Elmo may not be on the cutting edge of pop culture with this incarnation, but he still makes playtime fun. Instead of mimicking the latest hit, which always seems to drive kids wild, he sings and dances his own version of a 70s classic: "YMCA." It never dies, does it? The 13.5-inch Elmo sings out letters to a catchy rhythm while dancing what can only be described as pseudo-Egyptian. It's quite a feat, actually, to see what he does with his arms and legs: standing on one foot, bobbing his head, moving several limbs at once. His cute, familiar voice hasn't changed, either; kids can hear it with each press of his upheld hand. Required: 4 AA batteries.Diane Beall ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Daughter Loves It
My daughter received it over a six months ago and still uses it regularly. She plays with the microphone and really uses the cd part for all her music and learning cds. I was worried it would be too complicated for a five year old but overall, she had no trouble. I would recommend it.

1-0 out of 5 stars kara"JOKE"
Cuteness isnt everything...Looks good but thats about it. CD player constantly skipped or didnt work at all. Buttons on mics got stuck while pushed in and they wouldnt turn off. Overall very plastic and cheap. If you want a cd/karaoke machine spend a few bucks more and buy one from the electronics dept. and not a brand name toy. ... Read more

Great toy but not very durable
My son received this toy for his first birthday, actually he received two of them. He absolutley loves the toy. He will make it play a song and he will run around in cricles like he is dancing. He loves it!!! However, he threw-up on it and it just started to die slowly. The next thing my husband and I knew, it made a long drawn out sound and then it just quit working. I personally think that this toy should be more durable for the price. We had taken the second one back after his birthday party, but I know we will be going back to the store to buy another one because this was his FAVORITE toy. I also think it is ironic that there was another person on the review who had the same incident happen with vomit.

Excellent toy with one design flaw
My one year old received this toy as a Birthday present and it was a big hit. He absolutely loves it! Daddy never tires of the music because it is always accompanied by giggles and a bright smile! The toy has one design flaw... There are three modes of play. You change modes by turning the music page on the piano. Mode 1 and 3 work as advertised when you turn the page. Mode 2 works as whatever mode was used before it (1 or 3) unless you turn the toy off and back on while in mode 2.

Great toy!!!
I bought this toy for my 2yr old son and he loves it. Also my 9 month old nephew fell in love with it I just had to purchase him one too. This is definitely a great toy!! I highly recommend it!!

He loves it!
I bought this for my son's 1st birthday, and he loves it! He was able to play with it immediately. He loved to flip the pages on the book, watch the lights on the keys, make the fishy move and press on the crayons. There are many activites for your little one on this toy that will help him with cause and effect. There is also a hi-low volume setting, which is nice if Elmo's voice drives you nutty like it does me! It's a nice sized toy, perfect for little hands to hold and use, and it's small enough to travel with you. Steven never stopped playing with his piano and I think he still would be if it hadn't broke. Don't get me wrong! I think it is a quality toy. He had the stomach flu and Elmo and his Piano were a victim of it. I don't think any electronic toy would have survived that =( Almost a year later, Steven still tries to play with it, hoping it will make music again. this toy is definately worth purchasing! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Ravage
This figure is just beautiful in both modes. Some people don't like Ravage being a robot (basically like any other Transformer) with a Beast head. It can look kinda weird if you focus on that. I just love this mold. Tracks and Battle Ravage (who is molded from Tracks). Both have beautiful forms in both robot mode and car mode. Great details, armed to the teeth and dynamic color scheme.

His Decepticon symbol is one of the bigger, bolder symbols in this line. As far as the Decepticon Alternators I own I consider him the best looking all-around. I might move him down a notch when I recieve my Alternator Shockblast (which Amazon now has so go buy it while you can!)

What would have been really cool is if they had a way for Battle Ravage to store his original cassette mode. In the Alternators storyline (well Binaltech which is basically the same thing) Battle Ravage is capable of storing his cassette mode.

Unlike Silverstreak, Smokescreen & Grimlock, Battle Ravage is among the new line of Alternators that look good even in plastic. If you want the best and metallic I'd recommend the Binal Tech line. They are in the $40-50 range. Personally, I never shelled this much out and don't have one of the figures because the Alternators are satisfying and cheap enough for me.

Overall, this is a great figure. I highly recommend buying him.

5-0 out of 5 stars Don't let this "Kitty" go Away
The Alternators line is truly one of a kind, none other come as detailed, and Lives up to the motto "Robots in Disguise" than this one (maybe the early Generation One figures), Autobot Tracks was the hardest one to find, I never got him, but we finally have his "decepti-clone" to add to the collection, I bought this one mostly to complete the "void" that Tracks never filled in my collection, I wasn't dissapointed at all, the black 'Vette really looks nice in both modes, he is a little hard to Transform, mostly the legs will give you trouble, but totally worth it, with the current troubles with alternators distribution(Check the Transformers discussion forums), I consider it awesome that they are back on Amazon, so don't let this opportunity go (I also recommend Grimlock, Windcharger and Swindle)and get Ravage for yourself.

5-0 out of 5 stars A Jaguar becomes a Corvette. Decepticons Forever!
Battle Ravage is a repaint/redeco of the earlier released Tracks. Ravage differs from Tracks' coupe vehicle mode with him being the 2004 Chevy Corvette Z06 convertible. He has new wheels and a sleek black paint job that reminds us of the panther he once was.

One of the fun things about this new release is that collectors of the Beast wars line can use him as "Covert Agent" Ravage in that line as well.

Transformation wise, this one is going to be a challenge. Tracks/Ravage is one of the harder figures to change into a robot. It took me a good twenty minutes to get Tracks/Ravage transformed to robot mode and several weeks to figure out how to change him back. It's tricky getting those legs underneath the windshield and those arms back into position. But once you memorize where things go it should be no problem. The engine becomes the gun on this vehicle.

Ravage/Tracks sports an amazing amount of articulation. Ball jointed neck, shoulders, shoulder pivot, ball jointed elbows, bicep, mid bicep, wrists, trigger finger other, three fingers, semi ball hips double knees (hindered due to car kibble,) and ankles Ravage even has an articulated Jaw!
If you have the Autobot alternators, you have to get the "Covert Agent" to build up your Decepticon ranks.

4-0 out of 5 stars Werewolf of Cybertron!
Battle Ravage is one of the latest in Hasbro's Transformer's Alternators line, which features realistic 1:24 scale licensed cars that turn into robots who are inspired by the original Transformers toy line from the 1980s.

I should note quickly that these alternators are not children's toys, they are basically marketed toward the older collector, so even though the box says ages 5+ we are not talked about Tonka trucks here. They are somewhat fragile and would probably become broken easily in the hands of someone under 11 or 12.

So, here we have Battle Ravage, who comes packaged as a Black Chevy Corvette convertible (I was never too big into Corvettes, but he looks to be the '04 model). The first thing one will notice upon looking at the car is the fact that there is a seam running the length of the hood and down the back of the car. Most of the toys have avoided this by making the hood a solid piece but I guess they couldn't here because of the way a vette's hood opens from the front.

I mention this because in the rest of the Alternators line the car modes in most cases could more or less pass for a standard model car. But with ravage (and Tracks, whom he is re-molded from) the seams kind of ruin this. That is not to say that he does not have a very nice looking car mode. He is a jet black vette with chromed 5 spoke rims, and even very detailed brakes behind them. Both doors open as well as the hood. As with the rest of the alternators line he sports a fairly well detailed interior as well as a pretty nice looking engine sitting under his hood. The red seats also look nice with the black paint job.

The toy comes with an instruction sheet detailing how to convert it from a Corvette to robot mode, which is what we will talk about next.

Ravage's robot mode is somewhat odd in that (according to my 4 year old son) he looks like a werewolf. The alternators traditionally sport robot modes that are inspired be characters from the original transformers line and it would seem that Ravage here is based on the character from 1984 who shared the same name and was a robotic cougar who turned into a cassette tape. The only inspiration we get from the first Ravage is the cougar head and black color, but over all it is still a very nice looking robot with smatterings of gray and a few details that are painted in metallic red. Also a detail not covered in the instructions is the fact that his jaw can be opened and closed (though not much). I would like to add that like Tracks (whom he shares a body with, save for his head) he is "armed to the teeth" with two shoulder missiles, double barreled guns on each arm, and an engine that turns into a handgun. He is very well articulated and can be put into a wide variety of poses.

Overall ravage is a nice looking robot and car, if not a somewhat odd homage to a character that did not originally have a humanoid robot mode. He looks good on my shelf along with my other two Alternator Decepticons, and is a nice addition to the line. ... Read more

LOTR rules!!!!
This 12" Sauron is one of the best toys i have seen so far. (...). He is movable and has light up eyes and he speaks phrases from the movie which is pretty awesome. Some of the things he says are "build me an army worthy of Mordor" "there is no life in the void" and "i see you"

One Bad Toy!
If you're a collector like me, this toy is a must! The armor is fantastic. The throaty whisper of Sauron, along with his glowing red eyes is postively chilling. As for durability I don't know. I will never remove it from the box. I have collected them all (toybiz) and Sauron is the best!

"There Is No Life...In The Void...Only...Death..."
This is a terrific piece. Not only do we finally get a Sauron figure, but we get one with a real cloth cape, light-up eyes, and movie phrases. With a character so evil and a figure so cool, who could ask for anything more? I would advise every Lord Of The Rings fan to pick one up. No, pick up two!!

I want my Sauron Now!!!
I went to Toys R Us and got A 12" Sauron.I got home and really liked it.The three problems were that the Ring was small and could get lost.Another problem was that the cape is sort of torn. The last problem was that I got a 12" Frodo,Aragorn, and Legolas and they were all big as Sauron. This a cool toy.It has four phases to say.No Lord of the Rings 12" collection is complete without a 12" Electronic Sauron.

GET HIM
THIS TOY TOTALLY ROCKS. IF YOU ARE A FAN, GET HIM, HE'S BEYOND COOL, I REALLY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY. ... Read more

Awesome for learning to play with imagination
My daughter is two and loves this doll! She memorized the first day all of the sayings! It teaches a small amount of spanish, which is a great start for a child to learn. My daughter loves to pretend play with Dora. I feel this has expanded my daughters imagination play out more! Great toy!!

It's Dora!
This is a very well made doll. It's cute and perfect for our little 3 year old. This doll helps her with her role playing, which she is doing alot of now. And she acts out scenes with this doll and Boots (9 inch cuddly doll). The hair keeps well.

This Dora doll is very adorable!
My 18-month-old loves her Dora doll! She says several cute phrases, including a couple in Spanish. The backpack, bracelet, and surprise are a real treat too. We haven't had her long, so I don't know how well she will hold up, but this toy is made by Fisher-Price so I'm sure it will last for awhile. ... Read more

What's better than being able to shoot your Dragoon spinning top with a rip cord from a launcher for added power? Being able to control your top's ability to accelerate and reverse with remote control, of course! Charging up the remote control top is easy with the included launcher. You can pull or push the trigger of the launcher to make the top go clockwise or counterclockwise. Dragoon V beats cousins beyblade
I creamed my cousin with my dragoon v. When I battled my cousin, I attacked just one time and beat his Seaborg. He said he would trade his best beyblade for my dragoon V, but I turned him down. I really like dragoon v.

Dragoon rc is cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This beyblade is so cool you can counter spin you can accecelurate real fast left or right you can't even follow it. It's the beyblade today it's way better than dragoon fighter and dragoon victory[magnacore] it's a true attack beyblade. It can even beat a metal knight dranzer[Magnacore]i've heard there coming out with driger rc soon can't wait for he is going to be a challenge and I hope this drigger has different design.I don't know why everybody says this takes fun out beyblading it doesn't and I don't know why everybody is so crazy about magncore or v2 this is what I have been waiting for. It can even beet a driger f so get it is worth it you can even customize it's attack ring so you can't customize all of it who cares it's still fun. Remeber to keep the bottom clean and don't use up all the batteries to much and over charge that's why they cry about it being broken by the way i'm 11. I want a draciel fortress next I heard it has ball bearings my friend wouldn't let me use because his always facing people but I can beat him.

Hasbro's Dragoon V RC: A Hit
This is my review for Hasbro's Dragoon V RC Beyblade Product.

Pros:
- Uses only two AA batteries
- No extra batteries needed for the top; top has built in battery
- Long ripcord
- Launcher gives a nice grip
- You can control your Beyblade top making the battle more strategic.
- Very little assembly needed; great for beginning Beybladers
- Easy to use controls
- Simple charging feature; similar to the small RC cars (e.g. Zip Zaps)
- You can change the attack ring with most Beyblade attack rings.

Cons:
- The attack ring is designed for left spin but all RC Beyblades are right spin.
- The product is supposed to be called Dragoon V2
- RC antenna is a bit long
- Only the attack ring is customizable; nothing else
- Most attack rings stick out very little from the weight disks
- Ripcord is in a curved/bent form when you open the box.
- Long Ripcord; easy to break

Tips:
- After each rip or every other rip, scratch around the area around the hole where you ripcord in. This will prevent the hole and the ripcord from wearing away
- Straighten the ripcord; fill up one sink/bowl with hot water and put the ripcord in and let it sit for a few minutes. During the few minutes, fill up a second sink/bowl (that is very close to the sink/bowl with warm water) with cold water. Quickly, take out the ripcord, straighten the ripcord with your hands, and put the ripcord in the cold water, still straightening it with your hands for at least a few minutes (more the better).
- Put a tiny small piece of tape (duct tape, masking tape, scotch tape) on the tip of the Beyblade top to stop it from scratching or/and wearing away. To make sure the tape stays on, scratch it on. Do this even if it is scratched/worn away.
- Clean tip frequently; after every rip/use.
- Use a large attack ring for more attack (e.g. Seaborg 1 or 2).
- In battle, rip the ripcord as straight as possible so it will not wear away the rip hole and rip cord.
- In battle, use the RC battles during the beginning right after you rip for better attack and endurance.
- In battle, hold the trigger inward (like a gun), right after you have ripped it and hold it.
- Use an official Hasbro Beystadium or a large saucer sled (no bumps on it) or wok.
- Point the antenna at the Top while controlling it.
- Get two of two frequencies, in case one of your friends has the same frequency, you have an alternative.

If you have any questions, e-mail/messenger me at marineangemon85@hotmail (I use the most) or laserblader@yahoo.com.
Finally, remember to "LET IT RIP!" or as they say it in Japan "GO SHOOT!"

Beyblade Launcher
The beyblade launcher is so hott. You can move your beyblade anywhere. This is the first time u can ever move youyr beyblade anywhere. This item is so cool because it is possible to win all of your maches.

The Dragoon V or V2 Beyblade
RC beyblades are awesome! You can control where the beyblade goes. I would recommened Dragoon V or V2. It has double weight disk and a radical attack ring. The bit beast of the beyblade is so cool I could not believe my eyes. You can make this beyblade go all directions. It comes with a long ripcord so it will spin faster and longer. So overall, get this beyblade, it is great! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Ready Bed - Hello Kitty & Spiderman
Was a little skeptical when buying these beds because of several bad reviews but I got them on sale and they are GREAT! My kids love them, and it took less than 4 minutes to inflate just like it said it would, and it was not difficult to set up at all.

4-0 out of 5 stars good buy!
This is a good buy if not using all the time. So easy to set up...it takes just a few minutes! Be sure not to pump it up too much though, or it becomes hard. This bag is so convenient we'll use it for sleepovers, camping, hotels, etc.... My 3 year old daughter will be much more comfortable in this than on a hotel cot. It's soft fleece, and who can resist Hello Kitty?

5-0 out of 5 stars My daughter loves it!!
So convenient. Mattress, pillow and blanket in one. Can't get my daughter out of it! Hello Kitty is so cute too.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fun, Conventional Sleeping Bag
This sleepy bag is great. I originally bought one for my nephew and his Mom was so estatic about it, I had to get one for my children to see what all the fuss was about. My daughter loves hers. It comes with its own carrying bag, takes exactly four mintes to pump and inflates in two minutes. This is a must have. ... Read more

it is cute but it shud be cheper!

kids love it, mom hates it
My 4 year old daughter got this for Christmas from her aunt. If you get this toy, beware! There are little pellets of dog food that get everywhere. My 5 yr old thought it was fish food and put it in the fish tank located on top of this toy. I spent 15 minutes fishing out dog food.

Speaking of the fish tank, it leaks. I have drops of water everywhere.

While this toy is fun, the pieces get everywhere. If you're into Barbie, go with just the dolls and outfits and skip all of these annoying toys.

Pretty cool
This barbie pet shop is pretty cool, and its hours of fun! Its educational cause you can pretend to buy pets for money, and you learn that you have to breed wash, and feed the pets, and it also makes plenty of animal sounds! Has TONS of Pets!

Sends the wrong message
Unfortunately my niece has one of the Barbie Sweet Sounds Pet Shops, and I would advise against purchasing one for your child. As someone who has worked for an animal shelter, I know first hand how bad real pet shops can be. A majority of the animals are raised in horrible conditions such as puppies born in puppy mills. Pet shops also cater to impulse buyers who have not fully thought through the long-term responsibility of having a pet. Those pets are often surrendered to animal shelters. I think this toy sends the wrong message to kids. Mattel should make a "Barbie adopts from a shelter" toy instead. ... Read more
