Take this hot silver Mercedes-Benz CLK to a playground or empty parking lot and she is ready to race. This 1/12-scale replica of an actual Mercedes-Benz CLK racer and has all the hot rod components of the real thing. The dual level radio control runs on a 9-volt battery and is easy for even younger drivers to master. The vertical lever moves the car forward or backward while the horizontal lever turns the car left or right. The car is primed for racing after four hours of charging the 6-volt Ni-Cad battery pack or--if you just can't wait--after installing four AA batteries in its underside. The Mercedes-Benz CLK operates on a frequency of 49 megahertz so for a successful drag race, other cars need to run on different frequencies. A GREAT CAR
This car was a great addition to my RC car collection. It is great to race and goes super fast. the only thing that i did not like about this toy is the low bumper, however it makes it look a little slicker and cool. If u wanna get this car also try to get a freind to buy one because they are really fun to race. the controller has great range so u can sit in your room and race it looking out the window. That is what i always do (u may freak people out when they are walking by) SO OVERALL BUY THIS TOY IF U CAN AFFORD IT. also if u do not already have one, u need a battery pack so b prepared 4 forking over another $10-$25. ... Super Slicks, Super Awsome
I absolutely love these i bought them all i love how you have to put in the motor and its so easy! It dosn't take long to charge either just a few seconds!!!!

Doesn't Work
We have had a similar problem as one of the other reviews. Our car has only been used for a few minutes and doesn't work properly. Sometimes it won't even go at all, other times it stops and starts. We are taking it back to the store. We also bought a second car and the track so are debating what to do, take a chance on another car, or return all items which add up in price.

We returned and purchase another - Horrible Experience
My son was extremely excited to get his superslick. He opened it up for christmas and it did not work. On the second busiest day of the year we exchanged it for another on. The same issue, it did not work.

If it’s possible for a toy truck to ooze machismo, this radio controlled Blue Chevy SSR fits the bill. It features a sharp looking blue and black paint job, a "turbo" mode of higher acceleration, and enormous tires offset by a set of the spinning rims that have become so popular among fans of car customization. While the tires look like they can handle quite a bit of off road action, we recommend sticking to challenging indoor obstacles rather than dirt trails, since introducing too much grit into the truck’s machinery could result in faulty operation.
