Cute and snuggly!
We bought this for our son's first Christmas - at which he was 11 months old. He snuggles with Bear in his crib and while we watch Bear on Disney. He loves to watch Bear and we all love to read Bear's books.

When you press Bear's left ear he says cute phrases like, "How about a nice bear hug." and "Great bear hug." and "I smell a friend."

Cute, but...
This Bear is very cute. But, the description makes it sound like Bear talks when you hug him (although admitedly it does not actually say that). Bear actually talks when you squeeze his ear. I ordered this for our son's first birthday so squeezing the ear isn't as easy for him as hugging Bear. I'm still happy with him, I just wish I had known before ordering and thought someone else might want to know, too.

CUTE CUTE CUTE
This bear is just as cute as can be. Sounds like Bear on TV. Says familiar sayings you hear on TV show. Really cuddly. Very soft fur. Would recommend to anyone especially if your kids watch Bear in the Big Blue House. My 9mo. old grandson is getting it for Christmas so I don't know how well it will hold up but looks very well made.

While there exist numerous trainable robotic dogs on the marketplace, there's something a little refreshing about a furry mechanical pup that simply does whatever he wants to. Because really, haven't we all met or even owned dogs like that? Once Go-Go is turned on, he moves back and forth on tiny wheels hidden under thick blond fur all the while pivoting at the shoulders and hips to give a more realistic depiction of walking. Go-Go is a noisy little critter as well barking and panting while moving about the floor. Snowflake!!!!
This was an early Christmas present. This is Snowflake. She is a white dog. Her puppy is white and gray. She wears her necklace sometimes. My real cat, Smokey, likes to play with her. Snowflake chases Smokey. They run around in circles.
Snowflake doesn't pay attention to my kitties. She just runs past them. Sometimes she even leaves her puppy in another room!
Snowflake is educational. She teaches children how to care for their pets. Snowflake is really fun!

Garbage Garbage Garbage
This toy is pure garbage. It does not look or walk like a real puppy. Its ridiculous mechanical wheels get stuck and causes the thing to roll around in a circle. Notice I did not say walk around...it rolls on wheels. This makes it look even more unrealistic. It is suppose to respond to sound. Well you have about a 50/50 chance of it going in the correct direction. My kid played with this one time and now it's on the bottom of the toy box. MY BEAR SCHLEPP
I recived schlepp from my boyfriend for my birthday.I would like to say that I think this is a very loveable,huggable bear.My boyfriend lives in England and i in Georgia/USA and when ever I am missing him which is everyday I sit hugging schlepp and thinking of him.I would strongly recomend buying this....

Truly endearing stuffed animal
We bought a small version of this bear at Christmas when we acted as Santa for foster children through DFACS. Even before the bear was wrapped, everyone in our family had played with it repeatedly. The soft plush, the chubby body and the combination of large nose and little eyes make this toy very vulnerable and lovable. We were so sad to see it leave that my husband bought a replacement for us for Christmas! "Gundy" (I know, not very original of us) has stayed in the family room since the holidays and provides entertainment for teenagers and family alike, as we use him as a puppet to comment on everything from the primaries to the Super Bowl "wardrobe malfunction." (He hid his head in embarrassment.) Yes, even an inanimate stuffed animal can have educational value if you animate it!

This bear will make your day!
I bought this bear for my grandaughter she is 5 years old. If I had known how adorable it was I would have ordered more at the time. Everyone I showed him to fell in love with him. As I say he makes your day. He brings a smile to your face. I collect bears throughout my house. I have many. There is not one that I have that is like him. He is so soft and when you put him in your arms to hug...lookout you have never hugged anything better. It's unbelievable. No one should be without one. I will be placing another order for more right after Christmas. For myself and friends, just to make their day. It's a must just to see people smile and be loved by this bear. I hope this review helps you decide.

The best huggable bear ever
I got this bear while in the hospital, I hugged it whenever I was sad, in pain, or getting a treatment. It now sits on my bed when I'm at home, and everytime I go to the hospital it goes to me. It's even gone into surgery with me a few times. It's a great bear to hug if someone's not there. Mine has held up very well, and I haven't had to wash it. It's great for kids and adults I think. super soft, an excellent puppet!
I knew Folkmanis would never disappoint but was still thrilled at the high quality of this puppet. Folkmanis puppets are consistently great quality, of beautiful design, and fun to use. This puppet, however, is exceptionally soft, almost velvety in texture. A great toy for little ones to hug and hold as well as a fun puppet. Using your hand, one can move the mouth and swing the trunk a bit.

My children love this puppet! This large puppet is a must-have for puppet lovers and elephant lovers!

Adorable!
My son is a scooby fan, age 4 and he loves this scooby. Its so adorable, soft and speaks clearly and loudy enough to hear. He love his and sleeps with him every night, takes him everything, its his best pal.

Good By Me
Just so people know, this is not the Luv Cub. This is the Newborn Luv Cub. It doesn't hug back and is considerably smaller than the original Luv Cub (who does hug and makes suckling noises when given a bottle). We have both the Luv Cub and Newborn Luv Cub and both are great. My daughter pretends the Luv Cub is the 'Mommy'. On the larger Luv Cub, the arm also bent/broke, but still works fine. The newborn is in great shape and seems more durable. We love both and the Newborn Luv Cub is so adorable.

Panda Fur Real Bear
I bought this for my grandaughter about 1 month ago.She played with it for the first 2 weeks and now it just sits in her toy box.She is 3-1/2 yrs. old and she told me the bear was smaller than the one in the video and that it also does not give hugs like the video shows.She was also disappointed that the bottle served no purpose.The toy just stretches and opens it's eyes and moves arms up and down.We were both disappointed, especially since the video made it look larger than it actually is and I have yet to see it hug.

Very cute
I bought this for my 6 year old daughter yesterday. She is in love with it.She is a stuffed animal kid anyhow and to have one that needs her TLC is a plus! The only dissapointing feature is the bottle, why include one if it dosen't have a function? Even a little sucking sound would be better than nothing at all.
But overall she's very happy (he's asleep at this very moment!)

this thing is so cute and ,durable?
This toys is so cute ,but durable too! I love it once I doped it while running it hit the wall and hit the floor. Still works fine. I can`t wait to get a bunny one. It even comes with a little bottle ,but doesn`t realize that it has one in front of it:/. I really want to get the polar bear one too. Here are some pluses and minuses.

Nice toy, but fairly fragile.
I bought this for my daughter, 3, for a Christmas present in 2004. She loves it. She loves the sounds it makes and is particularly fond of the fact that he "hugs" her back when she hugs him. After 3 months, however, one of the mechanical paws is bent/broken. It still works, however, it is just at an odd angle, like a broken wrist. My 3 year old hasn't even noticed it and still plays with it, but my eldest did almost instantaneously. My children are not rough with their toys,especially their cuddly ones, so I can't say one of them purposely broke it. Fun puppet... actually quite awesome
I bought this one and the Emperor Penguin puppet for my baby... she loves them both.

The owl is awesome, soft... the head rotates all the way around via a stick inside. I can maneuver the wings and head at the same time with one hand, which really entertains my daughter.

Cuddly and interactive
This snowy owl is a part of my plush/puppet collection, and I don't regret the addition. The head can be turned and the wings flapped with your hand, and patches of velcro allow the wings to be folded back realisticly when not spread. The material is very soft, and the beak and talons are leather, not plastic. My only nitpick is that the feet have only three claws, when they should have four. However, this small inaccuracy shouldn't stop anyone from adding it to their collection.

Gorgeous toy
This is one of my favorite owls and favorite puppets. You really need to see it to appreciate just how gorgeous it is. The only drawback that I have found is in trying to fasten the wings back into the "at rest" position. They seem to pull too tightly on the owl. Of course, that could just be on mine.

Great Owl
This is a great toy for children of all ages, I've found it especially useful in Harry Potter plays my children have preformed.

Lifesize Yorkie Playmate
I bought this doll as a companion for my own Yorkshire Terrier, Buffy, when she was a puppy. Buffy has LOVED this little doll, she still sleeps with it and carries it with her. Four months later the doll has not lost anything but it's bow. I can wash it when it gets dirty and yes, the hair needs brushing occasionally but anyone who ever had a puppy knows how hard it is to find toys that last through teething. I recommend it for children and dogs alike.

Cute as a button
This toy is so close to the real thing. I have a Yorkie (Jack) and this toy puppy could be his cousin. The makers did a great job with this one. The one I bought is a present but I know it's going to be tough giving him away. It's love at first sight.

Huge bear gets a huge response!!
Our 2 yr old received this huge bear for a birthday party present. Everyone's jaws dropped when he entered the room. She loved to climb and hug the bear! Its good quality plush; you can't pull the fibers like many cheaper animals.

Great Great GREAT!
I purchased this for my niece and she absolutely fell in love with it. She carries it around with her everywhere! I love it though because it teaches her to be gentle with animals something that she was never good at before!

When making toy unicorns, the pressure is pretty much off. After all, if you invent some new attributes for the mythical animal, no one is going to say you got it wrong. With that in mind, this Barbie unicorn is a pretty interesting beast. She's purple with a bluish sparkly mane and big eyelashes. When you push her foot, her hard plastic horn lights up in a variety of colors and she either laughs or speaks one of a number of phrases ("I'm your girl", "Now this is a party"). As you might expect from a magical talking unicorn with a light-up horn, it can be a little annoying for parents but the volume is mercifully low and as long as she's consigned to a bedroom or play room, Mom and Dad should be fine. Great fun for little girls
