An Awesome Ride
This is the best toy in the neighborhood! Everybody loves it. I have never seen my kids play with something for so long. We bought it in August and in December they still want to play everyday. It is well worth the $.. investment.

INCREADABLE FUN !
My siblings loved this zipline,they would like to see the wire that you practicaly fly on extended by fifty feet.I think then if that came to be they would HAVE to give this product 100 stars.

Fun ride deluxe is enjoyable.
We had the classic version and then moved up to the deluxe. It was fine while it lasted...young teenage boys managed to jam it so it won't roll. But we're thinking about another one soon. While it ran it was enjoyed by one and all.

Snapped Screw on Zip Line!
We've enjoyed this product for a year, but yesterday a visiting friend had an accident caused by this "Fun" Ride. The end peice shown, an oval with two screws, that you use to tighten the line, snapped when a trim 7 year old boy was on it. This should have held a grown man! We got the deluxe, just to be on the safe side with weight of users. He got a deep cut on top of his head, a bruise, and obviously a scare. This is not how I like to spend our playdates, and his father had to leave work. My husband put this toy together, he is a skilled craftsman, it wasn't put together incorrectly. I have yet to inform the company of this accident at our home, (that is why I logged on today, to get their info) but I hope that they address the problem. Good luck, and be careful.

Where's the extra large grown up version?
Santa placed this great gift under the tree for my very active 7 1/2 y/o son. He received the black model, which appears to be identical to the purple other than the color of the platform. He's been practically bouncing off the walls ever since he opened them. In reality he gets between 6" to about 2 feet off the ground depending on how hard he jumps.

The base is very heavy duty, and looks very similar to an automatic lawn sprinkler valve box. There is a foot platform suspended in the middle of the base by way of heavy rubber or polyurethane bands. The bands run through slots in the platform and attach at either side of the base by hooking over some plastic teeth surrounding the outisde of the base. There are 12 points of attachment for each foot platform.

Some assembly is required, the most difficult thing is stretching the bands. Santa's elves pre-assembled my son's so they'd be ready to go as soon as he got them. I think he could have put it together himself in about 5 minutes.

The set comes with a 1lb bag of bands that are used in increments up to 5 per platform slot to accommodate the 60 - 160 + lb weight rating of the user. The 1lb bag of bands had 50 total bands. The weight chart on the instruction sheet lists up to 5 per slot, which would equate to 60 bands, so I'm guessing there must be replacement/upgrade bands available.

1 band per slot = 60 lbs or less
2 bands per slot = 60 - 100 lbs
3 bands per slot = 100 - 130 lbs
4 bands per slot = 130 - 160 lbs
5 bands per slot = 160 + lbs

I think the real limit with the design is the size of the user's foot. I have a size 14, and weigh 200lbs so I can't try it out. :-( It looks like a lot of fun, and my son has been having a blast with it.

It's a pretty simple toy, but my son loves it. Some times simple things are better. In fact he's been using it more than the Playstation 2 games he wished so much for.

Might as well JUMP!

THE INCREDIBLE "MOON SHOES!"
This is an excellent toy! It teaches chilren how it feels to be able to walk on the moon. But at the same time, it is as fun as having a 25 scoops of peanut-butter ice-cream!

P.S.~ This toy is even at the flight museum in Seattle. Aand oh yeah, I am 10. I don't know if that really means anything if I am 10 though, but it might! And thanks for making this fabulause toy!

Umm..I can barely jump on this thing
Well, first of all..I'm 13 so I guess I'm probably out of the weight range for these things now..but nonetheless, I still think these dont work very well. For little kids, these shoes help with balancing skills..and I have to admit they're pretty awesome on a trampoline (i did almost sprain my ankle tho). On the ground, though, they're just loud, heavy, shoes that clonk around. I wouldn't really recommend buying these though. They're kind of pointless and will probably end up under a pile of junk in your garage.

Pretty set to look at, hard to use.
My son is 19 months old. He had a "cheap" set of clubs that he could swing well and he connected with the ball every time, like a little pro. But this "cheap" set fell apart so we thought we would get a better, more expensive set because he plays golf practically all day. We got this set and have quickly discovered that he has a difficult time using the set. The clubs are too heavy and the rubber on the ends of them skid against the floor making it difficult for him to swing properly to connect with the ball. Not the best set. Pretty, but not functional. Now we are going to have to spend more money to buy a new set so he can continue to improve his game.

20 month old son Loves it
Simply put - my son loves this toy even at 20 months old. My golf nut husband thinks this is great. He can actually swing the club and occassionally hit the ball. I am sure he'll be at the driving range this summer! Watch out Tiger! ... Read more

Great fun.
My two kids love this thing. We have had it for a month now and they use it everyday. After a month the line was starting to slack and when I tightened the nut on the u shaped cable lock the stud broke. I was using a cordless screwdriver at the time and didn't think the thing would break it.

Better quality materials would be nice.

Hard to set up
We bought this, and althought it's a great toy, it is NOT easy to set up properly. Assembling the trolly bar and stringing the cable wire was a bit tricky, but could be done (although we had to make a trip to Home Depot to buy the nuts and washers that were left out package by mistake). But the problem was that you simply can't get the wire tight enough to make it go well. If it's not tight enough (taut), then the ride sags when the child gets on, and it won't "go." We tried pulling and pulling, and are going to try to locate and borrow an electric winch to pull it tight enough so it will work. Shouldn't be this hard to install . . .

Fun Swing
Great toy, especially when the kids have friends over. They love to get in line and take turns using it. Requires a little parent involvement as it is more fun if the parent pushes when they first get on it.

Need more information on purchase
This seemed to be well put together and would do the job fine except it was not stated anyware that I saw as to the weight the zip line was for. Rated at only 100 pounds was not enough of a weight limit for this child. This information should be published in the advertisment.

I bought this toy 5 years ago and my children and their friends still go to it first in the backyard . It's fun,fast and safe and great exercise too. Ours has been through the wringer with 5 children and friends and other than replacing the pulleys after 4 years and tightening the cable it has withstood the elements. The innovative hover disc is a cross between a frisbee and a balloon. Made of very lightweight materials, the disc has a circumference of approximately 34 inches. Even before you add air or helium the disc will fly through the air not unlike a like a large, flat frisbee. But add helium or air and you can make the disc perform unusual tricks with a little bit of practice. Better than a Frisbie
It's great for children 3 and up because it's easy to throw and is much safer and easier to catch. However, the durability of the product is poor because the rim around the disk is wire wrapped with mylar and rips/tears very easily when you throw it because that's where you grab on to it to toss. It should be re-inforced. Also, if you have trees on your property or many bushes, the disk can get torn easily when it lands in the trees/bushes.

Fun for a day!
The hover disc is alot of fun! It's awesome, never has my family experienced playtime like this ever(especially when the breeze catches it). The only thing we don't care for, is it doesn't hold helium-for only a day. So the next day, it's due for a refill.

Frustrating not Fun
I first started playing laser tage back when the original models were first out. The Gotcha Extreme model tries to improve on the old design, but in this it fails. The Gotcha Extreme's main flaw is in its complexity. The added features only make the gun less durable and more frustrating. The 'improved' target is ridiculously hard to hit because it bounces around to much. Simply put, dont buy this version, it lacks the ruggidness and fun of the old models.

WOW! Very Good
I read sveral reviews on the toy and thought they were great. I decided to buy two sets so that my 2 friends and brother could play. I read several reviews claiming that the gun was bad and that you couldn't hit something one foot away. That's wrong. I played the game and found that the infared beam can actually go through card board boxes and even your hand! Therefore covering your target will not work. Here are the pros and cons.
PROS:
1. 350 foot range!
2. No laser (it won't hurt your eyes)
3. Max Blast setting (counts as 3 hits)
4. Energy Blast Shield setting! (protects you for 5 seconds)
5. Convenient grip and triggers!
6. Simple to use.
7. Shoots through cardboard and hands!

CONS:
1. Not the most accurate laser tag gun.
2. Triggers are too far apart.
3. Difficult to reset gun after game. Multiple tries needed.
4. Made out of plastic (be careful)
5. No back target.

So, the Gotcha Extreme is an excellent laser tag sysyem. It's ability to use Max blasts and shields makes it well worth the money.

A really FUN toy!
When me ad my two brothers got this toy it was really hard to understand. But after a copule games of getting use to it was great!! Now we just can't wait to get another set of them so we can play TEAM battle. Ages 11, 9, 6

Note: The 6 year old had a hard time by his self but after we taught him it was ok becuse he has played many times at Laser Quest (in Danver, MA, Six Gun City (a theme park with a laser tag game in it.

It was a good...
Ok the lazer extreme thing is a fun game for kids from like 9 to 15. It has good features, such as the 350 feet+ range for shooting. Also the shield is pretty good. Me and my brother have a lot of fun with the game and we have had it for about 1 1/2 years and it still works good. The only bad feature is that you need 6 batteries, but thats no biggie. They say you have to be lucky with it, i dont think so, i think they just stink at shooting. Once you get good it is hard to miss the target, and you can do it inside or outside, plus you get some exersise...

I received this toy awhile back and I was psyched when I was setting it up and reading through the manual. My brother, sister, and I went outside and started at maybe 50 feet from each other taking turns shooting at each other. It turns out 9/10 times we ended up less than 10 feet away from each other shooting at the vests and somehow still missing. The accuracy and range of the guns I found to be extremely poor. This was not the first time however I noticed this. I also owned the original laser challenge set with the basic guns and vests and had same problem. Perhaps I just really unlucky and get faulty sets, otherwise this is a toy I do not recommend unless you wanna waste your money on something that barely works. ... Read more
