4-0 out of 5 stars Works fine for me
I've never had a problem with this, it works great if you don't have enough RCA plugs for your tv or vcr because it plugs directly into the cable input. Its is easy to set up and lets you choose between using channels 3 or 4 for input.

5-0 out of 5 stars This unit works just like it should
This unit is built well and should work for a long time, I am happy with this product. David G

1-0 out of 5 stars this ...
I am very angry at mad catz because nothing works. I bought an rf adaptor and for all three of my consoles they would buzz in the backgorund. I swithched adaptors and they work great. Do not buy any thing by mad catz.

1-0 out of 5 stars I hate this thing!
this thing is (poorly made)!first time I took it out of my playstation it broke! It wasn't worth the (money). It's another (poor) product from mad cats.It worked OK but not as well as it should of.If you ask me you'd be better off buying a RFU adapter straight from sony.

Editorial Review

The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari is more than a horrormasterpiece--it has been hailed as one of the most important filmsever. If nothing else, it has certainly defined the gothic look for thebetter part of a century. Here the title character, a mysteriouscarnival hypnotist whose very presence heralds doom, is sculpted inauthentic detail and handpainted in a colorized update of the film'soriginal black-and-white imagery. Open Caligari's body to find astraightjacket composed of frightening creatures. The set comes with afilm cell collector's card and features a detailed carnival dioramabase that replicates the feel of the film. --Matthew Mason ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Silent Screamer- Dr Caligari. The Hypnotist
Another well done Silent Screamer. Nice rendition of the Hypnotist from The Cabinet of Dr Caligari, the classic German Expressionist film from the early years of the silents. Goes well with it's companion figure of Caesare the Sleepwalker with which it can form a nice diorama. Buy them both, I can't find them anywhere else cheaper.Especially at the sale price at ToysRus. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars THESE ARE JUST THE 3 GAMES IN 2K1 FORMAT - NO CONSOLE!
Be careful! This "Sports Bundle" is the 3 games listed above in 2K1 format (follow-up to the originals). This does NOT include the Sega console. If you're looking for the BEST deal going, search Amazon.com for the Sega Sports Bundle that INCLUDES the Sega Dreamcast console, 1 controller, PLUS all of these 3 games. Now, that's a deal.

I'm a die-hard Sega Dreamcast fan and just purchased the "Sega Sports Bundle". I just wanted to make sure if my console ever dies (after 3 years of hard-gaming) that I'll have a handy brand-new replacement.

If you love NFL2K, you'll go crazy over NFL2K1 included in the bundle - lots of gaming enhancements! I haven't played either the baseball or basketball versions, but they're just the "icing-on-the-cake" at the Amazon.com listed price.

There are only a few "Sega Sports Bundles" left (the one with all 3 games listed above AND the Sega Dreamcast console and one controller). It's only 10 dollars more than what the 3 games alone are going for on this page.

So if you've never played Dreamcast, run and get one before they're gone! If you're an Dreamcast afficionado like me, go order the bundle to have a spare console on hand, and enjoy the "free" games!

5-0 out of 5 stars all the olny thing better then the game are the prices
all three games are awsome
the base ball game is realy hard till you get the hang of batting then it becomes alot more fun.

the basketball game is fun but im not a big basketball fan.

the football game is the best. it as great graphics and is easy to get the hang of also.

if you have a dreamcast buy this. shiping is about 4.40

5-0 out of 5 stars A very great deal, for some very great games.
Ok, Here goes:
I cannot praise this deal enough. You get NBA 2k1, NFL 2k1, and World Series 2k1 all for 5 dollers! NBA, and NFL are great hits, however World Series is horrible. Its not that big a deal that one of them sucks so much being the money your saving (NFL and NBA are worth it alone). The Graphics are great, the gameplay is fun! All I can say further is "Thanks Sega!"
~The Great Shiro

5-0 out of 5 stars Online Memories
NFL2K1 and NBA2K1 were the highlights of sports on the Dreamcast. Stellar gameplay and online capabilities. At [the cheap price], anyone with a dreamcast who doesn't have these already would be insane to pass them up. And even if you do, buy backup copies. This is a steal...

5-0 out of 5 stars Cheap Games
Its a good deal. Those ladies on the bottem who gave them a weak rating are pretty dumb. They expected a console to come with the sports pack of games? Maybe they should have read the part on top which says (does not include console).

Although these games are kind of old now, i still gave them 5 stars, just to make up for the one stars below. It's not the games fault that you didn't read the text. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars What's the problem with all the one star reviews?
I really don't understand what all the fuss is about because I like this game. I like this game because it's a very fun game to play. I think those bad reviews are coming from people who have no clue as to what they are talking about. I like this game because it's a very good boxing game. I highly recommend this game to future boxing fans.

1-0 out of 5 stars Rather Bland All Around
I rented this game expecting a fun, arcadey boxing game. What I got was one of the poorest excuses of a boxing game I have ever seen. The graphics here are not too shabby at all, but are kind of jaggy. The worst thing about this game has to be the collision detection. Many many times I hit my opponent but the hit did not register. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the match would be decided by those hits. Also, when you hit a button on the controller it seems to take about 2-3 seconds to register on screen, and then your guy punches. With 106 boxers you would expect some replay value right? Wrong. The replay value is there but the gameplay itself is so horrible that you don't want to play it anymore after you beat it the first time. IF you beat it once. There is a sort of career mode, where you are guided by Mike Tyson, but this gets very repetitive, and becomes boring very shortly. There is no create-a-boxer mode, and this really brings the score down, because Knockout Kings showed us that you can have a create-a-boxer mode. I can not think of one good thing about this game. Don't rent, don't buy, don't even look at it if you see it in stores.

1-0 out of 5 stars get HBO Boxing instead
I really didnt like this game, the graphics and gameplay are terrible. Tyson is the only name fighter in here. I have talked to people who like this game but I myself would recommend that you rent it before you buy it, HBO Boxing and Knockout kings are very good alternatives.

3-0 out of 5 stars best boxing since activision
This game has the intensity and action of the first boxing game for activison. The graphics are good, the motions are good, but the game itself can not catch the players interest. It is a average game and I would rent it before buying.

2-0 out of 5 stars Let's get ready to...look for another boxing game
The only real draw to this game is the fact that it's Mike Tyson. The graphics are average, the music barely tolerable, and the multiplayer mode somewhat lacking. The way the characters move was well done, but it's still not enough to warrant a purchase. ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars RATED E, BUT NOT FOR EVERYONE
I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HEED TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. MY 4 YO CANNOT EVEN PLAY. MY 7 YO HAS A VERY HARD TIME. ADULTS?? MAYBE A LITTLE BORING.

3-0 out of 5 stars OKAY.......
I got this game for my birthday. The only problem is that it is a one timer. It is only exiting the first time you play it.Then it will get boring. You do the same missions over and over. Not even a strong Doug fan would like this game.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not worth the money
Being a big fan of the Nickelodeon Doug cartoon, I thought I'd give this a try. Luckily, I didn't pay for it. The game is based on the ABC show of Doug, but even though I hadn't really watched that version, I had no real trouble since I had so much knowledge of the past version. The one main problem with this game is that if you aren't that familiar with the show, you'll have a lot of trouble. Knowing where to go is based on where you would go if you were a character on the show. This is a minor setback to new watchers and those who don't pay that much attention when they watch. This could be overlooked if after finishing the game once, which takes about two hours, you were able to do something else. That's right, after finishing, the only thing you can do is play the exact same game you just finished. While the first two of maybe even three times it's not that big of a problem, you can only play the same game so many times before you get tired of it. This is a definate must-rent for any Doug fan because it isn't a half-bad game the first time you play it, but it definately isn't for everyone. No matter who you are, ddn't buy this game, rent it instead. If you really like playing the same adventure over and over, go ahead and add it to your shopping cart.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Game
Doug's Big Game is great if you are a fan of the show. If you aren't, it might be a little confusing. The object is to find Patty Mayonaise, who was supposed to meet you. You must go around the town and talk to people who will give you clues to where she is. Some of the clues are completely useless. Like when Skeeter says one of his shoes got thrown into the lake, he tells you to help him, that's all. If you don't watch the show, you wouldn't know that Mr. Dink has all the gadgets you need. Overall it is a fun game. The minigames are especially fun, although it would have been better if there had been more. I would recommend this game to anyone 7 or up.

3-0 out of 5 stars Too confusing for younger kids and too short
I love the show Doug (the old episodes on Nickeloden not those new ones) so I thought I'd love this Doug game. I did, until I beat the game, about a half hour after I first started playing. The game is played at a 3/4 overhead perspective like Zelda. You have to walk around Bluffington and accomplish tasks. All these tasks are are finding people and talking to them. After you accomplish a goal there is a fighting sequence where you are Quailman. These fights are simple and short yet are fusutrating as when you get hit you can't move for a few seconds. The problem with the main game is that, you are given very little help with what you need to do. For example, Bebe tells you to find something she doesn't have. How would you know where to go? I knew where to go because I've been watching the show for 10 years and figured out that you have to see Mr. Dink because he always has weird and expensive gadgets in the show. Someone who wouldn't put 2 and 2 together like I did would have a hard time figuring these puzzles out. Another problem is that once you beat the game, you'll know exactly what to do to beat the game again and the game can be beaten in ten minutes the second time through. And to make matters worse, you must be able to read to be able to play this game, there is not a lot of text but you have to read everything carefully to get any help whatsoever in where you need to go. Early readers will have trouble as well. I suggest that this game be played by anyone who is 7 to about age 12. If you buy the game for someone older than 12, the game will be over before it starts. I liked the design of the game, it's just a shame NewKidCo didn't make the game about 5 times as long as it is. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Worst Monster Rancher Ever!
This game has nothing to do with the Monster Rancher series except for the characters that ride the pogo sticks. Very similar to a very old game on Commodore 64 called Bounder, it's a very non-replayable, unenjoyable game...

5-0 out of 5 stars Extreamly good game!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great New Spin-Off From Classic Game
This is a great new adventure for fans of Q*Bert. Although some of the sound effects are awkward, all of the original characters are there, plus more of the ones that never appeared in the classic game. Game play is still adictive, and the layout changes with each board.
Definitly recomended to those who like classic games, and don't mind seeing new worlds and stories for classic characters.

A turn of the flower-knob in her back, and Lori Water Lily is ready to kick and swim, while her squirt-ducky friend floats nearby. Lori sits peeking out from the big yellow petals of her fabricflower (orange and white inside), clad in orange bathing suit, removable fabric swim cap, and plasticgoggles. She has a vinyl head and waterproof nylon fabric body, with soft-stuffed arms, rigid legs, and hardtorso. Turn her knob, give it a pull, and put her in the water to see her swim. Or, let her float serenely onher inflatable, transparent green lily pad while her mommy gets her bath. And when it's time for Lori'sshower, the shower (with flower outlet) attaches easily to the lily pad, and operates easily, too, with asqueeze of the rubber bulb pump. Lori's lily-flower home has suction pads, so she can live close by thewater, always ready for bathtime play. A patch kit is included for the vinyl lily pad. --Ava Natov ... Read more

Not Highly Recommended
I bought this for my daughter, Lori, because of the doll's name. It is a cute item initially, but the "swimming" mechanism doesn't work as expected. It is a good sized doll and for a mere five dineros, it wasn't a bad deal. We have a hanging basket in the bathroom for the water toys, so it was able to drip dry, and my state isn't too humid, so we didn't experience the mold that another review spoke of. My daughter got this for Christmas and the set was donated to Good Will less than 5 months later. The best part is the shower, which was only fun when Mom operated it--since it was too difiicult for little ones.

Decent for the price
This was bought for my then 4 and 5 year old, they enjoyed it the first couple times after that it was just another toy sitting around not getting used. This product is fairly large and hard to find a place to store once bathtime is over. We couldn't store in the bathtub because of size and mold on the lily portion. Must dry this product after each use to avoid the mold. The kids did like the fact that baby comes out and can be played with outside of the tub. ... Read more

The tale of the vampire Count Dracula is one of filmdom's mostenduring, one whose roots stretch back to the silent film era andNosferatu, the dark, frightening 1922 vision of German directorF.W. Murnau. This collectible action figure set features the clawed, shocking visage of actor Max Shreck, who's arguably more horrific andmonstrous than any of the tuxedoed ghouls (Lugosi, et al.) who followedin his wake. With intricate detailing and handpainted features, thisfigure set recreates the monochromatic look of the original film (acolorized version of the figure is also available) and includes adisplay base festooned with plague rats. The diorama can be linked withKnock Renfield's (available separately) to form one huge, horrifyingscene. Also includes a film cell collector's card. --MatthewMason ... Read more

The Nosferatu vampire from the classic silent horror film
The title character from the classic German silent horror film "Nosferatu" remains my favorite of all the weird little figures perched on my window sill. I had a choice between the Black and White and the Color version of Graf Orlok (The Undead) and I immediately chose the former, which obviously looks more like the memorable figure we saw in the movie. There is no real attempt here to look like Max Schrenk's character, but the head and hands manage to capture the most distinctive features of Graf Orlok while making them more realistic than what we saw in the expressionistic film. Both arms are jointed at the shoulders and the elbows, which allows some discretion in how they are posed (I am currently going with left arm out and up, right arm down and out). You have two choices for where the figures feet can be placed on the base, and there are extra plastic rats that you can use to blend it with the other four dozen distinct rats on the base and cover up the feet spaces you are not using. I even like the detailed texture that is provided to Graf Orlok's coat. The Silent Screamers series of silent movie monsters is one of the best out that and Graf Orlok is the best of the lot. Note: If you pick up the Renfield figure you can put it together with this one to create a larger scene; the same thing can be done with the Dr. Caligari and Cesare the Sleepwalker figures. So where is Series 2?

5-0 out of 5 stars Creepy Figure
Definitely part of my collection because it is both freaky and unique. I have yet to find another toy quite like this one in which it's hideousness is actually the best thing about it! So there is nothing you can learn from it. Big deal. It looks great.

5-0 out of 5 stars WOW!
I have always liked scary movies and when I saw Nosferatu I could not believe what a great film it was.I imediatly began to search toy shelves for an action figure but to no avail. Then a year later I was walkingin [a store] and saw it.After I baught it I was amazed to see how detailed he was right down to the blood on his fingernails. When taken under hot sunlight his skin changes from gray to deep purple.I would highly recomend you buy it.There is a colorized version but I wouldn't bother his skin tone makes him look like he belongs on baywatch.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great figure and just an excellent figure
The detail on Orlok is WONDERFUL. Not a bunch of articulation, but some a wonderful looking figure. Perfect little gothy lurking vampire. Looks so much like the original Nosferatu that is like watching a mini movie actor.

5-0 out of 5 stars The Undead Walk Again
If you have ever seen the Black and White silent movie version of "Nosferatu" you will have immense amount of appreciation for this toy.

Figured after Max Schreck the actor who played the Nosferatu in the silent movie. It is wonderfully detailed and has the added feature of a base of icky scary rats.

Definitely for scary movie buffs but not for the weak of heart. It really is SCARY! ... Read more

Card Game Bonanza!
Wow, I'm really intrigued by My first Skip-Bo! Not only am I 39 and still living in Gramma's basement, but this is undoubtedly the coolest and most neat-o game consisting of cards and wicked paper cuts. Between this and working on my GED (which is way two hard too do anyways), this is much more funner and usually more time consuming. Since there's pretty pictures printed on each card, my wife Mavis and I have a hoot licking each one and sticking them to ourselves, making us look like a illustrious collage of road garbage and cartoon fish. Well it's time to take the T-tops off the T-bird and go to my local vendor where card games and such articles like this are sold to pick up a few beverages and another copy of this game because my mentally ill mule ate the last set in a catastrophic rage (due to the fact that I wouldn't let him drive the tractor trailer yesterday.) Kudos to Mattel for making such a fantabuously addictive and arduously tough game to put down!

Card Time
With the bright colors. This card game can keep you children entertained for hours on a rainy day.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great 1st Card Game
My daughter, who will be 4 in 2 weeks, loves this game! Only took a couple of times before she really got it. She loves the wild cards. I take the box in my purse when we go to doctor appts. or the airport to keep her from being bored. We love playing it as a family too. ... Read more
