mega fun!!!!!!
this was a gift for my son last christmas and he loves it. he still plays with it to this day. he tries to build things it great for a childs develpment.

My 2 year old LOVES this toy!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I bought this for our son's second birthday and he has played with it for hours every day since then. We could have saved ourselves a fortune on other toys because this was a steal and by far his favorite toy ever. It is very durable, he drags it all over, throws the blocks in and then dumps them out! We have already purchased an additional set of mega blocks. I would HIGHLY recommend this toy!

Fun fun fun
I like this wagon because its so simple and fun for my daughter. She pulls the wagon around EVERYWHERE and even puts all her other toys in it, including dolls, and rides them around. My husband took the blocks out and put my daughter (29 months)in it and ran her up and down the hall! For [$$$] what a great buy.

Perfect for a younger builder....
These blocks are the perfect size for my littler builder who immediately made his first masterpiece moments after opening the wagon.... my only wish is that there were more blocks.

He also appreciates having a "handy storage" place for his toys... the little guy is fastidious... (yes, I am blessed!) We play "build" and then "throw the blocks into the basket".... so the wagon can double for lots of things.

The handle did fall off though it was easily reattached. I don't think its meant for "heavy duty" play.

Great Product
This was bought for my son last fall when he was 2 and he absolutely loved the wagon. While the blocks get scattered and we cannot find most of them, the wagon is a godsend out in the yard. When it comes time for him to pick up his toys, he pulls the wagon along behind him and puts them all in it. This wagon has been left out in the sun, rain, snow and whatever else mother nature throws at us and has yet to show any signs of sun fade. Nice product! ... Read more

When a battle takes place somewhere with the name "Dragon Mountain", you can be confident that the fighting will be anything but dull and ordinary. Sure enough, in this sprawling 255-piece set from Mega Bloks, the action is likely to be pitched and furious as the forces of fire and ice come together in epic war. Dev and Kyra lead the Draigar and Norvagen (both good guys) forces against the Ice Vorgan hordes as the good dragon Lumendraconis battles the evil Frenkuhl. Both dragons are nicely articulated and features mouths that open with the help of a lever on their backs and chests that light up. The Dragon Mountain set sports a working rail system as well as an icy peak that busts apart when struck to reveal a fiery dragon skull. Of course its all Mega Bloks so the component bricks can be used to create a radically different set or append to existing sets to build configurations limited only by the builders imagination. huge model for a small price
The aircraft carrier is a really nice model. My favorite thing about it is its size. It is huge! What I also like is its small price. Compared to models from LEGO, this one is much more affordable. Overall it is a great buy.

A decent product
My six year old son loves construction toys and the Mega Bloks ProBuilder Series is one of his favorites.I've been disappointed, however, by how often he notes that "the Mega Bloks are the ones that don't stick together very well."Given the fact that we purchased a large number of the kits at closeout sales this isn't a problem, they're not expensive.

However, If I consider the amount of time he spends playing with these types of toys (both Lego and Mega Bloks), the pleasure he gets from them, and the the educational value, then I can easily justify the additional cost of Legos.

Bottom line:Mega Bloks are okay, but the Legos are a much better value.

Full steam ahead
After scoring a direct hit with their first Pro Builder aircraft carrier model (The USS Kitty Hawk, available at www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00004TRZY) in, I didn't think Mega Bloks would be able to improve on it. But improve on it they did with the USS Nimitz set, which features even more realism and greater detail than its predecessor. It's still a bit "blocky"-looking in many places, though, even with new-and-improved, more-realistically-molded parts such as anchors, most of the bridge tower, and those antenna-lookin' things sticking outta the sides of the vessel's bow (just what the #ell are those things called, anyway???).

Another good improvement is the set of flight deck elevators. Unlike the Kitty Hawk Mega Bloks toy, all of the elevators on this bad-boy stay level and flush with the flight deck, and slide up from and down to the maintenance deck without too much trouble. Unfortunately, the Nimitz had one particularly frustrating carry-over problem from the Kitty Hawk toy: the deck plate pieces were loath to stay flush with one another, where no one plate was higher or lower than the other.

Although a few other folks have stated that Mega Bloks don't seem to adhere to each other as well as Legos do, I didn't encounter any difficulty with the finished product keeping itself together, except for some of the more weakly-anchored bits on the ship's deck (directional 'lights', thrust backwash flaps, etc.). My real problem was getting the blocks together- you really gotta push 'em in to get them to mesh!

'Late

FLATTOP UNDER ATTACK
This one was really special. WAR!!! What could be cooler than a warship? I'll tell ya what. A warship in action, that's what! The build on this one was quite long, but went smoothly. It took us about three and a half hours to put this one together. Almost ashame to put it to use. Almost. Once Christened, we immediately launched it into the shallow end, where it instantly took on a starboard list. To make things more interesting, we coated the deck with hurricane lamp oil before launching....he he. Once in the water, we fired it up. It took a long time for the whole ship to become engulfed. We were surprised. The deck almost liquified as the conning tower sunk into it. Once the deck was compromised, that was all she wrote. It instantly started taking on water and sank while STILL burning. HOW COOL IS THAT???? It even made it to the bottom with flames still visible. UNBELIEVABLE!!! We gave it five stars for fun for being a cool AMERICAN war ship, and putting on such a great show. We also gave five stars for value because you just can't hardly find entertainment like this anymore. ... Read more

the best dragon set so far
So far this is the best dragon mega bloks toy that I have. It took me about two hours to build it. I like the part where the head and wings open up and the crystal lights up. The sails seem real with cool graphics. (This review is from my nine-year-old son.)

ship at stake
My friends have tons of dragons, the new and origonal versions, and I loved them. I just had to get one! Man O' War was on clearence, so I got it and worked late into the night building it! The thing is, it's fun to Build! Yes, I built it on carpet, in about 30/or 45 min. It also stays together once you're done finishing it! I totally love this toy! My friends and I have so much fun with it and all of the other dragons!!
P.S. Girls LOVE it too!!!! :-)

fun to build!
my friend owns this set and he made it once with all the details but drooped it so i helped rebuild it he built most of it but i made the cabin while he reassembled maradaurs clif the lamps and fences are harder to put on then make the boat but it was fun. So if you buy it try not to drop it or you will be deavestaded.

I LOVE IT!!
My dad got me this set for my birthday. It was the biggest present I got. It has 2 working cannons,and 1 working harpoon luancher. The real cloth sails amazed me.If you like Mega Bloks Dragons, then you should check this out.Happy Buying!!

The Vorgans, those dastardly invaders who continue to wreak havoc upon their unfortunate neighbors are at it again. This time theyve raided a Norvagen shipyard and captured an impressive Man-O-War ship. Or at least most of one. The ship wasnt actually done yet but in a somewhat unusual bit of subcontracting, theyve enlisted an evil Ice Dragon to round out their arsenal and attack both the Norvagens and the poor people of Draigar. This kit features 190 pieces with which you can build the nefarious dragon GulKhan who, when completed, features jaws that open and close using a trigger on his back and a chest that lights up. The half-completed ship is also featured with a spring-loaded cannon, a magnetic rotating mast, and a few little warrior guys. The story line gets a little thick but we still like the intricate set up that Mega Bloks offers here and young kids with vivid imaginations will appreciate not only the big scary dragon but the infinite adaptability of this set which affords plenty of creative building opportunities. Good set but...
This is a nice set from Mega Bloks. It will take hours to put together since this is a large model. However, be aware that the sides and top of the trailer are not plastic. It is made of a thin piece of cardboard.

Most realistic Probuilder
Ok. I have this Probuilder. It is an amazing Probuilder. It is the most durable and the most fun Probuilder. Unlike some Probuilders, you can play with this Probuilder a lot without breaking. And it's as close as you can get to the action of racing.

Although we suspect that real pirates were never actually this benign when they menacingly patrolled the high seas, looking for booty to loot, the lack of realism is completely forgivable since these pirates look like a lot of fun. The included eye-patched captain and happy crewmember carry no guns, choosing instead to cavort on the high seas with a parrot, a monkey, and a mermaid. Only the large cannon connotes any hint of menace although were certain they only use it for celebratory purposes. Pirate music and ocean sounds, played at the touch of a button, add to the fun. There are 12 blocks in all and they are all compatible with other Mega Bloks sets, creating plenty of possibilities for creative play even outside the narrow bounds of the buccaneers life. --Charlie Williams ... My daughter loves this toy
I purchased this toy for my daughter when she was 9 months old. She is now a year old and has loved this toy from the first day she got it. When she first got the toy she would pull the animals off of their little stools. Now she pushes the buttons to make sounds. She has also started pushing the tractor around the house. She enjoys listening to the animal sounds and music. I don't think she will get tired of this toy for some time since she still needs to learn how to build the blocks and pretend play. It is still the first toy she grabs when she wakes up in the morning. This is a great toy and my husband and I enjoy it as well.

2 year old son LOVES this
My 2 year old son can't get enough of this play set. He is so into mega blocks now. He puts all the figures in the tractor and makes all the sounds of the animals. I like that it has 3 options for volume and that the plastic is durable.

A favorite Mega Bloks toy!
My son saw this in the store when he was 10 months old and was immediately attracted to it! We could barely pry it away from his grasp, so we just had to buy it.
He's now 14 months and still absolutely loves to play with it. He thinks the music is just great. It also has three different volume levels- which is nice from my perspective.
The top of the barn comes just below his waist, so he do some building with the blocks even from a standing position.
He also has the fire truck, the boat and the Mega Truck. This seems to be the easiest and most fun to build on to. He also likes the see-saw in the front of the barn that he can put a couple of animals, or the farmer, on.
If there was one negative thing about this toy, I'd say that it's the doors of the barn loft. They come off very easily and are difficult for him to open when they are closed.
Other than that, it's been great!

He Loves It!

The M1A1 Abrams weighs 70 tons and is powered by a 1500 HP gas turbine; luckily, this MegaBloks version is a more wieldy 18.5 inches, and doesn’t use any gas at all. Still, at 850 pieces, it’s a complex vehicle and should keep any junior engineer happy for many hours even before its first deployment. All parts are pale tan or black, except a small sheet of decals and a camouflage cover. The best Tank ever
This tank has everything you could ask for!!!!!! This tank is the best thing i have ever ouned. I love to play with MEGA BLOKS and LEGOs and this is by far the most funnest thing i have ever played with. This thing will give you hours of fun and excitment!!!!!

KICKIN'
My brother is a mega blok expert (he has put together about 9 of them, all pro builder). He loves the tank and doesn't have any problems with it. He says that building these is cheaper than therapy, and he needs a lot of therapy.
We would recommend it to anyone who has some time to spend and enjoys projects like this.

Better Value Than Legos
I grew up on Legos, owning much of the Main Street USA collection back in the early to mid 80s when I was a kid. Their advanced model sets always intrigued me, but my parents would never buy them and by the time I could myself, production had stopped in favor of movie lines and sci-fi schlock.

I started looking over kits in my local store and found that Mega Bloks consistantly got more pieces for a fraction of the price of legos (kits that cost the same were often 3 times the pieces and twice the size once assembled). I finally ordered the M1A1 Abrams tank online and went too it. It is an extremely complicated design, but very fun to put together with instructions that are easy to follow (but must be followed, I wouldn't have guessed how to assemble it). They make very good use of 'stock' pieces to make the tank, without requiring many speciaty pieces except for teh gun barrel, the camo net on the side, the treads, and the skirt around the treads.

This is a great introduction to 'Lego-like' modelling and while I might recommend a smaller model first, this tank is definitely fun and looks great once completely. I would recommend other Mega Blok kits based on the strength of this one if you end up liking it.

The only drawbacks to this is how the turret is attached seems a bit wobbly at times, and the skirts do not have any secondary support to hold them on, which seems to clash with the double-triple reinforcements most pieces receive through the construction process.

PS: I've not gotten the heart to try the camo sticks. I think I'll stick with the base yellow / desert look of the Abrams once assembled.

Very good model
This is a really great model when it is finished. However the ton of flat pieces are pretty hard to put together and the whole tank could fall apart if one comes loose(which always happens), so I recommend you gently use a hammer to tap them together. I find no problems with the side pannels, although they ought to be more securely fastened. Also, the turret is not very well fastened to the body, and if you flip the model upside down it will fall of. If you have extra bricks at home(especially rotating ones) I suggest you use those to help fasten the turret to the body.Also, do not use the camo sticks unless you are sure of yourself(they aren't that washable). And check for any holes in them if you decide to use them. Mine had two holes and sprayed all over the carpet and the model so I had to take about 3 hours trying to get the paint off of every little brick. Some stains still show. Anyway, even though this model does not look exactly like real M1A1 Abrams, it is still a great model(and I'm still trying to get the paint stains off using bleach).

very fun
This toy is really fun. first it comes with this ooze stuff that doesnt stain the carpet and doesnt ruin the figures or play set. It may be a little frustrating putting it togeather but the instructions were very deatailed. Heres a tip: dont lose the pieces or else will not be able to use it. put it togeather in a wide open space so you can always find the pieces.
I had no trouble with the pieces togeather (maybe the other review people had a deffective set lol)

Anyway i would reccommned this toy to your kids. it is defidently worth the money !

oh yeah and one more thing about the ooze stuff is that you should always keep in in the plastic barrel that it comes in and not on the floor. or else you will have alot of stuff sticking to it like i do.

Disappointed!
My son received this for Christmas. He got frustrated quickly trying to put it together, and it took the adults several hours to assemble, then broke apart the minute we picked it up to move it. After many attempts to put it together and keep it that way, the pieces now sit in a toybox, forgotten. He likes the little turtle characters and the fighting platform, but the lair itself is a waste of time & money.

I really enjoy this toy!
I love this toy! being a big fan of the Ninja Turtles, I enjoyed playing with the characters and making my own adventures. Two things I like about this set is that it comes with a miniature version of the Sewer Slider, the Ninja Turtles Go-Kart, and some Amazing Mutagen Sewer Sludge that does not stick to the set, making it possible to dump it on the Shredder and his Foot Soldiers without a sticky mess! I would recommend this set and the two other Ninja Turtle Mega Bloks sets to any Ninja Turtle Fan! This set only took me about an hour to complete, but I have been building with Legos and Mega Bloks for many years, so it might take other people longer to complete. The only problem I found with it was I had a hard time trying to make the couch stick to the set, but otherwise it is a very fun and easy set!

Awesome toy
My 11yr old son loves this toy. I was impressed with details on the lair and the number of figures that are included for the price. We have left it assembled and haven't had any problems it coming apart. It's one of his favorites.

A zillion itty-bitty pieces
This sucker took me 2 hours to put together...it comes with a ton of itty bitty pieces, to make a 2-story building, with a street on top of it. We're talking lots of the 2-dot legos here. Even the tv set has about 14 pieces, as does the couch! Needless to say, I'm not tossing this thing back into the general lego pile. It does have a cute car, and little weapons, and 1-inch figures, and my kid thought the ooze was super cool...for about 15 minutes on Christmas morning. I don't know why, but I got 4 turtle-mainiacs (ages 5-8) running through the house, and this thing just sits there. The Battle Shell Mobile, which holds 4 of the 5-inch figures, and shoots missiles, is a much better turtle toy. ... Read more

EXTREMELY RARE
My son Mat (AGE 10) says: "It's a really cool toy. It has flapping wings, a light up crystal, and red eyes. I like the way that the two heads are different, one has a horn and the other doesn't. Good luck trying to find one, we got the last one in the store."

Beware the undead
This is sort of like an "expansion pack" for the Dragons series. It features a unique, undead, two-headed hydra dragon and ten undead ghost warriors. As always, the warriors get weapons and shields for battle. A nice addition to any Dragons collection. The ghost warriors are nice, as is the dragon. I added mine to the Dragons Tower set (#9896). Suddenly, the Draigars are in trouble, facing a nigh unbeatable foe. The undead, and a fierce undead dragon.

ULTIMATE DRAGON
The ghost dragon is the best toy I have ever seen I bet its so powerful it could DESTROY the UNIVERSE! Im gonna get it!!!!!!!!!

Great creative toy
My daughter got this for Christmas (at 21 months) and has played with it every day since. The blocks are bright colored and different sizes so are fun to look at and build with. They are also easy to handle so a toddler can build on their own. They clean up into their own bag, with a zipper that a toddler can open and close. My daughter uses them to build towers which she knocks over and to make rectangle shapes which she calls trucks and then pushes around. She also loves helping us build fancier things like planes and elephants. The biggest thing you can build with 100 blocks is a tower 36 inches tall, or a small "chair" just big enough for a toddler's bum. This has been enough for the first two months but she uses them so much we are thinking of getting another set so we can build big castles. Only negatives to this set: there are two little people that come with it, and a little "car" with two seats, but the two people can't fit on adjacent pegs so can't go into the car together or be beside each other in a castle.

Lots of fun and a good price
These are great blocks that are the same size as Duplos and fit together with them. If your kids want to build huge castles and towers, you can get a lot more Mega Bloks for less money than Duplos. Plus, Mega Bloks towers have a little sway to them so instead of snapping apart at the weakest point, they just bend a little--making little builders happier since their work is easier to rescue before it crumbles!

A hit on the first day!
We received this yesterday and my 11 month old daughter loved emptying these out. and I joined the blocks together and she took them apart. She also puts everything in her mouth and these are big enough to be safe. I can see her learning colors in the future by sorting these bright colored blocks and also using her imagination to build stuff when she is old enough. Surely a big hit on the first day. A high speed cops and robbers car chase has long been the stuff of scripted TV dramas as well as the unscripted evening news. Now, somewhat incongruously, the chase comes to the world of toys for very young children. In this brightly colored set, kids lay out tracks either according to their own imaginations or using the prescribed layout detailed in the step-by-step instructions. A bright red sports car and a black and white police car are included and cast as the lead characters in this story. At the flip of a switch, you can hear the screech of brakes being slammed on, the building roar of acceleration and even the tell-tale sound of police sirens. A volume control mitigates the noise.
