When Toy Story's Woody gets behind an idea--or the wheel of a Tonka truck--watch out! Anything can happen. Andy's fire truck has been transformed into a wacky rescue vehicle, complete with fire hose (with its own holster), retractable lasso, extendable ladder, and rescue tarp. Along with his buddy Lenny and an army of plastic men, cowboy hero Woody is ready to tackle any toy emergency. Fans of the Toy Story movies will get a kick out of pushing around this 8-inch-long truck, getting into adventures with a bendable 3-inch-tall Woody figure, the circle of seven connecting army men, and Lenny (the walking binoculars). Editorial Review

Decked out in his customary cowboy hat, yellow check shirt, blue jeans, and red handkerchief, this Sheriff Woody rag doll sports a drawstring on the back to make him talk ("Hey there, buckaroo! Have you seen Zurg?"), though unfortunately the Toy Story (B000059XUT) star is a little hard to hear. Woody looks just like he did in the hit movie, with arms and legs as skinny as string beans. Accompanying him is his trusted pal Lenny, who doubles as his special spy binoculars, and two little, green army men. "Mom, Buzz needs Woody to play with!"
Shame we lost Woody's hat a week after we bought it. But other than that, my 4 year old loves it. Still one of his favorite toys (Buzz is another one).

3 yr old can break it
My 3 1/2 yr old son got this for a present for being completely potty trained and loves it. He did manage to break the part that makes him talk or wear out the batteries ( not sure which). He still loves it as does my almost 2 yr old daughter.

Batteries!!!
Woody talks when you pull the string, but at the expense of three special batteries.. the little disc kind. It cost $8.00 to replace the batteries.

We just bought this present at for Chirstmas and it is only April, and I have already had to replace the batteries..

This is the last time I will replace them..

It would be nice if it used like a AA or AAA batteries instead of batteries that I had to buy at a speciality store. ... Read more
