If you cross a red car with a plastic boat and combine the result withone of those big Victorian baby carriages, you get this entirely novel mode oftot transportation. This little car--32 inches long by 18 inches wide, andriding on 7-inch plastic wheels--has an integral plastic seat 9 inches off theground and can be powered by two little feet through the hole in the floor.Alternatively, raise the bandshell-style yellow nylon hood and push yourpreschooler around using the 38-inch-high metal handle that sticks up frombehind. The "cockpit" is fully equipped with steering wheel, beeping "horn," anignition key that turns, a gear shift, and various battery-powered soundeffects. Adult assembly is required. --Richard Farr ... Love!
My daughter got this on her 1st. birthday.
We both love it, and we get alot of attention and smiles as we walk around the neighborhood.
It steers nicely, like the canopy on the sunny days.
Nice buy, you'll get a big, "WWWWOOOOOOOOWWWW!!!"

Seatbelt suggestion.......
My son received this car as a first birthday present from his grandparents. It's adorable, and is a great alternative to the traditional Cozy Coupe, which is a little too big for younger toddlers. He loves the sounds, the steering wheel, and likes to pull the canopy top up. The car is narrow enough to drive all over our small ranch home -- it goes through doorways and our baby gate very well. As a taller mommy, I appreciated that the handle on the back can be height adjusted (three or four height settings, I'm not sure which)-- it makes pushing the toy much easier when you don't have to hunch over to do it!
The only concern I have about this car is the lack of a seatbelt. My son attempted to stand up and nearly fell out of the car (thankfully on carpet). Before I dared take him outside in the car, I knew that something had to be done to secure him into the seat. Not wanting to damage the toy too severely, I surfed the Little Tikes website for some kind of replacement seat belt that I could adapt for use with this toy. There is a replacement belt for the "toddler high back swing" available for just a few dollars. After a trip to Toys R Us to confirm that the belt could actually work on the Cozy Convertible, I order the belt (and a spare). I drilled two small slats on either side of the seat, carefully removed the uneven edges with a utility knife, and PRESTO! installed the seat belt. Because the belt is the type that doesn't have to loop all of the way around the back, it was very easy to install, and it looks just like it was always meant to be there. (The advantage of buying the Little Tikes belt is that it's yellow and blue, just like the trim on the car). I probably won't remove the belt later...maybe we can use it as a seat belt safety lesson ("Don't ride in the car unless your belt is fastened").
My son can now enjoy his "car rides" and mommy can enjoy them too, now that I know my little daredevil is securely fastened. Overall, this is a great toy for little ones.

MUST BE SOMETHING BETTER?!!!
We purchased the convertable car for our 2 year old and decided to put it together a little earlier than his upcomming birthday. Good for us! The first wheel we inserted was defective (was not able to secure to toy). The car wobbled as it moved. No seatbelt was another surprise. The plastic wheels are noisy, and damaged imediatly after riding over rocks (the rocks stick to the plastic; making for a much shorter life of the tire) The cute convertable shield is a HUGE blind spot for parents pushing the car. Dangerous. Should be a plastic mirror in the front for better safety. So many improvements are needed for this. Too bad. It was a cute looking little car. We're returning it for a rubber-wheeled wagon.

Missing a seat belt
I recently purchased a Deluxe Cozy ConvertibleĀ™ Car for my son and was surprised to find it did not have a seat belt. I didn't think this would be a big issue because he seemed to love it and all of the bells and whistles kept him busy. He loved it and so did all of the neighborhood kids. During our fourth walk, he started fussing. The top was up so I couldn't see him. Before I could look in to check him, I ran over the yellow bottom of the car. He was gripping the inside with his hands and feet. His butt was on the sidewalk. I can't imagine what could have happened if he wasn't hanging on for dear life. I don't know if the bottom was in right at the start of our walk, but a seat belt probably would have helped. Since our accident, I have tied a rope from one side to the other in the car and he still loves to ride in it. It is a good toy. It just needs a seat belt. He is also at the stage where he tries to climb out if he sits still for too long. If this has happened to anyone else, please e-mail Little Tikes. Honestly, this would be a perfect car if it had a seat belt.

Baby loves it--but needs a seatbelt!
My 13 1/2 month old received this for his 1st birthday abd absolutely loves being pushed around in it. The car is absolutely adorable, it is quite durable as I have taken it several times on a 3-mile walk with the baby and he has a constant smile being driven around in it.

My only concern about the vehicle is that it does not have a seat belt thus sometimes the baby leans over to touch the wheels of the car when in motion which can make any parent nervous, thus you have to stop until he sits back up, etc. ... Read more

This sturdy plastic car gives toddlers and young preschoolers the basic thrills of a real car, while parents can relax, knowing that this cherry-red sports car can go only as fast as their kids' little feet can carry them. Great gift for your little one
My daughter received this for her 1st birthday. Even though she was too little to make the car 'go', she spent hours opening/shutting the door and climbing in and out. Now at 19 months it's still the first thing she runs to when we go outside. She loves pushing it around the yard and going backwards by herself. She hasn't mastered the frontward motion yet, but she doesn't notice. Definitely worth the money.

This is 'THE' toy!!
My son got this car as a gift for his first birthday. It took him a few months to get into it. But, since he was about 14-15 months this is THE toy! He LOVES it, and all the kids fight over it when they visit! When the Wiggles are on and they sing the Big Red Car song, my 19 month old runs to his car, and gets his keys and pretends to drive! He loves when we "drive" him around the house. The only thing that would make this a better car is a seat belt. Not only is he fascinated with seat belts now, but it would have been safer when he was a bit younger.

Not Much Like A Real Car
I appreciate toys that my son can learn from, but I have concerns. First off, the safety features are horrible. Hard plastic. Perhaps an airbag might save a few bruises when my son slams into the recliner. There is also no brakes, making it impossible to stop. This is especially important when you live in the South as I do, where everything is on a slope. My son has often rolled down the driveway into the road. Many close calls with this one!

However, it's fun for him, it seems. There are no real world dangers involved with driving this around. Because younger children are colorblind, it doesn't matter what color it is, but I would appreciate, at least for my eyes' asthetic taste, that it would look sleeker, maybe a silver or black. Whenever I invite guests over, I have to put it out in the garage.

Other than that, it's a very good product!

Lil Tykes ROCKS again!
I am addicted to the lil tykes name. This is another hit in our home. It is sturdy and sun! My daughter got this for her 2nd birthday. She LOVES cars and was excited when she saw it.

It has been tumped over on its side and used as a stool, slid all over the house. It withstands EVERYTHING my daughter dishes out!
The extra compartment behind the seat is perfect for a sippy cup as well. But BEWARE only one child fits in this awsome Lil Tykes car!

car needs new front tires

5-0 out of 5 stars Love it!
I bought this for my daughter when she was 9 mos and she absolutely loved it. She is now 11 mos and loves to push as well as ride it. It's very easy for her to turn the "car" herself from its position since its not too heavy for her. She is not walking on her own as of yet but sure feels proud of herself when she pushes this across the room.

5-0 out of 5 stars Outstanding value
I bought this for my son when he started walking at 7 months. After one day, he had it mastered and was walking all over the house with it. At ages 1 and 2, he rode it everywhere. He absolutely loved it. At age 3, he asked me to take it down from the rafters so he could ride it some more. I have since passed on the toy to a friend's baby who is also enjoying it. You definitely get your money's worth!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great, sturdy ride on
We bought this for our daughter before she could walk, and immediately she loved it. It's low enough that she felt secure as we pushed her around the house. As she learned to walk, this ride on was a perfect helper. It's sturdy so it doesn't tip, and it's handle is positioned well for her to hold it without having to bend over awkwardly. Now that she's bigger (and walking) she loves this toy as a ride on, and she still likes to push it around.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun for even the very young!
My niece received this toy when she was only SIX MONTHS OLD. It was great for her first time parents, who were waiting for some real indication of a real person inside that baby body. They would put her on, tell her to hold the handlebars and to 'put her feet up'. She actually did it and understood them (I'm sure after being shown a time or 2). Then they would push her (carefully of course) and she would squeal with delight. It was great for them to know she actually understood them and could interact with them!

5-0 out of 5 stars An awesome grow-with-me toy!
I purchased this for my son when he was about 10 months old. I thought it would help him get from one place to another. That is exactly what it did! He will be 2 in a couple of days and I must say that it is his favorite outside (and inside) toy. He pushes it, rides on it, and throws it off of the deck steps. It is like a timex....takes a licking and still is ticking. It's very durable. (...) ... Read more

Toddlers who spend a lot of time on a ride-on vehicle will delight in having this play gas pump for additional role-playing. The pump and nozzle are made of safe, lightweight plastic with a flexible rubber hose for "filling up" little vehicles. A pretend credit-card swipe area with keypad makes the pump look a lot like the one Mommy and Daddy use at the real gas station. The pump also makes six electronic sounds when any of the three large push-buttons are pressed--two car start-up noises, two fueling noises, and two car horn sounds. The pump operates on two AA batteries (not included) and is ideal when paired with Little Tikes's popular Cozy Coupe II car. --Cristina Vaamonde ... Read more

Needs twicking to stabalize toy.
This is a fun thought for the coupe cars. However, upon opening the box, I was very disappointed, I expected more. The toy would be better if the bottom was weighted so that the pump does not tip over everytime. I thought the price did not justify the toy. The value was not there, (...) dollars for a toy that needs to be twicked by adults to be of use to the child does not warrant the price tag, (...) However, after drilling a small hole in the top and filling the pump with sand until the toy is stable then voila!!!! It becomes a fun toy, even if the pump is difficult for a toddler to insert into car gas tank.

The nozzle broke almost immediately
This seems like a really great toy for those little ones who just love cars and other vehicles, and my 4-yer-old son did love it and use it right away, but after a few days of use the nozzle broke. He must have inserted it back in too hard and when he tried to pull it out again the long part of the nozzle separated from the rest of the toy. If you do decide to buy it, be gentle with it!

Nice thought...
When I spotted this adorable gas pump, I thought that it would make the perfect addition to my son's toy collection. He played with it for the first 5 minutes and then put it to the side. Twice in two years, he has pulled it around the house by the handle, but done nothing else with it. It's not very stimulating, and is a space hog for something that is only collecting dust. Nice thought, but not a real investment.

Great accessory for all those cars!
My son received this gas pumper with his cozy coupe police car and loves to fill er up on his own. He loves to watch me pump gas at the gas station and this makes him feel like a big boy when he can do it to his own car. We have 2 cozy coupes so he pretends to be the gas attendant while my daughter is driving and also tops his own tank off before taking off in his police car. The noises and real acting buttons give this toy the extra + over just a piece of plastic so he really feels that it is doing something and interacting with his imaginative play.

The kids love it!
My daughter and my neice love their "gas station."!!

It helps the kids take turns in their car because they can realize that once around the yard and they'll "need gas", and that's when it's time to switch over.

Get them a little cash register and you'll have a full blown gas station in your own back yard! ... Read more

Little ones who crave the feel of a real car will love scooting about in this sturdy aqua and yellow plastic automobile. Like the cartoon character Fred Flintstone, children use the steering wheel for direction control (front wheels turn easily) while making the car go with their foot power. Only the driver's-side door opens and children can sit on a bench-style seat with legs poking down to the ground for easy feet access. Dash accessories include a pretend car key, a beeping horn button, a decal gas gauge, and a speedometer. 5-0 out of 5 stars The Grand Coupe is a hit at our house!
I was a little apprehensive at first about getting this for my son's first birthday, we live in an apartment and I didn't know if this would take up too much space and end up collecting dust. But it was the best gift for him, HE LOVES IT! He loves to get in and open and close the door and the trunk also has a lid that he likes to put things in and close up (although I couldn't find my keys yesterday and looked in the trunk of the "Coupe" and there they were!). My husband was thinking our son wouldn't like it because it is difficult for such a little child to move but he loves it even if it is just sitting still! And of course daddy enjoys rolling his boy around the house in it! We also have a 4 yr. old niece who comes over to play and she has a great time in the Grand Coupe too. Rushing off to places, putting her doll into the "car seat" (the trunk with the lid open). I think this will be a favorite toy here for a long time!

5-0 out of 5 stars "A great car"!
My son has had this Grand Coupe Car for atleast 4 months. The high quality & overal shape for little tots to get in & out work out great! My 23 month old loves to get in, slam the door closed, & even turn the key that makes a click-sound. His overrall favorite part is that he loves being mobile & also if a grown-up pushes him around the house or outside. Mine gets the giggles whenever we do that. Little tikes also sells the gas pump that can attach to this car. There is a gas cap on the left side of the car. Kids get a kick out of pretending to fill up the tank! Also the feature my son also likes is the trunck in the back to store small favorite items! We are very please with this ride-in toy car! Highly recommend!

5-0 out of 5 stars Grand Coupe deserves it name!
When I was little I used to have one now I am going to get one for my brother. I work at a day care and they have one and all the kids do is fight over who gets to ride in the big boy car. It is a must have if you have a little kid. They all love it. They are probably going to buy another one for the day car because it is so popular. They got a Gamecube at the day care, but everyone still insists on using the Grand Coupe. There are kids from 6 months up to 7 years to older kids ride on top. No one has ever gotten hurt. It is the best toy. One time they where fighting over who got to go in it and they accidently pulled of the door the company sent a new door with all the hardware! It is a great buy!

5-0 out of 5 stars Good quality
This car seems to be really sturdy and built better than other brands. My toddlers love it and fight over who gets to ride.

5-0 out of 5 stars Discerning Toddler, with discerning Dad, highly approve
My Daughter has an elevated sense of taste, even at 2 1/2.
She liked, but didn't love, the original Cozy Coupe. She wanted the Grand Coupe, no questions. She and I ordered it from Amazon, through ToysRus. The order was simple, the delivery was exactly as forecast. The assembly was also simple, a screw gun helps, although I didn't try it without one.
As far as the car itself goes after a week or so of use....
Four thumbs up!!!!
She rides in it, watches her favorite programming in it, plays independently with it, we play together with it, if I let her she'd likely sleep in there too. She's thrilled, which, of course, means that I am thrilled.
The trunk, or rumble seat, is a big plus, you'd be surprised how much a little thing like that means to a little person. Scruffy the dog loves it back there, a ton of necklaces, bracelets, rings, and two or three juice cups fit nicely too.
I will do ANYTHING for her, if you feel thusly, buy it, it's the Benz of ride ons.
Gotta get a gas pump, mileage is not as good as we expected. Five Stars anyway.

Hours (or at least half-hours) of Fun
This is a very cute toy. My nephew loved the old car, and so I'm buying the police car for my daughter, age two.

Unsafe at any speed
I strongly reccomend the sedan. The coupe is downright dangerous.

A twist to a classic...
My son received this car for his 2nd birthday and was an instant hit! He enjoyed playing with the walkie talkie and running around all over the yard and house with it. His sister would pile in next to him just for the ride. This is the same great quality as the yellow/orange car but with a couple of extra features. My son is into trucks, fire trucks, police cars so this was a perfect gift for him. He loves to tell people that the real police have a car LIKE HIS! In a yrs time we have had no problems with this toy and is still in great condition - the only problem we have ever had is my son wants it in the house so he can play with it when it's raining or snowing out! Another great product from Little Tikes.

My son loves it!
We bought this for Christmas when my son was 18 months old. He loves it. Everytime I try and put it away he pulls it back out. It was a bit difficult to put together without some real muscle power. We have had a few tip overs that others have mentioned, particularly when the door is open. My biggest problem is the steering wheel will not stay in. At 21 months my son can pull it out with ease- now I can't even push it back in.

Great Buy!

Great Purchase
I bought this for my daughter two years ago and now I am passing it down to my son. It is still in great shape and he loves it.

Cute!
My two year old nephew is the proud new owner of a red and yellow Cozy Coupe. Oh boy, did he go nuts when the box walked in the house. Silly us, we should have put the car together first, as he was climbing in to drive before the wheels were even attached!

The Cozy Coupe has been with us for a few weeks now and it hasn't lost it's luster. It is still the hippest hottest toy around. In fact, our little guy would be satisfied if he could play drive thru and eat while in his car and go to the drive-in and watch his movies while in his car! We have to coax him out of his car.

If you are looking for a durable car for your little one, Little Tikes is the way to go.

There GREAT
My boys absoultely LOVE these!!! Keeps them busy for at least an hour. Which is hard to do w/ 2 1/2 yr olds!! They "pretend" they are going to see grandma, grandpa, and other family and freinds. Yes they were not easy to put together and on one of ours the door does not completly shut, its ok though, they still have fun.

Boy, you just can't wear these cars out!
You HAVE to buy this car! Either this one or the police car - they're just so very durable that nothing gets in their way. Ours has gone through 8 children already, and it's still going strong. My nephews used to roll down the driveway with one hanging on the roof and just had a ball with it. And, it goes way past the recommended age limit on the fun factor. I've seen 8-year-olds in them and just having a great time. A great toy by Little Tikes and if you have a Wiggles fan in your house, it doubles as a "Big Red Car." We had this before they came out with a Big Red Car so that's how we've used ours. Very nice toy and WELL worth every penny we paid!

Great but hard to put together
My daughter is 13 months and loves this toy!!! However, it's a real pain to put together as the instructions are pictograms and there aren't any words. I would highly recommend it, but be warned it is a pain to put together. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars My Son Loves This Toy...
I was excited to get this toy for my son when he was 10 months old. I rocked him in it at first, but he is slowly learning how to do it himself, which is fine. The loud noises don't scare hime, he loves to push all the buttons and hear the noises and see the flashind lights. The only problem that I have with this toy is that when the key is turned the noises go on, but they don't stay on while my son is rocking, even vigorously. They do however stay on if he is off of the rocker and I am rocking itwith my hand. My son is 12 months old and 21 pounds, I don't think that he is too heavy. I have read other reviews where they say that the sirens and the engine sounds go off the whole time that their child is rocking. I don't know whats going on, but all in all my son loves his cycle, and that is all that counts.

Quite Addicting!
My son received this as a gift for his first birthday - and he rode it ALL day. I felt bad b/c he wasn't interested in his other gifts. It makes the coolest sounds, and the harder you rock it the more "revving" the cycle makes. When you reach "Maximum" speed....the sirens come on. He goes crazy over this thing! It's a great toy. I would recommend it to anyone!

Fun but noisy!
I wish there was a volume control on this toy! It's got great sounds but they are loud. My son was given this rocker for his 1st birthday. He cannot get on and off by himself yet (he doesn't walk yet) so it's hard for him to use. He's not real keen on the rocking yet but I think he will be when he has more balance. He still plays with the buttons, of course. I like that this rocker is close to the floor in case he falls off.

The best gift!
My son got this for his first birthday. He is now almost 21 months old and still LOVES it! He brings it out all the time and plays on it. He loves to turn the key and push all the buttons. The faster he rocks it, the more it "revs" up! When our friends bring their kids over, they want to play on it too. We think it was the best gift ever!

Very loud!
My step son got this for his first Christmas in 2002 and he LOVES IT! It has held up very well and when he has it out its all he'll play with. We have had many tantrums when we have to take him off to eat or change his diaper because he loves it so much. He prefers it on carpet because the way he gets on and off he slides it in all different directions and he winds up doing the splits most of the time and isnt happy. I, however, highly recommend buying a bottle of Advil BEFORE you let your child play with it because it is very loud and it gets very annoying after a while. Ours "lost" its batteries. Maybe ear plugs to go along with the Advil too. It's a fun toy for kids and teaches them how to sit in a way that is different for them and it's a cause and effect toy too. All in all, great for kids, bad for parents heads. ... Read more

This sturdy plastic car gives toddlers and young preschoolers the basic thrills of a real car, while parents can relax, knowing that this cherry-red sports car can go only as fast as their kids' little feet can carry them. Children sit on a bench-style driver's seat and poke their legs through to the ground. When they start walking, the car begins to scoot. The front wheels swirl like stroller wheels, making them especially responsive to the steering wheel. The front dash features a pretend key with a Little Tikes key chain and a horn button that beeps when pushed. A small storage bin in back can carry traveling gear or simply a stash of road snacks. 2-0 out of 5 stars not all that happy
Screw on door lock came out 3 times.
I dont know why they didn't put in a seat belt, sides are low where a child will fall out easily. Speaking from experience.
It is easy to push and my son likes it, its just not safe enough.

2-0 out of 5 stars Great gift
We purchased this for our daughter's first birthday .... construction of it was difficult as the pictures are hard to ascertain what goes where at times.

Have to say, my daughter loves the toy .... We love the "grow with me" option as when she is ready to Flintstone around she can. Also like the cup holder inside the car .. very modern!

Durability of this is low ... we put it together and rode her around the house and a tire "blew out" ... each tire has holes, but one had a much larger hole than the others after going around on the ceramic tile once .... Because of the hole, the tire now gets caught up and does not work properly, so we are having to purchase replacements 1 week after the party.

But, to hear her giggle when she is in the car ... it is worth it.

2-0 out of 5 stars For My Son and Me
My one year old son loves this car. He spends a lot of time just getting in the car and shutting the door and then getting out of it. It keeps him entertained while we are outside.

He also loves going on walks while I push it. It is very easy to convert the car to a "stoller" by adding the floor board and the handle. The handle makes walking him effortless.

2-0 out of 5 stars My son loves this car!
My son got this car for his first birthday and has spent hours playing with it. He gets fussy being pushed in a stroller but loves to take walks in his car! He likes to steer and pull the key in and out. It is so nice to be able to lock the door so he can't get out. I do wish it had a seat belt though. My son also loves to push the car around the driveway and loves to open and close the gas cap! I am sure when he is walking better he will enjoy walking himself around in the car when we remove the floor boards. I love that he can grow with the car! I highly recommend this car to anyone with an active child!

3-0 out of 5 stars Good Car, but assembly is terrible!
We purchased this car for my 15 month granddaughter. To assemble the car, there are 6 screws that connect the dashboard with the body of the car. I think they are supposed to be self threading, but they are not. We struggled for 20 minutes trying to install the screws before we gave up and bought screws at the hardware store. Even if we had been able to get them in, they would have been too long! Little Tikes has serious assembly problems, and since this is not the first Little Tikes toy that we have had these types of problems with, we will not purchase a little tike toy again! ... I'm disappointed in this toy
I've always loved Little Tikes toys and have been happy with everything I've bought of this brand of toys for my daughter except this one. She does not go high enough to satisfy her, and she is 2 1/2. She got this for Christmas when we got a hole in the Jump-O-Lene and sent it back! We were looking for something to replace that. I thought she could jump high and maybe sway from side to side at the same time, but she can't seem to do that yet. I don't know if she will be able to in the future but her 3 year old cousin can't seem to do both at the same time either and he gets bored with it real fast too. We wasted our money.

not worth the money
I bought this last summer and it has had about 5 minutes of use total. My 5 year old is too heavy for it (it doesn't give him any bounce) and my 2 year old can't touch the ground when he sits on it. Seem that only a very thin, tall child would be able to use it and find it at all entertaining.

WATER!!
Try using water instead of sand it works just as well and takes a fraction of the time!!!

WhirlBounce Rider
My mother bought this for my son for his birthday last year. We just set it up on his birthday this year. We waited so long due to the "sand issue" 90 lbs of sand is a lot of sand. Putting it together was no big deal, but getting the sand in that little hole was a big deal. First we bought sand that was too wet. My son and his friend were dying to get on this thing, so I had to go back out and get 90 lbs of dry sand. Also, it tells you not to get sand in the spinning part, which is impossible because the hole for the sand is 2 inches from the spinning part.
Not very happy at all. And it was expensive. By the way, when it was finally ready to ride, the kids were on it like 2 minutes and were bored.

No fun for the little one
My son recieved this Whirlybounce Rider for Christmas. I thought it would be great for him since he is an only child and he'll be able to bounce around on his own without needing another child on the other end. But no such luck. My son is 3 1/2 and is a large boy for his age and he had no luck being able to bounce around. It's very stiff and too big. I would also say Little Tikes misguessed on age approx. My little newphew who is turning two next month can't touch the ground when he's siting on it. I would say this toy is a big disappointment and DO NOT buy it. And it's not too cheap either. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars A Christmas Wagon
My two year old daughter begged for a Christmas wagon when she was 2 yrs old. A friend bought her this wagon for Christmas, and she beemed with joy! She is six now, and has two other siblings that enjoy the wagon just as much as she does. In fact, this wagon is so roomy, and heavy duty, they can all ride in it at the same time. I highly recommend this wagon to people who are looking for a sturdy, long lasting toy. It's weather proof too! The long handle makes it easy to pull, even if you're an adult. We highly recommend this little tikes wagon.

4-0 out of 5 stars A Good Wagon, but Perhaps Not the Best Choice.
This wagon is overall well designed and extremely durable. It is also relatively lightweight, which makes it easy to load in the back of the station wagon for a trip to the zoo (or wherever). We have had lots of fun with it over the past several years. However, if I were to make the decision over again, I would purchase a wagon with rubber tires. The plastic wheels on this wagon are really noisy when riding along the sidewalks, and going over curbs or other bumps in the road (or gravel pathway) are much rougher and more difficult to maneuver than in a wagon with rubber tires. Granted, my 3-year old has never complained, but I would appreciate the extra benefits of the rubber tires.

My daughter loves this wagon.
Our 2-year-old daughter loves the wagon. Despite being one of the smallest at the store it is huge for us. The large plastic wheels make it easy to pull over mulch (park), grass or dirt. It has plenty of room. I break it down as I have a small trunk, which is easy to do. It steers well and is very easy to clean. We are very happy with this purchase.

5-0 out of 5 stars Love it
Received as a gift and use it frequently for my two kids ages 3 and 6 months! Great for neighborhood walks, malls, etc. Durable and comfortable!

5-0 out of 5 stars we love this wagon!
i walk several miles a day taking kids to school and picking them up. we had a regular red metal wagon that died after only 3 yrs. we picked this one up and we love it. its easy to pull, doesnt hurt your arm, the handle is big enough that if i dont have a kid riding they can held and "help". i fit 3 children in there with no problem and its safe for my 1year old as the side are high. it didnt run me over as i was walking down a hill, i like having that control. also it has rain holes, so no more inches of water in it! it has no educational value but this is a great wagon! ... LOTS OF FUN!!!!!!!!!
I was unsure if my 12-month-old niece would like this puppy rocker due to no electronic buttons or devices for phrases and/or songs, but she actually used her imagination and made up her own songs and phrases as she rocked on it with a great big smile and continues to do so at least once a day.

My 2 girls (2-1/2 and 4) loved this so much, I actually purchased one for them too even though the recommended age is up to 3 years. They too make up their own phrases and songs while they rock on it with great big smiles. It makes me happy to see my kids happy with this toy, it's durability and design, and that it allows kids to use their imaginations.

Cute, but has a lot of competition
My 13 month old ended up with two rocking horses and this puppy at Christmas due to lack of family communication. If she would have only recieved this one, I think it would be used more. One of her ponies sings while she rides it so of course that's her favorite. The only bad thing about this one is she learned almost right away that she can stand on the seat and rock it. It's really low to the ground. I can't leave it in her room unless I'm in there because I don't want her to climb on it and knock a tooth out! But, she does like it. When I bring it out, she keeps saying "puppy, puppy!" and climbs on by herself.

Not very much fun.
I bought this puppy for my daughter's 1st birthday. She is now 18 mos old and still only rides this toy every now and then. It seems like she is not interested because the puppy doesn't rock very much on our carpeted floors. Perhaps this toy is better suited for a non-carpeted surface.

My Grandson's Favorite TOY
I purchased this Big Blue Rocking Dog for my Grandson who is only 8 month old. What a smile on his face when the toy was opened!! He rides his dog everyday and enjoys it. This item can be used until he's 3 years old and is a wonderful present for any child who can crawl and begin to stand. I guarantee it will be a gift enjoyed for a long time!! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect 'First' Car
We bought this for our daughter's first birthday and she loves it! She loves to ride around on it with us pushing her (she hasn't figured out how to push with her feet yet, although she is tall enough) and she also loves to push it around when she isn't on it. The 'car' as we call it is very sturdy and seems like it will hold up well. My only complaint was that the 'some assembly required' was a bit more extensive than I thought it would be. I'm only complaining because I was anxious to get her on it right away and didn't realize it would need quite so much assembly. It wasn't difficult, it just took a few minutes. All in all I would say a very sturdy first ride for your little one and affordable too.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome & indestructible little ride-on!
My two little girls LOVE this ride-on and fight over it all the time, even though my older girl is 4 and technically too big for it. My younger girl started whizzing around the house on it when she was about 9-10 months old -- sometimes with her older sister pushing her, sometimes propelling herself. It has no steering mechanism but that doesn't seem to bother them at all. My older girl likes to load up the back with dolls and toys and take them for rides. The younger one likes to take it outside and try to jump rocks with it (she will no doubt be a mountain biker). They really beat on it but it looks like new (aside from all the stickers they stuck on it). It is VERY stable -- my younger girl likes to stand up on it. Even as a baby she could climb off and on with no problem. I don't think they've ever managed to tip it over, though not for lack of trying. It has crashed into walls and furniture with no ill effects. And it is long enough for TWO children to ride on together! Which is just way too cute. My girls have played with it every day for well over a year now. Definitely worth $20!

5-0 out of 5 stars The most stable baby/toddler car there is. We love it!
I bought this car for half price at a secondhand store and it is THE BEST car for a young child! We have several other types/brands of cars that were given to us and none of them are as stable as this one is. This is the only car that has NEVER tipped over for my child (several other brands have). Also, the seat height is great for my toddler, who has long legs, but it still works well for all of her friends too. It is definitely durable and it rides well on the driveway/gravel as well as on indoor carpet.

I would defnitely pay full price for this product even though I was lucky enough to find it for less.

I highly recommend this brand over any other!

5-0 out of 5 stars Can't do without this toy!
Keanna loves this bike. We were trying to wait until her 1st birthday, but she is trying to walk, so we gave it to her early (11 months). She pushes it, sits on the seat (forward or backward) and rides it, and puts toys on it for a ride. It is so cute. She does try to stand on it so you have to keep a close watch, but it is a great toy that I am sure will get her walking soon.

5-0 out of 5 stars My daughter loves this toy!
My one year old daughter recieved all kinds of toys for christmas. This one is her favorite by far. We can no longer leave the house without her "ike". She pushes it, rides it, and loves it when you push too. She is not yet walking so she use her bike to get around. It is great! ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Don't Bother
We were looking for a push tricycle or bigwheel for our 18 month old.Don't bother with this one.It took me over an hour to put together (and I am the fix-it person in our home)and I ended up making a mistake. When my husband got home, it took him over an hour to get the piece off with brute strength (not kidding) and reassembled. It didn't help that the part was clear and therefore I didn't even see it.Once we started trying to use it, it was too clunky. As the parent, the only control you have is pushing, so if your child, like ours cannot steer yet... you can't really use it for walks. In addition, the height of the canopy/handle is not adjustable - so when using it to push - it was too short for us.If you are under 5'6 maybe it will work for you.My husband after playing with our child for 10 minutes complained of a sore back.We are returning it today.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Ride!
This was an absolutely great gift we got! My son got it for his second birthday. It took me about an hour to put together. Nothing too serious, but a second pair of hands was needed to put the wheels on. (It recommends this in the directions anyway.) Very easy for a child to maneuver, (steering wheel makes smooth turns), and the handle is perfect for a helping push if they can't pedal yet. Fun design, and cool sound effects. My only problem is I have two boys and only one car! I highly recommend this to any liitle boy or girl who loves to "drive" around.

1-0 out of 5 stars cheap!
my daughter got this for her 1st birthday after seriously thinking of returning this item I ended up putting it together.Nightmare!Just a pain to get together.Too many pieces..directions not exactly clear..there is barely a bounce...and doesn't even ride good...I knew I should have just returned it and got something else because after 1 week I put it out in the trash..Im just glad it wasn't my money that I spend. ... Happy Little Rider
My parents bought this item for my son for his 1st birthday. Even though he was unable to get on it at that time He enjoyed seeing the confetti flying around in the bubble. He is now 16mths old and loves getting on and off by himself and riding it all around the house. I have yet to take him outside with it but I am sure he will be fine and enjoy every minute of this little tikes rider. I love seeing my child's face light up with a great big smile everytime he is on it. I highly recommend it.

Disapointed with Little Tikes
My 11 month old received this as a christmas present. He loved the flying confetti in the front but wasn't quite tall enough to ride it yet. (he is 95% in height for his age) My 4 year old (under 50 lbs) was riding it and put his weight on the front handle bars and one of them broke in half. I was very disapointed because Little Tikes has always had durable toys. Needless to say, my 11 month old never even got to ride this toy.

2-0 out of 5 stars A little unsafe.
My daughter was on her Go and Grow Rider when the two front wheels locked up and she went face first on to the ground. I do not know why the wheels locked up, but my little girl has not been on it since.

2-0 out of 5 stars Watch out there they go
I purchased this rider for my nephew for Christmas 2003, at which time he was 18 months old. I recently visited him and at 20 months he knows how to turn on the little glitter dome by himself which makes his eyes sparkle. I really like that he can enjoy riding this in the privacy of his home. I observed kids around his age when I was thinking of purchasing his first ride on toy. I was originally thinking of buying him a tricycle. It seems at this age they are not coordinated enough to ride a toy with pedals. I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to him enjoying it for many days to come. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Incorrect and missing parts packed in box
To whom this may concern.

About two months ago, I purchased from your Enfield store, a piece of sale merchandise, namely "The Wiggles Big Red Car". I purchased it far in advance as it was for my Grandson who is now turning 3 and is a BIG wiggles fan. Tonight, October 1st, my son opened the carton, intending to put it together, and found many parts for another piece of merchandise also sold by Little Tikes, and the instruction manual for the same incorrect piece of merchandise, and the parts that we needed, missing. I am very upset with your quality control. I need this toy for October 4th.....What can be done? I need a correct and complete piece of merchandise, and on time!
I certainly hope that this can and will be corrected as my grandson has been looking forward to his "special" gift for a month now..

1-0 out of 5 stars Horrible product
Getting the wheels connected on this car is awful. The directions say to pound a spike through the holders. Good luck getting them off without breaking at least one. A horrible product for a kid's toy.

1-0 out of 5 stars very good toy
This is one one the best toys I have ever bought for my daughter. this keeps her busy for hours inside and out.

1-0 out of 5 stars Cute and fun but hard to get out of.
I have 2 year old twin boys who are HUGE Wiggles fans! I just had to get them this car when I saw it. They love it, but have an awful time getting out of it once inside. I wish they had put a door in it like the cozy coupe. Most toddlers love to be independent, and mine get SO frustrated when they cant get in and out of this car on their own. So, be prepared for your little one(s) to yell for help if you buy this cute car. Good luck and enjoy.

1-0 out of 5 stars WIggles fanatic
My son will be 2 years old on May 19, and he has been a Wiggle fan since he was about 9 months. He knows the songs, the dances, the characters. He has every Wiggle toy except Murray's guitar (he has another brand that came with a keyboard also)and this car (but the car is on it's way for his birthday). He has truly amazed everyone with his ability to talk and memorize-due to the Wiggles. I think anyone who has a child that likes the Wiggles-needs this car. Anything that reinforces memory, imagination, verbal skills, motor skills, and genuine physical activity at the same time deserves 5 stars. According to his doctor this kind of TV watching is OK. I can't wait until he see's his new car. ... Read more

What's with the Pink!!!!!
It looks like there are red/blue and Pink/purple cars why is color choice not an option when ordering? I'm very disappointed that now I have to return the car and try to shop around the stores with twin 18mths old boys for the correct color car.

It's pink!!!!
This toy is completely misrepresented. It completely looks red online. This is a pink car. Pink is for girls, not for my nephew!!!

My 1 Year Old Loves This
We got this car and it IS red, blue and yellow. My son loves it! It came with letter stickers to personalize the license plate on the back. He sits in it for hours and rides around the kitchen-by far it is his favorite toy. My son has banged this all over the house and it still looks brand new.

Pink can be for boys, too
Let's move into the 21st century...pink is one of my husband's favorite colors. Just becasue the car is pink does NOT mean it's just for girls.

Shocked that it was PINK!!!
I bought this for my son for Christmas, just last week and it arrived today, I was shocked to see that it was pink. They should mention that it is for girls, because boys do not ride in pink cars. My husband told me that his son is not going to ride in that car. Now I have to go through the trouble returning it. ... Read more

With its sturdy plastic construction and lack of wheels to get in the way of moving legs, this Hoppin' Scoot Rider is a good choice for children who are too young for a tricycle and too small for a Big Wheel. The rider has a nice big handle for little ones to grab, and the wide wheelbase offers plenty of stability on cement, hardwood, or carpet. The Scoot Rider can be used indoors or out and is designed to roll forward gradually when a child bounces in the seat. The rider's flex-and-roll movement works very well, but parents should be aware that this pintsize ride-on does make a fair amount of noise as it moves. Adult assembly required. --Chris Burns ... 4-0 out of 5 stars 2 Years and Up
I read the other reviews and wanted to comment that it's important to bear in mind that the suggested age range on a toy is just that; a suggestion. It's also an estimate. We bought two of these toys for our twins for Christmas (they were 18 months old). They didn't understand the toy and weren't strong enough to bounce on it. We decided to take one back to the store and put one in the attic for later. They are now 22 months old. I pulled the toy out of the attic two days ago and they loved it! They fought over who's turn it was to ride, so I guess we will have to go buy another one. Anyway, the point is, if your 1.5 year old can't operate the toy, just put it away until he's a little older. He'll love it when he is bigger and stronger.

My kids love it!
My mother-in-law asked permission to buy this toy for my preschoolers last Christmas. After reading the reviews, I was a bit leery. I finally told her that she was welcome to purchase them, on the condition that she assemble them first, and that they would be outside toys.

My kids have LOVED these riders. I have three preschoolers, ages 2, 3, and 4. They can all work them quite easily and seem to really enjoy them. They are a bit loud, but if you keep them outside, that's not a big deal.

Great as long as you don't install the noise maker!
Having a daycare, I thought this would be a great buy and a lot of fun. This toy is both-but I must say that 3 of them in the kitchen was over 90 decibels! We took the noise makers out and put the riders back together with hubs from the hardware store. But I must say it would have been a lot easier to leave out the noisy part on the first assembly.

The riders go together with a moderate amount of frustration but they are tight and safe. And my kids just love 'em!!

An OK Toy
I bought this for my son when he was about 16 months old. He is a real jumper and thought it would be fun, you bounce to make it go. He hasn't bothered it since we bought it. He doesn't like the loud noise it makes and it barely moves when you bounce on it..waste of our money in my opinion.

new years noise maker
I'm a master carpenter and it took at least a half an hour to assemble. It does not roll forward when my kids bounce on it and it runs over their feet when they push it. It is SO LOUD. ... Read more

The Cozy Cruiser isn't the Cadillac of kiddie strollers, to be sure, but it certainly qualifies for Saturn status. This safe, reliable, well-designed stroller can either trail along behind a bicycle or be pushed ahead by steadily pounding feet. The 3-foot-long, 2-foot-wide jogger features a durable nylon-mesh sling-style seat that's big enough for one strapping tyke (or two tiny ones). A five-point, clip-and-hook harness system keeps occupants safely inside the craft at all times. They won't feel trapped, though, thanks to large side windows and a mesh "windshield" with a thoughtful roll-down cover to fend off the elements. In jogger mode, a foam-padded handlebar lets you do the pushing, while a James Bond-style hideaway wheel pops out in front. The jogger converts into a trailer in a snap, leaving no leftover parts, since the front wheel tucks under and the handlebar snaps down behind. The whole affair collapses easily for transport in the trunk of a car.--Paul Hughes ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars love it!
I absolutely love this product. I purchased it last week for my 2 year old twin boys. I've taken them bike riding every night since! The product is sturdy and comfortable and pulls along effortlessly. I do not find a problem with lumps in the tires as some of your other reviewers claim, however, I did take the advice in the directions, and did not over inflate them. I love it as a bike trailer, but must admit, I have not used it as a jogging stroller yet, so I can't comment on that.

We have eleven month old twins and a 8 and a 7 year old. Always love to ride bikes as a family. Bought this item because of price and product description. Husband loves to jog with older kids. Wanted something which would serve both activities. Big Mistake. Trailer is a nightmare to hook-up to bike. Connection is not secure. Rear wheels do not move to go around corners. Had to ride in the street in order to make a wide turn. Not safe. Directions were very difficult to understand for assembly. Bike pedals were always scraping against the connection. I was not very comfortable with my children in the trailer. I was always afraid the trailer would tip over. Returned item to the store and exchanged for a better item. Had store assemble new item and demonstrate connection. We now have a Burley Trailer and we love it. More expensive but more durable and safe. With the first trailer, we got what we paid for. I wonder if the manufacturer even tested this trailer to check for problems? What were they thinking?

2-0 out of 5 stars Fun ... but a pain!
Our daughter loves her Cozy Cruiser, which we use as a trailer but not as a jogging stroller ... fortunately, however, she wasn't around for the two hours it took her pitiful parents to put this thing together! The instructions are solely picture-based and are extremely vague - we had some pieces in and out 4 or more times. The mechanism which connects the trailer to the bike is poorly designed - you could easily use three people just to attach the bike to the trailer - one to support the bike, one to support the trailer bar and one to hook the connector to the bike - but usually there's only one parent available during the day so you have to fumble around trying to attach it. We're also a little concerned with the durability of the connection. Obviously the designers thought you'd only hook it up once, then leave it in your garage ... well, we live in a townhouse with no garage and a small patio so the bike & trailer have to come inside every night and be disconnected ... not too convenient. Once assembled, though, a great product which allows parent and child a lot of fun and freedom.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great product that adds to your workout!
This is a really great product. It's extremly durable, like most Little Tykes products. Using it as a trailer was easy. It's easy to switch from trailer to stroller. Folded it does not take up much space. The only problem I found with it is the way it handles as a stroller. As long as you are going straight there's not much effort in pushing it. Taking turns is a bit difficult.

2-0 out of 5 stars My 1st jogger stroller
I bought this jogger about 1 1/2 years ago. I have two children 11 months apart and I wanted something that didn't cost a lot that I could run/walk with and pull with my bike if I wanted. It is hard to run with since it does pull to the left. Ane yes, you do have to pop a wheelie when going around turns, but I just figured I'd build up muscles that way. My kids love the stroller and now they are 3 and 4 years old and just starting to outgrow it a little. The tires don't inflate well and there are big lumps in each one when fully inflated so the stroller doesn't roll smoothly. It takes a lot of time to put together. It is very sturdy but not compact. Unless you have a huge trunk in your car or a van or something like that, then it is pretty much impossible to take with you. I was not very happy with the trailer attachment. It didn't clamp down well on the bike so it came lose and was a pain to pull. It would slide down and as my pedal came up it would hit the attachment. I only pulled it 2 times. But in all, for the money...it works for me. I still use it now. ... Read more
