I think that it's great that they design a new Hello Kitty CD player every year or so. The design on this one is great because it is bright and the plastic house itself is just more solid than the previous two.

However, it has some of the same flaws as the previous models. This boombox works well in a small room or when working in a small area. Due to the popularity of CDs, I didn't miss the cassette deck. I did think that this boombox was a little expensive considering the sound output and lack of cassette deck.

This boombox also presents a new problem. The CD is placed in the player vertically, instead of horizontally. If you don't snap it onto the wheel inside, it could damage the CD, so you need to be careful.

To increase the educational value of this toy, someone suggested getting karaoke CDs with lyrics books. It is a great way to introduce reading or to improve on reading skills. ... Read more

Ready Bed - Hello Kitty & Spiderman
Was a little skeptical when buying these beds because of several bad reviews but I got them on sale and they are GREAT! My kids love them, and it took less than 4 minutes to inflate just like it said it would, and it was not difficult to set up at all.

This is a good buy if not using all the time. So easy to set up...it takes just a few minutes! Be sure not to pump it up too much though, or it becomes hard. This bag is so convenient we'll use it for sleepovers, camping, hotels, etc.... My 3 year old daughter will be much more comfortable in this than on a hotel cot. It's soft fleece, and who can resist Hello Kitty?

My daughter loves it!!
So convenient. Mattress, pillow and blanket in one. Can't get my daughter out of it! Hello Kitty is so cute too.

Fun, Conventional Sleeping Bag

Cute for smaller hands
My daughter wanted this toy because she loves HK. The price seemed right for a toy that can be taken places and store all pieces inside. My only problem is that one half of the house opens and the children are forced to reach inside to grab the characters and/or furniture. If moms or dads played along you might have a difficult time retrieving the items and your own hand for that matter! Seems like durable plastic for house and furniture and the characters are rubber. Adorable!
I bought this phone for myself because I love Hello Kitty. I figure, I'll hand it down to my daughters (maybe..lol) when they are old enough. This phone has caller Id and the wings light up when it rings. It is very well made.

I (the mom) needed a new phone in my room. We just happened to find this phone in a Sanrio store. I had to beg and plead with my 4 yr. old daughter to let me keep it in my room, but to no avail. I guess she thinks only "little" girls can like Hello Kitty!! So, its in her pretty pink Hello Kitty room and how cute is it when the phone rings? The little angel wings light up along with the little heart wand!! I had to call her a million times...with the lights off in the room! Its got caller ID and the sound is pretty good. cute but not the best
I bought this toy for my daughter's 5th birthday. She loves it because she is a huge Hello Kitty fan. It comes with crayons and colored pencils with holders for each of them. The best part is that there is a roll of pictures that you pull out to color. The problem with this toy is that the pages do not line up well when it is time to tear them off. Also, the colored pencils break constantly--much more so than other colored pencils that we use. Cute as fluff.
It's so nice to see something girly that isn't Barbie. Four stars for educational value for the same reason the other reviewer gave-- you could have your child listening to educational CD's while maintaining your sanity instead of going crazy listening to Barney and things. It's also a nice shade of pink, as opposed to the pepto-pink we usually see in girls' toys.

Also great for those of us who are Hello Kitty fanatics! The sound quality is excellent, and the ASP actually works, unlike a lot of the "non-toy" portable CD players.

the cutest portable discman!
this is a great portable cd player- i'm 29 & i love it- hello kitty's face is so bright & cheerful, the sound rocks & i've dropped it & it keeps on playing!

it has an anti-skip mechanism that works a lot better than the "grown-up" brand name discman's i've had & did i mention how cute it is????

i gave it a 5 star educational value, because if you're buying this for a child you could fill it with great books on tape and/or wonderful music.

Hello Kitty Sticker Maker
My daughter received this item for Christmas and in one day used up all of the tape and stickers. Had I known that there were no replacement parts available, I would not have bought it. I do NOT think that it is a good value for the price of $14.99 because she was only able to use it for one day!

Replacement material will definitely upgrade the value of it
I wouldn't consider to buy the toy if I knew there is no replacement material available. The value and the lifetime of this toy will be definitely upgraded if we can get the refilled material.
