good product
Made of heavy plastic, there doesn't appear to be any removeable parts. I bought my son this, but only paid $9.99 for it at Target's.

Good set -
This is a good set; it gets you the new figure of Brainiac.However, when I purchased it from Amazon, the picture wasn't up yet.I wasn't aware that the Martian Manhunter was going to be "invisible."It's alright, I just hope my son isn't disappointed at Christmas because he doesn't look like the normal Manhunter.The paint holds up moderately well on these figures, and the material could stand to be a little sturdier.Superman in particular has pretty bendy legs. ... The artist Michaelangelo was probably never known as the light-hearted jokester of the Renaissance but that is the role of his namesake in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In this action figure version of Mike, he totes his weapon of choice, a set of nunchakus, and wears his customary orange mask as well as a snarling smile that manages to make him look both happy-go-lucky and still vaguely menacing. When bent back, a spring-loaded mechanism catapults Mike forward in a flip (that was perfectly executed every time we tried it). A breakaway wall with imitation bricks below a set of fake trees is also included. Besides being the Turtles' resident jokester, we are also told by the packaging that Michaelangelo is the peacemaker of the troupe which seems odd given all the nunchaku swinging and wall breaking but in a world where turtles become ninjas, anything is possible. --Charlie Williams ... We're not entirely sure what kind of brawl Donatello from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is engaged in here but apparently it somehow involves a pagoda. In this action figure rendition of the perennially popular series, Donatello is given a breakaway wall that seems to be from a traditional Japanese building. And apparently his battle has been a victorious one since he is able, thanks to some effective low-tech spring-loaded abilities, to do an effective cartwheel. Don, as he is more commonly known to the rest of the turtles, is equipped with a couple of bo staffs that are fused to his back and a couple more that he can hold in his hands. Don is far from being a non-violent toy, even though he is ostensibly a force for good, and parents should be aware of the Turtles' brawling nature. --Charlie Williams ... Read more

my son was so excited!
My son a is big superman fan!He was so excited when he got this for his 6th birthday.It can be a bit noisy, but that fact that he enjoys it so much makes the noise worth it.I would recommend this toy for any little boy who likes pretending to be a superhero.

Kids love it.....I hate it!
Beware, this is a very annoying toy! It makes a lot of noise with no volume control! Let me also say that usually loud toys do not bother me, but this one does! If it had a mute or volume button, it would be an awesome toy.

Both of my 4 year old boys love this action figure. Superman's cape blows like he is flying (and makes a loud wind sound), his arms move up and down (and makes a loud smashing sound) and his eyes light up for x-ray vision (and makes a loud ray sound).

Unfortunately, he seems very durable! He flys solo down the stairs and off the furniture and hasn't broken yet. Both boys want to play with him and they fight over who's turn it is; but I find it so annoying that I refuse to buy a second one.

Grandma wonders why Superman hasn't lost his batteries or just completely disappeared, but they really love him. My solution is to make them play with it outside or in the basement so I don't have to hear it. ... Read more

History will decide many centuries from now if the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had the same level of long-lasting impact on global cultural history as did the Renaissance artists for which they are named, but having stuck around through many years in the capricious and fashion-dependent world of action figures, such a lasting legacy would not be surprising. This figure features Leonardo, the leader of the group donning his traditional blue mask and trademark sneer that indicates a readiness for combat. Leo is spring-loaded and, once pushed down in a certain way, will ably execute a back flip. He comes equipped with a sword, some spiky knuckles, and a breakaway fake brick wall. Parents who are wary of violent toys will continue to shop elsewhere but Turtle Power will likely be with us for years to come. --Charlie Williams ... Read more

Wolverine--what an original idea!
This is the BEST Wolverine figure to date. Well worth the money. ToyBiz actually went to the effort of making sure his claws are relatively straight when he comes out of the package. Amazing when you think about it. Don't think about the fact that, next to Spiderman, Wolverine is probably the most over-produced character in the Marvel Universe. And, when he is made, his claws always look like corkscrews. Or they don't look like his claws at all. Never mind the fact that he was already done in the Marvel Legends line of figures in 2 different ways. Possibly more in the works. Personally, I think ToyBiz could have put a different X-men character in this first series of figures. But, I guess they don't believe we are sick of Wolverine yet. My apologies to those who love the character. I love him, too. But, let's get something or someone new in there. Or, at least, more of the rare characters like Archangel. ... Read more
