A surprisingly versatile taxi.
As with all Playmobil toys, the quality of this taxi is great. It can be used in conjunction with the airport, if you have that, or simply to give rides to people around town -- at least four or five people can fit inside, and I've spotted Lego and Brio people in there from time to time. Having a roomy trunk that opens is a great feature. My son has also discovered that he can remove the taxi sign from the roof and replace it with the lights from his Playmobil ambulance -- thus turning it into a police car! Like other Playmobil vehicles, it has rubber wheels that are quiet on hardwood floors. The only thing that is not so "durable" about it is the antenna, which constantly pops out (my father-in-law glued it in one day, and though I wouldn't normally approve of gluing Playmobil parts together, this seems to have solved this one very minor problem).

Let your imagination run wild
Playmobil products really are the best. You may pay a little bit more but it is well worth the money because their products last forever. My daughter enjoyed this Taxi Cab set and plays with it for hours with all the other playmobil items she has. The item is very durable and the people that come with it are very sturdy. Great Toy!
My son LOVES this toy. I gave it to him yesterday and he's been playing with it non-stop! It's not only a lot of fun, it's also educational. He's been practicing his colors and his shapes and of course it's great for developing fine motor skills. Plus, it's very durable and I'm sure it will last for many years. (I used to work in a preschool and this would also be a great toy for places like that because it's so sturdy). One nice feature is that the pull string is removeable in case that's a concern for anyone. I know that this toy will grow with him as well. Right now he's having fun building and constructing, but when he's older he can have the challenge of trying to get all the pieces to fit back in the wagon! It's kind of like a puzzle.

I have a hard time getting my son interested in toys and this one is definitely a hit with him! It's a great toy and I would recommend it highly to anyone! ... Read more

Christmas present that doesn't stay in the closet
My 4-year-old has enjoyed these so much. He has the Roving Rollers and the Building Buddies sets. He can look at the pictures in the "building book" and make many of them all by himself. He has created his own "mosquito" and "cartwheel man" with help from his big sister, who is almost seven, and loves these toys, too. This is the kind of toy that will not end up in the bottom of the closet!!!

Wow--A Toy the Kid Will Play With
Legos, Duplos, Ello.. they don't hold a candle to the Kid Knex in the series. Unbelieveable how much our 6 year old daughter plays with these and our 3 YO son too. These have a good feel for kids too. Bright. Easy to use. We have all in set now. BRING ON SOME MORE!

FABULOUS!! (3 1/2 year old loves it!!!)
Comes with great "directions" - a booklet simply depicting many ways to build creatures (by just showing pictures of completed creatures). Our son could easily replicates these creatures and is really into it! Considering the many toys he has, this is a unique one which he plays with again and again! :)

It has to have Eyes
Kid K'Nex makes weird abstract ... things. This was my sons first Kid Knex piece, and now we have the whole series. Thing tinkertoy stick figures with eyes. Then be amazed how a toddler assembles them in ways you didnt think possible. ... Read more
