Not worth the money!!
My son wanted this toy so bad, it was all he talked about for weeks!! He cleaned his room every day until he had saved enough money to buy it and was so excited when we got it home - until he opened it up and started playing with it. It's hard to transform and once you get it transformed into the T-Rex it will NOT stand up and if you touch it it pops apart back into the Power Ranger. He was so upset and got really angry and told me that the people who made it were "dumb" and that he should have gotten the Raptor Cycle, and I had to agree.(...)it's a piece of poorly constructed crap! I think the company should be ashamed for producing a product like this.

Easily Breakable
I bought this toy for our 4 year old as a reward after some blood tests at the doctor's office. About two minutes after he received it, he accidentally dropped it. The dinosaur head broke off. It's a pretty cheap toy which will most likely lead to irritation and disappointment.

Disappointed Little Boy
We just bought this today. It is extremely difficult to transform the Power Ranger into a "Dino", and once it does work, you can barely play with it before it just pops and transforms back into the Power Ranger. Great Item much better than Green
This figure is great, no complains if I really were to have one it would just be:

The hoister is not that strong to hold his gun but then that applies to all the ranger figures except red.

This figure like the rest comes with 2 weapons: a gun that can be fixed onto his hand or be rested in his hoister, and an armour piece that can be fixed onto his left or right hand.

I think this figure is great it ranks in 3rd for me after Red and Yellow because he was great but not as good as yellow and Red mainly because his light feature didn't shine right through his helmet because of his dark shade of blue.

I would recommend this figure to you if you are buying this for collectors' purposes and if you just want another Power Rangers figure.

I also recommend collecting the other light patrol figures, because each ranger comes with a unique armour piece which can be put together to create a great body armour.

This figure like the rest is very posable and you can pose him in different ways.

2nd Best SPD Light Patrol Figure
This figure is overall the 2nd best Light Patrol figure. I love it because they made him really durable, they did a great job on his visor and helmet and he comes with 2 great weapons and a durable hoster while the other Light Patrol rangers just come with a small hook that doesn't seem that durable.

He is really "show" accurate compared to the Green light patrol ranger, because they did a really bad job on the green ranger's visor.

His light feature is really good because his color is a light shade so the light shines through his whole helmet.

He comes with 2 armour pieces that clips on to each leg that also doubles as 2 swords. Collect all the Light Patrol rangers and you can put all the armour pieces that come with each ranger to create a great armoured ranger.

You might be a bit disappointed because he doesn't come with much weapons compared to the previous figures from the different series but over all it's worth the money you spend on this figure.

Just on a negative note there are some minor bad paint jobs but it's hardly noticeable so you need not worry.

Collect all the SPD light patrol rangers and you will be really happy because the set of SPD figures are really awesome and they go well together.

Took It Right Back!
We just bought this toy for our five year old son. It looks really cool in the box, but was not any fun. It was too hard for him to put together by himself, and the pieces did not lock together very well. We've only been home for an hour and have put it back in the box to take it back. Very dull, useless toy!
I ordered this toy for my 5-year old son after he had seen it repeatedly on television. What a waste of money. This huge, bulky, awkwark dino thing does nothing. He was bored with it after 5 minutes. On t.v. it looked alot more exciting. It was extremely hard to snap the head on and the t-rex face on the front. It does not stand without falling over every couple of minutes. Best Light Patrol out of the 5
I recommend you get this figure, because this is one of the very few figures that are very accurate to the original figure pictured on the box.

The figure comes with a light feature that can be accessed when the button on her belt is pressed. She also comes with 3 weapons: a gun that can be fixed on her hand or rested on her holster and 2 feet armour pieces for her right and left feet.

As for the figure it self, I have to say they did a great paint job and it's very articulate. You won't be sorry because this is one of the very rarest figures along with Pink light patrol and Krybot.

You don't normally catch female figures on Amazon.ca or in stores so get them while you still can't and don't miss out because you will be sorry later when you decide to start a collection of Light patrol rangers.

Collect all light patrol rangers and you will be able to create the ultimate armour when all armour pieces are combined on a figure.

GREAT FIGURE!!
This figure is great and awesome!! This is a very rare moment where Amazon is selling a female ranger which is usually very rare.

This figure comes with a great light feature that shines right through her helmet, she comes with 3 weapons: a gun which can be fixed to her hand or rested on her holster, she comes which this baton like weapon and a armour vest and a cannon that can be fixed onto the vest.

You must get this figure don't miss out, because this figure is very rare mainly because it's a female figure and it's only released 1/10 (10 being the guy rangers red, blue and green).

The only complaint that might be is the same that relies for Blue, Green and Yellow which is the hoister not being that durable.

If you are planning to start a collection, this is where you should start because you might not get another chance to find this figure, so don't miss out!!

I love this figure and it is tons of fun along with the other figures.

Wings Disappointed me
I wanted the Turbo Tri Battle Wind Ranger, but they were all sold out. So I got this one which is close, same figure with different amour. I was actually kind of disappointed when I saw the box picture of the figure; it showed the figure with nice large wings, while to see the wings were not even that big. I got it today so far I think it is cool, the ranger in battle mode is cool, I haven't tried to put it together in as a bird, so I can't really comment on that part. It's true there are some parts like the wings or his boots that don't stay well, they just fall off. His sword is very attractive and cool I like that. For me the parts falling off are not a problem, because he is going to just be on display in my room with the 6 ninja flash rangers. But changing the modes isn't that easy, you have to follow instructions. That can be a head ache. But these armored rangers are really cool, and fun just dismantling the amour and putting it together is the not so fun...

Tri-Battilized Red Wind Ninja Storm Ranger
To Start with, this toy is a fun toy. However there are a few problems with it such as the wings almost always fall off in battle armor mode unless pushed in very tightly and the same thing goes for the shoes (only in battle armor mode). However If you don't mind these type of things you should get along very well with the toy. The sword has a shiny red handle(which my cousin liked) and when the armor is in 2nd warrior mode, you can use the peg on it's wrist to put in the hole of the sword making a sort of "wrist-blade" which I kind of used as a sword missile.
The zord mode really looks like a hawk and the wings don't fall out as much as in battle armor mode which is good. Overall this toy is a fun toy.
