If your child (or your budget, or your yard) is too small forone of those monstrous cedar outdoor play structures, check out theHide & Slide Climber, a miniature version of the same idea. Itsbrightly colored (yellow, red, teal, and purple) plastic sections snaptogether quickly, and they won't rot. A red 40-inch slide leads downfrom a platform 26 inches high; underneath there's a crawling andhiding space. It's very stable--the two large "feet" on the side panelsmake the unit almost 60 inches wide. Requires adult assembly, but not asecond mortgage. --Richard Farr ... Read more

Hide & Slide Climber by Little Tikes
I like the product for its durability, but thought the kids (age 1 & 2 1/2) would play with it more. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get.

Happy Mommy
I just got this climber/slide! My 17 month old went nuts over it! It's perfect for my little girl to do her favorite thing (climb) and she figured out how to sit and slide with no problems. It fits great in her playroom and feels very sturdy. I am very pleased with this purchase. My favorite things about it are all the giggles, squeals and smiles! Yay Little Tikes!

Baby loves Hiding and Sliding
I bought this slide when my son was 14 months old. He loves it. We keep it inside since it is so cold and wet outside right now. It doesn't take up *too* much room in spare bedroom. He loves climbing up and down the steps. He is learning the steps of how to slide (1st sit down, then get one foot in front, then the other, then scooch forward). Just as the product name implies, he loves hiding under it and surprising me and playing peekaboo around the corners. It was a snap to put together maybe 15 minutes tops - if a piece is fitting too snuggly follow the directions and put a little soap on it to help it snap into place. I think son will enjoy this product for some time!

Perfect for little climbers!
Santa left this piece of equipment for our 15 month old son who was beginning to climb on everything. It was the first thing he saw on Christmas morning and was overjoyed. He spent a half hour exploring and climbing on it right away. He loves to play peekaboo and hide things on the top shelf or underneath.
We put it together in our (admittedly oversized) playroom, so he can have a gross motor playtoy indoors for inclement days. Though a young child should always be supervised on any climbing apparatus, I did just order a gym mat for the bottom of the slide, as the angle is steeper than forty-five degrees and provides a fast ride with a quick stop. It's also a nice way for practicing going up and down stairs.

good for all ages
We bought this slide for our daughter's first birthday and she loves it! She had just mastered walking and was starting to climb on our furniture, etc. This slide provided a safe indoor climbing outlet and has improved her coordination immensely. Her older cousins love it too.

The features I like best are the platform at the top of the slide and the fact that there is a bit of thrill in the slope of the slide: The platform allows kids to safely hang out (and seems like a fort) and the slide is tall enough that it envokes lots of giggles!

Be careful where you set it up as it is VERY difficult to get through a standard door frame. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars What a great playground!!!
I have a two year old and a three year old, both boys. They got this for Christmas and have played on it everyday since then. All the rounded corners and smooth plastic means no splinters. I would tell anyone with little ones that love to climb, this is the one to have! They love to crawl in the tunnel and slide on the slides!! I have to say, make sure you get BOTH boxes!!

awesome
Both my children, ages 17 months and 4 years old, LOVE this. The smaller slide is perfect for my little one and the bigger one is fabulous for my older son. All I can say is AWESOME. The only thing I wasn't pleased about is the cost of shipping and that Little Tikes now only distributes this to online stores so you'll always have to pay the shipping. Luckily, I was able to find this used at a day care that was closing down, otherwise the price is definitely worth it.

Small for the money, but fun
The instructions are very hard to read, with mostly dark colored pictures to go by. It takes two people to put it together and one must have strong muscles to lock the walls in place. Also, it seems much smaller sitting in the yard than it does on the picture, especially with the price of it. It is very colorful though and it has a great wavy slide.

Lots of fun for lots of kids!
This playground is just terrific! I have a two year old, almost five year old, and 6 year old and this is great fun for all of them (and the neighbors' kids, too!). I ordered mine through BJ's and so didn't have to pay shipping, which was great. (...). We have a Suburban and put the boxes on top, but shipping right to our front door would have been great, too. Assembly time says 60 min. but maybe that's true once you've done it several times! It took me about 1 3/4 hours to put together with some occasional assistance from a neighbor. The pieces just slide together and lock in place, though this takes a little muscle at times. I started with the pieces laying down and then stood the whole thing up once the first 4 sides were together, and turned it over another couple times as needed. I don't think it's particularly difficult to put together, just the pieces are large and cumbersome. Also, it's helpful to really study the pictures that come with the directions, and also to know that the numbered pieces go from 4 to 1 during assembly. The only major assembly problem I had was with the very last piece, the support to the large slide. The holes were drilled incorrectly on one side so the company is sending me another one. They were terrific when I called, I didn't even ask for another slide, I was going to ask if I could just drill another set of holes. I envision lots of playtime on this playground and I really wish I had gotten it a couple years ago! If your kids love to climb like mine do, I highly recommend this one!

2 Year Olds BEST FRIEND!!
Just purchase, received and put together this playground for our soon to be 2 yr. old (May 9th) and he is all over it. He even climbs on top of the tunnel! The only problem(s) we had were after reading the reviews, we couldn't find it in stores anywhere! (...)An 18 wheeler brought it which was pretty bad because he coulnd't turn around on our Road and he dropped the 2 HUGE boxes off at the end of our driveway! So, if you get it from these people, make sure they don't bring it by the Yellow Freight Trucking Co.! But other than that and trying to build it (at least 2 people and 2 hrs. you will need) - my kids and neighbor kids love it! My other son is 8 and he is able to fit through the tunnel which looked pretty small to me! The max. weight for this is: 100 lbs. each child and can hold 8 kids! This is well worth the money and we can see many years of fun with this as they don't play with anything else they have in or out of the house! I thought the price was pretty steep but the peace of mind is well worth it! Relax while they ENJOY!! ... Read more

Please dont buy this !!
I bought this for my 2 year old son 4 months ago. There is no room under this for a sand box.It does have a nice sized slide. The frame of this is very sturdy but the company didn't put alot of attention in the platform. The platform bowed the first time my son got on it.He will climb the ladder go down the slide and he is done. It is big enough for 1 child 2 at most. I would not buy this again.

A good first all-around climber
I bought this for my daughter because it looked versatile. There's a good variety of features that should last for at least a couple of years. The slide was taller than the other climbers I looked at which was nice. Also the ladder opening and the slide don't like up, so that was a major point in it's favor. It's very sturdy, no matter how hard my daughter jumps up and down, it barely moves. It's also light enough that I have no problem pulling it around the yard by myself (I'm 5'O") to mow the lawn. She hasn't tried the rock climbing walls yet, but loves everything else. The only downside is that there's really not enough room underneath to do anything but store toys.

Smaller than I thought
I bought this for my 2 year old daughter 3 months ago. I wanted a climber with a sandbox under it and a good sized platform and slide. There is no room under this for a sand box.It does have a nice sized slide. The frame of this is very sturdy but the company didn't put alot of attention in the platform. The platform bowed the first time my daughter got on it.I do like the real wood look that this has. My daughter does not play on this much at all. She will climb the ladder go down the slide and she is done. It is big enough for 1 child 2 at most. I would not buy this again.

Great for even tall toddlers!
I just purchased this Climber last week, and my son just loves bouncing on it and turning the wheel. I did alot of research on different climbers because my son is VERY tall (38" and not yet 2 years old) and he has no problems with the stairs or the length of the slide (some slides are just too short for his long legs). I am sure he will use the rock climbing walls once he figures out what they are for. The space underneath is great for storing balls and trucks that are always left outside. The colors are neutral so they will go well with anything. I thought I would need my husbands help in putting it together, but I finished it in about 10 minutes. The instructions are pictures and no words, but it was very easy to assemble. Great product!!!!

Great compact climber
We don't have a large backyard, so this climber is perfect. The slide is steep enough to excite a variety of age ranges, and the climbing walls on either side will continue to challenge your children as they grow (my son just turned two and hasn't used this feature yet, he is still enjoying the ladder). The open area underneath is a fun place to store toys and hideout, and the steering wheel is always a hit. And it's attractive, which is a plus for mom and dad! If you don't have a ton of space, our just don't want a huge jungle gym, I would recommend this! ... Read more

Over 10 feet long from end to end--with portholes, doors, ladders, slides, nooks, and crannies galore--this molded-plasticplayground promises years, if not decades, of entertainment before allof its possibilities can be exhausted. A 2-foot-long climb-throughtunnel connects two separate, open-topped towers (one is 4.5 feet tall, the other 5.5). The shorter tower has a swinging door and windows, thelarger one has two separate levels and two smooth-plastic slides (one is 3feet long, the other 4). It's the perfect investment for bigger andsmaller kids to play with together. But best of all, the playground canbe disassembled and rebuilt into eight different configurationswhenever the current setup loses its charm. With Little Tikes' typicalrock-solid, kid-friendly construction, you can bet this sturdyplayground will be around long enough for that to happen.--Paul Hughes ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT FUN!!!!!!!!
We recently purchased Little Tikes 8-in-1 climber. Prior to recieving it, I read through the customer reviews, and from the information I gathered I was dreading the assembly process. To my surprise it was much easier. My husband and I did it in about 35 minutes. We just followed the directions, had a 2x4 and hammer ready and it came out great. The tunnel was the most challenging piece and required the most muscle. My kids LOVE it. This is the best purchase we've made in a long time. It's very durable and of course attractive to children, as all Little Tikes toys are. The only suggestion I would make is that it says for up to 8 year olds. However, I would say 6 years old would be more appropriate. But either way it will withstand any child. I would definitely recommend this product to our friends.

4-0 out of 5 stars Love it!
I bought this for my son before he turned 2. He still loves it and it is so durable - even my husband and myself "get on it" periodically while playing with him. It has proved entertaining for our neighborhood kids as well when they visit and play with our son. We now have son number 2 and I am sure he will enjoy just as much! I really like Little Tikes products!

4-0 out of 5 stars piece of cake
I do not want to sound mean or put anyone down, but the
assembly of this product was very easy. I did it with one hand
(have stiches in the other) in thirty minutes. I think some of
the reviewers are missing the point on the fit of the pieces-
they are supposed to fit VERY tight, your kids are going to be jumping on and abusing this after all.
Solid construction makes the price justifiable. Members of our family have similar products by little tykes and they have stood up very well for years and years.

4-0 out of 5 stars We have had this toy 8 years!!!!
This is one of the best purchases that we have EVER made! This toy has been through our 5 kids plus numerous friends that have played on it over the years .It has survived 2 moves ..one out of state! There is not a thing wrong with it still! It is played on as much today as it was when we bought it ! We have had no problem at all with it lasting ! It does not look 8 years old at all .BUY BUY BUY!!!

4-0 out of 5 stars Secure entertaining back yard fun
After reading the reviews on this product I have to disagree with the assembly part me and my 11 year old daughter put it together in less than 45 minutes. The tunnel was the hardest feature to put together.

I bought it for a 2 year old and he absolutely loves it I can't even get him to play in his sand box or on the swingset. He loves to climb and nothing better than this product for a climber.

I would have to say its an a + in my book. ... Read more

The Swiss Family Robinson's treetop pad has nothing on theJungle Climber. 5-0 out of 5 stars So happy we bought this toy
We bought this climber for our daughters second birthday. It was recommended for 3-8, but the smaller climbers did not look like she would enjoy them. The assembly instructions were not great, but once we figured it out my husband was able to get it together pretty quickly and it did take 2 adults and some muscle. It was definitly worth it..our daughter took no time in figuring out how to get around on this...and is having so much fun! The design gives the child 3 different play areas. She is under the recommended age but has had no problem, and can even climb the cargo net. We plan to purchase more Little Tikes toys for the yard.

3-0 out of 5 stars The slide isn't the best!
We looked at all of the different little tikes climbers and decided on this one....not so bad to put together and it's fun for the kids to climb on but the slide is too bumpy. It doesn't roll like on the wave climber it just has 2 big bumps. Any way my son is very rough and tumble and loves slides at the playground but doesn't care for this one. Too bad because it was our favorite out of all of them.

3-0 out of 5 stars Easy to assemble and great fun!!!!!!!!!!!
I just bought this gym for my daughter's 2nd birthday and she loves it. It took maybe 15 minutes to put together, no problems with that and no WD-40 needed. All the kids at the party had a ball with on it, we took it apart and brought it home and reassembled it in her bedroom & it took about 5 minutes that time. Great toy, in fact some of parents at the party are considering buying this toy for their little ones.

3-0 out of 5 stars Great fun
I bought this from a yard sale and it was not put together. All we had was 3 pictures of it that the previous owner had taken and NO instructions. Needless to say, come time for the birthday party, my husband and a friend had it up in about 45 minutes and the kids loved it. It is a LOT bigger than I expected and extremely hard to get the children off because it is so much fun.

3-0 out of 5 stars Stronger than I expected!
The 'assembly' warnings are real. It does take 2 people to assemble it. You might also have a coarse circular rasp file handy to take off rough plastic edges and file-down some joint surfaces that are not assembling easily. Also a belt-clamp turned out handy to bring the first three pieces together @ the same time. Had to file down some of the holes for the net-ladder to fit into, but once we smoothed the edges, everything came together fine! Our daughter loves it. ... Read more

Excellent choice for all age groups
We bought this for our son when he was 2 years old and now he's 5 and won't use any other swing set. I thought he would like a wooden one that was bigger, but he gets so much enjoyment from this one and it's durable, was easy to assemble (even for my husband) and he gets hours of enjoyment from it. We did anchor it into the ground because I was afraid it would tip over as he got older, but it works just fine and we're all happy, even mom!

A Problem for Shorter Children
We bought this playset this week for our 16 month old son and he played on it for the first time tonight. He is short for his age and the smaller slide does not have any steps to aide kids in climbing up or down so he fell off and busted his lip. He loves the playset and as soon as we got the bleeding to stop, he got back on and began playing again, but I do feel that an optional step or two that could be snapped onto the smaller slide, since it is obviously for younger children, would have been a good idea.

He loves it !!!
WE bought this for our 19 month old son after lots and lots of searching. We are very happy with it, our son loves it. He can not wai to get outside to play on it. It is the perfect size for the 1 1/2 year old age group. It's big enough to keep them happy and yet small enough to keep them safe. It was not difficult to put together either. It took us about 3 hours to put it all together.

Grand daughter loves it.
I picked it up at Toysrus I was helped to tie two large boxes on top of car. The next day it took me about 3 hours to set up including the anchors. With 2 children swinging it did not raise or walk.I think it is built well enough not to need them.As for review where someone claimed he had 2 engineers help and it took all day I think his problem was the engineers. Found directions simple and just fine.My grand daughter loves it she is two&half years old and said thank you PaPa for buying me my own park. Thanks Little Tikes for another fine toy.

A great toy
My two year old son loves the climber we can not get him off it he would play there all day if he could. It is easy to put together it only take around two hours. ... Read more

For toddlers who aren't quite ready for a belayer and harness at the climbinggym, there's plenty of indoor/outdoor fun to be had with the Kangaroo Climber. Sixmodular, plastic pieces--each a different color and about 30 inches square--snap togetherto form a step-n-slide play structure. It's ideal for the very small thrill-seeker. The wallsinclude a doorway, a crawling-hole, and smaller holes and notched steps to encourage theascent of Kangaroo's north, south, east or west faces. The top of the slide is nicelyframed by an archway. Crawl through, brace yourself, and down you go! --Richard Farr ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Great indoor and outdoor climber
My triplets received this from Santa this Christmas. This is perfect for them at 17 months old. They are just able to climb up the platform themselves, and slide down the slide. We have it inside to battle the cold, winter blahs, and it is not too big that it takes up the whole great room.

It was very simple to put together. The only complaint we have on the design, is that our children have stepped "back" off of the platform---thus falling. They just don't realize there is a backdrop. They should have extended this a bit more for safety reasons. As with all toys, parents need to be there and watch them when playing on this. Another thing is that when one of our sons sits on the slide, his head is not too far from the arch. I thought this was strange, given the fact that he is only 17 months old and this is for 18 mos+. He is tall for his age, but not that tall! I wish they would have extended the arch a bit....but I don't think this will stop him.

Overall, for the money, you can't beat this climber. Most are a lot more money, and are too big for inside, thus only get used for outdoor play. We are all enjoying this one!

4-0 out of 5 stars Fun but toddler must be adult supervised!
My son received this toy for his first birthday. We have had it inside on the carpet with an additional pad under it. He loves crawling through the holes, opening and closing the gate and crawling up the slide to turn around and slide down. He stands on the platform and plays in it as a fort. He is not afraid of it all. However, he should be! I know that he is still to young to be playing unsupervised on this toy so his father or I am always with him when he is on it. Still he has fallen off the platform at least 5 times. The last time he busted his lip and his Dad put the toy away for now. We feel that we definitely need to wait until he is more steady (18 mos.) before a serious injury happens. Beware of the platform - no parent is fast enough to catch their toddler falling off. But I still give it 4 stars for FUN!

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Toy
i can admit i had a little trouble putting it together but it took less than 5 min with one other person. I know this toy is strong and safe for my child because i ws able to stand on the little bench and not feel like it was going to break. I was even able to jump on it and not feel iot move alot only the plastc bend wich is normal. And if i (170 lbs) can jump on it i feel it is safe for my child to play on besides the fact of when they fall but they learn not to stand on the slide and not to try stand on top of the walls. And just to let you know i am a worry wart when it comes to my daughter and she always keps me gasping.

4-0 out of 5 stars MY TWIN BOYS LOVE IT!
We bought the Kangaroo Climber when our twin sons were 17 months old. From the begining neither one had any difficulty climbing onto the platform or climbing on the sides. We keep this toy in their carpeted bedroom and they love it! It's a very durable toy, they are always on it at the same time crawling, climbing, jumping, ect. My sons are now 20 months and the only problem we have is sometimes they want to try and stand on the very top of the yellow side (that could be a nasty fall)! That's why young children have to be supervised at all times. Not all children of the same age have the same capabilities or the same height, this toy is recommended for 18 months & up so some children younger may not be able to utilize all of the parts. All and all I would recommend this climber for toddlers!

3-0 out of 5 stars If it fits
I bought this for my 20 month old daughter. The assembly is easy, but unfortunately I had to return it 2X to find a unit that was not defective.(assembly units have problems fitting together). Once I had it together, it was great. My daughter loves to climb, crawl(which she hates doing!), and ride down the slide all day long. My daughter is on the tall side of her age and the slide is rather short. Besides these little points, it was a good buy. ... Read more

Toys lasts about a week without holes
Three boys 100#, 60# and 50#. The big boy can't play on it. The other two have to take turns. Just like most of the reviewers of this toy, ours lasted one week on a tarp on the finished tile floor of the basement before it developed a leak in the base and two leaks in the bars. Blowing this thing up is like a reality TV challenge show without the big prize... 17 holes, the plastic plugs don't fit and even with a super pump took well over an hour. If you use it inside, beware that the kids can fall off and hit their head or themselves. If you use it outside, put a tarp under it because the grass and ground will cause holes. We patched the two holes and moved it outside yesterday. The heat helped to keep the bars stiff enough to play on, but the base has another hole to patch. We put water in the base to keep it sturdy. Its alot of work for a little bit of fun. Hopefully it being outside will kill it by summer's end and we can throw it out without guilt!

do not purchase this toy
This would be a terrific toy for a variety of ages of children if it were durable. We bought one for our two young children who weigh approximately 35 pounds each. We kept it inside, on the carpet, and the kids took their shoes off to climb on it. It lasted about 10 days before getting a hole. We patched the hole and then about 4 or 5 more holes developed. It is very difficult to find the leaks and after about 3 weeks we had to throw it away - what a waste. I was very frustrated at having spent the money on it - many other reviewers, I notice, are having the same trouble.

Great concept, - Poor quality
Santa delivered this to my 4 yr old and 18 month old....It did take a long time to inflate, but that's okay, and the kiddos had a blast. About a week of play and it was ripping at the seams, kept patching... I really wanted it to work, but too many BIG holes. Big money for two weeks play, but BOY DID THEY HAVE FUN!

ALMOST A GREAT TOY!
THIS IS A GREAT TOY!, BUT IT IS NOT VERY DURABLE . IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN 5 YEARS AND UNDER THIS WOULD BE A GREAT TOY FOR THEM .
WE HAVE TWO BOYS 5 AND 7 YEARS. THEY PLAYED ON IT FOR 2 STRAIGHT DAYS. MY HUSBAND PATCHED IT OVER AND OVER. THE SEAMS KEPT PULLING APART. WE KNEW IT WOULD NOT LAST VERY LONG BUT FIGURED IT WAS CHEAPER THAN TAKING THEM TO ONE OF THOSE PUBLIC PLACES WITH GAMES/TUNNELS ETC. FOR A DAY. I WISH IT WOULD HAVE LASTED . MY KIDS LOVED IT.

Love this Toy!
I bought this for my daughter on Christmas and she loves it. I have an air compressor so I had an easy time blowing the toy up, it ended up taking me about 10 minutes. The air pump they give is small so it takes a longer time, if you use it. She loves to climb and this toy helps her. It fits in my loft so it is always indoor and is overall great. ... Read more

The perfect outdoor climber
I researched many climbers, and finally decided that this was the one for us. My 2-year-old loves it! Assembly was easy enough that we can disassemle it and put it away for winter. The platform was a little tricky to get into place. I don't think I could have done it myself, but my husband did it without too much trouble. There are many different aspects of play with this climber - a long wavy slide, a fairly large platform complete with a steering wheel, a secret hideout area underneath, holes to climb up and down and in and out - all for a very reasonable price. I'm so glad we didn't have to spend several hundred dollars to get something that our son loves. What impresses me the most is how durable it is. My husband had to jump on the platform to get it into place. It didn't bow at all! It appears to be indestructable. (I certainly wouldn't leave it out all winter.) I brought it home from the store in my Subaru Forester, which is not a big vehicle. (out of the box) This was a big plus in my book. Anything bigger probably would not have fit. I expect that many summers of fun will be had with this purchase.

My Twin Sons Love It !
My husband and I bought the Wave Climber when our twin boys were 19 months old. It was very easy to assemble, there are only 5 peices that you lock together. It took us 10 minutes to put together. My sons really abuse toys (climbing, jumping, hanging on, ect.)and this climber is durable. I even climbed on the platform and went down the slide after we put it together. My boys will spend hours crawling underneath pretending it's a fort or climbing up the side and going down the slide over and over and over again! My sons are now 20 months old, I think they will have many years of fun to come with this toy. We have it in our finished off garage which we turned into a playroom. So they enjoy it rain or shine.

BEST PURCHASE YET!!
Bought this when my daughter was 18 months old. She loves it as much now at 3 years as the first time she saw it. VERY durable and stable. With the platform being open on top, the kids will be able to use it for a very long time. My 10 month old loves to hang out in the area under the platform. We actually keep this in the basement, so it gets played with year round. This is a definite for the kids. I highly recommend this slide!

5-0 out of 5 stars Little Tikes Wave Climber
Keep it coming Little Tikes! I learned about Little Tikes 21 years ago when I had my first son and continued purchasing with the products with my 2nd son who is now 17 years old. I now have a 3rd son who is 19 months. Over the years I have seen the Little Tikes products change for the better and the quality product is still there. This Wave Climber is great for our 19 month old son. He loves to climb and this works and is safe. Way to go!

5-0 out of 5 stars Good investment!
I bought this for my 17th month son and he absolutely LOVES it! It is stationed in the middle of my living room because we wanted to have something for him to entertain himself with other than being glued to the TV watching Barney all day. It gives him a chance to be active in the house when you're unable to get outdoors. (Would also be a good outdoor item due to the quality of the material it is made of.) It is a nice enough size to fit indoors for rainy day fun, yet big enough to play and have fun. He loves going down the slide over and over and over and never seems to get bored of it. He enjoys climbing up the side ladder (however, since he is still small we had to put a rubbermaid 2-step ladder at the base of the ladder until he gets big enough to reach the top to pull himself up. This worked very well.) The play area below the top platform is a little bit small because it is too short for even a small child to stand up in, however it serves as a great storage area for toys and stuffed animals. The unit is very sturdy and there is no chance of it toppling over, also the walls of the upper platform are high enough where a toddler won't fall over the side. Over all, good buy, great price, hours of fun! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars My Lil'One Enjoys Very much
I Bought this for my son at 7 1/2 months for the swing, I had to make a set cover due to the slippery set(But bath tub stickers you stick on the floor of the tub for grip work too). And he enjoyed crawling under the slide. Now he's 9 months and figured how to climb the back, and like any toy supervision is a absolute most. This toy has won the heart of my son, but I've seen a lot of disappointed buyers say it was too small or to hard to climb and the swing was limited. This is no swing set, of course the swing is limited, if not it would tip over and it's attended for little ones that shouldn't be swung high anyway! Well, my son is 24lb and 33inchs and thats big for 9 months, but he has no problems working this toy and has pently of room to grown into this toy! My Nephew and niece is 2 and 4 and they are average size for their age they enjoy and have no problems playing with this ether.

1-0 out of 5 stars Too quickly outgrown for the price!
We bought this for our 15 month old son. He loved the telescope, but needed someone to help him climb up to the platform. The swing is way too small, little movement, and so low to the ground that his feet dragged the ground by the time he was 18 months old. I think we should have spent the money (and a lot less of it) on a toddler swing that we could hang from a tree and a seperate slide that has real steps. The picture makes this look alot bigger than it is. Also, it's very light, which makes it feel like it could tip over easily. I talked our friends out of buying one for their two year old.

1-0 out of 5 stars loads of fun
bought this for my one year old granddaughter.. she loved it from first time on it.. able to climb slide and look out telesscope.. she was laughing as she was swinging.
good quality and sturdy and low to ground for safety.
highly reccommended for fun time.

1-0 out of 5 stars do your homework--this toy is misunderstood
Our two year old weighs about 25 pounds and is about 36 inches tall. This toy was perfect for him. He loves every aspect of it. Most children are afraid at first to go down the big playground slides because they are too long. For a toddler this length is great because it is in a way a "training" slide. It prepares the child for the longer slide but still gives them the thrill of going down a slide plus it gives them confidence and ownership of their abilities. Right now our son wants indepence more than anything and this toy gives him the chance to be independent and we don't have to hold his hand to do that. With the swing his feet don't quite touch the ground but they are close enough that he can get out of the swing himself and he likes that. We went to the store before we purchased this to see one set up and we were quite pleased with the product. But just the picture on the web site and some of the reviews didn't properly represent what the toy is. He would have missed a lot of fun if we just went by the reviews on this web site and the pictures.

1-0 out of 5 stars Going to buy it today
A child in my son's playgroup has this and the kids all love it. They are all around 10-11 months old (and all various sizes and shapes) and only one of them is actually walking, but all of them enjoy it! They have learned to climb the rock wall and hold unto to the wheel at the top. Only one can slide down on his own, but the rest are working on it. My husband and I are going to buy our son one today! ... Read more
