great toy...both my girls loved it
THIS IS THE BEST STROLLER I HAVE FOUND.
WE HAVE OTHERS AND HAVE GOTTEN RID OF ALL OF THEM.

Sturdy ride for privileged dolls
My daughter rec'd this pram from her grandmother for Christmasalong with a Small Wonder Play Baby (blonde girl).We couldn't use it much with the winter weather, but come spring she wanted to "take baby for a walk."Mommy pushed our real baby, and my daughter had hers right alongside.I think the doll had the better ride!The pram is very sturdy with oversized wheels and great suspension, allowing young children to guide it with ease.Our daughter has not limited outdoor strolls to the sidewalk but rather likes to drive her baby around the yard.She has no problem negotiating bumpy terrain with this pram.There is also enough room in the baby basket for her to take a baby blanket and snacks to set up a small picnic.The only negative comment I have about it is that the set up instructions were not very clear on how to securely attach the basket to the base.It took me several attempts to attach it properly, and I have extensive experience with assembly of child paraphernalia.Nevertheless, it has been great fun ever since.Other doll strollers I've seen in the neighborhood cannot compare.This is a must if your child wants to take baby for a walk outside.

looked great, but didn't last a year with my 3 year old.spend your money on a stroller not a pram that comes apart.do your homework and save yourself a headache.

Fun and reasonable
We love this pram. My 6 & 7 yr. old daughter's love this product. The only drawback is that since the wheels are stationery, it is a little difficult to turn corners. Also, the red covering over the handle is moveable and sometimes slips to the side, so that could become a little annoying. But overall, I think it is a good and definitely, fun product! Soft and sweet
The only negative to this doll is that the rattle is too heavy for the doll. I took the rattle off and sewed up the hand, now she is the perfect cuddly doll she was intended to be.

A Baby's Baby
My 15 month old received this for her first birthday, but it just became appealing to her. Especially the rattle. I guess because her father and I are so affectionate with her, she does hte same to her dolly. It takes a while for babies to get used to playing with a dolly though

We just love this doll
My little girl got this for christmas and at first she wasn't so sure about it and now she crawls all over the house with it. She teeths on it and she loves the fact the baby has a toy too. It doesn't really bother her that the rattle is heavier she has never once hurt herself. So we have no complaints.

Cute soft doll, but rattle is rather heavy for a light doll
My daughter loves this doll, It's soft, although its face is plastic, however the rattle is rather heavy for a light doll, so its off balance so to speak. You can't sit the doll up, etc because the rattle pulls it over. Haven't had any problems with the rattle coming off though, as another reviewer did.

My Baby Loves This Doll
My baby girl loves her baby doll.She got it when she was 6 months and was insantly attacted to it she falls to sleep sucking the bow and her thumb.My only worry was the heavy rattle Which knocked her up top her head but no damage done.She goes everywhere with this doll so this means I wash it weekly(only after my girl goes to sleep with it).I know the care instructions say to put in pillowcase and wash in machine but I always wash the entire doll in the sink and genlty squeeze most of the water out and put the blow dryer on it till its mostly dry and when the dryed completely I return it to my girl.She has had this doll for 4 months and it is in very good condition considering my cleaning method.Its a great doll for ANY girl to have a doll is a doll.I am purchasing a second one just in case. ... Fun playset, but oh so many little pieces!
My 7 year old loves this playset, but it has a lot of tiny little things that can go missing! I was surprized at the quality of this toy, it's not cheaply made. The only bad thing about this toy is that is smelled really bad(like skunk)when it was new, I guess because of the type of plastic it's made out of.

A Magical Playset
This is a playset that has provided literally hours of fun for my 6 year old (and 3 year old, alike!). Of all the Barbie playsets we have, this one has gotten the most wear and it's the youngest! I love the classical series that Mattel has dreamed up, starting with the Nutcracker, Rapunzel and now Swan Lake. I don't mind listening along to the DVD's and watching my daughters recreate the enchanting scenes with the forest and carriage. I think the pieces are very durable and there is just the right amount of glitz to make it a magical kingdom with much imagination to share. I think this will provide years of entertainment for my girls!

Wow...what a great deal!!
My daughter loves this. It is a beautiful carriage that Odette and the Prince ride it. The unicorn is beautiful with long hair that has fairy barrettes. It has horseshoes too. Though these are neat, I personally think unnecessary. Too easily lost.

The playset. How wonderful. My daughter's eyes lit up when she got this. It is everything they need to have a little party with the SwanLake princess and fairies.

Warning though. These toys have lots of pieces, lots of little pieces. We wished they would have came with some kind of case to place all the dishes and forks, spoons, cups, etc in. Maybe next time. ... Read more

Wonderful Baby Annabel doll
This is the first doll I have bought probably in 15 years and I bought it for my 3 year old granddaughter and she loves it. It is the right size for her to carry around and take care of. We have to tell her the baby needs a nap so she will put it down so she can eat or when she goes home. She likes to take everything home and grandma has to refurnish toys, so this strategy has worked wonderful. Now we are working on the accessories.

NOT like Baby Annabell!
If your child is familiar with the Baby Annabell doll, DO NOT buy this doll instead! This doll is cute, but does NOTHING. It doesn't take batteries. It's just a cuddly doll, which is fine if that's what you want, but if your daughter wants a Baby Annabell (who laughs and cries and sucks on her bottle) than this doll will be a HUGE dissapointment. Her eyes don't even close and she doesn't even come with a bottle. She's a nice size for a smaller child and has a cute face, but that's about it!

Perfect Doll for a Toddler
I saw the review for this doll in Parents magazine and wanted her right away for my daughter's first birthday....but couldn't find her in the stores yet. Don't waste you $$$$$
The box says Polly Pocket can "race her friends down the slide". Yeah sure. You have to push her down the slide which falls apart as she goes down. My sweet 5 year old wasted her birthday money on this and is so disappointed.

You get what you pay for....
This is our first polly pocket toy in our home. So this is new for us. It is a fun looking toy with MANY tiny parts to keep track of. My 3.5 yr old daughter really likes it...even her brother has been caught playing with it.

However, I have to agree with the others that the slide is hard to assemble. Firstly, the directions are not correctly pictured which makes it hard. But once it was assembled, and pushed in REALLY hard and TIGHT...it actually did stay together for US.

Some things that broke the day we bought them were: the bathing suit broke a strap when my daughter tried to get it off. The hat strap (elastic chin strap) broke. The rubber clothing is definetely NOT durable, and VERY hard for a child to dress her. If you don't mind helping every time your child feels like changing the outfit, this may not be an issue for you.

One thing I would have liked to see: another doll. Polly has to swim alone with a seal...she needs a friend esp. if your child wants to play with another child. The seal goes well down the slide, but Polly does not slip down the slide with her rubber bathing suits on...they are too sticky.

Polly's hair changes color but you have to use refrigerated water. We just used water that came from the ice dispenser on our fridge and it worked...which my daughter found cool.

Okay but here is another point. It is only $12-13. I don't consider this an expensive toy that will get passed down to my kid's kids...but it will be fun for a couple seasons, you DO get what you pay for in this case.

Polly's Pool= A Bust
My neighbor is 7 years old, and she recieved this castle as a gift. Her mom sat down for 10-20 minutes trying to assemble it. As she finished, we walked out the door, and the pieces fell apart right in my hands. Polly can't even succesfully slide down into the pool with or without the toys. It's not durable, it's not exactly fun, and I don't think it's educational. One of my least favorite Polly toys.

Terrible Toy!!
As others have stated the slide will not stay together. I had to glue the slide together which then it wouldn't fit right around the posts. The pegs that are "supposed" to hold the slide together all broke off from the hundreds of times trying to put it back together. My 4 year old surprisingly loves it still. She fills the pool up and puts all the polly dolls we have in the pool for a party. And she just pushes the dolls down the slide in the pool. So it is a fustrating toy for me but she still loves it. So if you have the patience for this one go for it because your daugther will probably still have fun with it otherwise BEWARE!!!!

Frustrating!
My daughter picked this out as a birthday present (age 5) and it has been a frustrating toy! The slides just don't stick together and it's really junky. BUT we do get the hair to change colors, the water MUST have ice cubes in it and be "icy cold" as the directions indicate. It's important to keep baby happy and comfortable on various trips and excursions, even if that baby happens to be a doll. This charming pack n' play from Graco looks like the real thing with an included changing station, bright plaid pattern, and travel/storage bag. This authenticity, of course, makes it that much more fun for the little one taking care of the littler one. It would make an excellent gift for a child about to become an older sibling or the first time or any child who is already a fan of fussing and fretting over their precious pretend baby. Why
Okay, what is mattel doing? They had a whole midge, happy family theme going, including grandparents, and it was great.
They introduced the new neighbor, with no name and a baby.
Now I went into toy'r us the other day, and I saw what looked like the happy family townhouse, but this one had the new neighbor, a husband, baby and little girl about kelly's age (all had no names.)
What on earth are they doing? They should continue the Happy Family theme.

Indeed a perfect baby
My youngest daughter has got a baby Annabelle a few weeks ago. My oldest daughter had a 'miracle moves baby' since last year.
Now she wants a baby Annabelle too. I love her miracle baby more because she looks a lot more lifelike, but the reactions of baby Annabel or more real than those of the 'miracle baby'
If parents wanted to buy an interactive doll, I would certainly recommand baby Annabelle.

Perfect Baby
Both of my daughters just had to have this doll for Christmas, and when they each got one, they haven't been able to put her down. They love her more than I've seen them love another doll they've ever had. She's teaching them that having babies isn't always fun and games, and that babies do cry when people are too loud. She also has taught them how to be gentle with little babies. She's a wonderful baby for any little, or big girl for that matter.

I am a 14 year old baby doll lover!!! This year my mom gave me a choice of getting a baby chou chou or video now. I wanted the baby chou chou but then laid my eyes on baby anabell! she is awsome she acts, sounds feels like a real baby even my moms friend ...was wanting to play with her. i have only had her for a few hours so far. but shes been trough a lot and you cant even tell. only bad thing is when you get her to sleep. loud noises and bumping into her or moving her wakes her up(just like a real baby)

Great Baby Doll
My 5 year old granddaughter has two of these dolls and we are getting her this one for Christmas. She just loves them. They are really sweet and cuddly.

The Cutest Chou Chou Baby Yet! :)

GREAT DOLL and SOOOO CUTE!
After looking and reading reviews on some other Chou Chou dolls for my daughter, decided on this one for her. Checked out Baby Annabell and Rock-A-Bye Chou Chou. They did have some more features to them, which thought would be nice. So went to store to see in person. Fell in love with the Be Happy Chou Chou. She was smaller and just a cuter face on her. She laughs, cries, giggles... very cute! My daughter is happy with the sounds the doll makes and doesn't seem to mind that she doesn't do what the other Chou Chous do. This doll is also a nicer size, nice size for my three-year old to carry around. Thought the Rock-A-Bye was a bit too big, as we've had bigger dolls and just seemed awkward for her. But would highly recommend this doll. VERY cute face and her hat is adorable on her! She makes just enough noises and is really a perfect size. Even my 14 month old is enjoying her. Glad we made this purchase, and feel we got a cuter doll for her for a much better price than the Rock-A-Bye or Baby Anabell. ... Read more
