a slight dissapointment
My 3 yr old and 7 month old LOVE the wiggles we have almost EVERY toy made so far . . I hate to say that this one was a slight dissapointment. With-in 2 days of having it it's broken. The thing WON'T stop playing unless I go over and manualy turn it off. Plus my son ( special needs - down syndrome ) is fairly rough on his toys and this one didn't last with him after a few times being tossed on the floor and thrown around its now making a HORRABLE very loud vibrating noice. the concept of this toy is a great one but it REALY needs to be made more durable

Very cute and a fun game
My kids (4, 3 and 1) all love the Wiggles. They especially love the "hot potato" song so this toy was the perfect combination for them.

We like to play "catch" with it and pass it along quickly like it is a "hot potato" - the kids think it's great fun and love it when it vibrates. Great for their catching skills and no matter how many times it gets missed (and lands on the floor) it still works perfectly. Also soft enough it doesn't hurt them if they do miss catching it and they get hit in the tummy etc.

Great fun ! Recommended for your Wiggles fan.

Try something else
Our almost- four -year- old daughter, received this for Christmas and hasn't played with it since two days after! First, she was disappointed because in none of the modes (as a previous reviewer stated) does it play the full song. Second, ours was damaged after being dropped a couple of times. It still plays but now the song sounds muffled. Cute concept but not what I expected.

Wiggles Hot Potato
This toy is really cute. There is just one problem...when will it stop???? The Wiggles Hot Potato has 4 settings...Try Me, Play, Normal and Stop. The Try Me mode plays only the first few words of the song, so that's no fun. The Play mode is for playing the Hot Potato game. It is pretty cool, but it will go and go and go if you don't turn it off. The Normal mode just plays the song, but again, it just plays over and over and over. You have to undo the velcro closure in the back to turn it off, which is much to easy for the little ones to get into (I keep having to put the speaker box back inside). My daughter LOVES the Hot Potato, and if your kid loves The Wiggles, they will too. After all, isn't that what really matters.

Cute - but not as fun as we thought it would be
We saw this in the store and bought it, assuming that the "play" feature means it would play the entire "Hot Potato" song, but it only repeats a small part of the song, again and again and again. My 2.5 yr old son does love that it vibrates, but I wish it did more of his favorite Wiggles song (no cold spaghetti, no mashed bananas, only a quick "oh wiggy wiggy wiggy"). My first Piano
Igot this piano from a cousin back in the 70's. It is the best gift I ever got. U can learn to play by color. Or u can learn fingering from the books that come with this lovely Piano.The sound is of even a good quality . Based on experience
I have purchased several Schoenhut Baby Grands for kids and grandkids in my family, also for friends, and have been 100% satisfied with the quality and tone. This piano is always a BIG HIT, not only with the little ones who started on My First Piano and "graduated" to a larger size, but for first time players, young and old alike. There are cheap imitations, but I opted for a company that has been in business for over a century. Schoenhut, you've got my vote ... and my business .... again and again and again.

Grandchildren and Schoenhut
I have a black baby grand that I have had for the past 3 years. I got it for my first granddaughter, which she played every time she came to my house. I thought as she got older she would loose interest but she still plays every time she comes over. Since then I have two more grandchildren and the piano is still in excellent shape, the sound is perfect and my youngest grand child loves to play. The music book is great for teaching them the popluar childrens songs. It has been quite a good teaching tool since the older children have gone on to electronic keyboards. I am very satisfied the the quality and performance of this purchase. Nancy Gardner

I recently went into a ... store and bought this baby grand piano for myself, for i play the piano and thought it would be very cool to have JUST for looks. I WAS RIGHT. The companies review said it was made of strings, so i thought (as gullable as i am) that it would sound like a baby steinway. It sounds like a vibraphone that has been dropped off mount Everest! Anyways, I returned it and got a full refund, DO NOT buy this even for a child, for the top looks like it was made of plie wood that has a nice finish on it. ...

Beautiful, but Very out of Tune
I purchased this piano for my son for Christmas. When we first played it we realized that it was entirely out of tune. Even my son, who is 3, would not play it. When I say 'out of tune' I am saying that one C compared to another C (for example) sounded like two entirely different notes. I wish the piano sounded as good as it looks. Hooked on Schoenhut
I have been buying Schoenhut toy pianos for kids and grandkids over the past 10-12 years ... starting the wee ones with My First Piano, then graduating to the larger models as the children grow. I have checked out other manufacturers, but have found nothing that compares with the quality (sound AND workmanship) of Schoenhut. One time I called the company with a special request for additional song books, actually talked with a REAL person there, without having to go through dozens of menu options. They mean what they say "100% customer satisfaction." Thanks, Schoenhut, for affordable, educational, and wonderful musical instruments.

This 'toy' is such a joy!
I purchased this for my granddaughter's first birthday and she loves it. She loves to tinker with my BIG piano but loves to play along with Grandma. I was unsure how she would take to it and although her parents may sometimes wish she had left it at Grandma's house they do enjoy listening to her play it. I have decided to purchase a white one for my other grandchild's first birthday. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Even for Babies
I gave this piano to a friend who has a ten month old baby named Sam. Of course I didn't think Sam would enjoy the piano until age 2 or 3. I was amazed to see Sam crawl over to the piano and reach up to touch the keys. Once he realized that he was the one making that sound, he crawled over to the piano everytime he had a chance. The piano has never tipped over.
Now that Sam can sit by himself, he plays his piano from that position. What a wonderful educational toy!

Disappointed
I thought this would be a real hit, but I had to return it. The sound is AWFUL--I was appalled that this poor excuse for a child's piano could cost so much. For the same amount of money, we got a real, programmable keyboard.

Don't waste your money or your child's time.
