Little ones who crave the feel of a real car will love scooting about in this sturdy aqua and yellow plastic automobile. Like the cartoon character Fred Flintstone, children use the steering wheel for direction control (front wheels turn easily) while making the car go with their foot power. Only the driver's-side door opens and children can sit on a bench-style seat with legs poking down to the ground for easy feet access. Dash accessories include a pretend car key, a beeping horn button, a decal gas gauge, and a speedometer. An ample storage compartment in the back can hold pretend tools, emergency road supplies, or simply a snack for the road. Approximately 35 inches tall, 31 inches long, and 18 inches wide. --Gail Hudson ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The Grand Coupe is a hit at our house!
I was a little apprehensive at first about getting this for my son's first birthday, we live in an apartment and I didn't know if this would take up too much space and end up collecting dust. But it was the best gift for him, HE LOVES IT! He loves to get in and open and close the door and the trunk also has a lid that he likes to put things in and close up (although I couldn't find my keys yesterday and looked in the trunk of the "Coupe" and there they were!). My husband was thinking our son wouldn't like it because it is difficult for such a little child to move but he loves it even if it is just sitting still! And of course daddy enjoys rolling his boy around the house in it! We also have a 4 yr. old niece who comes over to play and she has a great time in the Grand Coupe too. Rushing off to places, putting her doll into the "car seat" (the trunk with the lid open). I think this will be a favorite toy here for a long time!

5-0 out of 5 stars "A great car"!
My son has had this Grand Coupe Car for atleast 4 months. The high quality & overal shape for little tots to get in & out work out great! My 23 month old loves to get in, slam the door closed, & even turn the key that makes a click-sound. His overrall favorite part is that he loves being mobile & also if a grown-up pushes him around the house or outside. Mine gets the giggles whenever we do that. Little tikes also sells the gas pump that can attach to this car. There is a gas cap on the left side of the car. Kids get a kick out of pretending to fill up the tank! Also the feature my son also likes is the trunck in the back to store small favorite items! We are very please with this ride-in toy car! Highly recommend!

5-0 out of 5 stars Grand Coupe deserves it name!
When I was little I used to have one now I am going to get one for my brother. I work at a day care and they have one and all the kids do is fight over who gets to ride in the big boy car. It is a must have if you have a little kid. They all love it. They are probably going to buy another one for the day car because it is so popular. They got a Gamecube at the day care, but everyone still insists on using the Grand Coupe. There are kids from 6 months up to 7 years to older kids ride on top. No one has ever gotten hurt. It is the best toy. One time they where fighting over who got to go in it and they accidently pulled of the door the company sent a new door with all the hardware! It is a great buy!

5-0 out of 5 stars Good quality
This car seems to be really sturdy and built better than other brands. My toddlers love it and fight over who gets to ride.

5-0 out of 5 stars Discerning Toddler, with discerning Dad, highly approve
My Daughter has an elevated sense of taste, even at 2 1/2.
She liked, but didn't love, the original Cozy Coupe. She wanted the Grand Coupe, no questions. She and I ordered it from Amazon, through ToysRus. The order was simple, the delivery was exactly as forecast. The assembly was also simple, a screw gun helps, although I didn't try it without one.
As far as the car itself goes after a week or so of use....
Four thumbs up!!!!
She rides in it, watches her favorite programming in it, plays independently with it, we play together with it, if I let her she'd likely sleep in there too. She's thrilled, which, of course, means that I am thrilled.
The trunk, or rumble seat, is a big plus, you'd be surprised how much a little thing like that means to a little person. Scruffy the dog loves it back there, a ton of necklaces, bracelets, rings, and two or three juice cups fit nicely too.
I will do ANYTHING for her, if you feel thusly, buy it, it's the Benz of ride ons.
Gotta get a gas pump, mileage is not as good as we expected. Five Stars anyway.
Fantastic Toy!!! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars When you want to go faster than having...
your child ride their own.

This works great for those times when you want to take a bike ride with your child and don't have to worry about "I'm Tired, etc", or want to go faster than a child could do on their own. I'm all for helping my child learn to ride her bike and she has two bikes of her own. But sometimes you just want to have a worry free ride. This works great. She still get to pedal and has her own handlebars. The saying "two is better than one", applies here.
A great product. Easy to assemble.

2-0 out of 5 stars Adult's seat twists when turning
As another reviewer described, the design of this product has a problem. On making turns, this bike often twists the adult's seat post, leaving the seat crooked. It's really a pain to stop riding and twist the seat back. I don't know how to fix this unit, or if it's possible to fix. We hardly ever use it because of this problem.

Great Purchase!
We recently bought this trailer for our daughter. We felt it was a good idea because we don't have sidewalks or bike trails to ride on and there are some pretty crazy drivers in our neighborhood. Our daughter can go out riding with us and we have the peace of mind that she won't swerve out in front of a car. She is also learning the feel of riding a two wheeler and gaining confidence. Prior to riding on the trailer, she was very attached to training wheels.

Balancing difficult
I bought this product and ended up returning it because it made balancing the bicycle almost impossible for more than a few yards. I tried it with, and without a passenger, and both ways it almost tipped the bicycle over once I got started. Neither of my children is the least bit interested in riding bicycles since I put them on this (4 years ago), and I think the way it almost dumped them over scared them away from bike riding. It was especially prone to tipping on corners, even though I took them wide so it wouldn't. I was very disappointed in this product.

3-0 out of 5 stars nice product, but not sure about one thing
My trailer bike came nicely packed and I had no problems assemblying it. However, when turning, my bike's seat post also turned no matter how hard I tightened it. I did loosen up one bolt on the trailer so that the trailer could pivot left and right. However, I'm not sure if this was right. It seems like the bolt was overtorqued at the factory.

So, is the trailer supposed to follow in a straight line, or is it supposed to pivot left and right like most trailers? The manaul did not address this issue.

Thanks! ... Read more

With its fully retro design, faithfully reproduced down to thesmallest detail, this cherry-red, rubber-wheeled tricycle is anundisputed classic. Apparently they do still make them like theyused to. The rugged trike features a chrome front fender; a double-deck,step-in back (so kids can climb onto the smooth metal seat in a snap);red-and-white tassels on the rubber-coated handlebars; a 12-inch-high,steel-spoked wheel; and even an old-fashioned bell. --Paul Hughes ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Old-fashioned look, good old-fashioned training
This is not only a nostalgic cute "toy" for my generation but it is also a well-disguised tool to learn balance and control before moving onto a real bicycle for my three year-old son. It may not be the preschool plastic low-riding bike that never tips over or doesn't hurt as much when he takes a spill but it certainly reminds him that everything needs to be approached with a certain amount of knowledge, understanding and respect. Personally, I feel no toy should be played with without any parental supervision at first...it's my job as a parent and a guide to show my child the "correct" way to tackle things and then to have him challenge that and then settle on his own way. I have shown him what to do and what not to do in order to manipulate the tricycle. It's a learning experience for him to remember that he shouldn't turn the wheel fast or too extreme in order to avoid falling off. It's a firm tricycle and it feels more like a grown-up "thing" than a kid's "thing"--he likes that.

And the bell--he really likes that...you should see the proud smile on his face.

5-0 out of 5 stars The only trike I've found to fit my XL son
I had problems finding a trike/bike to fit my son who is 42 inches tall and 38 lbs at exactly 3 years old. Too heavy and too tall for the recommended age level trike/bikes out there. He lacked the developmental coordination (comfort level?)to pedal the appropriately sized bike with training wheels that we purchased. This trike is a perfect fit and he gets excited to ride it. We found ours as a display model at a local garden shop. He sat on it independently the first time and rode all around the show room (something he had never done with his bike). I also like that I don't have to worry about him outgrowing the upper weight limit before he loses interest in riding it. He is all boy so we have had to retighten a few screws every few months, but so what. We have to replace batteries and inspect his other toys on a regular basis too. Hope this review helps other parents with larger than average children.

2-0 out of 5 stars Cute for the Photo
My son received this as a gift a few years ago. It was breath-taking when we first saw it and took pictures of him on it, but he never really learned to ride it. Probably because it's sooooooooo heavy. I would not recommend this tricycle to anyone.

5-0 out of 5 stars a classic
i bought this trike for my son and he loves it. he is 20months old and can't really reach the pedals, but he has to work at playing with it. everything these days is too easy for kids. it is nice to see him use his physical and thinking skills to try to work this trike. i agree with other people on this page that falls will come with any riding toy especially trikes, but i remember that being part of the fun. if you want to bring back memories of your childhood (riding on the back while some else pedals), buy this trike.

5-0 out of 5 stars Tips over and bolts loosen
I bought two of these for my twin daughters who are 4-1/2 now and they still have trouble riding them.

The trike will topple over if the wheels are turned too sharply. The center of gravity is too high for small children. One of my daughters said she's rather just walk in the parade and wave a flag than learn how to ride it for the 4th of July parade. That's when I decided I need to get her a different trike if her experience has been that bad.

Also, the bolts come loose and the wheel can turn without turning the steering wheel no matter how tightly the bolts are tightened. Same with the seat - it wiggles.

The other daughter fell off the trike and the lever for the bell dug into her skin causing a bad scrape.

It's pretty and the bell has a lot of nostalgia but it hasn't been practical at all. Trike riding should feel like a joy but with these, the kids think I'm giving them a chore when I say "Let's go ride tricycles." ... Read more

Schwinns hottest bike
I am very :) with this bike people take pictures. Because they want i dont know why but they do. i suggest this bike. find it at your local toysrus if they have any. I used to have a pocket bike gas scooters but someone complainded.

Schwinn Stingray Bicycle
This bike is the bomb!!! My son got it for his 9th birthday and we can't get him off of it! It is so cool looking...people do double takes when he's riding it. My husband has a Harley and my son feels really cool parking his Orange County Chopper Shwinn Stingray right next to the real deal....this bike is every little boy's(and a lot of little girl's) fantasy ride....if you can get your hands on one....grab it....
The only complaint I had though is that the decals seem easily torn or they lift off, however, Schwinn was very gracious and is sending new ones...

Just for boys ?
When I saw this bike I told my wife. I want this bike. She does not understant the real meaning. Since I have five bikes. She find the bike, and pay with out asking. When I saw the bike I was crazy with my bike. Then my friend(40 y/o bike colector) saw me riding the bike and we get back to the store for two bikes more. The bike is beatiful, ride well, it has personality, has history, is the hot bike for 2004,the colector item, the bike for my future boy and boy inside me. A must have bike.

Pretty Cool
This bike is pretty cool. I have had this bike for a day and i have gotten numerous coments about its' motercycle like qualities. Every one that passed me driving a car either turned there head or slowed down to stare at this ausome bike. Almost everyone in my nieghborhood wants one now. This is one of schwinns coolest creations yet...and i would recomend this bike to anyone who is looking to have a good time.

Greatest ever!!!
I have owned the bike now for over a month or two and it is GREAT!!! I have modified it in many ways such as, a center mounted Sped., fuzzy dice "streamers", fake NOS bottle, Pulsing neon lights, and many more things! I have taken it to a bike show and gotten MANY praises! It is also on Onlineshowoff.com under the Other section. CHECK IT OUT!!! I have yet to get voted less than 10/10! ... Read more

I bought this scooter for my twins 5th birthday. There is NO way a 12 month old can ride it. I think it would be difficult for a 3 year old as well. My girls do like it. My daughter loves it!
We got this for our daughter on her 2nd birthday and she loved it. Now she is almost 4 and still loves to ride on it. At first she didn't look where she was driving, but it didn't take long for her to master driving it. It's also much easier to steer than the jeep type that has the round steering wheel. It's held up fine over 2 years with lots of use even when the kids purposefully run into each other. The only negative thing I have to say is that it does go quite slow in the grass. It's not going to be a good choice if you want your child to ride around in the backyard on it. But we live on a cul-de-sac so it's easy for the kids to ride around in the road. I would recommend getting a second battery so you can always make sure one is charged since they do take awhile to charge (or you may end up with a temper tantrum on your hands).

Barbie Trailrider
We purchased this Barbie quad for our 4 yr. old daugher and were very unhappy with the performance. With a 6 volt battery it hardly pulled her through the grass (she is an average 40lb. 4 year old). Our two year old son was the perfect size for this toy. It had enough power to pull our daughter on the driveway, but anymore than 25-30lbs. is too much for the voltage of this particular ride-on. If you're looking for a ride-on for a child over 3yrs. of age I strongly recommend spending the extra money to get one with a 12-volt battery. It makes all the difference!!
Ours was ridden (mostly by our son) for only one summer and it will hopefully be sold in a garage sale soon. Live and learn!!!

Way underpowered
The barbie quad is way underpowered even for my 3 year old. If you want to use this off any hard surface, forget about it. It will bearly go. You're better off buying the 12 volt Kawasaki Ninja quad instead. I'm not sure why they made the girls Barbie quad 6 volt and the boys Ninja 12.

This is an excelent ride!!!!
My little girls is know 5 years, but when she was 3 Santa brought her a Power Wheels Barbie, like I said she's 5 and she still rids it I think she can use it 2 years more, she rides her brother 3 year old, this is a very good present!!!!!

she loves it............
My daugthers uncle bought this for her first birthday we did not assemble it until she was 14 months and the first time she rode it she had so much fun, I was even able to ride behind her with my legsin the air. We opted for this one because the smaller ones are such a waste of money. You just need to supervise, but it's worthevery bit of the money. ... Read more

Hours (or at least half-hours) of Fun
This is a very cute toy. My nephew loved the old car, and so I'm buying the police car for my daughter, age two.

Unsafe at any speed
I strongly reccomend the sedan. The coupe is downright dangerous.

A twist to a classic...
My son received this car for his 2nd birthday and was an instant hit! He enjoyed playing with the walkie talkie and running around all over the yard and house with it. His sister would pile in next to him just for the ride. This is the same great quality as the yellow/orange car but with a couple of extra features. My son is into trucks, fire trucks, police cars so this was a perfect gift for him. He loves to tell people that the real police have a car LIKE HIS! In a yrs time we have had no problems with this toy and is still in great condition - the only problem we have ever had is my son wants it in the house so he can play with it when it's raining or snowing out! Another great product from Little Tikes.

My son loves it!
We bought this for Christmas when my son was 18 months old. He loves it. Everytime I try and put it away he pulls it back out. It was a bit difficult to put together without some real muscle power. We have had a few tip overs that others have mentioned, particularly when the door is open. My biggest problem is the steering wheel will not stay in. At 21 months my son can pull it out with ease- now I can't even push it back in.

Great Buy!
We bought this for our son when he turned 1. He LOVED it and still loves it (he's 2 now). It's well put together and great for hours of fun. I know he'll be enjoying this car for may years. I'd highly recommend it to anyone! ... Read more

This sturdy plastic car gives toddlers and young preschoolers the basic thrills of a real car, while parents can relax, knowing that this cherry-red sports car can go only as fast as their kids' little feet can carry them. Children sit on a bench-style driver's seat and poke their legs through to the ground. When they start walking, the car begins to scoot. Great Purchase
I bought this for my daughter two years ago and now I am passing it down to my son. It is still in great shape and he loves it.

Cute!
My two year old nephew is the proud new owner of a red and yellow Cozy Coupe. Oh boy, did he go nuts when the box walked in the house. Silly us, we should have put the car together first, as he was climbing in to drive before the wheels were even attached!

The Cozy Coupe has been with us for a few weeks now and it hasn't lost it's luster. It is still the hippest hottest toy around. In fact, our little guy would be satisfied if he could play drive thru and eat while in his car and go to the drive-in and watch his movies while in his car! We have to coax him out of his car.

If you are looking for a durable car for your little one, Little Tikes is the way to go.

There GREAT
My boys absoultely LOVE these!!! Keeps them busy for at least an hour. Which is hard to do w/ 2 1/2 yr olds!! They "pretend" they are going to see grandma, grandpa, and other family and freinds. Yes they were not easy to put together and on one of ours the door does not completly shut, its ok though, they still have fun.

Boy, you just can't wear these cars out!
You HAVE to buy this car! Either this one or the police car - they're just so very durable that nothing gets in their way. Ours has gone through 8 children already, and it's still going strong. My nephews used to roll down the driveway with one hanging on the roof and just had a ball with it. And, it goes way past the recommended age limit on the fun factor. I've seen 8-year-olds in them and just having a great time. A great toy by Little Tikes and if you have a Wiggles fan in your house, it doubles as a "Big Red Car." We had this before they came out with a Big Red Car so that's how we've used ours. Very nice toy and WELL worth every penny we paid!

Great but hard to put together
My daughter is 13 months and loves this toy!!! However, it's a real pain to put together as the instructions are pictograms and there aren't any words. I would highly recommend it, but be warned it is a pain to put together. ... Read more

Huffy Bicycles, please modify the rear wheel caps design
It is a sturdy tricycle with an innovative canopy design. I like the fact you can lock or unlock the steering wheel. However, there is a major design flaw. The rear cap that is suppose to secure the rear wheels to the axles is a flimzy cap that just taps into the axle. Horrible design from safety point of view. My son rode for a month, and one of the rear wheels fell off. Luckiy, he wasn't hurt. I bought two axles with nuts to secure the rear wheels from a hardware store. I would recommend anyone who purchased or will purchase this item to replace the rear axles and caps immediately.

MISSING PARTS & RUSTS QUICKLY
Good idea, but the product packaging is terrible. Two critical bolts not included, but I found acceptable replacements at my local hardware store. The chrome rusts very quickly. We do store it outside, but it has never been rained on and the chrome rusted within two weeks. Our son likes it, but it is very difficult to turn with the front wheel locked and even more difficult to push it straight since the front wheel wobbles a lot.

$42.50 for the shipping
Sorr, seems like a perfect one for my daughter's birthday.
But it's for website shopper only and if you really want get it, that will be $42.50 shipping charge on it.( In New York city)And you can't find it in any of Toy's Rus store. So my concerning is, why don't post it for $102.00 or something, then make it for free shipping, make me feels much better.

Cool ... BUT
Hard to stear and pulls to the right ...

Worth every cent!!!!

FUN FUN FUN!!!
Excellent wagon!! Easy to assemble, very durable, nice long handle, and we really love the deep sides! The wheels roll over anything! And with even the sharpest turns, it won't tip over. My son is 1 year old and LOVES to go for rides. Fun for everyone! This is a great "toy" that will get many years of use. Very versatile too! A+++

I can't believe it's Radio Flyer!
Some bean-counter figured out that they could cheap out on the wheels and get away with it. Every other big wheel wagon out there (for half the money) uses steel wheels with ball bearings on a 5/8" diameter axle but what we have here is a cheap plastic wheel with no bearings on a skinny 1/2" diameter axle. And instead of a drilled axle with washers and cotter pins they use those stupid pound on plastic caps, sure no fun for the poor soul who has to put it together. If you put one on slightly crooked, it will never stay on and then you have a fine three-wheeled wagon. How much fun is that? I'd advise anyone to not buy this wagon until Radio Flyer figures out we won't pay a hundred bucks for cheap plastic wheels.

Almost as good as the old ones
It's good to see that Radio Flyer is still making quality products. Are they as good as the old days? Probably not, but then what long-lived products are as good as they were in yesteryear?

The Big Red Stake Wagon is a reasonably priced "S.U.V."-style wagon featuring pneumatic tires for better all-terrain performance. The wagon is attractive, can be assembled in about half an hour, and uses good quality parts that will stand up to what kids dish out. Any child would be happy to have a wagon like this - our son definitely was. As we live in an area without much pavement and no sidewalks at all, having a wagon that can go over rough ground easily is a big plus. The big tires also give the wagon a wider stance, making it less prone to tipping.

There are a few cons, though. The paint was not entirely consistent over the black parts. And the wood sides, though well-fashioned, were not from as dense a wood as they once were and felt flimsier. The finish on the wood was less thick than in years gone by and that becomes a matter of aesthetics to some. The last nitpick concerns the valves on the tires. They're too close to the hubs and have to be bent quite a bit to inflate.

But there are a few updates that work. The outer bolts have integrated safety caps on their nuts, preventing cuts and snags. And the notorious pinching one would get between the joint of the handle and steering yoke has been eliminated via a heavy-duty plastic ball that rotates through the entire motion of the handle.

Only time can tell if this Radio Flyer will last as long as the one I owned as a child. But all things being equal, it's certainly worthy of four stars and perhaps a half for good behavior.

AWESOME WAGON
I bought this wagon for my daughter's 2nd birthday and she
loves it. It is easy for her to pull it around. She loves
to be pulled around in it. I would recommend
this item for anyone that is looking for a durable wagon.

An outstanding wagon!
How much fun can you have with a wagon? Lots! I'm a face painter and I wanted a wagon that was durable and could carry all my painting supplies and accessories, especially when I have to entertain at outdoor events. This wagon does the job. It's incredibly stable! I've hauled heavy loads across very uneven terrain and this wagon hasn't tipped over. Wagons are such a fun and useful product. Children love them; they can't seem to keep themselves out of them. I've found that children want to clamber into my wagon immediately after I've unloaded my supplies. Adults love them either because they rekindle some childhood memory or because they're such practical totes for sundry supplies around the yard. The foldaway handle is a great feature. The huge pneumatic tires make traversing curbs, ruts, etc. easier. It's a beautiful fire engine red. This wagon is solid and a worthy purchase for parents, grandparents or anyone who wants to haul loads of items. ... Read more

Be Alert!!!!
I bought this for my 6 yr old on his birthday, He got to ride it for about an hour and when he went to park it in the garage the power button broke and he ran into the garage wall, being six he could not respond fast enough to use the hand brake. Then I call the company they asured me that there was a recall on this bike, They did send me a new one about a week later and it seems to be fine. Just be aware there are some still out there on the shelves that have not been fixed yet!
Purchased ours at Toysrus...

Excellent toy
We bought my son this toy when he was 4, and it was the best toy we could of bought him, he absolutley loves it. He rides it almost everyday, all day. We have had it about a year now and haven't had any problems with it, my son and all the neighbor kids love it. The hand brake is a little hard to squeeze for smaller hands, but once you let go of the power button it stops fairly quick on its own.

i hate it
i hate this thing it does not turn it goes slow and i got it the first day and it broke>:(

be careful
I bought this bike for my grandson who is 6yrs old. The brake is almost impossible to pull. I returned the bike, and bought another one, thinking it was just the one I bought. I ended up with the same problem on the second bike. You may want to check the brake to make sure your child can squeeze the brake handle, even my 16yr old son had problems squeezing the handle. My grandson was so attached to this bike, i tried a 3rd time to get one with a working handle. You can't tear him away from this thing. ...

I have yet to get voted less than 10/10! ... Read more

Editorial Review

Girls just wanna have fun! This tiny pink bicycle is both fashionable and functional, equipped with everything a beginner would want or anticipate for the journey ahead. Besides being pink and tattooed with flowers from bumper to bumper, it comes with a list of great features. The 33-inch bike (20 inches high from ground to banana seat) includes: 12-inch diameter, inflatable, studded wheels; confidence-inspiring training wheels and foot brakes; easy-grip handle bars with wind-lovin' tassels; a modern backpack "stuff" carrier, instead of a wicker basket; a kitschy steel finger bell instead of a horn; and a portable radio inside the backpack as the "cool" feature. New riders will take pride in every wobble with a bike so well-equipped.--Diane Beall ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Super racer !!!!
Well worth the money. I bought this for my 2 yr old for his birthday and it took him no time to learn to ride. Not only my 2 year old can ride it, but my 5 year old also can ride. I have even let them ride together. Does better on a hard surface but does well in the grass with some slipping (flat yard is a must). I have had this racer for 2 months and the gas peddle is going out but Step 2 is sending another no questions asked. #1 custumer service. I would make this purchase again if I see use for one in the future. Super that you have a large age span that can ride. Tired of buying products that they out grow in 1 year. If thinking of buying Power Wheels 4 wheeler for your little one I recommend waiting a few more months and purchase this instead

2-0 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware, Very Disappointed
We bought this three wheeler for our son who just turned 2 for Christmas. However, it took him until April to just get on and ride it (this due to the jolt you get from stepping on the gas it was kind of scary to him and to the neighbor boy who turned 2 last August).Once they got use to it then it was no problem EXCEPT this vehicle will turn over on your child if they turn it to fast or if they go to fast around a corner. For the same reason they took 3 wheelers off the market they should also take this one off too.I would not recommend this for your child unless they are over 3 1/2 and even then I would not recommend this to be their first vehicle. ...
