The perfect dollhouse, if it would just work!!!
I bought this dollhouse for my daughter on her third christmas. I thought it was a really good dollhouse for the price, and was very excited about giving it to her. When we put it together, it was great. It was a big hit and everybody played with it. She played with it everyday for a month until it started to have problems. The wiring somehow got messed up so that if you hit the fireplace for instance, the phone would ring, and soforth. That was just the first problem. After that, the batteries would run down within a day because the switch wires were also messed up. You can't get the lights to turn off now. I don't feel like replacing the batteries everyday, or taking them out after every use, so I'm just getting rid of it. I didn't keep the box to return it, or otherwise I would be returning it for a refund. Kinda a waste in my book.

great dollhouse,but i'd look for a more sturdy one
this is a great dollhouse in the fisher price collection though it is not exactly what I would choose because it is kind of rickity. That is not what you want to be happening, you kids playing nicely together and then it just falls on top of them. I gave it 4 stars on it's durability, because thats what happened to my three year old. it will be returned tomorrow.

This toy is certainly up top on my favorites list!Yeah, other people say it's not that sturdy, but I disagree! one of the best ever made Fisher Price! Keep up the great work! I love it.

GREAT dollhouse
My daughter received this for her 3rd birthday and is still enjoying it almost every day and now she is 4 1/2. Her 2 1/2 year old sister loves it as well. It's always popular when her friends come over. It's great because it comes with some built in furniture, but has room to add more. Fun for the grandparents to add pieces to the collection. Big enough for both my girls to play side-by-side. The special affects are fun, but ours go crazy when the batteries go low so I just stopped replacing them and the girls haven't even noticed. I researched many, many dollhouses and this one fit all our wants and needs. Some dollhouses have rooms so small that once the furniture is in, little hands can't get the dolls in. All in all, a great purchase for both our daughters to enjoy for many more years.

WHAT A FUN DOLLHOUSE!
I just gave my 3 year old daughter this dollhouse today - I love playing with it as much as she does. I would encourage buying extra furniture to complete the look. The furniture that does come with the house is not moveable which is a great idea because these are the pieces that provide all the phrases and sounds and this way they won't get lost - good idea Fisher Price! The many stickers to come with the house completes the look. This house is very sturdy I am sure it will be played with many years from now. My 7 yr old son also plays with this along with his sister.

Nice House...
We bought this house for our daughter last Christmas and I must say it has been great! There are plenty of rooms for the family to go in. It comes with the dolls, a cat, a radio, and a few peices of furniture plus the furniture that is built-in the house. I still don't have all the rooms for it but my daughter doesn't even notice. Very durable and very much worth the price.

Love this dollhouse
Our two daughters...age 5 and 2 received this doll house for Easter and they love it. Instead of fighting over it, like they used to do over their much smaller dollhouse, they're able to each be on one side and play out their own ideas. It's also a special treat for them to go to the store and purchase new furniture for their house. The sweet sounds and talking are adorable and I highly recommend this dollhouse to anyone. It's worth every penny we paid.

My expectations for the sweet sounds doll house
I purchased this for one of my granchildren and love it myself however I wish I would be able to furnish this house with the accompanying furniture. Why is it so difficult to do that?

Great Christmas Gift
My daughter received the doll house with some of the furniture from her grandmother for Christmas. She loves it. We have since collected some more of the furniture. Baby and potty
This toy, although at times messy, appeals greatly to my 31/2 year old. I suggest you give it a try.

My daughter loves this doll!
My daughter loves this doll. She loves to carry her around and play with her. She loves to "feed" the doll as well, but it is a little difficult for her to push the bottle far enough into her mouth.

Some of the pieces that come with the doll can be easily lost, and the top of the potty sometimes wants to come out, but those are the main drawbacks. Also, in order to keep her pottying, I have to keep filling her bottle, and in order to avoid a mess, I have to continue emptying the potty.

She is a very pretty doll, however, and my daughter loves to play with her... whether she's making the doll go potty (which she only does on her potty chair) or whether she's just carrying her around the house.

Great potty teaching tool
I purchased one of these dolls a few weeks ago for my twins. I'd read and bought into the "Potty Training for Dummies" method, and one of their ideas is to have a doll that wets, figuring that, if a kid can show a doll how to use the potty, then they can do it, too. I did a little research, and found that this doll was the best for the money.

My twins (who are boys, by the way), love this doll. She only wets in the potty, which I definitely appreciate, both as a teaching element and as a mom who has to clean up. She comes with a LOT of gear, specifically related to toilet training.

The bottle and sippy cup are both a little bit hard to fully insert into her mouth, which does make for a bit of a mess sometimes, but my boys seem to have figured out that they have to get the nipples pretty far in, and we're doing much better with that after a short time.

In fact, they loved it so much that I ended up buying a second one, because they both wanted to feed her all the time. They certainly don't seem to mind that she isn't soft - both dolls are getting lots of hugs and love from my kids.

My only gripe - why not a boy? Our dolls do tend to stay naked most of the time (easier for the potty, anyway) and without clothes, you can't really tell. However, especially as a potty training tool, it might be nice to have a little bit of anatomical correctness, (especially for boys) as well.

However, that's only my OWN gripe - from the point of view of two 2-year-olds in my house, this doll is fantastic.

Be prepared to get wet!
It's great that this doll can use a potty, I love that, but to give the doll water requires more pressure and accuracy than a 2 1/2 year old can provide. So when she gets a bottle, water winds up everywhere but in the doll's guts. And try telling a 2 1/2-year-old who wants to do it herself that you have to be the one to give the doll her bottle! And even I have a hard time feeding the doll without water leaking all over. It's also annoying that the bottles and sippy cup have rounded bottoms, so you can't put them down. But my daughter does love using the potty at the same time the doll does, it' s a great teaching tool.

My kids love this doll
My daughter just turned one year old, and I wanted to get a doll for her birthday. They don't have many choices for that age, but felt that this one looked pretty safe. I also got her the matching stroller. She immediately started pushing her doll around and plays with it often. My 2 year old son also loves the doll, and at first they fought over it. The stroller reviews mention that the stroller is not well made, but I really like it, and think it's sturdy enough. I would highly recommend this doll, mainly because you get alot for the price. ... Baby Annabell for My Granddaughter
Well, I bought Baby Annabell for my 3 year old Granddaughter and she absoultly loves her as do I!
I think she is just darling. My granddaughter found her early, as in before Christmas!
Yes she was her Christmas present and she found it in Grandma's spare room a couple of weeks ago and just knew that it was for her. Any way, we both just love her.

Baby Annabell Doll
I received the baby Annabell for my daughter in the mail today. The doll is in good condition, however the way it was packaged was terrible. The box was mangled and I am surprised it was okay. I think my daughter will love this doll, but she will have to wait until Christmas :-)

New Mommy
I just got this baby today i loved it i guess its kinda silly for a 13 year old to play with dolls but i think its fun(dont tell my friends)anyways this doll isnt what i expected i thought it would do more stuff i couldnt chooose between rock a bye chou chou or annabell but when i found out annabells mouth moved i was set i think its fun to act like you have your own baby if you have old brothers or sisters who like to annoy then its not good like me my sister likes to yell and hit it right when it falls asleep but i think this is a great baby, overall.

BABY Annabell
I got Baby Annabell in the hopes that I would get a very modern doll.When I opened the pakage I wwas somewhat disppionted. Yes she was modern like she giggled and cryed. She really makes realistic mouth movements.BUT sometimes when you try to read a story to her she justs keeps on giggling.I can't really take out of my rooom or my family will go insane. Even when she sucks it's super noisy. I wish you could feed her or have to change her diaper because it's wet.It's perfect for the LITTLE mother HINT BETWEEN 3-7 but, maybe we older mother 7+up need something more than bottle feeding or rattling a rattle . Over all I think she is perfect for younger mothers. Also, I thinnk she is over priced. I do have a recomendation for older mothers though, Baby Born.

A great doll!
This doll is great--she cries and laughs like a real baby. I have a 5 yr old and a 2 year old and they both love to play with her. The crying is a little annoying after awhile, but you can turn her off with a switch on her back. She also comes with a bottle, pacifier, and toy bear. Well worth the money! ... Read more

my dad bought this for my little sisters 3rd birthday and she loved it he also bought the individual carseats (that come with the doll) like our twin brothers travel system and she puts the carseat in the back since the front doesnt have a tray(thats one thing she doesnt like)and pushes it everywhere it folds down very easy and is worth your money

classic dollhouse is still a hit!
This loving family dollhouse is certainly amazing. It's well built,AND it has two BABIES unlike the special edition townhouse. It also has very nice touches such as the fireplace in the den, roomy fridge, balcony on the second floor, and extra play space on the very top. Take my word for it, this is not all. for the low,low,low price of fifty dollars, it is really worth it. Every single penny. If you are looking for a special dollhouse that your kids will play with for more than five or six weeks, the classic dollhouse is the one! you will really enoy this and hurry to the toystore before they are sold out!!!!

Good gift
My two girls love this house. If I had to say anything bad about the house would be the door didnt stay on and the room are a little small.But overall we really been happy with this toy we love the people and funiture they make for the house. They are made real well.If you have younger girls and want to start barbie I would go with this toy first, same thing but better for younger girls.

Loving Family Dollhouse Still a Favorite After 5 Years
We bought the original Loving Family Dollhouse when my daughter was 3 years old. She is now nearly 7 and still loves to play with it. We buy new furniture and accessories every year. Though the housing "styles" may change, the premise is still the same - little girls love playing with dollhouses and Fisher-Price has created all the family members, accessories and pets to make every playtime fantasy come true. What a great buy and enduring toy for our family!

Still lots of fun
This was a huge hit this year, and the kids love it. I had held off on buying on Fisher Price's previous version, the Home and Stable when I heard they were bringing back the Classic version. I had heard there were problems with the stable versions durability and I thought the classic version would give more rooms.

No complaints so far on the classics durability, everything is still intact after a month of play.

However, I didn't really find more room in the house, and other than the durability concern I'm not sure if we wouldn't have been just as happy or happier with the Home and Stable version. The room on top is shown as a playroom and unlike the previous version, in the classic it is enclosed, this limits the furniture you can put in this room and what to use the room for. The main family room in the middle also seems to be more enclosed. The niches and stuff they added are cute, but a great deal is made about getting the loving family furniture so I think it should fit and compliment the house better. The smaller rooms on the left, especially the nursery we found to be very cramped. I do have last years nursery, so it could be the furniture we have, but we can't put all the furniture into the room and we found the room below seems to be a waste as well. And, the slanted roof on the nursery and bathroom make the already small rooms about an inch even smaller since you can't fit the furniture all the way in. We also found the way the classic one folds up (the floor fold into the house) you can't fit as much furniture in it when play times over, so we needed to get a tote to store the rest of the furniture.

I had more than one kid get just mildly annoyed that the furniture didn't fit right, match the rooms layout or stickers or windows. But even with that the kids still love it! Definitely a hit!

Fun dollhouse with a few minor flaws
My daughter got this for her 4th b-day. She was so excited. She has played with it almost everyday. One flaw is that the doors fall off all the time. Second, the rooms are kind of small for the furniture you can buy to go with it. It only comes with a mom,dad and baby so I bought the sister and brother dolls right away. Best Birthday Gift
My daughter got this for her first birthday and she loves it. She loves to feed the baby with the soft bottle and the carrier makes it easy for her to travel with baby. I totally disagree with the last comment posted about "Save your Money" the items are made small for small little hands, but they are not small enough for choking hazzards. We will be giving this as birthday gifts to other little girls within our family and friends circle.

Soft & sweet!
This will be a fun doll for my little one who will be a year old in a few weeks. It seems safe and soft, although it is a little smaller than I expected. I think my little girl will really enjoy it, although I'm not sure I would say the doll & accessories are a good value.

They call this doll my FIRST baby doll for a reason...
This doll is fantastic for VERY YOUNG children. I bought this for my twins who are just turning one. They are in love with their older sister's baby dolls, which they really shouldn't be playing with due to choking hazards. This doll is appropriately sized for a very small child, with embroidered eyes, mouth, etc. It is a stuffed doll, so no problem if your child sucks on it. Very soft, so nice for giving hugs. The small bottle and teddy bear are large enough that they do not pose choking hazards. Yes, the doll is hard for a child to dress, but the kids I think it is most appropriate for are not yet old enough to rip clothes off and dress it. The bed is also soft fabric, another bonus for the very young kid. I didn't know what to expect when I placed my order and was VERY pleased with the result. Perfect 1st birthday gift. Don't even THINK of giving this to an older (say 2 year old) child.

Save your money.
I bought this doll for my 2 year old. She loves anything baby-related so I thought this would be a nice addition to her toy collection. It's cute and soft, but really LITTLE. It comes with a bed/carrier, LITTLE teddy bear, LITTLE blankie (think washcloth), and a LITTLE stuffed bottle of milk. I'm aware that the dimensions of the doll are listed in it's description, but I rarely whip out my tape measure to see how big it really might be, I just assumed it would be a bit bigger. So, size might not matter for any reason except the following: such a LITTLE doll wears such LITTLE clothes that it is hard to dress and undress. My daughter is ok with ripping off the clothes, but even I have trouble putting them back on, and you could only imagine how much harder it is for the tiny fingers of a 2 year old. She gets very frustrated and screams for me to come and help her (of course, only to rip them off again, and so on!). She likes feeding and burping the doll, but thats basically it. Cute toy with only a few problems
The furniture is so cute. My daughter loved setting up the rooms. However, the furniture is almost too big for the rooms. We have the classic dollhouse. I don't know how it would fit in other dollhouses. The bathroom is an especially tight fit. Also, the laptop and book that came with it kept coming apart. That said, I am glad we have it because my daughter loves playing with it.

TIME CONSUMING
INITIAL SET-UP IS VERY TIME CONSUMING AS FAR AS APPLYING THE STICKERS. FURNITURE INCLUDED IS CUTE, BUT NOT MUCH THERE. HAD TO RUN OUT TO THE TOY STORE FOR OTHER ITEMS. MY DAUGHTER PREFERS NOT TO HAVE THE SOUND EFFECTS ON. VERY CUTE TO LOOK AT. VERY HARD TO PACK UP FURNITURE TO CLOSE CORRECTLY.

A must have for your dollhouse
This 3 room set is a must have for your Loving Family dollhouse! It's so much fun and really helps to fill up the space. I especially love the little potty chair that comes w/ the bathroom, the globe that actually spins around, the lap top that opens up and the easle. Oh, and the desk for the little girl to work at. You get a lot for your money.

Terrific Buy!!!!
I am very happy with this set. Not only is it a great buy but everything fits into the Fisher-Price Loving Family Sweet Sounds dollhouse. I really like how they attach the washcloth and shower head to the tub. Then they don't get lost. I think anyone will be happy with this set. Nice addition to the house!!

Took a chance...
I was hesitant to purchase this item since no photo or product description was available to show what rooms were included, but I decided to take a chance. Luckily, I am pleased with the toy. But, I don't think I saved any money by buying the group, this is why I didn't rate 5 stars. This package includes a bathroom (footed bathtub, blue vanity with sink, toilet, potty chair etc.), playroom (globe, easel, bookcase etc.) and kid's bedroom. From my research, I've concluded that these are three of the lower priced rooms. The kid's bedroom, not available at Amazon at the time I write this review, is a teenager's bedroom (stereo, laptop, TV, twin-size daybed etc). Great toys! BOTH races are available!
My daughter plays for hours with her Loving Family--BOTH caucasian and african-american versions. There are indeed both available, and we have a mixture because our circle of friends includes people of different ethnic backgrounds. We want our children to value diversity. Try Fisher-Price.com--I have had to order items that we want but cannot find in the stores. Or go to the Wal-Mart in Greenville, Mississippi, where the ONLY loving family dolls available are the african-american version!! Perhaps that is because the majority of the population there is african-american--but they do not stock the caucasian dolls. Don't blame Fisher-Price--they do make BOTH!!

Race IS an issue
I have tried to buy a black family with the house and found none, not even in the store. While I don't want to raise children to be prejudiced, I truly believe self-esteem and identity can be greatly affected, especially in the early years, through play and the stereotypes presented. Most toy manufacturers automatically include white dolls with their toys.
Mattel and Fisher Price have both had problems with this in the past. The Toys R Us in our neighborhood caters to mostly black and Hispanic, yet quite often, TOO often, the only families available are white. Maybe Amazon, who caters to a WORLD market, could influence this situation.

My daughter Loves the Loving Family
I read a review about the race of the dolls in the Loving Family house only being caucasion, not true. My daughter is 4 years old and and caucasion, but I bought the house with an African-American family to teach her about other families in the world. I think Fisher-Price does a great job of showing children the different types of people in this world. I am not a bias mother and don't want my children to feel that caucasions are any better than any other race--we should all be treated equal. My main reason for buying this set was because I raise my children at home and feel that through play she will learn to appreciate other races before she goes to school. Thanks to Fisher-Price for helping me teach my daughter how to appreciate other people.

Once again disappointed with fisher price
I am really tired of fisher price/Mattel continued insults on this matter. Not all children who purchased the loving family doll houses are caucasian, so why do you continue to make caucasian families for the doll houses and no african american or different ethnic figures, you discust me. Stop being bias, I want to see an african american doll giftset from your company and so does every other ethnic person. If you are going to make a caucasian family, make families of color as well, just don't make a few pieces. Or do you want only to do business with some people and not all?

Item Photo doesn't reflect the inclusions
To be fair, I wrote to Amazon to ask for a clear explanation of this item, why it was priced so high. In fact they had no answer but to say what is pictured is what you get. This in fact is not an accurate picture of the inclusions. The price is high because in fact you get several other figures. You get a Grandma with kitty and carrier. You get a baby-sitter with little girl, as well as the sister and brother in the picture which alone sell for $6.00. This picture is misleading. You get a few more figures then lead to believe. What a WONDERFUL doll!!!
Santa brought this doll for my 18 month old daughter last Christmas. I know that the appropriate age starts at 3 years old, but we have had no problems. In examining the doll, I found nothing that could be hazardous to my daughter. I think the manufacturer put that age on the box, because they thought an older child might get more out of the doll. However, my daughter has learned quite a bit herself, and I am sure it is a doll that will grow with her.

This doll is a big bone of contention when her five year old cousin comes over to play. They both want the doll at the same time. My daughter gets really protective, and tells her older cousin: "MY BABY". It is really neat to see her mothering instincts come alive with this doll. She carries it around everywhere with her, and gives it lots of hugs. She loves to hear the sounds it makes when she gives the doll a bottle or pacifier. I am extremely happy she received this doll.

Since my niece loves the doll so much, I am purchasing one for her today. Now, maybe I can have some peace when she comes for a visit.... HIGHLY recommended from me. No problems at all...

Seems great but NOT
She seems like an amazing doll but my two little girls (ages 2 and 4, who love dolls and take good care of their toys) just don't like her. And she's already broken about a year after purchase. Her eyes just open and close continually when turned on. I tried new batteries so that wasn't the problem. The clothes were really awful. They looked old and worn out quickly, so I purchased her some new ones (not cheap) that weren't terry and that solved the problem with that. I paid full price for her so I am terribly disappointed. Also, beware that the bottle is very sharp for those who still put things in their mouth, especially toy bottles. But there is a pacifier to use if you must hide the bottle. I wish I hadn't wasted my money. Now my daughter wants a baby you just push her tummy to make her talk. Get one of those instead.

A must have for little mommy's/daddy's
My daughter begged Santa to bring this baby to her - and when he did she has been the best little mommy ever since! The doll is weighted just right and makes all the cute baby noises that baby's do - but she's not too loud. We don't care for the bald head/sculpted hair look so we jumped online and bought a baby doll wig for less than $10 and she's even more adorable and unique. This baby is well worth the money!! Zapf always makes such good quality toys we have never been disappointed. We highly recommend this baby for any aspiring mommy or new big sister or brother, our three year old son likes to take of the baby too. PS - she's very sweet with her bald little head, the wig was just something we did.

Lasting item
I was searching for additional outfits for my daughter's chou chou doll when I decided to add my comments. Two years ago I searched for a realistic first doll for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Chou Chou is what I found and she has lived up to every expectation. My daughter seems to have gravitated toward the smaller dolls such as the madeline 8 inch collection and now even smaller the polly dolls and accessories. But she continues to have Baby Chou Chou on hand sleeping in her own bed nearby. She loves to change doll clothes, so I try to always have accessories for all her favorites. One thing I must say is that for a doll who is approaching the end of a 2nd year with us, she has remained in excellent condition. No signs of wear. She doesn't go through tons of batteries either. We've replaced them once a year or so. I would highly recommend this doll. I agree with one of the other comments about the velcrow on the terry. Snaps might have been a better idea. I think the accessories for this doll are nice but a little pricey. My daughter loves to feed chou chou her bottle and give her pacifier to her. Nice little bedroom set
The parent's room is a good value compared to some of the other loving family furniture sets. It comes with a bed, table, lamp, mirror, tree, and breakfast in bed tray that flips over to be a reading table. We had came back from toysrus. Dropped off the stuff inside our home and relaxed for about 20 minutes. Within that time, I got this set out since I was interested in it also, lol, and she was just too into it! She threw a fit when we had to pull her away from it because we had to leave again...! Which was fine in a way since we knew SHE really made a good choice on which set to buy. And she's only 2 and some months.

My daughter loves this!
This is a very cute toy. My daughter received a giant dollhouse for her second birthday in December 2003 made by her grandpa, and then many Loving Family accessories to go in it. She loves all of it. Even after Christmas came and went (I realize it's only January but at two years old, toys often hold her interest for a very short time), the dollhouse and accessories are the hands-down favorite. I love all the Loving Family items. They are darling, and realistic down to the tiniest details. She loves the happy birthday song it plays, as well as the pizza party song. Her grandma has an older version at her house, which played three songs and seemed a bit simpler to use (no legs to fold down, just a button to push to change the table's theme music), but this one is still pretty neat. I worried my daughter would be a bit young for these items but she absolutely loves them! Nothing has broken so far but I gave it four stars because I am assuming it's somewhat delicate just because it is so small and has some small accessories.

Fun addition to dollhouse
My daughter just got this, along with the dollhouse and other accessories, for Christmas. She will be 3 in a week and a half. I think it's a wonderful addition to the house. She has lots of fun playing with it. She always wants it on the birthday party side, but I'm sure as she gets older she'll want to change it sometimes. The balloons sing Happy Birthday when you set them on an interactive spot in the house, and you can press the candle on the cake and the candle on the pizza side to get more music. I wish the booster attached better to a chair because it always falls off, but that's not a huge deal. This is a must have addition to your loving family dollhouse!

CUTE CUTE CUTE
My daughter received this for her 3rd birthday in addition to a dollhouse. She loves that it plays happy birthday. to me its strange to have three place settings and 4 chairs, but she likes it. the table is double sided and the legs are able to twist around to have either a pizza party or a birthday party. it took my daughter a couple trys to turn the legs evenly. all and all, she loves it and its cute. so yes its worth the money :) i wish they had more delux rooms you could purchase. ... TOO MANY PIECES
MY LITTLE GIRL GOT THE LOVING FAMILY DOLL HOUSE FOR CHRISTMAS, ALONG WITH ALL THE FURNITURE. SHE LOVES TO PLAY WITH IT BUT WE WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ALL THE FURNITURE TO GO WITH IT, THAT IS NOT NECESSARY! MOST OF THE FURNITURE WILL NOT GO IN THE DOLL HOUSE. IT IS JUST TO MUCH. DO NOT BUY THE DINNING ROOM TABLE IT COMES WITH ONE AND THE BABYS ROOM COMES WITH A CRADLE. LIKE I SAID MY LITTLE GIRL LOVES ALL THE STUFF BUT IT WILL NOT ALL FIT IN THE HOUSE, IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY

Cute accessory for dollhouse
I think this is a very cute addition in the Loving Family dollhouse. The chair actually reclines (back goes back and footrest goes up). The floor lamp is really cute and we love the little dog. I love the fireplace too, makes for a cozy living room. I actually prefer this living room over the newer Deluxe Living room that interacts w/ the house. That one has a big TV that you can change the picture on once or twice. I've decided that's not what I want my daughter pretending....that the family sits and watches TV. She can watch TV in her own time, but while playing w/ this dollhouse I want her imagination souring :-)

Great Must Have Set
When we purchased this set for our four-year-old daughter, we weren't sure if she'd like it. She absolutely loved it. It taught her that one should never go to bed without first putting out the fire, and she loves the dog that came with the set. She's happy that she can keep her "Loving Family" warm in front of their own fire.

Very nice!
This living room set is very nice. And looks really sturdy. I bought it for my little cousin's new loving family sweet sounds house for christmas. She will love decorating her new dollhouse. I just love the whole loving family selection. One by one I will try to buy every room set. I have already bought four. Fisher-price really makes nice dollhouses and acessories!

The Sweetest Baby doll
I bought this baby doll for my litle girl for Christmas and she will not let it out of her sight! It is very soft, very light weight, pretty and easy to clean. I am terrified of loosing it so I'm buying a few more as backups "just in case". In fact my hubby wants us to give these to all the new baby girls born to our friends and family, he likes it so much! Worth the money, it is a beautiful doll.

Love It!
My daughter - now 14 months - has two of these dolls. One at home and one for day care. She sleeps with them and loves them!
We got one as a "new baby" present and when she decided it was her favorite I bought a back-up. We've washed them numerous times and haven't had any problems. One of the great things about this doll is that she's so light... any small child can drag her around with no problem. Definately a great first doll for any little girl.

Pretty, except......
This is a lovely little doll. My only complaint is that her few strands of hair stick straight up. I don't know why this bothers me so much, but I've tried everything to get them to lay flat. Another thing to consider - this doll has no visible ears, nose, fingers, or toes. I didn't really think about this one way or another before I bought it, but my daughter is learning body parts, and she is very upset that the doll is missing some. It's kind of funny, but something to think about.

Beautiful first doll!!
My brother bought this doll (actually two) for my twin girls. The doll is really beautiful and very soft. I like the fact that the girls can chew on her and I don't have to worry about them hurting themselves on hard parts. She is smaller than most dolls, which is great for little girls. I recommend this doll to parents as a first baby doll.

a great doll for toddlers
My daughter, who is now 16 months old, received this doll for Christmas. It has since become her "lovey". She takes it EVERYWHERE with her. It is very durable, when it becomes dirty I just throw it in the washing machine. It is the perfect size for a little one to cuddle with or to drag around. Totaly In!
This toy goes perfect with the doll house it doesnt matter if you have the doll house or not. Its still fun to play with.If i could i would give it 10 stars for being an all around awesome toy.Cool realistic things and what I love most about all loving family things are they hold up good!!!!!I might be an 11 year old but I still love doll House things. My mom got rid of my old doll house you cant get anymore but thats why I chose to get the loving family dollhouse.It is cool,fun and i love this back yard set best.Your never too too old for doll house i recomend it to all.

My two year old loves this set
My daughter has the Loving Family figures and was given this set to compliment our dollhouse. She finds it very easy to get the babies in and out of the swings and get the toddler kids to sit at the picnic table.

Because this set includes things we have in our backyard - swings, slide, bbq and picnic table I hear her role play along with the figures just like when we are outside as a family having our summer bbqs and playing.

As with all Fisher Price toys - it's extremely durable and easily cleaned. A great addition to your Loving Family collection.
