Give to a friend!
My friend recently purchased this item for Christmas, and i have been using it so much. I put all my mixed c.ds, and my loose ones. Its great to show off your music collection if it is small. Only holds 24 cds, so think about that before you buy it! Not really a toy.

A little difficult and not much to hold your interest
I remember having an ants in the pants toy when I was young so when I saw this SpongeBob version I thought my 4 year old would love it since she loves everything Spongebob.

It was way to difficult for her to be able to get the ants to fly. But even my 6, 7 and 9 year old had trouble with it. They are usually very easy to please and enjoy most games and toys. But they found this to be a little difficult and just not enough to keep them interested for more than about 3 or 4 minutes. In this incarnation, he has become an actual party favor, taking the form of a festive piñata. He stands about two feet tall and is covered in paper fringe with multi-colored tassels on his bottom. A secret hole on the side allows you to fill him up with candy, toys, or Krabbie Patties. Spongebob is constructed of fairly thick papier-mâché, so thick in fact that we suspect it might be tricky to actually bust the guy open to receive the goodies inside. He is so cute how can you not like him!
I fell in love with this guy soon as I saw him on the store shelf - who could not fall for Sponge Bob - he is so silly (but so oblivious to the fact)that you just gotta love the guy.

My (almost) two year old daughter just adores Sponge Bob (think that was one of her first words)- and right now we are on a quest to find anything Sponge Bob - this one is ment to be a pinata - but how could you dystroy him? .... nah we are keeping him as decoration for the party (which is of course is theam all Sponge Bob)and after I will propaply hang him from her ceiling in her bedroom.

It may not be practical or very educational - but it's just pure fun! - and what little 2 year old can't identify with that! ... Read more

Not for everyone
My 5 yr old loves the show Sponge Bob so I bought the game for him, but it's not really for 5 year old (unless they are excellent game players) my son couldn't get past the first screen. You have to collect spatulas, catch jelly fish & try not to get hit by yellow fish & other enemies all at the sametime. You really need to know how to use the controller before playing this game. My 5 yr old didn't like playing But I LOVE the game!!! I ended up playing and he enjoyed watching sponge bob meet barnacle man. I hate games that you need a book & Internet to figure out (like tomb raiders), this one is easy but Challenging too!!! I'm glad I bought it was so much fun to play, and when my son gets better at the controller I'm sure it will be his favorite too.

SpongeBob SuperSponge!
Great game! Great Title! ... but why is it in 2-D? Well, Playstation and GBA both have 32-Bit graphics and GBA games are usually 2-D so, why would THQ waste their time making it 3-D!

Overall, I LOVE this Game!!! If you are a SpongeBob Squarepants Fan, buy this! You'll absolutely LOVE IT! The idea for it is GREAT! I love interacting with the other characters! I love the Mermaid Man and Barnical Boy episode and this game is based on it.
Buy this game, you'll have a BLAST!

Good Game
To me this game was fun for awhile but then it started to get HARD.I know I know,That's not a reason to quit but to me it is.But still Good Game.

SpongeBoring
This game is really boring! Do not get it! It has no point, Get patrick a gift, Whoopdiedooooo! All you do is get Mermaid man and Barnical Boy stuff! Nothing for patrick exept a lousy Autograph!

Fun till the end of the game.
This game was really fun. Me and my friend rented it one day and played it until 11:00 p.m. It was great for a while and we beat everything except finding the treasure cheast. We searched for hours but never found it. We got tired of looking so we just gave up. Over all, it was a great game that was not too hard to beat. I love this game!It's levels are long but it's crazy and I love it!You go to the tree-dome to jellyfishing with Patrick(a starfish)!You'll love this game!You'll see Squidword(a squid) playing his clarenet,Sandy(a ground sqirrel)playing korate,Patrick jellyfishing,Mr.Krabs telling you to order Krabby patties,and you'll battle Plankton to save the Krabby Pattie secret formula!Just play it will be a thrill!

Great for Younger Kids
My kids are 6 and 7. It is just right for them. They don't get overly frustrated like they do when they play Super Mario Advance. A good purchase!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Don't Get It!
I got this game for my GBA when I graduaded from elementary. IT STINKS! The manual said it saved itself. I completed the first part of "out and about" (Don't know if that's the title but it looks like sandy's home)and then MADE SURE that the level was still there then turned the GBA off. When I turn it back on and I go to the level, it's NOT THERE A N Y M O R E! There goes $30 down the drain. DON'T GET IT! P.S. The Graphics stink. They look like MS-DOS games! I give it 1 out of 5 stars, but I would give it -5.

AWESOME!!
YOOOO!!!!!!! This game is AWESOME!!!!! Though I'm having difficulty beating the Flying Dutchman, i still enjoy it very much!!!!!! I reccommend it without a doubt!

My Favorite Game!
I love SpongeBob and if you want a great game boy game get this. I just got an advance SP a few months ago and I have all the SpongeBob games for it! Anyway this game has you searching for the flying dutchman's 10 lost treasures, like his lucky boxer shorts, his golden anchor, medal of dishonor,etc, all because the dutchman promised SpongeBob a wish. The graphics are amazing,even though not 3-D. At the end of the game, the duchman ends up taking Patrick,Squidward,Gary,Mr.Krabs, and Sandy. Once SpongeBob rescues them, the dutchman stops them. He won't even give SpongeBob his promised wish! Now SpongeBob has to battle the dutchman to get his wish! When the dutchman is defeated, SpongeBob gets to choose from 3 (or 6 if you got all the coins)wishes! This game is probably based on the episode,"Shanghaied",where SpongeBob also gets to choose from 3 wishes. Now for the other stuff: the sound is great, the music is just like you would hear in the show! So go buy this game now if you don't already have it! ... Read more
