purchased the Jump and Go for our now 8 mo old son and he loves this thing! The musical station can be switched to his evenflo jump and go exersaucer. A must have for any busy Mommy! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars AWESOME!!!
AWESOME!!!DOOM I II and III on one disk nothing more needs to be said....BUY THIS!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Thanks id for another great game
Doom 3 is THE scariest game I've played yet. Im waiting to get resident evil 4 for my gamecube. But i dont know if it will compare to walking down a bloodstained corridor with , written in blood on the walls, words like DIE SUFFER BURN. Then all the lightbulbs shatter, leaving you with only a flickering bulb. But then you start to see the images of "things" with chainsaws flashing around you that arent really there. thats when id really amazed me. Thanks id, looking foward for quake4. peace out.

5-0 out of 5 stars Doom 3 Collector's Edition
First off, I love Doom. I have loved the franchise since the first time I played it. The series has aways been great, but not to scary. Not any more. Doom 3 is an enhancement on everything that Id Software has brought us before.

The moment I started the game, I was hooked. I was playing non-stop, and was terrified the entire time. Id Software has taken Doom to an unimaginable level of detail, fun, and terror. The game has a lot more story this time, but not enough to where you will be playing for twelve hours before you fire your weapon. Basically, you are a marine stationed at the Union Aerospace Corporation, (UAC) where teleportation is being extenisivley researched. Something goes wrong, and a gateway to hell is opened. After that, the game consists of shooting, dying, and screaming in terror.

A lot of people complain about not being able to use your flashlight and gun at the same time. This highly trained marine can wield guns of all types, take multiple hits before dying, and can hold off the entire populus of Hell by himself, but he just can't seem to figure out duct-tape. It seems really stupid, but it adds terror to the game. I for one, think that it was a good move on Id Software's part.

Now, if this was all that Doom 3 had to offer, I could stop right now. But, there is online multiplayer, and online cooperation, which is exclusive to the Xbox version. Also, if you can afford to shell out the extra ten dollars to buy the Collector's Edition, do so. The Collector's Edition includes concept art, developer interviews, and an entire episode of

5-0 out of 5 stars and i thought resident evil was a scary game...
i remember playin resident evil on PS2 and gettin the crap scared out of me, but this is just rediculous.90% of the reason that it is scary is probably because of the lighting.just about every room is dark with flickering lights.some rooms even go pitch black which almost gave me a freakin heart attack.it really feels like you are the marine in this game.i would probably kill myself if i was in his situation.one of the scariest moments i had in this game was...

the first time you get the chainsaw...you kill a fat dude to get it then a door opens to let you move forward.well as soon as you go through this ALL the lights in the hallway and adjacent rooms go out and blood made pentagrams are splashed on the walls, floors, ceiling, etc and babies start crying, voices start whispering.i hid in a dark corner and waited for the lights to come back on because i almost sh*t my pants.

i recommend anyone who has a history of heart attacks do not play this game because it WILL give you one.

5-0 out of 5 stars HAPPY! HAPPY!JOY! JOY!
Doom 3 is one of the best games I've played all year! And that's saying something since I got the Xbox at the beginning of the year and have played both halo's(you'll basically forget about those after you have played this), Star Wars Battlefront, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein! All great games, but Doom 3 seems to BLOW THEM AWAY!!!

If you have the extra bread, get this one because it will definately be right up the ally of the classic doom fan as well since it has doom 2 and ultimate doom. I only have those on pc and am not a really big fan of the keyboard and mouse and my computer is about as old as Alfred, Lord Tennyson.

Doom 3 really packs a punch and will scare you $h*+less, because I just got done playing it a while ago and just got a clean pair of underwear. The graphics are wonderful, the weapons are really awesome and pack a punch too!

This game has definatley takenadvantage of the xbox and I am very glad that is is on the xbox and that I am very lucky to have one. You will love this if you can take a few scares. Well, that's putting it a little lightly.

If you have an Xbox, you are definately in luck! Rent or buy this immediately and see what I'm talking about! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for my 3 month old and still going
At 3 months, all our son wanted to do was stand on our laps. Received this walker as a gift and it has been the best thing. His feet were just able to touch the floor, but he was able to start pushing himself backward and he was very excited. At 6 months old, he crawls over to it so we know he wants to use it. By far his favorite toy to use and he follows us around the house in it.

Pros:
Very sturdy
Height adjustable for tall babies
Toys have been very entertaining - especially the orange rocket now that he's teething
Toy tray removable to take to the sink for cleaning
Can put down legs to make stationery

Cons:
Sometimes one of the front wheels doesn't turn very well.
Doesn't collapse
Changing from stationery back to mobile by raising the red legs can scrape your fingers (not seriously though)

5-0 out of 5 stars I can't live without this!
My son decided at 4 months old that all he wanted to do was stand. Being a particularly big boy, it wore me out to constantly have to hold him. I searched around, and found that I liked this, as it seemed stable, the sides and front acted like bumpers, and there are brakes on it, so if I don't want him to run off, he can't. Turns out that now at 6 mos. (20 lbs, 29"), he has expanded to cruising/walking all the time, but again, Mommy and Daddy can't hold him all the time. This does the trick-- it's the right size, and I feel safe with him in this. Of course, I watch him, but it allows him a lot more mobility than if I didn't have it. I can feed him while he stands in it, and he loves to run around, even though technically he can't walk without it. He loves being in it, and it has saved my arms and back from holding him up all his waking hours! It's pretty study, especially considering all the crashing into furniture he does! A great item.

5-0 out of 5 stars Baby LOVES this walker!
Our 6 month old has been sitting in this walker since he was 4 months old. He's mobile now & can almost run in this walker. The tray is great- he loves to chew on the rocket ship and loves all the sounds it makes.

5-0 out of 5 stars My Long Search is Over
My Daughter who is 10 months has used this walker for the last 4 months and she loves it. It took me a long time to find one that looked capable of handling her engery and stimulating her mind. We love it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Couldn't Live Without This Product!
My father bought this for my daughter when she was 9 months old and starting to walk while holding our hands. Well, the freedom that this toy has given my child (and me!) is worth its price ten-fold! Looking back, I would have spent $500 if it was necessary to have this toy! It took a couple of weeks for my child to get the hang of it, but now my daughter cooks around our house and has a blast! I still walk with her, but when I need time to cook dinner or clean or just need a brake, I can put her in this walker and watch her laugh and have fun. She loves it because it gives her feelings of independence and allows her to go where she wants - not where we lead her to. I feel it's good for her self-esteem and also is great exercise! (My poor dogs however, hide when they see me put her in it -- she squeals with delight as she chases them all around! She's managed to coral them under tables, inbetween couches and has run over their poor toes on occasion... they're learned to hide though now!!!) I even use this toy outside on my driveway (park your car at the end of the driveway so there is NO WAY at all your child gets into the street! - You'll be surprised at how fast baby can move when they set their eyes on something!) This toy is great for when your child is bored with their stationary entertainer and is learning to walk. Helps with coordination, muscle development and allows their curiosity to grow! I just bought it as a gift for my pregnant cousin - it's great!!! I highly recommend it! ... Read more

Halo 2 is one of those rare video games that garnishes attention from regular folk who wouldn't know which direction to point a game controller. With more than 1.5 million pre-orders and a massive release party in Times Square, the game enjoys the sort of buzz, and sales, generally reserved for boy wizards. But does it merit the hype?

Opening Scene

Halo 2 opens with a cut scene in the Covenant Holy City of High Charity. Much has happened since Master Chief (that's you) created so much havoc for the Covenant in the first Halo, and the Arbiter has much atoning to do for his failures. This first cut scene is long, but the lush graphics, orchestral sound, and polished voice talent for both this and other cut scenes as well as the game itself put most animated television shows to shame.

Much has happened since Master Chief created so much havoc for the Covenant in the first Halo, and the Arbiter has much atoning to do.

In the end, though, Halo 2 is unabashedly a first-person shooter. It has a Mature rating and is not meant for kids. Gameplay is constant and intense. No sooner is one bunch of aliens taken care of than another descends. The controls are identical to the first game so those familiar with it will be up and blasting in no time. And the sound and graphics have been beefed up so that Halo 2 is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful console games available.

Opening Fire

Most of the weapons from the first game return, although strangely the MA5B Assault Rifle (the default weapon in the first game) is not available. There is a single melee weapon known as the Covenant Sword, but the controls for it are the same as that for all the shooter weapons, making it difficult to direct. Also, for a new twist, you can hold two of the smaller guns at the same time and shoot double-fisted.

As for vehicles, the old favorites are back and joined by a few new, mostly Covenant wheeled monsters. Some improvements have been made to the AI so that the nonplayer characters can drive without running into too many obstacles while you man the turret. This improved AI also has enemies ducking for cover, and the banter from both the Marines and the bad guys has undergone massive improvements so that it no longer sounds quite so repetitive.

On Your Own

The most significant change in the single-player game is with Master Chief's much-touted defensive suit. At the beginning of the game, he is told that the suit has been upgraded, but it's really undergone a severe downgrade. In Halo 2, the player has only one lifeline. Unlike in the first game, there is basically no defensive shield on the suit, making gameplay tougher. It can often take multiple--sometimes a maddening number--attempts to make it through thorny parts of the game.

Or with a Friend

Finally, no review of a Halo game is complete without mentioning multiplayer. One of the main reasons to buy Halo 2 is the ability to play through Xbox Live, a feature not included in the first game, which was among the original releases for the Xbox. Multiplayer for Halo 2 uses all of the same weapons and vehicles as in the single-player game, and the types of games available in Halo (King of the Hill, Slayer, Capture the Flag) return with a host of new maps. Multiplayer Halo 2 offers customizable profiles, control layout, and screens as well as a voice proximity feature, where you can talk with other players via an Xbox Communicator so that those closer to you sound louder than those farther away. Players can also create both permanent clans and temporary parties in the Xbox Live world. Undoubtedly, this multiplayer feature alone ensures that Halo 2 will remain a top-selling game for years to come. --David Morel

Pros:

  • Lush graphics and orchestral sound
  • Constant, thumping shoot-'em-up action
  • Multiplayer available through Xbox live

Cons:

  • Suit downgrade makes single-player often overly difficult
  • Get ready for some bleary-eyed mornings

5-0 out of 5 stars 5 Stars; Only from words and images
Halo, one of the best games of 2001, changed the way gamers play in the gaming industry. Eye-numbing graphics, finger-twitching controls, and gamer-pleasing gameplay. As fun as Halo was, Halo 2 should keep you playing for many more hours. With more enemies, weapons, vehicles, etc. to choose from, you will not be displeased with Halo 2 if you were a true fan of Halo. The folks at Bungie have totally redone the lighting system, making Halo 2 a whole new experience to play.

You start out as Master Chief (of course), a cyborg who has to save the human race. The story takes place in a super-natural city known as New Mombasa, which is over-run by new and improved Covenant. Brutes, a new alien race that hinders your attempt to retake Earth, makes an arrival in Halo 2 as the side-kicks for the Covenant. As you proceed through the game, you meet up with improved AI, the Covenant and the Marines have all be improved in some way or another. Marines will drive Warthogs while you man the gunner and Covenant will take into hiding if you kill a nearby enemy. Covenant Prophets are also new in Halo 2, besides the fact that they are Covenant leaders, I do not know much about them, except that they float on circular chairs. Remember taking over an enemy turret? Well now's your chance to man a mounted Marine turret. The Marines have a turret of their own now, a .30 caliber machine gun. There is also a technique for you and the Marines, the double gun feature. Although when you have the two fully-automatics, you're unable to use grenades for the meantime. New vehicles also help you out in your quest to save New Mombasa. An ATV is available by the Marines and you're able to lean forward to use your weapon. A few more versions of the Warthog can be used, too. The Phantom, a new Covenant drop ship, also plays a new role in Halo 2. The new and exciting "jump on your enemies vehicle" feature is excellent. So getting a Ghost with an Elite in it will never be easier. Be warned, though, that your enemies can jump onto your vehicles too, which makes the gameplay even better. Although we have to wait until first quarter of 2004, Halo PC should keep you busy for the long-awaited Halo 2.

5-0 out of 5 stars think you know halo 2?
if you think you know halo 2 as well as I do, then here you go.
***NEW WEAPONS**
covonant carbine- covonant version of a sniper rifle
battle rifle- like the assualy, but has alot more UMPH! in it, and it has a scope. unzoomed fires 3 shot bursts, zoomed fires single shots.
.45 pistol- stronger forum of a pistol.
SMG(Sub Machine Gun)- kind of replaces pistol, innacurate but strong.
covenant rifle- covenant version of battle rifle
AND, you'll love this:
the light sword- by pressing B, you use a close range attack, and if you want, line up your enemy for a powerful lunge attack.(1 hit kill)

**VEHICLES**
new snow warthog- has weels like a scorpion.
normal warthog-allows you to shoot from the weel, mostly used for people, not marines.
tri-rocket warthog- a wartog with a 3 round rocket launcher on back.
jungle warthog- not really sure, but i think with jungle camoflague.
new covenant dropship-shadow.
you can hijack a ghost.
there might be a human air vehicle
the warthogs, ghosts, and banshees all can easily double their speed by boosting.

**NEW PREDATORS**
brutes- hairy ape-like people. they have a hunters(...) hugeness, and the elits speed.
prophets- telekenites powers to take you down!

**RANDOM THINGS I JUST THOUGHT OF**
HUUUUUGGGGEEEE AI SYSTEM!!!
marines give up their ammo when they are on the verge of dying.

i hope you liked my review, halo 2 is gonna rock all our minds!!

this game is action packed the only people that dont like this game are the people that are wussys that dont want a challenge. its awesome stealin vehicles from ur enemy and takin weapons from ur allies when u need ammo

5-0 out of 5 stars Great game-Ending Makes me mad
This game is great. Plain out.The way you can switch from Human to elites on certain levels is very cool.! part I do not like is the fact that i will have to wait More, through delay after delay and finally get to save earth. I hope they dont change the weapons because Master chief was on gone for a day or two. Overall the game is great and the multi player is fantastic and i could play that with my friend all day and all night.

2-0 out of 5 stars HORRIBLEPRODUCT AND VERY UNSAFE!!!!!!!
I purchased this for my daughter and thank god it was before she was born. This is absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased! I bought it because of the pattern, the canopy and the flip down changing table. I thought it was too perfect! Well, it was far from perfect! I had a very hard time setting it up. And the bottom would not stay down on the floor, so it would keep folding up. The bottom plastic was all cracked, little hairline cracks and it was missing a piece to the changing table, so I couldn't even assemble that part! It was very heavy to move around, so not good for travel. And for as long as it took to put it up, I didn't even want to touch it to take it down. Because the bottom wouldn't stay down, it would cause the it to fold up underneath which in turn could make it collapse. My husband helped to disassemble this product, and found it very flimsy and even difficult to take down. I was very disappointed with this and am glad I was able to return it to the store and exchange it for another one. I would have never put her in this and would have thrown it out for the trash if I wouldn't have been able to take it back. I purchased the graco newport bears pattern and am more than pleased. It was half the price and was easier to put together. It doesn't have a changing table, but it will work great as I am not worried about it collapsing or folding up on her. Safety overrides luxury anyday with me! So please before you puchase this, read all the reviews and just be aware that I feel that this is a very unsafe product and I want to warn all parents about my experience with it.

1-0 out of 5 stars Hard to set up!
Wouldn't recommend. Very hard to assemble & I found this extremely hard to set up & take down. Very disappointed in this product.

1-0 out of 5 stars DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...
...unless you are able to open it up before buysing and check to make sure it can actually be assembled!

After spending nearly an hour trying to decipher the vague and poorly detailed instructions/diagrams for assembly, I reached a point where I could not continue where one of the support poles could not be properly inserted into the bassinet fabric.

After contacting customer service, apparently the area had been "overstitched" to where the pole could longer be inserted all the way through and I was told I would have to order a new bassinet fabric altogether and wait an additional 7 business days for it to be ordered and sent to me.(And Judging from the rep's precognitive "guess" as to what my problem was, it was also very apparent that this was not an isolated issue but probably one affecting several other customers in the past as well.)

After realizing the total lack of professionalism practiced by this company - selling a defective product - I began to seriously think about simply returning the product in exchange for a NON-Baby Trend product; and after now reading several other reviews warning against the safety of this product as well, I will MOST DEFINITELY return it and never buy another Baby Trend play yard product again!

Save you money, time, piece of mind - and YOUR BABY'S LIFE - by not buying this product!!!

1-0 out of 5 stars danger of collapse
I was soooooo happy to get the entire matching set of Baby Trend's Palm Tree set. High chair, travel system and play yard. Well, the "plan" was to let Casey sleep in the play yard (It has a basinet feature) in our bedroom for the first couple of weeks until we get a "real" crib. So here I am, 5 days from my due date. The play yard has been set up in our room for over a month so our dogs can get used to it. My DH goes to move it to vaccum and IT COLLAPSED!We thought maybe we didn't set it up right, but on close inspection, we found that the plastic bracket on the center of the bottom had broken. I don't know if it was cracked when we got it or not. We took it back to Babies R US. We looked at their floor model and it looked OK, no cracks. Then DH put it through the frustrated husband abuse test..:DTugging on the handle to close it up. Flipped it over and sure enough, some stress cracks had appeared. Now, granted, this particular brand you are supposed to TWIST the handle and lift at the same time. If you just pull without twisting, that's when the problem arises. So we could have gotten the same model and probably been OK. But if someone else tried to break it down, they may cause damage without knowing it. Rather than risk it, we went with a Graco instead. It seemed to stand up to the frustrated husband test just fine. You should have seent he looks we got with him thrashing that thing around! hee hee! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Wow this has a lot of room
This package is only for gamers with more than 20 games or who own and play more than 2 sports games simultaneously. This is not for the average gamer but if you have a dvd remote for the ps2 then you should buy this because the dvd remote takes up 2mb of the 8mb card and this package contains 2 8mb memory cards.
If you own games like jak 2 and madden nfl you MUST BUY THIS BECAUSE THOSE GAMES TAKE A lot of space.NOTE:THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PS1 (THE CARD WILL NOT EVEN STAY IN THE PS1 MEMORY CARD SLOT)ALSO IF YOU PLAY PS1 GAMES ON YOUR PS2 THIS CARD IS STILL NOT COMPATIBLE BUT THERE IS A CATCH IF YOU ARE FED UP LIKE I AM OF THESE SMALL PS1 MEMORY CARDS YOU CAN BUY A PS2 CARD AND A PS1.BUT YOU MUST SAVE TO THE PS1 CARD AND WHEN YOU ARE NOT USING A FILE TRANSFER IT TO THE PS2 CARD AND WHEN OU NEED IT AGAIN JUST TRANSFER IT BACK TO THE PS1 CARD.BUT THIS WILL NOT WORK VICE VERSA!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Good memory card but one should be enough...
If you're completely one of those HARDCORE gamers who spend more than 4 hours a day playing videogames, 2 memory cards should fit you nicely, considering the amount of games you could possible play in that time. However, if you're a easy gamer like me (no more than 2-3 hours a day) 1 should be enough. If you're that hardcore gamer and need that much space to fit all your gaming needs, this is surely going to save you money, as buying 2 memory cards separately cost approximately 50 dollars, about the cost of a brand new just-released game. These memory cards word pretty well so don't expect files that magically disappear or save files that become corrupted that lead you to start the game over again. A memory card is a must buy if you own a PS2 but whether you need 2 is your choice.

5-0 out of 5 stars So Much Space!
These are well worth the cost. There's enough room on these memory cards to last even the heaviest of gamers a while...

5-0 out of 5 stars Best stroller for the price
We just bought this stroller and we love it! We replaced an older Cirrus Travel system, due to all the great features. It was so easy to put together and required no tools. Kudos to Graco for making assembly easy! My daughter is 4 months old and just starting to sit. The seat has 4 settings which are perfect for a new "sitter" and sleeping. The canopy is detached from the frame. So, it can be pushed forward to adjust to the sun. The parent tray has 2 cup holders, perfect my husband and I when we go to the mall. Also, has a sunglass and closed compartment for storing things like cell phones and keys. The baby tray with the one hand open, is amazing. We have an old Cirrus where you have to pop the tray off the frame. The drop basket is perfect for putting packages in while the carseat is on the stroller. The carseat locks are great, it took a little while to get used to. I think this is the best stroller out there. I wish we could have bought the Quattro travel system. The only problem I have is it's a little harder to get into our trunk than the Cirrus. The Quattro is such a great stroller I can handle a little extra loading time. I would highly recommend this stroller.

2-0 out of 5 stars Too much plastic - wheel broke off!
For the longest time I couldn't decide which stroller to buy. I tried out the Quattro Tour when I was 8 months pregnant. I liked the features, but couldn't handle the weight. So I decided to get an infant car seat carrier first and delay the decision. When my son was 5 months old, he outgrew the car seat. At that point (and after realizing there is no "perfect" stroller), I ended up going back to the Quattro Tour because I liked all the features, and was then able to deal with the weight of the stroller.
I liked the large wheels (which helped smooth out the bumps), pivoting canopy, large drop down basket (although I had a little trouble with the drop mechanism at times), full recline, brake mechanism, parent tray and one-hand fold. It was great that the kid's tray wasn't scraping the floor when I folded it! That said, the seat could have been more plush (not much padding there), I wish the child tray was completely removable (only swivels out of the way), I wish the leg rest was extendable, the seat is kind of small for what appears to be a large stroller, and the head support piece flops around & seems unnecessary.
I was doing great with the stroller until one day the front wheel completely broke off when the stroller fell out of my minivan trunk! It wasn't the kind of thing where I could just jam the wheel back into the socket - the piece the held the wheel onto the lock mechanism was plastic and just broke. It was a frigid day and perhaps the plastic got too rigid to handle the fall. Anyway, Graco was good about sending me a replacement wheel. This did, however, afford me the opportunity to rethink my stroller choices, and as it was less than 90 days from the purchase date, I went back to Babies R Us and got a refund. I ended up purchasing a lighter stroller w/ less features - as my son got older, he was using the stroller less and less.
In short, the features are great if you can manage the weight, but there's too much plastic to say that it's a really durable stroller.

Not worth it
There are a lot of reasons this stroller is not the most practical out there. I should start by saying I researched and read so many reviews - I was convinced this was the best one, but my expectations must have been too high. It was okay while my daughter was in her car seat and we could snap and go - but even then, the whole thing is entirely too clumsy - many stores I shop at don't have room in the aisles for such a wide stroller. Something happened to the front wheels of my stroller, so it acts like a faulty shopping cart - and it's so embarrassing when I am trying to get in and out of a store and the doors don't open automatically. Long story short - we're still using this horrible stroller - but if I had to do it over again I would have gotten a more compact, more durable (maybe a jogger?) one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Stop searching for that perfect stroller...this is it!!
This is my third child and I have learned from previous mistakes. The previous strollers that I owed when my boys where younger were terrible! Hard to steer, basket too small...you name it I hated it! This stroller though is THE BEST! I get stopped at the mall a lot and asked where I purchased it! I love that is is easy to steer, the basket at the bottom is easy to access and the compartments come in very handy. It folds pretty flat and fits great into my HONDA ACCORD. I love this stroller and plan to use it till my son can longer fit! I also purchased the matching infant carrier and love it too!

3-0 out of 5 stars Good not Great
I did like this stroller for my girls but when my son was in it he loved to sleep on his stomach he just couldnt get comfortable. When laying flat the seat is very narrow. Also, very bulky. ... Read more

What's the No. 1 group dance for the pre-school set? Hint: it's not the "Electric Slide" or "Cotton-Eyed Joe." You guessed it, and so did Elmo: the "Hokey Pokey." Though Elmo doing the "Slide" would be a sight to see, he masters the Pokey quite convincingly, to the probable delight of his toddling fans. After loading his foot with four "AA" batteries, press his hand and he performs the popular jig. He sticks out both his right hand and foot, shakes his body all about, then smoothly spins in place, thanks to a rotating platform under one foot. Elmo even spices up the beat, and sporadically speeds up the action; both innovations crank up the fun factor. The only downside: he was de-plushed, presumably because of all the mechanisms needed to help him dance and maintain balance. The result, still, is an impressive performance. He's just not very cuddly. --Diane Beall ... Read more

We hokey pokey right along!
Since my 1-year-old is an Elmo freak, we bought this for her for Christmas. She loved it from the first beat! It was hard for her to turn on at first, but once she got him going, she danced right along! And I have to admit, it's kind of a catchy jig! Our only problem was that the batteries ran out pretty fast. But other than that, we love Hokey Pokey Elmo!

It is an awsome toy!
I love Elmo and so does my niece. My co-worker had it, and I thought it was neat. Now I would like to buy it for my niece for her birthday and i can't find it any wheres in syracuse New york.

great toy elmo
i bought this elmo for my 6 month old elmo he loved it and we as adults thought it was ahoot i wanted one so did some of my family it is so sweet

Our kids LOVE Elmo!
My daughter got this for her first Christmas this past year and she is going on 7mos now but she absolutely LOVES this toy. She giggles and squirms whenever he's singing and dancing. Her 2 yr old brother dances with him too and loves when he falls over because he asks you to pick him back up. Granted he doesn't sing the whole song but who cares? It's the fun of dancing with Elmo. So far Elmo has survived 2 kids and a curious cat. The entertainment value and watching what your kids do when he dances and sings far outweighs the noise and not singing the whole song. I recommend this if you want to have a great time with your children.

LOVE IT!
My Greatgrandmother got this Elmo for me for Christmas, and I can't stop bouncing when he dances. I'm still pretty little, so I like to eat Elmo's fur, but when Mommy and Daddy play and dance with me, it's SO much fun! ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Don't buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I have bought 2 of these and both times where the hose goes, busted. There was an air bubble forming at the end of the slide. The waterproof fabric was detaching from the other fabric underneath. My 6 year old climbed up the back in the slots and ripped a hole there. She is only 45lbs.The weight limit is 200lbs. This product is not durable compared to the new and different brand waterslide I have bought. Save the reciept and return!!!!!!!

3-0 out of 5 stars Hose portion broke as soon as water was turned on!
My kids are outside right now having a great time on this slide. Only problem is the seem burst as soon as we hooked up the hose and turned it on. Since there was no way the kids (10, 6 & 3) were going to let us take it right back to the store, it is set up with the hose just sitting up top, running down the slide. We will probably try another brand. The concept of this toy is wonderful...it is over 90 degrees out right now and they are all having so much fun. Hopefully the manufacturer will be able to take care of this problem, so it would be worth the price.

2-0 out of 5 stars FUN - VERY pour quality
We setup this while the kids were screaming to get it up.THEY LOVED IT.BUT - the water hose broke instantly.I had to put a sprinkler ontop of it to make it wet.Accept for the horrible quality (a water hose that is two pieces of cloth glued together is NOT quality). The Store was willing to take it back as a return the next day. It would be AWESOME -- if the quality was any better. 5 star fun - 0 star quality -

5-0 out of 5 stars AWESOME!!!
We bought this for my 3 year old's birthday in December. He spent all winter riding it around the house! He absolutely loved it the minute he saw it, would go to it first thing in the morning, and ride it all day!! When spring came we took it outside hoping he would still love it as much. Well, he still drives it everyday!! He pretends it's a garbage truck, a newspaper delivery car, of course a loader..... It just goes on and on...I never know what he will pretend to do on this ride on!!!! I LOVE that he is getting excerise while "driving" it, too! He has battery powered cars, but prefers this one! How cool is that?!! As I remember, it was a little difficult to put together. The directions were not that great. I still had to give it 5 stars because it has held up great! My son absolutely LOVES it! It gets used EVERY day! He is getting excercise and using his imagination!!! What more could you want in a toy!!??!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy.
M 2 year old son loves this tractor. After his cousin got one for his birthday. He cried and cried for his own. His grandparents bought it for him and we can not get him off of it. He loves to pedal (actually ) he likes to pedal then riding his battery operated vehicles. The only thing is that he likes to get our gravel and dump it on the driveway so we have to clean this up but other than that it is great. I was really worried after reading some of the reviews that it would not hold up or be a piece of junk but it is just the opposite. It is wonderful

5-0 out of 5 stars Eee gads! Are the other reviewers kidding me?
We bought this for our 3-year old after reading all the praises. I'll tell you what-- the hype, in my opinion, is ridiculous. Besdies null customer service from Peg Perego, here are my points:

> The instructions are absolutley the worst. Here's an example:
8) Remove the tape <---what tape???
9) Insert a retainer in the special device. <---What is a "special device"?? What retainer? No figures to help.
10) Insert the plugs in the handle bar <-- there are no plugs!

And it goes on and on like this. Even Toys 'R Us warned me about the instructions. I'm a pretty handy guy, so I was able to get it assembled (except for a stripped screw) in an hour. If you're not very handy or confident improvising, have Toys'RUs do it for you.

> Next, the hardware (such as screws) seem to be made of very soft metal. That means stripping during assembly and during use.

> Our boy is an aggressive digger (but not a rough kid). After one hour, the handle and retainer snap and wobble, and the steering wheel is stripped and wobbling.

This product is okay if your child is content just pedalling around, but try to pick anything up or use it like a tractor, and you'll find very quickly that most of the price of the unit does not seem to go into quality, but likely goes to John Deere for the licensing fee!

Ours goes back to Toys'R us.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great outdoor toy, but beware of plastic parts!
This loader tractor was given as a Christmas gift to my son when he was 2 1/2. He has loved it to pieces! Back then we were stuggling to find a peddle toy that he could sit on the seat and reach the peddeles. The that summer he was 36" tall and it was easy for him to peddel. The chain drive allowed him to move at a good walking pace for his mother so that summer we put miles on this bike.
That being said, I must caution readers that this bike is all plastic except the chain drive and the screws that hold it together. The ROPS bar is for show. The fenders can not take weight. The loader is not for hauling heavy things.
We have had durablity problems with this toy. My son rides it hard but I'd say the problems stem from plastic-to-plastic connections having too much flex and eventutally the screw or bolt falls out. The seat keeps coming off. And ours has not been a loader tractor for quite sometime as the end clamp fell off that and we've not replaced it. Lastly the tires are plastic too. Our rear tires have holes in them because of hard use.
Finally, My brother said it was an adverture to assemble and he is very handy.

Overall, I recommed this tractor. Its not too offen you can say your child wore a toy out! All that peddeling, uphill and downhill over and arround has been quite a benifit, too.

5-0 out of 5 stars A great toy for a boy
My 3-year old son is absolutely happy riding this tractor on the playground. I didn't install the loader for safety reasons / maneuverability (the playground is crowded, and it's hard to steer the tractor precisely with the loader attached). One strange feature of this tractor (which appears to be shared by other ride-on toys and carts for some unexplained reason) is that only ONE rear wheel is connected to the chain transmission. The other three wheels are free-spinning, so this is essentially a "one-wheel drive". Sales reps. at Toys R Us were clueless as to the strange design, so it remains a mystery. Nevertheless, the traction of the left rear wheel (the driving one) has so far been sufficient; no skidding. Pedal-drivennes of this tractor is one good feature I want to mention; besides giving the kid an exercise, it eliminates the pain of having to recharge the battery after a day's drive and wait for another day till the toy can be used again. ... The top of the jet flips open to reveal an electronic screen and an operations deck, where Keytron, a robot, plugs into the control board to relay missions to the team. Included are two tethered backpacks which, as Rescue Heroes fans know, allow the action figures to communicate. What's more, the jet itself transforms into a giant robot, with a deployable space pod as the head and a tank-like tough-terrain vehicle down below. This is a sturdy, sizable toy that those who enjoy Rescue Heroes ought to love, and it contains plenty of moving parts. Also included is a C.D. 5-0 out of 5 stars We love it!
We recently bought this baby carrier for our 6-month-old son. We read a bad review about it, but bought it anyway. We are glad we did, because it's the best back pack for the best price. The belt straps are adjustable, making it comfortable for any user. The baby seat and straps are well padded, making it comfortable for him, as well. We love how much storage space is in the back. It makes it easy to go on picnics, and for long periods of time. We love it!

4-0 out of 5 stars Nice Carrier
We bought this carrier last months, used it several times and like it. My 11-month daughter likes riding it when we take her on hiking trips. There is a lot of storage space to carry snacks and water for all of us! My daughter is 20lbs now and we can use it until she is 40lbs according to the product description. The straps can be a little more padded and it's heavier b/c of the extra storage and the canopy. But we like it so far and I would recommend it.

3-0 out of 5 stars good for an afternoon but.....
This backpack is fine for a walk in the park but if you intend to do any serious hiking for an afternoon I wouldn't recommend it. First problem that we found with it is that it was difficult to put on once our 1 yr old was in it, (he weighs 25 lbs). The next problem was that after hiking for about an hour the straps cut into our shoulders. There is NOT enough padding if you will be wearing it for an afternoon of hiking. My husband also had a problem with pain in the middle uppper part of his back after wearing this backpack.

I would have to say that if you are planning on doing more than an occaional walk in the park, spend the money and get a Kelty or a Tough Traveler. I recently bought a Kelty Ridgeline and it is worth the extra money. A friend of mine has the tough Traveller Stallion and she loves it.

On the plus side this backpack has great storage with the fanny pack (good for sippy cups or camera) and a great storage area in the back.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Carrier
We bought last years model that did not have the sunshade. We have went on several short hiking trips and our daughter who is only 4 months old loves it (note manufacturer recommends 6 month old but she is tall for her age and has good head/upper body control) We liked this carrier so much that when we saw the new model had a sunshade, I sold my old one and am currently waiting for the new one to arrive. The only complaint I have is that it needs stirrups or a place for the baby to rest her feet. We normally go on long hikes and are concerned that her legs and feet will swell from the inactivity. We had this happen in a different carrier on a 40 minute walk. Other than that one complaint, I think this carrier is a great value.

5-0 out of 5 stars The Hands Free Answer!!
I bought this backpack for my 6 month old daughter so that I could keep up with my two year old son at the park and other places. The amazing thing is that not only does my infant love the pack but so does my toddler. I am 5'2" and around 120lbs. and I have no problem carry either one of my children for extended periods of time. The frame stand pulls in once you get the pack on making all those tight squeezes in specialty stores maneuverable again. I'll still use my double stroller when I need to, but I'll be using my backpack every chance I can! ... Read more

Great Gear with a few catches.
We had a chance to test these guns in the woods up near Seattle at Bremer BattleIV (see www.1SourceLaserTag.com for more info). These guns are very durable (compared to other brands), and loaded to the hilt with features....warning some adults may have problems with this gear as it is designed for the video gamming crowd...lotsa buttons, bells and whistles. The only drawbacks is that the sensor is on the gun which can be easily blocked - and the aiming is difficult as the sights are on the side of the gun. Only other problem is that it is hard to distinguish between being hit and hitting someone (sounds are too close to being the same) However, the built in games and features out weigh these problems and over all we had a BLAST with this gear....pun intended! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Must have lightweight Stroller
I got this stroller because I needed a light stroller that was easy to close because I was commuting to work for 2 month with my eight month old baby. I do not need to bend to the floor to close this stroller it is very easy to open and to close while I carry my baby and it has a handle that make it great for me to carry into the bus as a back pack. I was concern it was bulky to fit in the bus but stroller bay and me fit just right on the bus. The best thing is that most of the strollers that provide moms with all this comfort do not recline, well this stroller reclines and it so comfortable for the baby. It is fully padded. If you are looking for a light, easy to close/open, and comfortable (for baby and mom) stroller than this is the best stroller for you.

We should have bought this stroller many months ago.My 5 month old loves this stroller. It is so lightweight and portable. It is great for traveling, becasue it takes up little space. It is worth the money to have this Combi at hand.It is easy to maneuver and seems to be comfy for the baby as well. The only drawback is there the storage basket inderneath. You cannot fit much into it, but this a minor concern. You just gotta have this stroller!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars What a relief!
Okay folks. Be prepared to be scared! I just purchased this stroller because the travel system that I've been using for my 4 month old has just been recalled for the very unsafe car seat. (yes, the most important part of the travel system.Imagine that!)The shoulder straps keep coming loose from the back of the unit, leaving babies with too much slack, or no harness at all!I found out the hard way! After parking, I almost died after seeing my angel had slipped down so her head was where her booty should be!The Lord was watching out for her, cause she didn't get injured in this potentially fatal situation!Since I had to give back the entire travel system, this gave me an opportunity to get this wonderful combi!I love it so far.It is so compact, easy to open and close, and maneuvers nicely in tight spots. Yippee! Yippee!By the way, the recalled system is the Eddie Bauer Glacier!Tell your friends who my have this system.Very scary!

4-0 out of 5 stars Great compact Stroller
I bought this stroller after testing many out by actually putting my son in and taking a strole around the store.I LOVED this one and it handled great in the store.:)The basket is small but I wanted this mainly for walking anyway. It folds great and fits in the trunk or back seat of my shadow and I can still fit groceries and other goodies!Very easy to throw in someone elses car also.My son looks very cozy in it!

There is nothing to absorb the shock when walking over sidewalks so it is better for mall walking.

3-0 out of 5 stars Tiny, cushy ,umbrella stroller
If you have an extra $100 to blow on an umbrella stroller, this may be it. I would never use it as a main stroller though. The seat is very small, but nicely padded. The basket (what basket? where?) is not even big enough to fit my small purse into. The wheels are tiny and have no shock absorbtion. Baby can feel every crack and groove in the pavement with these wheels. The recline goes back maybe 3 inches from an upright position. I see no engineering issue that the the manufacturer can't offer more of a flat recline on this model.
Overall, everything about this stroller is tiny. I can't see a baby more than 2yrs old actually being able to fit in it comfortably.
Another option (for the same price) is the MacLaren Volo. I had one a few years ago and I loved it. It was not my main stroller, but I got lots of use out of it. The seat is large enough for a preschooler, tall padded handles, nice basket, sturdy construction. The seat was a breathable mesh material with a slight recline. Check it out before making this purchase. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars What a play yard
We got this play yard as a gift and it was easy to assemble. My husband put it together without instructions. The wheels make it easy to move from one room to the next.We spend a lot of time outdoors and can't wait to use it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Love It!
I love this playpen. The wheels and carrying case are great (TIP - empty out the accessories from the carrying bag pouch and use it for bedding, toys, etc for overnight trips). We take it to the beach and use the canopy. My daughter loves it. When she was younger she liked the music and as she got bigger she liked to play with the different buttons. The only down side is that it is a little heavier than others but with the wheels & carry bag it doesn't really matter. ...
