GREAT gift!
I bought 5 of these wands for the neices and nephews
on our last camping trip and they were a BIG hit.
Even the two year-old niece instantly started
saying "ooooo" I had a great time bringing one out
to the clubs with me as well. I plan to buy
more of these products as the standard "kid gift"
for 2003. [Of course the adults all want one too.. ]

The most fun LCD light in the world, if not the most durable
Well, this is not my first time buying these lights. Actually, its my third time in about a year. These are easily the best LCD lights on the market, with multiple settings (fade in, immediate switch, solid color, strobe) and multiple speeds (normal, slow, really slow, extremely fast, fast). They are great at parties. People will love watching them nearly endlessly. The only only only drawback is that they are not completely indestructable. We have used a lot of duct tape in the past, and I may suggest that you tape a few parts of the toy.

1. The battery compartment. There is a screw on it, but if the lights hit each other or against something else, it can go flying.

2. The clear part of the light should be taped to the base portion, as it can fly off if it comes in contact with something. It can be put back on, assuming the plastic doesn't crack.

3. The plastic piece that the cord attaches to has been known to break (a few times). We are trying to reinforce it with super glue or liquid concrete. I haven't tried it yet, so I dont know if it will work well. Tape does not work well up there (trust me...i know)

Please note...unless you are spinning the lights with some speed, these things probably aren't needed, but if you plan on trying to do tricks with them, you may want to consider protecting your investment. Happy light spinning!

Great for clubing
This is a great toy, beats the hell out of night sticks, this changes colors and is alot of fun, everyone I see wants one, great for fan dancing, twirling and all sorts of effects for dancing, I got 2 of them to twirl them and to let my friends use too.. alot of fun.

The Best Blinky Glow Ever
I have seen some pretty darn cool blinky lights in my time, but this one takes the Gold Medal. I was a bit skeptical when I bought it for only (...), considering the Rav'n Photon Light costs about (...) and was my old favorite in this category. I first tried the light out in the day time, and at first felt a little let down. The blurred plastic casing surrounding the LEDs muffles the intensity somewhat. I was afraid that this might kill the effect.
Once I tried this badboy out during the night, my hesitations were washed away. This light leaves the coolest trails, which blow away any other party light. This light combines the best aspects of chemical glowsticks and traditional LED or photon lights.
My only complaint is that it is a bit bulky for certain situations. The handle could be a bit shorter or the glowing section could be a bit longer, somehow the propotion seems a bit off. Don't let this discourage you though! If are in the market for a new blinky light, look no further.

Made of durable, shatter-proof plastic, this pudgy, pink piggy bank is perfect for young childrenwho can't yet handle a china one. The large slot at the top of the bank can hold small and large coins, evenhalf-dollar ones. A ray of sunshine in tough times
I am in complete accordance with other reviewers who state that this piggy bank is difficult to open; but that is why I am so enthusiastically in support of it. We cannot teach children proper savings habits in these troubled times, unless it's a big hassle to get out their coins. My children have their own piggy banks in pink, and I have a piggy bank in blue, which I will take the liberty of including in this review. I find that the piggy bank is beautiful and durable, but that it does not hold out ground water very well. I did bury my piggy bank in the back yard, after receiving a fairly large money order from my uncle. In general, I do not trust fancy pants banks and other such operations, because I feel that they infringe on my privacy and that they use interest from my money to fund all sorts of experiments. But I must warn anyone who intends to bury their piggy bank, that it is not very effective against the elements. We had a particularly long and cold winter here, and I found that when I retrieved my funds (after forgotting where it was and gouging up most of the yard), that all of the bills were very wet and smelled like my aunt Lucille. I tried to dry the money on a clothesline, and it was all subsequently stolen by--I allege--wayward children in my neighborhood. I can prove nothing as of yet. And I do not blame the makers of this fine product for my misfortune. Instead, as I believe William Shakespeare said best, I come not to bury this piggy bank, but to praise it. It has survived the test of time, and now I use it keep notes and reminders to myself.

Money goes in but doesn't come out.
This bank is pretty cute and very durable, but it's very difficult to open, even for an adult. And once you do get it open, it's even harder to get the money out. It gets stuck in the wells of the legs and you have to keep shaking it and turning it to try to get the money out of the opening. I found it very frustrating and my daughter would never have gotten the money out. My older child loves to take the money out, sort it and count it, which is a big part of the educational value of a piggy bank. So I got this unbreakable one for my younger child. However, we put it right back in the box once we discovered how hard it was to open and get a few quarters back out. Don't buy it unless you want the money to stay in until your child is old enough for college.

Great for Baby Gifts
Our company loves these pigs. It has become a tradition to put a pig out for pregnant employees. Everyone donates and signs a card. Its really fun!

Oink if you love this bank
My daughter loves her piggy bank. The plug is securely attached so she can't take out the money with out help. Its durable to outlive us all, and my child loves to push it around on the floor while making piggy noises. What more can you ask for?
