Baby Annabell for My Granddaughter
Well, I bought Baby Annabell for my 3 year old Granddaughter and she absoultly loves her as do I!
I think she is just darling. My granddaughter found her early, as in before Christmas!
Yes she was her Christmas present and she found it in Grandma's spare room a couple of weeks ago and just knew that it was for her. Any way, we both just love her.

Baby Annabell Doll
I received the baby Annabell for my daughter in the mail today. The doll is in good condition, however the way it was packaged was terrible. The box was mangled and I am surprised it was okay. I think my daughter will love this doll, but she will have to wait until Christmas :-)

New Mommy
I just got this baby today i loved it i guess its kinda silly for a 13 year old to play with dolls but i think its fun(dont tell my friends)anyways this doll isnt what i expected i thought it would do more stuff i couldnt chooose between rock a bye chou chou or annabell but when i found out annabells mouth moved i was set i think its fun to act like you have your own baby if you have old brothers or sisters who like to annoy then its not good like me my sister likes to yell and hit it right when it falls asleep but i think this is a great baby, overall.

BABY Annabell
I got Baby Annabell in the hopes that I would get a very modern doll.When I opened the pakage I wwas somewhat disppionted. Yes she was modern like she giggled and cryed. She really makes realistic mouth movements.BUT sometimes when you try to read a story to her she justs keeps on giggling.I can't really take out of my rooom or my family will go insane. Even when she sucks it's super noisy. I wish you could feed her or have to change her diaper because it's wet.It's perfect for the LITTLE mother HINT BETWEEN 3-7 but, maybe we older mother 7+up need something more than bottle feeding or rattling a rattle . Over all I think she is perfect for younger mothers. Also, I thinnk she is over priced. I do have a recomendation for older mothers though, Baby Born.

A great doll!
This doll is great--she cries and laughs like a real baby. I have a 5 yr old and a 2 year old and they both love to play with her. The crying is a little annoying after awhile, but you can turn her off with a switch on her back. She also comes with a bottle, pacifier, and toy bear. Well worth the money! ... Read more

Very disappointing for my 4 yr. old!
My daughter received this for her 4th birthday, and it broke the very next day.The string in the base won't come out!She was very upset about it.I feel awful, but WILL NOT buy another one!

broken after 12 hours!
This was a birthday present and was used quite a bit on the first day.By the next morning the string was stuck inside and there is no way to open it up to untangle it.My daughter was bummed out because she liked it and it was fun when it worked.Not worth your money!It will break!

Not worth it!
My daughter wanted this toy after seeing it on TV.This toy could be very dangerous, if there is no adult supervision.Also, I think its overpriced.I have never before felt the need to write a review of something but this is one of the worst toys I have ever bought!My daughter (4-1/2) loves it but from a parents point of view, spend your $ on something else!

Broke after a few hours of play
This toy is super fun, but the string broke on the inside of the base.We only had the toy for 24 hours when it broke.It was fun while it lasted.

FUN
I was very skeptical when I saw the commercial of these dolls flying, but to my surprise, they really do fly!We had a lot of fun with this toy.

GREAT, FUN LITTLE TOY!!
My daughter received this doll for her 5th birthday..and they are just as cute as their commercials!!A pull of the string on her launcher, and this little cutie is airborne, wings flapping.Her 6-year-old sister loves it, and even her 7-year-old brother wants a turn.TIP:Launch her outside in the grass, or in a room with lots of open space.I cannot tell you how many times she's crashed into the vertical blinds or the TV....!!!

We bought one for my Daughter and she LOVED it! But the launcher broke the first day.So we returned it and got another. And the launcher broke again!I'd return for cash but my three year old loves the stupid DVD cartoon that comes with it.She watches it over and over and over again.

Awesome for learning to play with imagination
My daughter is two and loves this doll! She memorized the first day all of the sayings! It teaches a small amount of spanish, which is a great start for a child to learn. My daughter loves to pretend play with Dora. I feel this has expanded my daughters imagination play out more! Great toy!!

It's Dora!
This is a very well made doll. It's cute and perfect for our little 3 year old. This doll helps her with her role playing, which she is doing alot of now. And she acts out scenes with this doll and Boots (9 inch cuddly doll). The hair keeps well.

This Dora doll is very adorable!
My 18-month-old loves her Dora doll! She says several cute phrases, including a couple in Spanish. The backpack, bracelet, and surprise are a real treat too. Give Your Child A Great Start!
While this doll is by no means a substitute for a year of college French, it is a great catalyst to get your young child interested in foreign language. Based on my experiences learning and teaching at the college level, I can assure you, the greatest educational gift a parent can give a child is a head-start in foreign language! Foreign language becomes harder to learn and maintain the older someone is (even middle school is too late), and these dolls are made for the age group which adopts languages the easiest. Forget Baby Mozart, if you want to give your child an edge in education, get them one of these dolls and enroll them in a language immersion school or afterschool program. If the phrases of the French doll aspiring to design clothes bothers you, why not check out the Italian doll who wants to be a soccer star, the Greek doll who has Olympic dreams or the German doll who expresses her love of animals.

Bonjour, Dolly!
I love everything about Jolie: her perefect accent, her perfect French outfit and her perfect vocabulary. What a cute idea to make a French doll who wants to be a designer and teaches colors! I gave my daughter and niece each a Jolie doll before we went to France and they were so cute saying Bonjour and Comment vas-tu? to the hotel workers.
This is a great product and I hope they make extra chips for expanded vocabulary.

Oui oui, Jolie!
My Mom, bless her, has what my sister calls "Shee-shee-poo-poo-itis"- that is, anything that reiks of oo-la-lah and grandness is something she wants to lavish our kids with. She also has a love affair with all things French. She presented our 6 year old daughter (who has a Madeline obsession) with "Jolie", a doll that speaks an English phrase, and then repeats it in French. What a cool concept! It certainly can teach a child basic French phrases through repetition. Jolie teaches you how to say "My name is..." and the days of the week, plus a host of other things that probably won't help you squeak by should you find yourself stranded in France. The only disappointing feature is that Jolie also says "I like to shop for clothes!", and " When I grow up,I want to be a designer!", as if these are the only things a little French girl would aspire to. Not to get too Lisa Simpson-ish (remember the "Lisa Lionheart" episode?), but couldn't Jolie want to be a cancer research scientist? Or volunteer to deliver meals to shut-ins? Why shopping and designing? It's a bit sterotyped. I guarantee you a boy version would aspire to something different. Still, this is an educational toy, one that you won't really mind your child spending lots of time with.

Genius little dolls
Yummi is a wonderful product and i hope they come out with a boy Japanese doll for my son. My daughter loves playing with Yummi and learning her Japanese. The heart on the knee is so cute and i heard all the dolls say i love you.

great introduction to a new language!!
The Language Little dolls are a wonderful way to learn some beginning phrases of a new language! I laugh every time they speak, these dolls are so cute!

I have 5 of these dolls - Japanese, Russian, German, Chinese, and Spanish. All of them say over 20 phrases, and each one says "I love you" when you press the knee.

The dolls also come with a booklet that shows the pronounciation of the words they are saying, which is very helpful!

My only "complaint" is that I wish the booklets also had the phrases written out in the non-English language as well. For instance, it would be neat to see the hirigana/katakana for the phrases that Yumi speaks.

Also included with the booklet is a passcode to the Language Little website, where you can learn even more. Very cool.

My favorite doll is Yumi, the Japanese-English speaking doll. This is in part because Japanese is a language I would really like to learn, and in part because she says things like "I like to play musical instruments" (I also like playing musical instruments ;)).

It is neat how the dolls all seem to have a particular theme, like music, or ballet, or soccer.

As for durability, I have had Yumi (the first doll I bought) for almost 3 years now - she still works and looks as good as when I first got her! (Keep in mind that I am over 20 years old, so I am probably treating my dolls with a bit more care than children might).

I hope you will decide to get one of these dolls, for your children, or for yourself! They are great!

Yumi: A Bi-lingual Treat
Yumi is a happy and soft little friend for my 3.5 and 4.5 yr. old children. She speaks clear English and Japanese to my children who repeat the 7 phrases and 13 words back to her. Yumi has 3 fun places to press for speaking. The wiring from her 3 speaking locations means she is not submersible. She can't be given a bath or thrown into the washer for easy cleaning. We weren't so thrilled.
My daughter loves the doll and the doll is pretty however...It isn't easy to make "dance" and the barre doesn't stand up nicely so she has been frustrated.

We like it
I don't know what everyone is expecting when they buy this doll. I happened to come across it while shopping and bought it for my almost 6 year old since she has been in ballet since she was 3. I thought is was cute. The music is sweet and its just a doll. I don't know why anyone would rely on ads to show you what it can really do. My major disappointment was the scrunchie that doesn't stretch big enough to get around your pinkie let alone around the dolls hair. Both of her sisters like it too. If you don't have commercial expectations of it coming alive, there is no reason it wouldn't be a great gift for your ballet enthusiast.

Major Disappointment!!!
My 6 year old ballerina was ecstatic to receive this for her birthday. Unfortunately this doll is not worth the money it cost to make it. You can not make your doll do the ballet positions. The advertising leaves children to believe she will dance for you. Not true, you have to make her pirouette and her feet have to stay pointed. The feet end up going flat, and she slips all over the place. The ballet bar requires batteries to play ballet music. Can I ask you? What is fun about a ballet bar that plays music when your doll won't even dance? This toy is a expensive dud. My daughter was major disappointed. It was played with for a total of 5 minutes, and will spend eternity in the bottom of the toy box with the rest of the expensive toy duds that seem to be commonplace anymore. If you are going to want a doll that is educational, playable, and keep your child interested, spend the extra money and invest in American Girl dolls.

good, but not worth the amount of money spent
I like this toy becuse it has a booklet that has ballet terms and positions, but the doll itself is kind of cheap. The hair plugs show, the legs don't bend, and she isn't THAT well made.

Get all 3 Pop Dreamer dolls to really enjoy this toy
My 5-year-old daughter got all 3 Pop Dreamer dolls for Christmas and LOVES them. I can understand the reviews not being so good if you only have one doll, but when you have all 3, they sing and interact with one another. They "know" when they are wearing another doll's clothes and comment on it, and they sing other songs together. We also bought the Pop Dreamers music CD, which my daughter loves, too.

Doll's adorable, but the packing is nuts!
Your child will adore this doll... if you can ever get it out of the box. Security measures are far overdone, with twisties and tape being the least of the problem. The worst? They sewed her hair to the box! The end result is some very tangled hair once you remove her, but after that, she's nothing but fun. I got this for my learning impaired 6 year old and he loves to hear "his girlfriend" sing.

GABRIELLA
My daughter really enjoys this doll and its been about 5 months since she got to pick it out. She is autistic but she sings along with it. The hair messes up and is a little difficult to fix. But it is quite durable and her singing contents are positive.

Best Xmas buy
I got Ari for a 3-year-old and my 6-year-old had to have one of her own. They are getting all the attention of the presents. It is fun for the kids to swap clothes and have the dolls recognize that. Also, my daughter was just complaining about the lack of cute brown-hair, brown-eye dolls and this doll made her feel positive about her coloring. Only downside is that the "interaction" between the dolls was oversold. We cannot make the dolls have a conversation with each other--only one of the dolls does the talking.

Disney quality!
This doll is definetely one to give your daughter. Unlike other pop dolls, like Diva Starz, the Disney Pop Dreamers are pretty and clothed.

Rainbow brite is bacK!
I was so excited when I saw this doll! I loved rainbow brite as a child and stilll do! This doll is so sweet and cute-It brought back many childhood memories! The Twink that comes along with it is just as precious!

Disappointing
I purchased this doll for my daughter last year for a Christmas gift. I was very excited when I read what the doll could do. That is the only reason why I purchased the doll. However, she does not do everything she is supposed to do. I took her back to the store thinking we had a defective doll. Not true. The doll does not cry or laugh. The only thing she seems to do is make a cooing sound. Very disappointing. However, my daughter still plays with her.

I purchased this doll for my 5 year old soon to be 6 year old and she absolutely adores the doll. I purchased the doll because I am excpecting my second child in a couple of weeks and wanted her to have a toy that would keep her occupied and understand babies a little more. The doll really feels baby-like and the sounds are great, although I wish she made a little more noises, which I understand the baby ananable does. I also purchased the outfit and diaper bag set, she loves the diaper bag which gives her a sense of being a real mom. Cute fun at a small cost
My girls each received a My Little Baby from the Easter Bunny. They love them! They are 6 and 3. The youngest just wants to "feed" hers but my 6 year old can get the doll to interact with her. While the babies are a little loud for their size, they are by no means distracting or even annoying. And the best part is that they can be shut off---unlike other electronic interactive toys. Pretty cute toys for minimal cost!

My Little Baby: Bailey is not worth it!!
My daughter recieved My Little Baby as a Christmas present. She looked it over, but quickly put it down. The little doll ALWAYS cries, and is often put in the closet to avoid the noise.
