Caution: VERY CREEPY!!!!!
Come on people, look at it for 1 second! I Think it looks very creepy, and so should you. Since Kelly and Tommy are in thier "costumes" it looks like they got eaten by Spongebob and Patrick! [no offense on anyone who has worn this for Halloween].Look at it again , and you'll agree with me . 4 words : Very scary , not ordinary! 2 other words: STAY AWAY FROM AT ALL TIMES!

It might be a bit difficult to believe that insects can be cute. That is, until you see this three-pack of dolls dressed in detachable bug-themed costumes. Bumblebee Melody is dressed in a satiny black and yellow bodysuit with an antenna headband over her brown hair. Ladybug Liana wears a black top and red skirt with black polka dots. She has blond hair and carries a gold handbag. Butterfly Kayla is dressed in a shimmering bluish dress and carries a flower. What can I say?
These dolls are totally cute! What else is there to say about them? I love the little costumes and think the bumblebee is especially precious. The facial screening on these dolls seems to be a notch above ordinary playline Kelly's, too. And as much as I usually dislike blonde dolls, the Butterfly Kayla is quite lovely with her lavender eyes (too bad her costume is a little cheesy--cardboard wings, anyone? but I redressed her). A gripe is that this group didn't include the Snail Belinda, but oh well. Still happy I bought this set.

Cute!
These Kelly dolls are so cute, and the detail on them is great! We got these for our 19 month old daughter who loves little dolls, and they were a big hit! The clothes are well made and don't come off easily. Lots of fun!

A Delightful Surprise
I like Kelly Club (AKA Lil' Friends of Kelly) dolls. Not only do they provide adult Barbie and her friends with younger people with whom to interact, but the little ones are cute and make nice dolls in their own right.

However, in 2002 I do think Mattel went overboard in responding to Kelly and friends' increasing popularity by producing too many types of the critters. Collectables such as the Chrismas Ornaments, the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics and the Barbie Rapunzel Kelly Club collections were fine, but Mattel created a rather mediocre playline (the regular Kelly dolls).

But the Garden Collection, offered at the end of 2002 (and there are a few more than just the trio offered here) came as a delightful and inventive surprise! I don't care too much for Butterfly Kayla, but Bumblebee Melody and Ladybug Liana are just adorable! Liana's outfit in particular is very intriguing; instead of wearing red with black polka dot wing covering on her back, she wears the colors on a pair of puffy bloomers.

I only wish they had included the "Snail" doll (I think its Jenny, but I can't remember) with this group, she's the cutest of the group in my opinion. These dplls would also go well with a fantasy-themed Barbie such as Fairy of the Forest or the current Rapunzel.

CUTE KELLY TRIO

We love it
My 5 year old daughter was given this toy as a birthday gift. She plays with it almost every night in the tub, and it works fine. It is a very realistic jet ski, and even shoots a plume of water in the air. Even my son plays with it sometimes!

Fun-but watch Barbie's hair!
My daughter is 3 and loves this toy, especially the dolphin, but we had a "traumatic" event when Barbie's hair became entangled in the motor blades of the boat. The boat stopped functioning, and Barbie had to have an emergency haircut! We were able to take apart the boat,remove all of the hair and get it functioning again. My daughter is now very cautious never to stick her own hair (or Barbie's) near the propeller when she has the boat in the tub!

Great toy Great price
This toy is very nice. I love it a lot and I recomend it. It bring hours of fun.

Barbie needs a rescue at sea
After just one use in the tub the jet ski no longer works. My 7 yr old bought this with her own money & needless to say is extremely disappointed. This is a piece of junk! ... Read more
