Editorial Review

In the bright, cheerful colors that Sassy has become famous for, this set of miscellaneous playthings and teethers is sure to capture baby's interest and attention. While the eye-catching colors and shapes, are sure to draw baby's eye, the toys in this set also come in a variety of textures and shapes, so that baby can investigate how each one feels in her hand and, inevitably, in her mouth. Soft, flexible rubber parts on many of the toys make them just right for a little playful gnawing when baby is teething, while other toys in the set come with smoother plastic parts that have been rounded off to prevent injury. --Chris Burns ... You get a lot for the price
We bought this set for our then 1 month old son for Christmas. Now that he's almost 7 months old, he plays EXCLUSIVELY with these toys. They are adorable, fun, easy to grasp( the only exception are the theething toys, that are a little bit heavy with the water inside). I have to say though: the toys we got are a little different from the ones I see in the picture here, but I bet these are great too - Sassy makes great baby toys. For the price you pay there are so many of them, that I've decided to give them to my baby one at a time, according to his age. Some of them are still in the box. We use the links to attach toys to his stroller or crib. The set makes a great gift too, especially for multiple babies. I gave it to my cousin's twins: they can share and there's plenty for both of them. All around a good product, highly recommended.

3-0 out of 5 stars warning for the babies who are theething
the toys are cute and great for the baby to play with. the only drawback are the colorful teether toys. when the baby gets few teeth and bites the teether toys, the paint comes off!!!!!!!!!!!! unfortunately, all the teether toys had to be thrown away. babie's safety is more important!!!!

3-0 out of 5 stars Best Gift Ever!
We received this as a gift when my daughter was born. She's now one year old, and still plays with these toys. This was by far the best gift we received, and I am now buying it for friends' babies.

3-0 out of 5 stars I'm a copy cat!
My sister gave this toy to my newborn daughter. Now I consider it a must for friends' babies. I just ordered it for my friends twins. There are plenty to share, and 2 rubber duckies!

5-0 out of 5 stars A Must-Have
This set of toys is a definite 'must-have' for all babies! I cannot beleive the amount of use we have gotten out of these toys. It seems that everytime my 8-month-old daughter is reaching for one of her favorite toys, I realize it is something from this set. One word of caution--even though the octopus is supposed to be a bath toy, I would not use it as such. I believe the water gets trapped inside and gets moldy. It is a fun toy outside of the bath anyway. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Your Baby Will Love This Toy!
Out of all of the toys that my daughter has, she loves this one the most. I bought it for her when she was 3 1/2 months and she loves it still. It is easy for her to hold and shake. It is very durable-we take it everywhere. I have purchased other Lamaze products as well.and she loves them the best out of all of her toys. Great company, great products. Highly recommended.

4-0 out of 5 stars Hours of Play
Such a fabulous interactive cube. Lots of bright colors, jingles and jangles. My 4-mo little boy shakes it, stares at it, gums it, and reaches and grasps for all the rings and handles. Since he has had this cube his grasp has improved as well as his independent play time. Great for the stroller and car, small enough to transport all over. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that it is not machine washable. Great, interesting, he loves it. Also try the Lamaze catapiller, really impressed with this line of toys.

5-0 out of 5 stars Jingles, crinkles, chewable -- what more could a baby want?
This is one of our son's most beloved toys. It's amazing how much they've packed into one little toy. The big, soft handles made this one of the first toys he could successfully clutch and lift. He loves to shake it and hear the jingling noises. Whenever he's bored, we can offer this toy and it seems to satisfy him.

5-0 out of 5 stars great toy
I bought 2 of these for grandchildren as Easter gifts. They were 4 1/2 and 6 months old and they both loved them from the start. So I purchased another for my newest granson who is just 3 months old now. The 2 older babies had no problems figuring out how to rattle, shake, open flaps and chew on this toy.And it is still a favorite for both of them 2 1/2 months later. Levi likes to look at his but at this point thats about all he does with it. I'm thinking that even though it says 3 months and above they should be 4 months or so in order to actually try playing with it. Or maybe its because he was premature. At any rate it really is a good toy, has lots to offer and I would reccommend it for every young baby--it holds their interests for a long time and I'm sure it will do the same for Levi in another month or so--glad I purchased these. As always, LaMaze makes great infant toys and I think I've purchased everyone they've made and never once have I been disappointed. This one is a must have and well worth the money.

I've been handing them down for years
When these first came out, I bought them for one of my kids. They've been passed down several times since then (I even had to buy another set for my triplets). We love them, the babies play with them, teethe on them, make them click and clack and any other thing possible with them. They're great toys!

Excellent toy
I bought this for my daughter for her first Christmas, she was 3 mo old. What a life saver. She loves "talking" to the little monkey and elephant. When it came to teething time, the first toy she reached for was the one with three rubbery butterflies. My daughter seems to love this toy. I would recommend to anyone.

My daughter loves this monkey...
My 2 1/2 month old daughter absolutely loves the monkey! She started to enjoy looking it at about 3 weeks of age. She then moved on to smiling and batting at it. He is now the receiver of many smiles, giggles, and conversations throughout the day. She also likes the elephant, but she definitely prefers the monkey. I've found that this toy is very portable, it's easily attached to her bouncy seat, stroller, car seat, swing, etc...

4-0 out of 5 stars Great toys
My daughter has been in love with the monkey since she was 2 months old. She loves its google eyes. She now uses the butterfly for teething.

3-0 out of 5 stars Worried about the safety of the monkey
I purchased the monkey individually for my son at about four months old. He loved it being attached to his car seat so much that I brought it inside and let him play with it in the house as well. As he got older (around 8 months and teething) I noticed he would put the hard plastic eyes in his mouth and try to bite them off. That made me nervous enough to throw the toy away. They did seem to be attached well, but I didn't want to find out otherwise the hard way. ... Read more

Editorial Review

The pyramid-shaped Grip and Grab Rattle is made of sturdy, safety-tested plastic tubes in bright colors that are connected by clear plastic spheres. Each sphere contains a red bead, smaller beads move freely through the tubes when the rattle is shaken. So what's the big deal? You'll have to ask a baby. For some reason, they love this thing--won't put it down. They'll go to sleep to the sound of it being gently shaken in front of them, or will miraculously be distracted from the car-seat fussies. (Mini van dealers should include the Grip and Grab as a standard feature).

This Lamaze rattle also provides learning opportunities for babies, almost from birth. The tubes are about the diameter of an adult finger--perfect for grabbing with tiny hands, and later, for chomping with tiny gums and teeth. Early lessons in cause and effect and hand- eye coordination are taught when baby moves and the rattle shakes. Included in the packaging is a booklet about infant development and creative ideas on how to use the toy, as well as a U.S. lifetime warranty. Winner of several national awards, including a National Parenting Center Seal of Approval and a National Parenting Publications Honors Award. --Katherine Ferguson ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Baby loves it -- maybe a little too much!
My son, now almost 6 months old, loves this rattle. I think the bright colors are wonderful and the fact that he can see the little balls inside that are making the rattling noise is supposed to be good for his cognitive development.

When he was younger, it was great because even before he could really grab the rattle in his tiny hand, he could stick his arm through the middle of this toy and shake it up and down to make noise.

HOWEVER, I think my husband and I may be taking this toy away from him soon, because we're afraid he's going to hurt himself. He shakes this rattle around with such enthusiasm, he keeps smacking himself -- and we know from the times when he smacks us with it that it hurts!

4-0 out of 5 stars Lightweight, and educational
One of my favorite things about this toy is the pattern that the colored "legs" of the triangle are laid out in. When turned slightly differently from the picture, you get the 3 primary colors on the top, and the secondary colors that they make when blended together on the bottom. Very nice way to teach colors and color mixing. The baby loves to shake and rattle this all the time. Easy to sanitize after a long day in the park as well!

2-0 out of 5 stars Not My Baby's favorite toy...
I love Lamaze toys but this rattle has never been high on my daughter's list of favorites. She really didn't show any interest in this toy until around 5 months and that was pretty much b/c she wanted something/anything to chew on and this fit the bill but her interest didn't last long. The rattle seems to startle her more than others - it is pretty loud. Also, it's hard to clean.

5-0 out of 5 stars 18 Months old and still a favorite!
My 18 month old delights in this now as much as ever. It is often pulled from the toybox & carried around, shaken, and played with--with delight. :)

5-0 out of 5 stars A family favorite
I had bought this toy on a whim for my son when he was about [quite young]. He was frustrated with ordinary rattles that seemed flimsy and not something that he could practice his grip on. He loved it. Took it everywhere. Slept with it sometimes. He would hold it up while watching the beads fall into each ball and then shake it wildly. I am convinced it helped with eye-hand coordination. My wife and I also used it to teach him his colors. I am writing this now, because after sitting forgotton at the bottom of the toy box for over a year, my [young] daughter has disovered it. I've seen her hold it above her eyes, watching the beads fall, then shake it wildly. It is one of the best toys we ever purchased. But since our girl is a twin, I'll have to buy second one. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Love This Toy!!
This is one of the best purchases I have made for my daughter. I bought it based on the reviews that it got, and they were right on the money. My daughter loves it. I started putting it in her car seat at about 2 months. We don't go anywhere without it. This company knows what works. She actively plays with it. It is very durable and it is pretty big. Definately worth the money. Great company, great products. I own other Lamaze products and have had success with them as well.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun for Infants
We got Puppysquuek as a shower gift since our nursery theme was dogs. I was so happy to get this toy, it was one of the first toys I introduced my daughter to. She enjoyed playing with him and looking at all the different colors patterns and enjoying his scent....all these toys stimulate all 4 senses I believe.

Now my daughter is almost 18 months old and Puppysqueek, sadly, has been put up due to the fact she no longer finds him as stimlating as her other toys. But boy we were sure happy to have him as long as we did.

5-0 out of 5 stars Pupsqueak is a must have!
This toy has it all. My daughter has loved this toy from the start. She is now 4 months of age and Pupsqueak goes everywhere with her. Her favorite part is the crinkly ears. The squeaker is great for distracting her when she is crying. And the bells in the feet are just now beginning to get her attention. I believe every child should have one of the Lamaze Learning Curve toys. I have read the reviews for the other toys and it appears that they are all as wonderful as this one.

5-0 out of 5 stars Keeps baby entertained in the carseat
This was the first toy that my baby tried to "grab" so this is a special toy. Baby was very attracted by its bright color and the crunchy sound when the ear's squeezed. At first, baby loved to grab/pump its paws and the dog bone, but when he started teething, he loved to gnaw at its ears and the plastic ring. Now that he's 8 months, I keep this toy in the carseat and the puppy keeps him entertained and QUIET.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy!
My 8 week old loves this toy! The bright colors really attract his attention and it makes diffent noises depending on how it is handled. The link on the top can be attached to the stroller to keep it from being airborne while strolling through the park! ... Read more

A full set of developmental toys that will delight and grow with children from birth to their first year are integrated into this gift set by Sassy Toys. Newborns will reflexively grasp the Mini Polka Dot Rattle but won't let go, captivated by the colors they see. It has a classic baby rattle shape with plastic rings and a nubbed handle for tactile stimulation. An innovation in rattle design, the Pogo rattle is atom-shaped. It has lots of places to hold and is more than a tool for distracting a cranky baby, it's also a teether. Smiley Face Rattle adds more interactivity with a push-button squeak nose, crazy eyes, and a mirror on its backside for when self-awareness dawns. Winner of the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Platinum Award for best toy, Fascination Station has so much to focus on: four spinning delights of sight, feel, and sound mounted on a base that can be hand-held or stand on its own. 5-0 out of 5 stars These are my daughter's favorites!
My daughter just LOVES Sassy toys. Combine that with all babies love of mirrors, and this smiley face rattle is worth the money all on it's own. She immediatley loved the mini polka dot rattle and the smiley face rattle. At around 6.5 months, she really started liking the pogo polka dot rattle and the fascination station. I've never been able to get the suction cup on the fascination station to work on anything (swing, ultrasaucer, stroller) so I just took that part off - and she still enjoys playing with the rest.

I keep an eye out for ANY new Sassy toys!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Fascinates Baby
These toys are the only ones my 8 week daughter will look at!
The smiley face is adorable and the red nose even squeeks to get baby's attention. I can't wait until she can hold these toys on her own, since she loves to stare at them for a good 15 minutes.

5-0 out of 5 stars who woulda thought?
My little guy LOVES these toys!!! They are inexspensive and he always gravitates to them I have no idea what he would be learning from them, but he likes to bang them around and they work in the car, highchair, crib, on the floor, everywhere!!! I love inexspensive and versatile!!!! My fav!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great toy for developmental growth
I work with respirator-dependent infants in a hospital setting and these toys are one of their favorites. The Fascination Station is by far their favorite and really encourages our babies to use their hands and arms more. I have found this toy to be a fantastic motor skill developer. We try to provide this particular toy for each new baby that arrives!

5-0 out of 5 stars One of my daughter's favorite
We bought fascination station and the smiley face rattle for our daughter and she loves both of them. The smiley face rattle has a mirror on the back that she loves looking in and the handles are easy for her to grasp. Sassy also makes slippers with the same smiley face on the feet and those entertain her endlessly even now after she's over the "I discovered my feet" phase. I've never written a review before but she just loves all three of her Sassy toys so much that I can't say enough about what great toys I think these are!! ... Read more

Whoozit is a favorite!
My infant loves this product. The whoozit is colorful, sqeaks, and rattles when shaken. It also has a mirror under his nose. The product has firm and soft parts on his "arms" and also has key hole openings on 2 arms (easy for holding). The Whoozit meets several criterias for growth and development. It has different tactile parts/shapes, a mirror, sqeaks, rattles and is soft. The whoozit is a favorite.

one of my son's favorites
My son got this when he was born but it wasn't until about 4 months that he paid any attention to it. He is 7 months now and he still plays with it. Once he began teething it became a favorite.

I definitely recommend it!

A Must Have
My daughter loves this toy. I had initially purchased the Baby Whoozit as a fun portable toy, and she loved it so much I bought her the big one for home. She loves to laugh at the face, and play with the rattles and squeakers. The hanging toys are also great teethers, and she enjoys chewing on them.

5-0 out of 5 stars Wonderful
My son received 2 of these for Christmas, and he's now 6 months old and this is his favorite "buddy". The colors on this toy are very vibrant and the rattle noises get his attention. It's easily washed, and we take this toy everywhere. Even on his short wagon rides. This is a recommended buy for your babies.

5-0 out of 5 stars Not worth it
I bought this toy for my first daughter when she was an infant because it had such great reviews. I was very disappointed when she paid it no attention at all! She never played with it, not once. It was a very big waste of money, we ended up giving it away to a pregnant friend, maybe her baby would like it. All in all, I was not impressed. ... Read more

Cool
I got this as a shower gift and my son loves it. I have it hanging over his changing pad, and we change it from the sun to the moon at night and back in the morning. He's 4 months old now and he loves to coo and squeal at it. And he gets really excited when he can grab it and put it in his mouth! Yummy.

Favorite toy!
This is the BEST toy!!! My son has loved it from day 1! He's now 11 months and I still keep it in the car and use it for the stroller - he never tires of it! I now buy it for everyone I know expecting a baby! Great toy! The only problem was the squeaker in the green circle stopped squeaking.... but, my son still loves it! I highly, highly, highly recommend it!

just echoing: great toy but...
We keep Celeste exclusively in the car as a travel friend. The only problem is that for some reason the green arm's squeaker stopped making noise after only a few weeks; I'm not sure why. Otherwise it's still a hit. The stretchy arms are great to hang from the car seat handle b/c their motion kept Baby's attention. Unfortunately he's now in the bigger seat w/o a handle, but he still loves having Celeste as his car toy.

The color will catch your babies attention
My daughter has loved this toy from day 1. I attatch it to her changing table, car seat, stroller. She loves the bright yellow color and all of the dangling toys that make sounds and have different textures. She is now 5 months and still loves this toy. Plus when you flip it over onto the other side it turns into a moon and stars. She goes crazy for this toy

4-0 out of 5 stars Good toy
My daughter (now 8 months old) seems to like this toy. She still isn't able to pull the lines through the knot block by herself yet but she definitely enjoys chewing on it and throwing it around. Caution to parents with infants with "spastic arms": This toy can land a pretty good blow to the noggin so be careful. :-)

4-0 out of 5 stars Plenty to mouth and explore, Great for the car seat!
I bought this for my baby's car seat because it has a lot of things on it but doesn't take up as much space as other car seat activity packed toys. My baby loves chewing the star, the "entrails" on the ball (that jingles), and the rings. It has many textures that are also fun to mouth and the triangle crinkles and the other star squeaks, but my baby hasn't figured that out yet. It doesn't captivate her as a floor/play time toy, but it keeps her happy and entertained enough in the car seat where there isn't much else to do.

5-0 out of 5 stars A new mom
My daughter absolutely loves this toy. We bought it for her when she was 2 months old. She is now 5 months old and she still loves to pull on it, touch it, and put it in her mouth. She is fasinated by each part of it. We keep it in her diaper bag and always make sure that it comes with us. It is a great toy to keep her busy. I highly recommend this toy to all new moms.

5-0 out of 5 stars He keeps him entertained.
My son has loved this toy since he was 3 months old. He's 8 months old now. It's a really good chew toy because of all the different textures. The major complaint I have about this toy is that it's hard to wash. I check it constantly to make sure no crud has accumulated.

5-0 out of 5 stars My son's favorite toy
My son is a very quiet and observing baby (now 7 months). This has been one of his favorite toys since we gave it to him at 3 months. He is just not starting to play with the sqeaker and pull the cords, but he has been able to chew on it helping his teething as well. Overall, this is a well-rounded toy that I think will be his favorite for a long time. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars She loves her "Whoozy"
Two words...Love him! I had heard a lot about this toy but thought he was a little scary looking. I bought it anyway and a love affair was created. He is the best for trips. He attaches easily to high chairs and the car seat with a set of plastic links. He is easily washable (I throw him in the washer). Currently my daughter loves to chew on him and try to squeak his nose. He's also the toy that all the other kids want to steal. I think he will be my standard baby shower gift from now on!

Another note: My daughter giggles and giggles when I hold him upside down and make him "dance". That is a huge selling point to me as I think it is the best sound in the world! (...)

5-0 out of 5 stars Fabulous!!!!
I love this toy, but more importantly, my baby loves this toy. We got it for her when she was 3 months old, and she has loved it ever since. I proceeded to buy almost every toy in this line because she loves it so much! My daughter, now 10 months, loves to play and chew on the hanging things, and she laughs at the face. It is also very portable, and is small enough to bring anywhere. It can be attached by the loop and velcro to almost anything. An absolute must for any baby!

5-0 out of 5 stars I LOVE this toy!
We bought this toy for our son before he was born, he is now two. It holds up in the washer AND dryer, and it was so loved that it's colors have faded. We live in FL, so I'm sure the sun had a little to do with that. When our son was 3 months old, he had to see a nuerologist (sp?), and this toy was in our son's hand. The Doctor was very interested in this toy, he was very impressed with it and asked where he could get several of them for his patients(guess he hasn't been in a toy store lately!). The diferent textures, teething bits, the hidden mirror under the squeaky nose, along with the bold black and white pattern on the back just keep thier little hands and minds busy! Baby number two is on the way, and we'll be ordering a new one!

5-0 out of 5 stars Baby picked it out!
My daughter picked this out when she was 3 months old and we were shopping. I kept holding up toys to her and this is the one that grabbed her attention! She's now 6 months old and loves it even more. I use a toy link to hook to her seat belt in between her legs in the car seat. (The velcro loop doesn't hold well.) She loves to put all the different shaped arms in her mouth. We love it!

5-0 out of 5 stars The little toy that could...
This is an awesome little toy. I was first introduced to this little guy with my first set of twins. They loved it!!!! My next daughter loved it just as much as the first two, but the real test came recently with the next set of twins. This toy truly is the little toy that could (could make everyone happy that is). It's everyone's favorite, and it has been very durable. I do machine wash and dry it. But now that we are back to two babes around the house I am planning on buying a couple new ones, just to make sure they have one to love.
I highly recommend this toy for any baby, because it's easy for little hands to hold, and mouths to chew on. ... Read more

Mildew trap
This toy could have been quite fun if it had not grew mildew almost immediately. The block structures themselves were very hard which made it impossible to empty all of the water out of them after bathing. It should stay on dry land!

Fun but germ friendly!
My daughter loves this toy, and has since she received it as a first birthday gift. My only problem is that you cannot get all the water out of the boat. Therefore mold grows inside the base of the boat, and if squeezed at just the right time, comes squirting out in bath, or worse, baby's mouth!
Fun to learn animal sounds and colors and my daughter loves turning the animals into squirt guns! I just wish the boat either didn't take on water, or could be cleaned.

Instructions say not for bath
We bought lots of different things to help our 8 month old daughter with teething - this is her favorite. She loves to chew on the animals - it is a great toy for teething - but if you read the insert that comes with the toy, it says NOT to submerge in water. It is a teething toy. She really loves the giraffe - it is her favorite!

Fun... but we had to throw it away due to water inside
My son got this last Christmas (he was 10 months old then) from his Grandma and he thoroughly enjoyed it until we had to throw it away because the base and animals were filled with STINKY water! There is NO WAY to get all of the water out of the base (it ended up in the trash first)and the same is true for the animals. He did enjoy chewing on them for teething, but I couldn't bear the thought of him chewing on them after they had water in them. He would take them out of the tub with him and then squirt water onto our carpet even though we thought we had squeezed every last drop out of them.
If you like this toy - let your child play with it OUT of the water and I think it will last!

cute and fun but not for the tub
My daughter received this toy when she about nine months old and loved pulling out the animals and trying to put them in. They are very hard to get in. We tried it as a tub toy and the water does not drain out of the base of the boat or the house of the boat. But the animals are fun the have in the tub. It also doesn't float well it tips over and wont's stay up. So if your looking for a fun toy go for it. But Don't use it in the tub. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Parents beware
My 4 month old son has been playing with Max the last 4 weeks and loves to make it squeek (so it gets 3 stars for high entertainment value); however, this morning the monkey's orange tassel was laying in the crib just out of baby's reach (choking hazard!). The tassel is attached to the monkey by a small thread and can easily come off with normal play. I didn't inspect this toy as I should have because it was a Lamaze brand, but I've learned and will be more diligent in the future regardless of the name brand.

grandson's very first toy
Having several young grandchildren I've purchased a lot of toys--Lamaze brand being one of my favorites. Max was a Christmas present for our grandson Levi--who wasn't due until April. Levi started noticing Max at about 3 weeks and now at 3 months Max has become his good friend. I don't think he's as entertaining as some of the other Lamaze toys but the point is Levi loves him. I think its the bright colors, soft plush body and he really does have a cute face.So Max lives on the car seat and keeps Levi entertained for long periods of time in the car. He coos and giggles and talks to Max for as much as 20 minutes at a time, which isn't bad for 3 months old. Worth the money as are all of the Lamaze toys.

Possible choking Hazard (our experience with Max)
We bought Max for our daughter, several months ago, and at age 7 months, she enjoys Max. We check out her toys regularly to ensure that they are in good shape and nothing dangerous exists to our knowledge.

One morning we find her in her crib with Max in one hand and the banana in the other (she just turned 7 months) and the banana appears to be a size to cause a serious choking hazard. I am just so glad we caught things before they became deadly serious.

The banana is sewed on by thick thread, but somehow (we didn't put it in the washer or anything like that) the banana came loose from the toy and is the size (in our opinion) to cause a choking hazard - due to both its size and the curved shape.

YMMV - but Max and his banana need to go back to the drawing board to ensure that a more durable means of attachment of the banana is developed.

3-0 out of 5 stars Ok toy
My daughter likes this toy, but I bought it to hang on her car seat. He is too big for that. He swings and hits her in the head. So she plays with it other places

3-0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Toy from Birth on
We received Max as a gift and our son loves him!! He started cooing at Max at 8 weeks. We don't go anywhere without him. Our son is now 7 months and still loves Max. He likes the hard surfaces to chew on. I highly recommend this toy for any baby. ... Read more

Here are three toys from Tiny Love to stimulate baby visually, tactilely, and aurally. Included inthis set is a two-headed bird that's bright red with white polka dots on one side and black with white polkadots on the other. It has big black and white eyes, two pointy red beaks, and black and red wings withsimple white flowers. Press the bird's tummy and he squeaks! There's a white key ring with a black ball ontop and three black, white, and red keys attached. The tops of the keys are hard plastic with raised letters(A, B, C) and checks, squiggles, and zigzags. The lower portions of the keys are made of white rubberyplastic that's perfect for teething. Finally, there's a black and white, hard plastic bear that rattles and has ared, rubbery plastic teether attached. All three toys come with plastic rings that facilitate attaching them toother Tiny Love products, such as the Gymini 3-D Activity Gym and the Activity Arch, or to a stroller orhigh chair. 5-0 out of 5 stars These are great toys even without the gym
I like these toys much better than the ones that actually came with the gym. They seem to be more designed to stimulate the child. The bear is a rattle and the bird squeaks. Right now, my 3 month old daughter likes holding on to the key ring and shaking it.

My baby loves these!
My almost 3 month-old has been playing in his gymini for over a month already so I bought these to add to it. He hasn't been that interested in the bird yet but he loves the keys and the teddy bear rattle. The keys have taught him to grab and hold on for the first time, before he was just batting at things.

Safe and fun
My daughter really enjoys the keys. The bear, as many have said is just too hard to grasp, though. Because many other reveiws spoke of the bird being boring, I attatched it to my babys car seat thinking it might actually lull her to sleep in the car. Not so! This in the first toy that she reached out and got hold of! It took me two weeks to realize that it beeped when you sqeezed it. Don't disregard it because it seems boring to you (as it does to me!) It is easy to grasp, bright and soft. In other words, perfect for baby. Overall, I would have to say that this is a good investment although I wish the bear was more useful. Maybe when she gets older.

I hope this was helpful!

Great Toy
This toy is cheap in price and keeps my 7 month old entertained for long periods of time. The toys are great to bring to restaurants to hand them off to him one at a time as he gets bored.

Could be better
I bought this set to add to my son's activity gym. I expected a little bit better value for the price. My son absolutely LOVES the keys but the rattle is oddly shaped and difficult for him to grasp and he found bird toy to be just plain boring. ... Read more

ball & cube
GREAT FOR ALL STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT! In an infant seat or stroller, babies enjoy the colors, feel and rattle. As they age, the ball can be tossed to them. Then the child can roll it away and eventually retrieve by themselves. I've never encountered a child who did not enjoy it.

Babies Favorite
My daughter LOVES the ball. Since she was 6 months old she has loved to sit up and play catch. Everytime I pick up the ball she smiles because she knows we are going to play one of her favorite games. This toy is on my Top 5 toys list.

my baby doesn't play much with this toy
my babby really hasn't paid much attention on this toy which i bought before she was born (she's 13 mths now). She touched it briefly occasionally and then move to other toys. Maybe it's too "simple" , i am not sure. she likes the busy cube for example. she spends a lot of time with that. For my baby this toy really is not worth the money.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great fun
I had actually asked for the baby einstein soft block set, but got these instead. I'm very pleased with them though. My son loves them. He is eight months old and the larger size is wonderful. he loves to squish them and bite on them. He throws them and will attempt to crawl to get them. So far, they seem very durable.

5-0 out of 5 stars The best ball set
My daughter is 8 months old and this is her ABSOLUTE FAVORITE TOY (the ball). It is so soft and very easy for her to clutch in her tiny hands. She loves grabbing it and throwing it. She also tries to eat it and it is nice and soft on her skin. Both the ball & the block are well made and colorful. I am so glad I purchased this set on a whim. She reaches for this toy more than any others in her room. I highly recommend it! ... Read more

These stimulating toys are designed to be attached to other Tiny Love products, such as the TinyLove Gymini 3D Activity Gym and the Tiny Love Gymini Deluxe. The set of three keys will be a sure hitwith babies--easy for small hands to handle and made with plenty of chewy rubber. The rattling bear flyingon a rubbery yellow cloud makes an excellent teething toy. The cloth bird with flapping yellow wingsmakes a satisfying squeak when squeezed. The plastic link on the toys allows them to be attached just aboutanywhere, but especially to cribs and playsets.--Gail Hudson ... Read more

Not So Great Toy
My father bought this toy for my son as an Easter gift when he was 8 months old, and the only thing he liked was the teethable car keys. I think this toy was actually ment for a much younger baby, and not an 8 month old.
I now have a 7 week old baby who might find the toys to be more fun, since I put them away when my first ds was 12 months old. Although, since I have gotten them back out, my now 19½ month old still wants the keys, even though I think he's too old for them, and he still has his plastic keys that aren't really made for teething.

I'll probably write another review on this toy when I see if my youngest son likes the toys or not.

playtime wont last long
Like I wrote in my title, playtime wont last long! My daughter still cant really use the squeeze toy and shes much older than when she first got these toys which were her first! The other toys didnt really keep her interest at all. I used these toys when she was really really young just to get her eyes to follow objects. After that these toys basically stayed at the bottom of the toy box.

A nice addition to your activity gym
These colorful toys are sure an eye-catcher for my 4 month old! He loves to shake the keys around and we found a hidden surprse in the birdie the other day......it sqeeks! Not only can you hang these on your activity mat/gym but you can take them off for your baby to shake and play with for months even after he outgrows the gym!

4-0 out of 5 stars Two of the toys are meant for very young babies
My son received this toy as an Easter present from my dad. He loved the teethable keys, but could care less about the squeek toy or bear rattle. He was 7 months old when he received these toys. Maybe my next baby will have more fun with the squeek toy and bear rattle. I have put this toy set away now that my son is 14½ months old, and doesn't even have interest in the keys anymore.

My advice is to make sure you buy this toy set when your baby is a newborn.

3-0 out of 5 stars Silly Mommy
I was so excited to get these teethers for my baby. I opened up the package, washed the teethers in warm soapy water, and put them in my bottle sterilizer. Silly me! They came out melted and all stuck together. I've ordered another set, and will stick to soap and water next time! ... Read more

Great Fun For Baby!
We bought our son this toy for Christmas. He is five months old and is very interested in rattles. We like how the rattles have two handles and that they are light for baby. He loves to shake the rattles and put them in his mouth. The colors are bright and inviting and the "go round" attachment helps to keep the rattles at close reach.

5-0 out of 5 stars amazing toy!
it is amazing how parents can sometimes think they know best... when we got this toy i never imagined my baby would be so thrilled with one toy, which i believe expands his little world's frontiers showing him one toy can be whatever you wish it could be. with this one especially, not only he invents on what one toy can be, but on the many posibilities the toy has. and he seems to begin to understand how to separate parts and put them back together, a skill i haven't seen when he plays with other toys. this toy is very different from all crib toys. I definitely like it. But my baby likes it more, and that's what really matters in the end. ... Read more

Just adorable
These toys are just the most adorable rattle-type toys I have ever seen. My 8-month old daughter loves to hold them, chew them, touch them and shake them whenever I give them to her (mostly in the car or on stroller walks). They are light-weight (great for packing in the diaper bag), colorful and easy to clean. I find myself picking them up and playing with them occasionally. Very well made. I highly recommend this set or one of the similar Tiny Love sets.

This is a great set!
This is a great set!! My son loves to reach and grab these toys. They have helped him some more with his hand eye cordination as well as keep him entertained! We love these. It is an added bounus that they have little rings so we can attach them to his stroller so he can't throw them while we're out. We can attach them really to anything.

5-0 out of 5 stars Brought the black and white Gymini back to life for my son!
The black and white Gymini is highly recommended for visually stimulating newborns. After a while, however, the same old toys and colors began to bore my baby. At around 3 months, he went from contentedly playing in his Gymini for a half hour to screaming that he wanted out after only 5 minutes. I saw these toys and bought them, thinking that if they didn't bring the Gymini back to life, they would at least be fun toys for him to enjoy in another way (links can attach them to a shopping cart, the Baby Bjorn, stroller, etc.). He started enjoying the Gymini again the day these arrived in the mail and kept enjoying it for another 2 months. (Two months X 30 minutes per day = Priceless to a stay at home mom!) He would roll over and over, greeting his little friends with baby chatter wherever he ended up. Now we do link the toys to other things and he still enjoys them very much. He especially likes the bunny's crinkly ears and the frog's springy legs. The flower makes a good teether too and the flower's leaf is nice and crinkly so he gets the most bang for his buck with that one. I highly recommend these toys. You get a lot of use out of them and they're a great price.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great addition to your activity gym
If you own the Tiny Love 3-d Activity Gym these toys will compliment it perfectly and give you more toys to "rotate" so your baby has different things to look at. They are wonderful for them to look at, touch, chew on and most importantly easy to keep clean.

Both my children went under the 3-D Activity Gym from newborn. The toys were fascinating for them to watch and the mat is nice and soft to lay on. As they grew they would bat the toys to make them swing and grab them to pull a leg or tail into their mouths for chewing. They learned to make the noises that each toy makes. The arches are soft and bendable so when they are rolling around they move with the baby so there is no risk of getting caught up in an odd position. It's portable, just folds in half, so you can take it with you. It washes up extremely well. It's just a great toy!! ... Read more
