review for ninja turtles monster truck
I am not able to give a good review on this truck because you did not advertise that this would not have the 6v battery & charger with it. I have never bought a radio control vehicle that did not include the battery & charger in it. Including but not limited to the tyco r/c batman car at christmas. If you had informed me then I could have ordered one now I have to go try to find one. This was very poor business on your part.

Cool Toy!
Really fast!Did not come with the 6V battery though. Goes good on grass and rocks. Lots of fun!

Don't forget the 6V NiCad Battery

The F-series of trucks have gained tremendous popularity over the years as much for their brute power as for their macho design. And among F-series trucks, the F-350 is the largest and most imposing. Done up here in 1/6th scale, the F-350 features a wide variety of custom features likely to delight truck owners or those kids who hope to one day become truck owners. It sports spinning rims on its bulky oversized tires, as well as headlights, signal lights, and brake lights, all of which turn on and off. Acoustically, there's plenty to offer as well including a working FM radio that consumes the entirety of the truck's bed and a variety of sounds such as a horn that plays "Dixie", screeching brakes, and a car alarm. The trunk and doors open, creating all sorts of possibilities for imaginative play (wouldn't a Darth Vader action figure look great driving a truck?). Broke 1st time used
The first time my son played with this it broke.There is a plastic screw with a piece of plastic attached to it(all one piece) that holds the battery in. The piece of plastic broke off the screw and theres no way of fixing it or ordering a replacement part. Made very cheaply.

Be gentle!!!!
Well this really is a nice truck ... The only problem I have with it is that I had to return it already because the gears are week and keep making a clicking noise. I think it is because the trucks torque is to high for the gears. Also in the two trucks I have had, There were no instructions or waranty cards in the package so I will assume they do not supply an owners manual with it.. I also tried looking if there were directions on the toys R us website but was unsuccesfull...This will be a good truck if your son or daughter are very gentle with there toys if not I do not recomend. A standard issue pickup truck with no added options might make for a good transportation and utility choice but in the discriminating world of radio controlled toy vehicles, basic is boring. Fortunately, this scale version of the Chevy SSR offers plenty of features to please the discriminating fan. The custom paint job is black on the bottom and white on the top, separated by a jagged red line. The oversize rubber tires are accented with a set of spinning rims, so popular among custom car fans, are done up in fiery red. The headlights turn on and off and the sound of revving engines and a dramatic shaking action are available at the touch of a button. If it’s possible for a toy truck to ooze machismo, this radio controlled Blue Chevy SSR fits the bill. It features a sharp looking blue and black paint job, a "turbo" mode of higher acceleration, and enormous tires offset by a set of the spinning rims that have become so popular among fans of car customization. While the tires look like they can handle quite a bit of off road action, we recommend sticking to challenging indoor obstacles rather than dirt trails, since introducing too much grit into the truck’s machinery could result in faulty operation. The SSR operates at 27 MHz and is powered by a 9.6-volt nickel-cadmium battery that comes with its own charger.
