The Neopets line of interactive toys is quite the rage online where kids can create their own custom-built critters to take care of. These smaller figurines aren't nearly as time intensive as their more complex cousins but can be plenty of fun all the same. Included in this set of three Neopets are Grundo, Aisha, and Kacheek. Grundo looks like a frog crossed with a rabbit, Aisha appears to be a catlike animal with noticeable giraffe tendencies, and Kacheek, here painted by the special "cloud paint brush", who seems to be part puppy, part rabbit, and part human toddler. It's all likely to be very confusing to adults and uninitiated kids, who still can appreciate the cuteness of the characters, but to the Neopets faithful, these figurines are likely to be very popular. --Charlie Williams ... Keeps on Bubbling
We were very excited at how easy the Bubbles Inside Bubbles works. It took us a few tries to figure out the trigger control, but with a little practice we were able to make lots of bubbles. We have found the best bubble solution is Pustefix. We attend a lot of outdoor events and this bubbler is great entertainment.

Save your money
I purchased this toy, so that I can blow some bubbles for my 2 year old daughter. The product looks bright and freindly, but failed to do its job. First, the bubble resevoir kept leaking bubble mix on to my hand. Second, the toy failed to make any bubbles. I tried different bubble mixes in the toy, each time with no bubbles. It is supposed to make tiny bubbles, within a large bubble. It did not. There is no way I could control the amount of air from the blower to make bubbles. The blower was too much for the bubbles. ... This Pixter software cartridge fits in the expansion slot of the Pixter creativity systems. With the black and white Rescue Hero Mission Masters software, you can choose from four mission locations: arctic, sea, wilderness or city. Within those mission locations, you have four activities to choose from. When you select the Scene Starters activity, you get your rescue mission assignment from Warren Waters. With Scene Starters, you can use digital stamps, shapes, or freeform drawing to add to one of the Pixter backgrounds. If you stamp a picture of a dog in the landscape, Warren Waters will tell you about a rescue involving animals that are in danger; if you put the fire stamp on something, he'll tell you there is a fire emergency, and so on. There are also puzzles to put together, a maze to solve, and a mix and match game. As with the other black and white Pixter software we played with, the activities are fun but we found the graphics to be outdated--some were just plain hard to figure out. --Megan Sullivan ...
