Hide & Slide Climber by Little Tikes
I like the product for its durability, but thought the kids (age 1 & 2 1/2) would play with it more. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get.

I just got this climber/slide! My 17 month old went nuts over it! It's perfect for my little girl to do her favorite thing (climb) and she figured out how to sit and slide with no problems. It fits great in her playroom and feels very sturdy. I am very pleased with this purchase. My favorite things about it are all the giggles, squeals and smiles! Yay Little Tikes!

Baby loves Hiding and Sliding
I bought this slide when my son was 14 months old. He loves it. We keep it inside since it is so cold and wet outside right now. It doesn't take up *too* much room in spare bedroom. He loves climbing up and down the steps. He is learning the steps of how to slide (1st sit down, then get one foot in front, then the other, then scooch forward). Just as the product name implies, he loves hiding under it and surprising me and playing peekaboo around the corners. It was a snap to put together maybe 15 minutes tops - if a piece is fitting too snuggly follow the directions and put a little soap on it to help it snap into place. I think son will enjoy this product for some time!

Perfect for little climbers!
Santa left this piece of equipment for our 15 month old son who was beginning to climb on everything. It was the first thing he saw on Christmas morning and was overjoyed. He spent a half hour exploring and climbing on it right away. He loves to play peekaboo and hide things on the top shelf or underneath.
We put it together in our (admittedly oversized) playroom, so he can have a gross motor playtoy indoors for inclement days. Though a young child should always be supervised on any climbing apparatus, I did just order a gym mat for the bottom of the slide, as the angle is steeper than forty-five degrees and provides a fast ride with a quick stop. It's also a nice way for practicing going up and down stairs.

good for all ages
We bought this slide for our daughter's first birthday and she loves it! She had just mastered walking and was starting to climb on our furniture, etc. This slide provided a safe indoor climbing outlet and has improved her coordination immensely. Her older cousins love it too.

The features I like best are the platform at the top of the slide and the fact that there is a bit of thrill in the slope of the slide: The platform allows kids to safely hang out (and seems like a fort) and the slide is tall enough that it envokes lots of giggles!

Be careful where you set it up as it is VERY difficult to get through a standard door frame. ... Read more

What a great playground!!!
I have a two year old and a three year old, both boys. They got this for Christmas and have played on it everyday since then. All the rounded corners and smooth plastic means no splinters. I would tell anyone with little ones that love to climb, this is the one to have! They love to crawl in the tunnel and slide on the slides!! I have to say, make sure you get BOTH boxes!!

Both my children, ages 17 months and 4 years old, LOVE this. The smaller slide is perfect for my little one and the bigger one is fabulous for my older son. All I can say is AWESOME. The only thing I wasn't pleased about is the cost of shipping and that Little Tikes now only distributes this to online stores so you'll always have to pay the shipping. Luckily, I was able to find this used at a day care that was closing down, otherwise the price is definitely worth it.

Small for the money, but fun
The instructions are very hard to read, with mostly dark colored pictures to go by. It takes two people to put it together and one must have strong muscles to lock the walls in place. Also, it seems much smaller sitting in the yard than it does on the picture, especially with the price of it. It is very colorful though and it has a great wavy slide.

Lots of fun for lots of kids!
This playground is just terrific! I have a two year old, almost five year old, and 6 year old and this is great fun for all of them (and the neighbors' kids, too!). I ordered mine through BJ's and so didn't have to pay shipping, which was great. (...). We have a Suburban and put the boxes on top, but shipping right to our front door would have been great, too. Assembly time says 60 min. but maybe that's true once you've done it several times! It took me about 1 3/4 hours to put together with some occasional assistance from a neighbor. The pieces just slide together and lock in place, though this takes a little muscle at times. I started with the pieces laying down and then stood the whole thing up once the first 4 sides were together, and turned it over another couple times as needed. I don't think it's particularly difficult to put together, just the pieces are large and cumbersome. Also, it's helpful to really study the pictures that come with the directions, and also to know that the numbered pieces go from 4 to 1 during assembly. The only major assembly problem I had was with the very last piece, the support to the large slide. The holes were drilled incorrectly on one side so the company is sending me another one. They were terrific when I called, I didn't even ask for another slide, I was going to ask if I could just drill another set of holes. I envision lots of playtime on this playground and I really wish I had gotten it a couple years ago! If your kids love to climb like mine do, I highly recommend this one!

2 Year Olds BEST FRIEND!!
Just purchase, received and put together this playground for our soon to be 2 yr. old (May 9th) and he is all over it. He even climbs on top of the tunnel! The only problem(s) we had were after reading the reviews, we couldn't find it in stores anywhere! (...)An 18 wheeler brought it which was pretty bad because he coulnd't turn around on our Road and he dropped the 2 HUGE boxes off at the end of our driveway! So, if you get it from these people, make sure they don't bring it by the Yellow Freight Trucking Co.! But other than that and trying to build it (at least 2 people and 2 hrs. you will need) - my kids and neighbor kids love it! My other son is 8 and he is able to fit through the tunnel which looked pretty small to me! The max. weight for this is: 100 lbs. each child and can hold 8 kids! This is well worth the money and we can see many years of fun with this as they don't play with anything else they have in or out of the house! Not that bad
We read all the reviews on this and other sets.We bought this set anyway for our daughters 3rd birthday.My husband was able to put this together by himself in less than 4 hours.As long as you know how to use a screwdriver you can assemble this product with no problems at all.He had no problems with holes lining up all the hardware was included and the instructions are not that hard to follow.

Do educated people work at Flexible Flyer?
We bought this and opened the box, NO INSTRUCTIONS! Of course it wouldn't be on the website.I called and it took a week just to get the instructions, which were very vague and it was just as easy to look at the picture on the box.we finally started to work on assembly and none of the holes lined up, we had to drill new holes.We finally got all of that together when we discovered we were short two bolts.Not only can these people not measure, not write, but they can't count either.If we hadn't already put so much effort into it already, we would have just returned the stupid thing.Don't buy this or any other flexible flyer product unless you enjoy aggravation and wasting your time.

Buy something else! Somewhere else!
I did go to Toys R Us to purchase this swing set for my 2 children 2 1/2 & 5.I bought this one because of the different things to play on & the brand name of Flexible Flyer.My husband was eager to put it together for our kids. The directions were hard to follow with each step being on a different page & the languages. My husband would have liked a parts list in English too. Pictures were not very good & we had directions for items that were not even in our box. It took him 2 days, a trip to hardware store (missing bolts), a look at the directions on the company web page (Fun Park are not on there)& a call to customer service.Not available on weekends.

I did leave a message for customer service to call me back. I received it today Wednesday 4/27. I explained my frustration with the product, the missing bolts & told her I would have brought the set back to the store if I could. I am worried that it is not going to last this summer & it is dangerous with the sliding board not very sturdy attached to the set.Plus some of the bolts don't tighten very well.I was told by customer service, that they do not get many phone calls & most people are very happy with their products. Have a nice day.

I guess you get what you pay for.And this was what was afforable to us.Beware & buy somewhere else.

Not quite what I expected it
This was the most difficult thing I have ever had to put together.Nothing lined up right, and we found several places where the holes were not drilled all the way through.It doesn't seem to sit right, as the legs dont seem firmly planted.My 18 month old daughter enjoys playing on it, but I don't know that I would do that again.

no trouble putting it together
We researched and researched for the right swing set for our daughters. We wanted a metal set and after finding out that Hedstrom went out of business we went with the flexible flyer. It took my husband and I only a few hours to put it together. The directions could of been better written but we managed, and everything went together just fine. The only problem area was putting the slide onto the set. That took some finagling. The girls love the set and are on it all the time. I am a little disappointed that the glider is just a two seater though, I like the 4 seater gliders better. I would recommend this set if you are in the market for a metal swing set, it comes with all the features the kids love. ... Read more

Throw away the Instructions....
My husband and I got this swingset for our 5 year old daughter and 4 year old son. The instructions are TERRIBLE and don't help at all! My husband spent 3 hours putting it together before he finally gave up using the instructions and put it together by looking at the picture. He had the whole frame together and had to take it all apart twice because the instructions were not a help at all. It took 5 1/2 hours to finally get it all together. Once together, the kids enjoyed it but they do get bored pretty quick with it. It seems to be holding up pretty good, but if your children are like mine and get bored easily, I would recommend a bigger swingset with more to do.

So far, no real complaints
We bought this swingset a couple of weeks ago, on sale, and finally got around to putting it together this weekend. I was anticipating problems, after reading the other reviews, but we had all the necessary parts and hardware, and other than the hard to follow directions, the set went together pretty smoothly.

My 3 year old loves the slide and swing, and we put up an infant swing for my 10 months old and she loves that as well.

Instead of trying to put in anchors as the directions state, we just sunk the entire thing in concrete in the ground about a foot deep. That is holding up well, even with both kids swinging at one time.

All in all, we're happy with the purchase.

Putting it together
Well, I've read all of the reviews and I gave it a whirl.This set comes with the WORST set of installation directions I have ever seen in my life!It is a literal photocopy included in the box.I downloaded a copy to my computer so that I could get a better copy and be able to see some of the illustrations.The directions breeze through set up not reminding you to put the arm for the slide on the right and the see-saw on the left rear.So, I had to take it apart- twice.All in all, it is what it is.It's a metal swing set.My daughter loves her swing and slide.She is learning what the other pieces are and how to ride on a "big girl" swing.The only downfall is that it doesn't come with anchors for the ground and I am having a hard time finding them.

Happy with swingset
I read all the reviews and warned my husband of possible problems before we bought it. My husband drilled his own holes in the piece with wrong placement holes to save us time.Plus to prevent rusting he painted each piece with epoxy paint before putting the swingset together.(extra two hours but well worth it)

Also ToysRUs gave us a form to complete and mail, email or fax into the company as they are aware of the part with the wrong placement holes and will send a new one to you immediately.I faxed paper and got the part in eight days. As mentioned before we had all ready drilled our own holes but we are saving the repalcment piece for possible problems in the future.

The grandchildren love the swingset and we are happy we had read the reviews so we could bypass any possible problems.The epoxy paint has held up and so far no rust.

Great swingset, great price
We purchased this swingset for our two year old and seven month old.I bought a baby swing and used that and my two year old uses the swing that came with the set.Although this set took eight hours and a whole case of beer to put together, it's worth the money.It is well made and all the pieces were there.The directions were bad, though, which made the assembly a little rough.Regardless, I would buy it again!Everyday my son begs to go outside and play!It is safe and sturdy.I had to write this because of all the unfair reviews.This isn't a bad swingset, I think perhaps these customers just had bad experiences, and that can happen to anyone. ... GREAT FUN!!!!!!!!
We recently purchased Little Tikes 8-in-1 climber. Prior to recieving it, I read through the customer reviews, and from the information I gathered I was dreading the assembly process. To my surprise it was much easier. My husband and I did it in about 35 minutes. We just followed the directions, had a 2x4 and hammer ready and it came out great. The tunnel was the most challenging piece and required the most muscle. My kids LOVE it. This is the best purchase we've made in a long time. It's very durable and of course attractive to children, as all Little Tikes toys are. The only suggestion I would make is that it says for up to 8 year olds. However, I would say 6 years old would be more appropriate. But either way it will withstand any child. I would definitely recommend this product to our friends.

Love it!
I bought this for my son before he turned 2. He still loves it and it is so durable - even my husband and myself "get on it" periodically while playing with him. It has proved entertaining for our neighborhood kids as well when they visit and play with our son. We now have son number 2 and I am sure he will enjoy just as much! I really like Little Tikes products!

I do not want to sound mean or put anyone down, but the
assembly of this product was very easy. I did it with one hand
(have stiches in the other) in thirty minutes. I think some of
the reviewers are missing the point on the fit of the pieces-
they are supposed to fit VERY tight, your kids are going to be jumping on and abusing this after all.
Solid construction makes the price justifiable. Members of our family have similar products by little tykes and they have stood up very well for years and years.

We have had this toy 8 years!!!!
This is one of the best purchases that we have EVER made! This toy has been through our 5 kids plus numerous friends that have played on it over the years .It has survived 2 moves ..one out of state!There is not a thing wrong with it still! It is played on as much today as it was when we bought it ! We have had no problem at all with it lasting ! It does not look 8 years old at all .BUY BUY BUY!!!

Secure entertaining back yard fun
After reading the reviews on this product I have to disagree with the assembly part me and my 11 year old daughter put it together in less than 45 minutes. The tunnel was the hardest feature to put together.

I bought it for a 2 year old and he absolutely loves it I can't even get him to play in his sand box or on the swingset. He loves to climb and nothing better than this product for a climber.

So happy we bought this toy
We bought this climber for our daughters second birthday. It was recommended for 3-8, but the smaller climbers did not look like she would enjoy them. The assembly instructions were not great, but once we figured it out my husband was able to get it together pretty quickly and it did take 2 adults and some muscle. It was definitly worth it..our daughter took no time in figuring out how to get around on this...and is having so much fun! The design gives the child 3 different play areas. She is under the recommended age but has had no problem, and can even climb the cargo net. We plan to purchase more Little Tikes toys for the yard.

The slide isn't the best!
We looked at all of the different little tikes climbers and decided on this one....not so bad to put together and it's fun for the kids to climb on but the slide is too bumpy. It doesn't roll like on the wave climber it just has 2 big bumps. Any way my son is very rough and tumble and loves slides at the playground but doesn't care for this one. Too bad because it was our favorite out of all of them.

Easy to assemble and great fun!!!!!!!!!!!
I just bought this gym for my daughter's 2nd birthday and she loves it. It took maybe 15 minutes to put together, no problems with that and no WD-40 needed. All the kids at the party had a ball with on it, we took it apart and brought it home and reassembled it in her bedroom & it took about 5 minutes that time. Great toy, in fact some of parents at the party are considering buying this toy for their little ones.

Great fun
I bought this from a yard sale and it was not put together. All we had was 3 pictures of it that the previous owner had taken and NO instructions. Needless to say, come time for the birthday party, my husband and a friend had it up in about 45 minutes and the kids loved it. It is a LOT bigger than I expected and extremely hard to get the children off because it is so much fun.

Stronger than I expected!
The 'assembly' warnings are real. It does take 2 people to assemble it. You might also have a coarse circular rasp file handy to take off rough plastic edges and file-down some joint surfaces that are not assembling easily. Also a belt-clamp turned out handy to bring the first three pieces together @ the same time. An Awesome Ride
This is the best toy in the neighborhood! Everybody loves it. I have never seen my kids play with something for so long. We bought it in August and in December they still want to play everyday. It is well worth the $.. investment.

INCREADABLE FUN !
My siblings loved this zipline,they would like to see the wire that you practicaly fly on extended by fifty feet.I think then if that came to be they would HAVE to give this product 100 stars.

Fun ride deluxe is enjoyable.
We had the classic version and then moved up to the deluxe. It was fine while it lasted...young teenage boys managed to jam it so it won't roll. But we're thinking about another one soon. While it ran it was enjoyed by one and all.

Snapped Screw on Zip Line!
We've enjoyed this product for a year, but yesterday a visiting friend had an accident caused by this "Fun" Ride. The end peice shown, an oval with two screws, that you use to tighten the line, snapped when a trim 7 year old boy was on it. This should have held a grown man! We got the deluxe, just to be on the safe side with weight of users. He got a deep cut on top of his head, a bruise, and obviously a scare. This is not how I like to spend our playdates, and his father had to leave work. My husband put this toy together, he is a skilled craftsman, it wasn't put together incorrectly. I have yet to inform the company of this accident at our home, (that is why I logged on today, to get their info) but I hope that they address the problem. Good luck, and be careful.

Little Tikes Playcenter is great.
After carefully researching various playground alternatives for our 3 year old, we decided on the Little Tikes Playcenter. We were not disappointed - the high quality is just what you would expect from Little Tikes. It successfully bridges the gap between your standard home improvement center-style wood sets and the more industrial playground models. When compared to building a wood set, the cost is not that much higher and there are many benefits - ease of construction (it took us 4-5 hours), it is much safer (no splinters!) and there should be resale value for the item years down the road. The only downsides - shipping took almost 2 weeks versus the week that the website mentions and wish this could be bought in the store to save on shipping. Time will tell when it comes to possible fading, but currently the colors are rich and vibrant. My son really loves this set.

Not happy
I have always been a HUGE Little Tikes fan until this purchase. I have the Little Tikes Playground and the Playground Playcenter doesn't even compare in durability. I also have many other Little Tikes items. I always believed the name Little Tikes stood for quality.
On my Playground Playcenter, the plastic is very thin and has holes/perforations in the seams of the molding. The base is hollow with the 'bottom' out of it. The platform 'gives' when a child walks on it. The sandbox cover is out of shape, flimsy, and thin also. (It collapsed when my two year old granddaughter climbed on top of it.) I also don't feel that the 'legs' for the swing area are sturdy enough.
The teete-totter, swings, and slide are up to standard for Little Tikes.
I had to order this item on line, due to no one carrying it in the stores. I didn't get to SEE it before I ordered it. It was delivered directly to my home.
I feel that this item is way over-priced. Too much money for all the more your getting. I don't mind paying for quality, but in my opinion this item is NOT quality. Definitely not Little Tikes quality.
I would return it if it wasn't for trying to explain to my grandchildren 'why' we didn't keep it - esp. when they waited for several weeks for it to come. I don't look for it to last long, unlike my other Little Tikes items.
Remember, this is MY opinion - concerning MY experience with MY item.

Very Disapointed!
We purched this set for my 2yr old son and I am very disapointed. We chose this set because we plan on moving in the next yr and wanted one that we could bring with us or re-sell when we move. The set up time was abut 3 1/2 hours with my husband and I together, it was pretty easy, clear directions, all the parts were here, and it helps that my husbands VERY handy!
The poblems I have had are with the sandbox, the lid leaks when it rains and the sand takes forever to dry since its covered by the playhouse. I have called little tikes and they have offered to send me a new lid but I know there is nothing wrong w/ the one I have.
-The bamboo on the climbing net has also started to crack (not causing any problems now but I dont see it lasting too long in the outdoor elements) Little tikes has also offered a replacement.
-The floor of the fort is not sturdy at all.
-The swings are definitly too close together for two kids to swing at the same time.
-The screw covers also keep popping open or come off all together.
-We have changed one of the swings to a little tikes toddler swing and its way too low to the ground. Im afraid to adjust the ropes on the swing since it swings crooked to begin with.
-My son loves climbing the rope net and playing with the steering wheel, and he does swing on it every day, but the sandbox is a major disapoinment and he doesnt understand that its wet so he still wants to get in and its like mud! (I bought him the little tikes sand and water box and have transferred most of the sand to this and he loves this!
I would suggest to shop around and maybe look into the one from Step2 I have heard good things about it and it can come wih a pool and its cheaper! I wish I had!
This set will definitly being put up for auction on Ebay next spring!

My daughter LOVES it - lots of summer fun!!
We bought this for my daughter, 2 1/2 years old, because it seemed to have a lot to offer- a sandbox, swings, cargo net, etc. Also, we wanted to stay away from wood due to splinters and rot. My husband and 2 incredible neighbors put this up in about 4 hours. It wasn't easy, but it was not as difficult as some of the other reviews state. The instructions were fairly clear and all the parts were there. My daughter LOVES this and the neighbor kids come play on it too. It is super durable, though portions of it I expected to be solid 'little tykes style' plastic and they turned out to be a bit flimsy... pressed and shaped but not solid. This will last her for a while, since she still needs a little help on it now. Overall, I recommend this if you don't want metal or wood sets. It is a great entertainer for any kid 3-8.

great durable playset
We bought this playset for our children (ages 4 and 2) - so far it has been a great buy - it was pretty easy to put together - you will need at least two people - it is not so high off of the ground that i even feel comfortable with my 2 year old climbing it, yet it is challenging enough for my 4 year old - it easily holds 3-4 small children - the sandbox is terrific and the climbing rope is durable enough for a 4-6 year old to climb - it took about 2 half days to put it together - this is a great product! ... Excellent choice for all age groups
We bought this for our son when he was 2 years old and now he's 5 and won't use any other swing set. I thought he would like a wooden one that was bigger, but he gets so much enjoyment from this one and it's durable, was easy to assemble (even for my husband) and he gets hours of enjoyment from it. We did anchor it into the ground because I was afraid it would tip over as he got older, but it works just fine and we're all happy, even mom!

A Problem for Shorter Children
We bought this playset this week for our 16 month old son and he played on it for the first time tonight. He is short for his age and the smaller slide does not have any steps to aide kids in climbing up or down so he fell off and busted his lip. He loves the playset and as soon as we got the bleeding to stop, he got back on and began playing again, but I do feel that an optional step or two that could be snapped onto the smaller slide, since it is obviously for younger children, would have been a good idea.

He loves it !!!
WE bought this for our 19 month old son after lots and lots of searching. We are very happy with it, our son loves it. He can not wai to get outside to play on it. It is the perfect size for the 1 1/2 year old age group. It's big enough to keep them happy and yet small enough to keep them safe. It was not difficult to put together either. It took us about 3 hours to put it all together.

Grand daughter loves it.
I picked it up at Toysrus I was helped to tie two large boxes on top of car. The next day it took me about 3 hours to set up including the anchors.With 2 children swinging it did not raise or walk.I think it is built well enough not to need them.As for review where someone claimed he had 2 engineers help and it took all day I think his problem was the engineers. Not Entirely Crazy About This One
We've had this swing for three years and it finally broke. I've been anticipating the break from day one. One of the locks on the bar finally snapped off. They're the hardest things to get open once your child is in the swing. Both of my kids loved it though. My major complaint is the straps that attach to the swingset. They were too long and no matter how many times we adjusted them, the swing always went crooked. Looking for a DIFFERENT swing now for my almost two year old son.

Great swing!
There were 4 swings at the store to choose from so it was a hard choice! I liked the buckles on this swing though. They are hard to undo but that makes me happy beacuse there is no way the baby can undo them. The t-strap is very secure and keeps our baby in tightly! He loves swinging in it!!I would recommend this to anyone!

A Great Swing
My daughter loves this swing! She's 18mos and prefers this to a different toddler swing we had bought for her. This buckles securely and there is no worry of them falling out. Our 2.5 mo old daughter will be using this swing as well. This is very durable; we have it on the swingset and it, of course, stays outside year round. No complaints.

Excellent Swing Compared to other swings
I picked this swing out for my 20 month old daughter. I loved the fact you didn't have any thing to fall down and pinch fingers like the swings with the t- bar that slides up on the ropes. Anna likes the fact that she can climb in the swing herself. I like that feature as well, it saves my back and arms from lifting. She even likes to buckle herself in. The buckles were tight at first but have loosen up some with use. Anna is much more comfortable in this swing than the giant bucket swing down at our park. She feels like a big girl getting in and out without Mom or Dad having to pick her up. She also likes to give her bear a ride buckled in of course.

My son's giggle swing
My son is 7 months old and we tried this at a Farm that sees many kids and they had this swing. That is a good sign, and it was holding up just great there.
It was his first swing ride and his just laughed and smiled with joy. I really love how you don't have to lift them WAY above your head to get them out. The t-bar just flips down out of the way. The straps are a little hard to press in to undo, but no big deal. I love how it leans back so he's very secure and safe in it. We are getting one for our house now. ... Read more

You won't regret this purchase!
We got this as an accessory to a Naturally Playful structure we purchased for the boys during Christmas '03. My two boys, (then 1 and 3) have enjoyed it for nearly a year now along with their friends. I expect it will continue to be a well-used and loved item over the next few years. It's lots of fun for one little person to sit in the middle ALONE and play HORSEY with it on their own, or even in between two friends who are teeter-tottering (as the photo shows). Well made, simple design, excellent price. You can't go wrong with this!

Great Outside Toy!!!
We just bought this for my daughter, who is 3 1/2, and in need of some new outside toys, because she is an only child, it is sometimes hard to buy the ones she wants. After reading all the reviews online, I knew this was the one. She can do it by herself of with friends, last night there were 3 other little girls over (ages 20 months, 2 years, 3 1/2 years and 5 years) All four actually loved it, the two smaller ones and the two older ones! GREAT TOY! I would buy agian!

A good, solid toy
We received this free when we bought the playland climber, but I'd definitely spend the money on it if we had to. My daughter's loved it from the moment I pulled it from the box. She loves to sit in the center and rock herself. You can also have the child sit on one end and push the other easily. I also like the fact that no matter how hard she rocks, she hasn't tipped it over yet. A good solid toy, no matter how many kids you have.

Fun Right Out Of The Box!
Fun right out of the box! We bought this teeter totter for my son's second birthday. All we had to do was pop on the handles and it was ready to go. ( Nice feature when a kids are waiting to try it out.) My son (2yrs) and my daughter (6 yrs) immediately hopped on and were teeter tottering in no time. There was no fighting over who would try it first since it can accomodate up to three children (up to 40 lbs. ea.) If one of them did want to rock alone, they could by using the center seat. I did have to remind my daughter not to rock too fast or get off suddenly or her brother would go flying. But that's just a general rule for a teeter totter. I love the fact that it is done in earth tones and made to look like stone and wood. It's a nice addition to the backyard. I feel it was money well spent.

CUTE CUTE CUTE
We bought our son the entire naturally playful collection for his 2nd birthday and this is the first thing we opened. He had never seen a teeter totter before but that didn't stop him. I didn't even get it all of the way out of the box before he was trying to get on it!!!. I love that it can hold 1, 2, or 3 kids and can still be played with. he loves it. Lots of laughs
We bought this swing a couple of weeks ago and our 10 month old daughter loves it. She shreks in delight the whole time. My biggest complaint is that when it was manufactured they didn't make sure that the ropes were even. Before I could hang it up I had to feed the rope through from the long side to the short side to even it up (someone's review states that they couldn't use the swing because of this -not true- the manual tells you how to fix this.) We have also joked that putting a tray on a swing is useless. You can't put snacks on it when they swing both because they will fall off and, more importantly, the risk of choking. Hopefully any parent with common sense would be smart enough not to try this. I also don't see that any kid would sit still enough in it when it isn't swinging to be able to eat anyway. I would definitely recommend this swing. Ours is still in the infant recline position and once our daughter is bigger and more stable we will be able to use it in the upright position.

Stinks
The swing stinks.There are plenty of swings out there more durable and more trustworthy than this swing will ever be. Even though the other swings cost more it is much safer to buy them.Come on plastic,are u kidding me?

This is a great swing!
We love this swing! So does 6 month old Jake! He sits in it and just swings away! When his average size 3 year old cousin came over, she decided she wanted to swing, so her older cousins helped her in it and pushed her back and forth and she loved it! The swing has held up very well! The only thing that is kind of difficult about this is getting the yellow part off to get an older and bigger child out. This is probably a good thing, though, so that a child cannot fall out. We have it attached to our back porch. Swinging in this has provided lots of smiles from our little boy!

t-bar swings are better
I had bought this swing and returned it the next day. Everyone on the block has the old model of the swing with the t-bar, and that is what I wanted. I put my son who was 7 months old in it, buckled him up, and I felt like he was going to fall out or end up dangling somehow. He had figured out how to get the stationary swing to move when it wasn't on, by moving himself forward and backward. Also fisher price thinks the snack tray is a benefit, but it really isn't. You are supposed to feed your child while they are sitting still. What if the baby chokes while they are swinging and eating? I think the directions even say not to leave your child unattended and to only have food when the swing is still.

Very Concerned Parent
My husband and I purchased this swing for our 14 month old daughter. At first we liked it, but yesterday we changed our minds. Our daughter can unbuckle the belt. We are very concerned about this. If she can do it what is stopping an older child from doing this and getting hurt. Thank God my husband was standing there or she may have fallen out. I called the company and they said they would refund our money after they got the swing. Please if you own this swing, don't leave your child alone. I am hoping Fisher Price will recall it and do something about this problem. We are going out this weekend and look for a new swing. Please Please watch your kids. I am hoping the company does something about this problem before someone gets hurt. Let the company know how you feel or if you have a problem of any kind let them know. Fun for twins, but there is one problem...
My 11 month old twins have enjoyed their swing together since they were about 7 months old. They do grab at each other's hats and hair, but if I give them each something to hold, it solves that problem. My neighbor tried to put her almost two year old in the swing and the seat belt would not fit around her waist. This will only work for this season, I guess...

Just make drain holes and there's no problem
As a mommy of many kids an owner of a daycare, I need as much help as I can get. This works great! I can have two of the triplets in one, and my youngest and another one of the triplets in the other! There is a problem with draining, but all you have to do is drill drain holes in it (I know its hard to drill in such a nice swing, but its a necessity) and you're set.

About the straps- I ended up getting creative and making straps for the seats.

Close range!!
I have this swing in my yard. My 14 month old son and 10 month old nephew use it together. This swing will not get much more use after this, since it is VERY short and the kids are leg to leg (kicking eachother and whatnot). They can reach one another and they pull the hair out of one anothers head, LOL! Another thing I did not like was the straps. They are around the legs not the waist, therefore, my 14 month old son arches his back and can actually stand up wearing the straps. DANGEROUS! It is a cute design but needs improvement.

not ment for long legged kids
The old style of this product is SO much nicer!!!! This one has a floor in and if the kids are long legged they do not fit! (unless they want to have their chin to their knees.) It is also a very short lived product because of this aswell. Please bring back the old style ..... it is so much better but only older daycare providers have them.... and they don't want to give them up, as they know what a great thing they have. I would not suggest this to anyone; short life product for the money.

Very Nice Twin Swing
I have a set of 9 month old twin boys who absolutely love this swing. They sit facing each other and have a blast "talking" to one another. It's nice for a mom of twins and another child to be able to push all three kids at one time. (The boys in the caterpillar and my daughter in her own swing.) Busy Busy
I bought this last Christmas for my (then) very active 4 year old boy. It is hands-down the favorite toy in my neighborhood for everyone. Even my 2 year old can now hang from it and swing. I believe it has been instrumental in helping with balance, agility and coordination. You should see the tricks my son & his best friends- 4 year old twin girls -have taught themselves to do!
Amazing! Hanging it was an obstacle- my husband has to climb up the tree- but you only need to do it once.

It's weathered very well- the rope and the handle are still in great condition and it was left out all winter (in NJ)!

The Twizzler is great.
I bought my girls, ages 7 and 4, this product earlier this spring. It was easy to assemble, but finding the right height at which to hang it was a fairly time consuming process. It has been up for 4 months now and has seen daily use. When our play group meets here, the kids line up to have a turn, over and over again. I would recommend this for children who are reasonably coordinated and who have enough upper body strength to hold themselves up by their hands.
