Editorial Review

Here's the best way to keep your little princess safe while riding her bicycle or rollerblading. This bicycle safety kit for girls includes a highly visible pink helmet and bright pink-and-purple knee and elbow pads adorned with Disney's three most popular princesses--Snow White, Cinderella, and the Little Mermaid--plus a clip-on bike bell with a loud ring. Parents will feel comfortable knowing that the helmet is lined with expanded polystyrene foam that provides the maximum impact absorption if kids have a fall. The liner is protected by a durable hard-plastic outer shell. The helmet also has a built-in sun visor, air circulation vents to prevent overheating, and customizable pads for creating a snug fit so the helmet grows with your child. The knee and elbow pads are made of soft, comfortable nylon and have hard-plastic guards on the exterior for extra protection. Pads secure in back of knees or elbows with two Velcro tabs. The bicycle helmet complies with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's standards for riders ages 5 and older. --Cristina Vaamonde ... Read more

ugly and useless
the helmats are in a weird shape and the pats are so stiff they cant work
but the bells cool

Not the greatest...
The look is very cute, but the helmet and bell are probably the most durable pieces and they aren't too great. The knee & elbow pads are useless because they don't bend at all and are pretty dinky. The bell is nice and easy to use, but the plastic that the screw screws into is pretty soft and the screw won't tighten very well but we got it tight enough to stay for the most part but it keeps slipping down. The helmet is ok, but when I pulled it out of the box one of the plastic pieces that was glued/stickered to the foam popped off and I had to stick it back on - though I haven't had problems with it since she's only had it for 2 days and I have a feeling I will. Overall not the best quality and I will probably end up purchasing something different down the road when this falls apart.

I would buy this again!
I have a three year old that has a larger head than most toddlers so we had to step up to this pack when looking for the whole safety pack to go with her new scooter and bike.

The helmet has plenty of adjustments so that you can fit it just right. As far as the knee pads and elbow pads go, they work for us and my daughter doesn't hesitate to put them on before going for a ride.

Of course, she loves that they are Disney Princess too!

DO NOT BUY
I purchased this item for my daughter. The helmet did not fit that great. And the knee and elbow pads are usless being as stiff as a board and my daughter could not even use them.. I ended up throwing them out. May I suggest that you just go to a proffesional bike shop like I ended up doing. Your kids saftey is worth it!
Hope this helps!!

Helmet falls apart
I bought 2 of the Disney Princess helmets and they both broke within a couple of months. On one of the helmets the entire plastic covering fell off and on the other the glue holding the straps to the styrofoam didn't work. While these helmets are cute they are not worth the money. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Bad Idea.....
Hey, everyone don't buy them. After 25 minutes into a skating party at a local Roller rink they broke 2 of the 8 wheels altogather feel off save your MONEY.

5-0 out of 5 stars courts review
These skates are very fun and probably last longer than any other skate but u have to take care of them or they won't!It's not that educational and probably wont improve your thinking skills unless u count not falling and turning and stuff educational!

4-0 out of 5 stars Chicago Roller Skates
I purchased three pair of these skates over two years ago.My Children are team skating now and these skates are great.I read the other reviews and was surprised. As for durability....If these skates can be put to the test during their skate team which practices some pretty fancy foot work, then I would have to rate them an A+ for durability...

1-0 out of 5 stars terrible product
Please, Please do not purchase this product it is awful.I purchased this for my daughter's birthday and gave her a skate party and would you believe the things broke 30 minutes after putting theme on for the first time.My daughter fell and was injured because the wheels completely broke off.

1-0 out of 5 stars Poor Quality
I would not recommend this product to anyone. First of all they're described as "unisex", but when I received them, they were in a mens size. The second and most important reason I would not recommend these skates is the poor quality. I ordered these for my daughter and two friends as Christmas gifts. It is now only two weeks into January, and two of the three pairs ordered are already broken. Some of my daughter's other friends received the same brand of skates for Christmas as well, and most have broken as well. Save your money! ... Read more

wrong age info for this product!
These skates only fit up to a size 11 shoe (NOT size 12), so your child will outgrow them by the time he is 4 or 5, not 8! Tentative types will outgrow them before they learn to skate.

These ARE the skates
Our 2 1/2 year old loves these skates! They give him the balance he needs to "play hockey". The skates are easy to put on and take off. They also seem durable. I tried another pair of ready to learn "in-line" skates, but it was a waste of time, energy and tears of frustration....if you want your toddler to learn to skate and fun doing so these are the skates to buy! In fact, his cousin will be receiving a pair for her birthday!

The Best For Young Skaters!!!
These are the best skates I have found on the market for the young enthusiast. I bought my 5 year old son a pair of the Fisher Price learn to inline skates for Christmas and my 3 year old these. The Learn to inline skates have faulty closures that will not stay done, they were not worth the money, these however are the best!! I ended up throwing the learn to's out and buying a second set of these. THESE ARE THE BEST!!! You will not be disappointed. If you are trying to decide between these and the learn to inline skates, don't even waste your time with the others, get these.

Great pair of skates!
My 2 1/2 year old son recently became obsessed with skating & skateboarding, so we decided to buy him these skates. They are perfect for just starting out - he was skating around after just a couple of minutes, and now says he's "ready to play hockey".
These skates are very easy to get on & off, and make it very easy for kids to learn to skate. They look like rollerblades, so they are just like the "big kids" version, but they have that extra wheel in the back to help keep a little more balance.
My only complaint is that he now wants to skate every day!!

Fun skates
These are great first skates. I was skeptical when my not quite 2 year old son showed a huge interest in skating. We got these skates when he was 22 months old and he was able to scoot around in them immediately. We skipped stage 1 (wheels don't roll) and went immediately to stage 2 (wheels roll forward but not backward). I was planning on holding his hands and pulling him around. He'd have nothing to do with it and was skating on his own within 10 minutes. It's nice to know that these skates will grow with him, both in shoe size and skating ability. My son loves these skates and I think they are perfect for learning. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Wow this thing Rocks!!!
I bought This ramp about a month ago. It has been really fun to jump off, of or do tricks with a bike, skateboard, or rollerblades. My friends and myself who have gone off this ramp have discovered(well not discovered but you know what I meen)that it is very easy to fall or slip on this ramp and that really hurts. So I reccomened you wear something to help break your fall if you do fall or just be careful.
Now lets talk about the BAD things about this ramp. First of all the grips slip and break VERY easily so you end up having to put screwdrivers or some medal pole to keep it from slipping. It gets scratches on it very easily too.
But the ramp is still very fun what product dosent have a few misshaps.
I urge you to buy this ramp its a very good ramp one of the best I've seen.

Nice Ramp
I think this ramp is sweet. It's true that after about a couple months the bottom grip wares off. What I do is put a towel under it and it wont slide. You can also try a cinder block. Its good for beginner's and pro's. If you are a biker you can get long distances. My record is 9ft with a bike! It is also good for rollerbladers who are beginners. What you have to be good at is skateboarding. It took me about 6 months to ollie off of it. It's awesome if you can do that. Or you can just roll of the end. I would reccomend this ramp to anyone who wants to learn to get big air on blades, bikes, or boards. Its a great ramp.

A good ramp
This is not a bad ramp if your looking for something to play around with. I got mine when I was 8 or 9 and the sticky stuff on the bottom has worn off, so now I'v got put a brick in front of it to keep it from moving.

great buy!!!
this ramp is the best!ive had it for about 3 years and i learned about 100 tricks on this thing and prefected them.
it's really durable but if you have a paved street it sometimes
does slide but only about a 3 in. slide and thats if you get caught under the ramp.this is great buy for everyone!!!!

Get this toy for your son
This is the best ramp i ever rode. the not so great thing is
that it's undernethe grip don't last to long and i had to buy another grip.So I reccomend to get a spare grip ... Read more
